There was no service available at the counter. We were told to use the kiosks or our phones. Restrooms are accessible without a key or code and are available for multiple people at a time. There are no paper towels, only air dryers which need your hands close to keep activated.

Amazing food as in all McDonald’s, but the service here is exceptional! Congrats on the management and the staff!

The play area is a big plus. Gives me a few minutes to enjoy my meal in peace, as long as everyone is getting along. lol

Definitely one of the more premier league McDonald’s. Super spacious, big indoor playground area, nicely decorated, kept very clean both inside and outside, and most importantly, the bathroom (at least the Women’s- didn’t see men’s) is CLEAN and SPACIOUS with around 5 stalls including a handicap stall. I was super impressed with that bathroom I immediately wanted to take a pic for review but realized that would look creepy w ppl in it. Employees are polite. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Fries were meh, but that’s a gamble you take with every McDonald’s (hoping you get the good fresh fries). Still tasty tho. Ice was kept topped off at soda fountain which is rare in this heat (Usually at least one ice dispenser is empty). I’m definitely gonna keep this McDonald’s in mind the next I’m in this area

I stopped by this McDonald's becase I ate a bagel at a plaza nearby and got thirsty after finishing it. I figure getting a drink at McDonald would be much cheaper so I just had to drive like half a mile. I found parking easily but I will say the plaza this McDonald is in can get busy. When I walked in, I was surprised that this location still have their self serve soda fountain so they didn't take it out yet. No one was working the cashier so you have to order at the kiosk. I saw a worker doing curb side order so I just asked for my large cup to fill up my own drink. This McDonald also has a play area for kids so that was nice to see, there was no kids though.

The only issue I had (which is major), was getting cold fries. I'm sure you all understand why I said major (lol). I usually make sure to ask for fresh dropped fries when using the drive thru but when using the kiosk inside, I don't see an option for that.

Order Uber Eats from here quite frequently and they are always on point with the order, sometimes even including free fries or pies. 10/10 the night shift crew is pretty solid

Because it was Christmas Day it was very busy. Many have ordered digitally. We were driving and were happy to find some restaurant that is open. One lady who took orders was very kind and helpful. The prices very very high. They added for extra items. But didn't give any discount for the meat paddy we asked to remove. Other fast food restaurants give discount.

This is definitely a road stop McDonald's, but it's very good for that purpose. It has a large eating area, several stalls in the women's restroom and 1 change table, as well as a toddler play area to help keep the kids busy. The floor was dirtier than it should have been, but the rest rooms were clean enough considering the amount of traffic this restaurant gets.

I've been going to this McDonald's for 35 years. My last visit, the fries were absolutely disgusting. It was mix of dried old fries and limp cold. I am 59 years old and I had never had this happen at any McDonalds. The employees at the two windows were not polite or friendly at all and this has been a theme at this location for the past few years. I think this one is going down hill. My Big Mac was cold too. The only pos was the speed. I'd rather have better food than speed. Strike 1 for this location.

Went thru the drive thru on June 4th, 2013 at about 3:00pm. The young lady at the drive thru was giving my husband a smart attitude. That was a first for us. Never have I ever given a bad review, but she was rude. Other than her smart mouth, the food was great and fast.

The Coffee was Hot and Tasty, The staff were insufficient and absent. Enough Said ! Bring back the live employees to handle the human orders, let AI handle the internet/app orders.

I have been here a total of 3 times and each time I have been told to pull ahead past the windows to wait for my food. Each time the whole line behind me gets their food before I do and I have to wait 15-20 mins! Either I have just the worst luck or they prioritize the line ahead of waiting customers.

This is a nice McDonalds and the staff ate great except something that's not their fault, why should I place a mobile order to pick up through drive through to wait in line to give the code to drive up to the window to be sent to park for 15+ minutes to wait for them to bring my food behind 7 other parked cars waiting? Watching the server go from car to car looking for whose order they have. What makes it worse is the fries are cold by the time i get my order and something is often forgotten in the bag.

