Usually I don’t write reviews but the service me and my wife received from Annie is always on point. Food is good too. Only complaint is the music is mad loud. Blasting Christmas music made me turn off the radio on the way home.

I’ve been to many different Chilis around New Jersey, and I was in the area and came to this one. This was easily the best Chilis I have ever been to. The food was the best I’ve ever had, ever item was high quality, the service was amazing. Our server Chica was amazing and she accommodated to everything we needed, made sure we were always satisfied. This is definitely the best Chilis I have ever been too and I would gladly go out of my way to come again.

On the most busiest of days, Friday evening. The staff was still exceptional in waiting on us getting us a table and serving us and the food was absolutely delicious. Haven't been here in years and years but everything was on point kudos to you Chili's in Staten Island.

Ordered take out to go and was in and out under 25 mins, although me and my mom did stop at the bar to have a drink so really 30-35 mins top but that was on us. Food was cooked really well, packaged good and a decent amount of sauces to complement the food items. Parking is a bit tight (street), there’s a parking lot behind not sure if it’s for customers or not but the workers at the take out counter was friendly and informative. Bartenders were young but still drink was good. Did notice a lot of TV screens showing different sports which was cool. Definitely will return.!!

I loved coming here and eating. The food and drinks was amazing, I brought my son with me and he also liked the food a lot, as well, as dessert. The atmosphere was also nice. My Server Anthony was very polite and kind. I will definitely go back overall, great service 👍🏾😊❤️

We live in Brooklyn and rather pay the tolls to come to this location in Staten Island. The food is always fresh, the staff is very friendly and the manager is always seen walking around greeting the guests.

Always Amazing!! The food was delicious. Especially the burger! Staff is always happy and on point with whatever you need. I'm here every 2 weeks and I drive to SI from Bay Ridge because it's so good. Don't even mind the tolls. The food and staff are awesome

Conveniently located in an area not far from the highway when leaving Staten Island, I stopped in for lunch. While many of the lunch options were appealing, many of them were accompanied by a high sodium warning, so I scanned the healthy option section of the main menu and ordered the salmon, which cost nearly twice as much as many of the lunch options (which include a beverage). I substituted corn for the Mexican rice. The food was okay. The broccoli tasted fresh and the salmon was flavorful, but the seasoning was just okay. The corn is always good, but this time it was a bit soggier than I’m used to.

Love love going to Chili’s, my daughter’s favorite place to go. The food is delicious and atmosphere is entertaining with the screens showing whatever sports might be happening at the time. Service was okay — our server was friendly enough but a bit slow on refills and checking in, especially when it got busy. Took a while to get the check, but no major issues. Atmosphere is fun and lively: booths are comfy, music isn't too loud, and the place has that classic Chili's Southwestern feel with plenty of TVs for games if you're into that. Good for families or groups, not too stuffy.

Always friendly and competent service. Bar was deserted but then chose a table and was satisfied with the service, the food and the atmosphere. Great prices so an affordable delicious lunch. Plenty of food too.

The highlight of our dining experience is definitely Gabbie's exemplary service, she was friendly, efficient, and even brought us refills when she saw we were running low, demonstrating amazing observation skills and attunement! The burger was pretty decent, although it was salted unevenly where some bites were very salty and others flavorless. Additionally, the bread didn't hold the burger well and quickly deconstructed, resulting in a fork and knife experience. The steak in the steak fajita was surprisingly tender and flavorful with its various components, so that's highly recommended! Overall we had a wonderful experience and I just want to thank Gabbie for her amazing service which definitely enhanced our experience! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

We came here for dinner. Places was packed. Got seating in 10 minutes. Our server was Anthony and he was good. Took out orders and checked on us. Food took a while. I guess it was busy. Too many kids. We ordered the fajitas and smokehouse combo. Ribs and chicken were too glazy. Corn was ok. Fajitas were ok. Nothing to rave about .

I visited Chili’s on 11/13/2025 with a party of nine. It was a busy Friday night, and I want to start by saying the hosts did an amazing job. They greeted us warmly, kept us updated on our wait time, and even took the time to store a cake I brought for my friend. The restaurant was packed, and I understand nights like that can be overwhelming. Once seated at table #9, things unfortunately went downhill. We ordered the Witches Brew margaritas, and while I understand the bar may run out of certain items on busy nights, the drink came without the themed décor and even in a regular glass. When we asked our server, Christian, to bring the correct glass for my friend’s Good Witch margarita, his response was, “You can get it yourself. What do you want me to do—fight the restaurant?” We were honestly shocked. I went to the bar myself and was able to get the correct glass with no issue. We spoke with the manager, Anthony, who was polite, comped the drink, and said he would speak to Christian. We appreciated that. However, after that conversation, the service toward our table only got worse. Christian became noticeably dismissive and disengaged. What made the situation even more frustrating was watching him bring four Good Witch drinks—with the correct glassware and full décor—to another table he seemed to know personally. When we asked why they received proper service and we didn’t, he brushed us off. To be clear: The food was great. The service from our server was not. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and professionalism for future guests.
