I don’t know what happened at this location these young people that are in place lack customer service skills. The drinks used to always be made right not sloppy. If my regular place didn’t have a huge order this morning I would have went to them. The way the drinks are made isn’t worth it anymore. On yesterday i witnessed a customer bringing back a breakfast sandwich she was letting the worker know that the bacon was raw coming from an elderly person that meant she wanted her bacon crispy. Your workers should never argue back with customers especially the elderly.
A very pleasant visit. The lens manager is very friendly. My drink was delicious, and the food and donuts were also very delicious. It's a really nice place, very clean. 👍🏻 Good job!
JACOB is an angel and pours the best coffee ! As a former Canadian, I can verify that yes this is a real Tim Hortons just like in Canada 🇨🇦 They understand the terminology of double double etc. and Timmy’s this place is awesome. I drive all the way from Clearlake just to have Jacob pour me a cup of coffee once a week. He is such a sweetheart and he makes it perfectly. He always brews me a fresh pot if you’re looking for a new coffee place this is the place.❤️☕️❤️☕️❤️☕️
Neat Canadian coffee shop here in the Houston area! Service was fast, and food was reasonably priced. They also have a nice selection of menu items. I got the Bacon egg and cheese croissant with a small Hazelnut Mocha ice latte. Both of them were very tasty. I feel like most coffee places nowadays douse their drinks in sugar, but Tim Horton's did not which made me like their drinks even more! The location is a bit on the smaller side. But there were still about 10 people using the location for business/work/ studying when I went. Would recommend visiting this location at least once!
Came here for the first time and really enjoyed my chai latte with double espresso added. The staff was fast and kind! I also ordered a donut which was quite tasty. Nice place to get some quick coffee.
2nd time went there. The first time was grand opening. The credit card machine was not able to take e pay so I left. This time I came ready with cash and physical card. By the way, e payment still not accepted. The atmosphere and the service was great. The cashier was nice and getting my sausage maple waffle was very fast. The maple waffle sausage was delicious. Their hot coffee is very good. Definitely coming back to try their old ice coffee next time. Definitely recommend the place for breakfast.
Tom Hortons is a coffeehouse which originated in Toronto, Canada, is now open in Stafford near Hwy. 59 and West Airport. They have been open since Feb. 18, 2024 and already is a very popular local stop for their hot Coffee, Fresh, warm Donuts, and pastries. Even though they were busy, my wife and I were promptly served and the wait for our order was quick. Whether you are looking for a table inside, on the spacious outdoor patio, or just a quick drive-through, it's a highly recommended stop.
Exactly what I expected! Customer service was wonderful—all the ladies were fast, friendly, and greeted everyone with a smile. Even though it was busy, my food came out fresh and hot and my coffee was perfect. I come here almost daily and the service is always great. Definitely recommend!
maybe the service was a bit slow and the wait time was long but the coffee is good as hell lol and their timbits. i would say there is not enough sitting space at all but that’s also because it’s a new spot with a lot of customers waiting to try it. nevertheless, it’s good.
Another new location for the Canadian coffee chain. This one's my favorite so far. They had bags of unground coffee beans, their original blend, good prices too. My wife got a frozen blended thingy which was done to the right consistancy and tasty. I went with a hot cappuccino with 2 splendas. I have tried the beans, great cup of coffee. They don't have a roast date but they do have a use by date. Both coffee drinks sucked. My wife got an iced coffee with 2 splendas, the splendas never made it into the cup. I went with a mediocre hot cappuccino with two splendas, mine made it into the cup but it still wasn't very good. The apple fritter was below average.....very little apple and lots of dough. 2 stars does mean they could have done better.
Very very bad service. Asked for a simple Croissant egg sandwich but they messed it up. The cashier seems to be a teenager and doesn't seem to any idea about what he is doing, devoid of any experience of any kind. The manager wasn't any better. Used to be a fan of this place whenever I visited Canada but now I'll think twice. Avoid this location!!
The coffee was so bitter and strong that I had to throw it away! I’ve been to this location several times but today was not good. The young girl at the drive through was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for creamer on the side. I will never buy coffee here again.