Visited this McDonald's on December 20th. When we arrived at the drive thru around 8 am, the person who attended us was struggling to take the order and was repeatedly asking to repeat what we said, once we repeated our order, he told us to meet him at the window for the total. When we got to the window the guy told us the total was $40 something for 5 Sausage and Egg McMuffin, which were 2 for 6 so that meant it should've been no more than $20. Then to top it off, we didn't even get our extra McMuffins! We were already on the freeway and there were no napkins as well. Terrible service and job, they took over 15 minutes to make 5 sandwiches, my great Grandma could do that in 3. This was a terrible experience and a rob of money!

Not only do they get the order wrong every single time, but they try their best to ignore you when you're trying to get their attention, and they're incredibly rude. You have to repeat your order to them four times and they still get it wrong. They act like you're annoying them for even being there.

From the time I got in line in the drive-through the time I got my food was 24 minutes. Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Also the person who took my order could barely be heard. She was talking very softly. I don’t think it was a microphone issue. I think it was a voice issue. I keep asking her to speak up so I can hear her.

I usually go there to get iced tea. But I’m going to stop because I don’t understand why they charge double in Southern California and in northern California. The ice tea is a buck 59.

Multiple times in the last few weeks I've been told that the frozen coke machine is not frozen yet when I'm ordering lunch around noon... the machine needs to be turned on earlier if this is consistently happening.

Expect a minimum of a 20 minute wait after you order. This location cannot seem to get the food out in a timely manner. Every time I have gone through this drive thru, I have been told to go and wait at one of the drive thru spots in the parking lot to wait. It doesn't matter if I have a small or a large order. The food is tasty, but I would rather visit ANY other location than this one.

Consistently a 20-30 min wait now. No matter when you arrive, you'll be asked to pull past the drive throu to sit on the curb or by the rail for 20 plus minutes to get your food. Best guess is they pull you through the line to keep their recorded drive throu times low, but the customer's end up waiting significantly longer. Idk if they changed their policy but this has been the normal experience for months now. Update 1 month later; this honestly has significantly improved.

Food was okay, but I am giving the lower star ratings because a female employee yelled at my daughters in the play area for not taking their shoes off. The sign is there, but easy to miss if you're a minor. She could have easily been cordial about it, but that was uncalled for. I was seeing her cleaning around the play area and her body language appeared to be very negative. I also didn't like the fact that afterwards, she was staring at them from the other side of the window. Really no need for that.

Horrible Customer Service!!! I went around 8pm to get my son a happy meal and myself a coffee. 1st off I ordered a 4pc happy meal, they charged me for a 6pc also ordered 1 coffee but charged me for 2 and said they were unable to process a refund. Once I got to the next window I noticed 1 of the coffees had chocolate drizzle on it although I ordered caramel, I asked her if she could simply wipe it off and put caramel. The associate then came back with the drink and handed it to me very aggressively and began yelling at me. Therefore I was very upset!! I went to get my son a kids meal not to get disrespected. She definitely should not be in Customer service! It is unacceptable to treat someone that way!! I will never go there again. This will be escalated.

This location has gone down hill. We waited 15 mins for our food and we were the only ones inside. My kids meal was missing food. My husband’s entire sandwich was missing. My quarter pounder was bright pink in the middle. It took us another 10 mins to get the order right while getting sighs and dirty looks from the staff. Mind you the “manager” looking staff member ignored all the complaints and the staff was rude to my family when we asked for what we ordered.

They take way too long to bring out the food to the drive-through. They're very unprofessional on how they treat their customers and talk way too much. I'm not asking for my food to be made that instant, but leave the chit chat for later and bring the food at an appropriate time. Heck, even the food was made poorly, like how!? Never coming back, and I hope they get reprimanded. I'm completely disappointed with the service.

