Went here on Thanksgiving day. The individual taking the orders was outgoing and friendly, he had clear communication and took the order seamlessly. The food came out for our family of 6 quickly and was all very fresh, we even got a bag! We were eating in the parking lot and noticed we didn’t get ketchup they quickly stepped into action and even went a step further to correct it for upcoming customers. We had to take a potty break and everything inside was clean as well. Happy holidays! Thank you for working and making it a great dinner.
I love the chicken and fries, but the gravy is just kind of watery. but the line isn't that long for the drive-through.
Love it when Whataburger gets the fries hot and crispy instead of cold, undercooked, or stale. I stuffed my face with their Sweet & Spicy burger and Spicy Chicken sandwich with a fresh Dr. Pepper to wash it all down. *Chefs Kiss*

Had our cousins in from Northern California for a visit. And they had to get their fix of Whataburger. Had to share the picture with family. Meal was made to order. French fries weren’t good no time to have them replaced. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. No wait to order & sit. Waited about 6 minutes for our hot burgers 🍔. Great location!!
After traveling in SE Asia for 276 days, Whataburger was the first place my son wanted to go after returning to San Antonio.
Let me tell you about my morning so far! Left the house and had a plan for today with a time limit. Had time to swing through WAB at Spring Branch TX for a BOB and sweet tea. Got in line ordered my BOB and the gentleman said to pull to 2nd window. I get to the window only to realize my wallet has a different plan for today. My hero for today came to my rescue, this young man told me not to worrie about it! WHAT! Nobody does that. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Well new plan, go home find wallet, return to WAB talk to Mgr and pay for my meal, give a raving review for this hero without a cape. Then give the Mgr $20.00 to assist the next dummies that leaves the house without a wallet.

The food is okay it's waiver price for what it is and they want to charge you extra for dipping cups like ranch anything that's not ketchup they want to charge $0.75 for which is ridiculous .. they're already charging you and I'm in a leg for a value menu for a value meal so why are they charging you more for dipping sauce? No other restaurants are that petty

It was just ok, ask for just mayo and they put their sauce on it and it was coated with it. Fries where good and hot. The cashier had a personality of a rock. No welcome, no thank you, no smile. But the place was clean

45 minutes for 1 burger. Not a meal, not several items. 1 burger. Middle of the afternoon, not normal rush hour or anything. I can get a full meal at a restaurant for my family of 4 faster than that. This isn’t the first time either, this location is slow as molasses.
Lady taking our order today at drive through was extremely rude. Cutting us off, rolling her eyes & rushing us. Ive NEVER been charged for jalapeno ranch or spicy ketchup at any location ever and she refused to give us any extra unless we paid.
Terrible I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was rubbery and like they didn't cook it and I couldn't eat it. It was disgusting. I've never had a problem with whataburger before so it was a very disappointing visit
Consistently mediocre. I try to avoid going here, as it's usually a disappointment. The tea which is usually know for being great, is normally off, either it's watered down or taste like they don't clean between batches. My orders are often not correct and end up with things like the wrong kind of shake or not all our food. I'm hoping for change as proximity is the only reason that I end up here. Often all decide to go an additional 10 minutes out of the way to P.Terry's who usually fulfills our order accurately.

Every time I come here Im reminded why I shouldnt go back. Dude serving me was nice but waiting behind 1 car for 10 minutes and another 7 at the window for a large fry is WILD. Wasnt even completely full. Waited almost 20 minutes for fries that were not full, honestly you should have had half the bag full for that nonsense. This location needs to get its shit together.
Terrible! I brought my 6 yo daughter through the drive through to get some dinner after soccer practice, ordered a junior Whataburger with everything on it, got all the way home to find NO MEAT, NO BURGER on her cold bun with cold cheese and veggies. How can you miss adding the burger at a place that mainly sells burgers? Unbelievable.