I've been to the Stafford Tim Hortons location a few times now. My last experience will be my final experience. The food is mid. Edible, but mid. I typically order the pork sausage English muffin sandwich, with chocolate glaze donuts. The donuts are cold and store bought. The employees don't even bother heating them up. The sandwich is cold and hot at the same time. The bread and cheese taste like they came right out of the fridge. The bread wasn't toasted, and the cheese was ice cold. The egg was cooked but there were still pieces of egg shells still in the egg patty. If you want an alternative to Starbucks. There are better options besides this place.
First time being there. Unfriendly 2 ladies on staff and strawberry watermelon lemonade was terrible. I took 2 sips and tossed it into the trash. As customers continued to come in, these 2 ladies didnt acknowledge them and kept ignoring them as if they didn't care. Place needed to be swept too. I might give them another chance but doubt it. Get staff who have a passion for guest service and not just to get a check.
"Always fresh" is a long since abandoned concept, stark dried up baked goods only in the display counter. Frozen reheated donuts as far as I can tell, definitely not remotely fresh. Sort of like offering thanksgiving dinner with a week old leftovers all dried up, but then trying to make big bucks on it. Tsk tsk. Tim Horton is long since dead, the current state of affairs run by some conglomerate with zero accountability except more Canadian dollars, is nothing like he envisioned. Do we really need Donuts baked in Canada shipped frozen to the US?
I really like the food and coffee here, but the customer service was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and the first lady scanned my app to pay — everything seemed fine. Then another lady gave me the coffee and asked me to pay $14 again. I told her I already paid, but instead of checking, she looked at me and said, ‘You don’t have to do that attitude.’ I wasn’t rude — I was just explaining. I didn’t know not wanting to pay twice was considered an attitude. Maybe next time I should smile more just to avoid getting treated like that. Very unprofessional.
I am beyond furious with this location. Sure, the coffee tastes fine and the café itself looks nice—but the staff make the entire experience miserable. The baristas are constantly on their phones, texting, as if customers don’t exist. I’ve literally had to yell across the counter just to get someone’s attention, and they still casually ignore me like I’m invisible. This isn’t a one-off bad day. It happens every single time I visit. I’ve stood there for over five minutes while employees scroll on their phones, pretending not to see me. It’s insulting and unbelievable. Online ordering is just as bad. I place my order a full 15–20 minutes before I arrive, and it is never ready—ever. What’s the point of ordering ahead if they only start after I show up? It’s maddening that this is the only Tim Hortons in the area. Management needs to step in immediately and hire staff who actually care about serving customers, because the current crew clearly doesn’t. At this point, I’d rather skip coffee entirely than deal with this circus again.
Ordered one dozen donuts and got 6. They gave me rest of them when I complained but with an attitude. See the quality in the picture. Who puts donuts in Timbits box? Staff needs to be retrained or hire better people with good pay.
I placed an order online at 5:23am for pickup. When I arrived at 5:35am, the girl with the braces at the drive through window gave me an attitude instead of admitting she didn’t have my food and drink ready, and told me to wait by the entrance. She proceeded to take 3 other drive-thru orders before she brought my food out at 5:45am. Because of this, I was late for work. Other experiences have been great and my food is always ready when I arrive. That worker needs to focus on doing her job instead of trying to get the last word in.
To Whom It May Concern: As a long-standing and frequent customer, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. I have been a loyal patron for an extended period and have appreciated the service and staff, many of whom I know by name, including the manager. It is because of this history that I feel compelled to share my recent feedback. On Saturday at approximately 11:30 a.m., I ordered a double shot of espresso over almond milk. When I received the drink, it was darker than usual, and I politely requested a small splash of additional almond milk to balance the flavor. The server informed me I would have to pay for the extra milk. While disappointed by this, especially as the cup was noticeably half-empty, I agreed to pay and proceeded to the counter. There, a new employee quoted me a price of $2.25 for whole milk. I pointed out that I only wanted a little more almond milk, and that this price was nearly the same as my original drink. She kindly but apologetically explained that she was following instructions and that the manager had told her to charge that specific amount. The lack of flexibility and the significant charge for what was a minor request left me feeling undervalued as a customer. This incident seems to reflect a broader decline in service I have observed recently. There appears to have been a significant turnover of familiar staff, and I have noticed a new lack of appreciation for the customer experience. My most recent purchase was not up to the standard I expect, both in terms of service and the quality of your pastries. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Customer loyalty should be something to be cherished, not taken for granted. While I have enjoyed being a regular here for a long time, the recent changes in both service and product quality are making it difficult for me to justify my continued patronage.