Worse mc donalds ever. They had every call pull over to the side once you ordered so there were about 7 cars just parked next and across each other. Waited about 15 mins. This location needs new management. The service is awful. They always have everyone pull over and park for their food and they take so long to bring it out at times we have to get out to get our order from the counter. With inflated prices, many other fast food places up their game. Not this place. I had to wait in a line to wash my hands in the restroom because people were shaving, washing their hair, and other grooming. Food was below average, even for McDonalds: either poorly made or cold. At this point I think this McDonald’s intentionally “forgets” ordered food. Of my 7 visits, 6 times they conveniently forgot an item in my order. The food, by McDonald’s standards, is average. The playroom(see photo) had burned out lights that no one wants to replace. My opinion is that the management, and by example the employees, just don’t care. So, they won’t get my business anymore. I wonder if this post will even make a difference. Update: 30 minutes from order to cold food plus 10 minutes waiting in line with one cashier. The manager ignores customers. Never will I come back. Get food at a gas station or literally anywhere else.

I went to go order real quick at McDonald's and I had to go pick up my wife over there at Bakersfield. Then I got to the window I ordered a McChicken with no lettuce and light mayo when I got to the second window and the casino I got no Paddy and light mayo and pretty much I got lettuce. This McDonalds is easily one of the worst I've ever been too. I've come here since I was a kid and now its not even worth the trip. You can always expect a wait, often a long wait. Waited 45 minutes..I placed my order at 10:56..it was 11:56 and I never received my food. Manager told me she would reheat my food in the microwave after I demanded my money back. Fast food is supposed to be fast. That’s why you choose it over other places. We went on 7/5/21 to grab breakfast. When we arrived, the drive thru line was out onto the road. We decided to go inside to order, thinking it may be quicker. I went inside and all orders were being done on self-service touch screens. Some customers were frustrated because there was no one there to assist. There was one gentleman that would come out upon occasion but most people were left to fend for themselves. Their service was very slow and the dining area filled with waiting customers. The gentleman who would come out upon occasion did make it a point to tell everyone they needed to socially distance, which was a problem their slow service was creating. Because everyone ordered on self-serve kiosks there was no way to really get a refund. This forced all of us to wait for our food. I waited exactly 35 minutes from the time I placed my order til the time I received it. After I received my food, I went outside to our vehicle and bumped into a friend. He went through the drive thru and waited just as long. He went all the way through and was told to go park in the parking lot we’re he waited an additional 15 minutes. I also noticed that all of the mobile pickup spots were full as well.

17 minutes for a happy meal. They after twelve minutes I asked and they said they had been waiting on the apple slices. Then it took five more to get the apple slices. They are prepackaged. All they had to do was put them in the box. Waiting on the apples took so long the food was cold. They insist on you using the self serve kiosks. I can use them just fine, it's just very annoying. The drive through might be a better experience as they probably won't sit on their hands for fifteen minutes because of the line of cars.

I’ve ordered from this McDonalds a few times before and all my food everytime has been stale, cold, hard, old, you name it. Yesterday I decided to order a filet o fish sandwich. I’ve had it a few times before but NOT FROM THERE. They’re pretty good. No allergies to fish. But yesterday I ordered my meal the second breakfast was over. Thinking that it would be fresher because it’s the start of lunch everything will be made fresh. The fries were actually decent this time, a little soggy. The nuggets were hard and stale. (3 times I’ve ordered nuggets and just didn’t eat them) now the sandwich was a bit soggy but didn’t seem uncooked. I put it in the air fryer because I like crispier food and to ultimately reheat it. The sandwich was good. No weird color, no smell, tasted fine ig. Maybe it was masked by the large amounts of tarter put on it but overall it was ok. I go home from work and my stomach starts HURTING BADLY!! I hadn’t had anything else after my lunch that day so I knew my feeling was because of this sandwich or the fries. But I knew it was the sandwich. For two hrs I’ve had bad stomach pain and going back and forth to the restroom. I really felt sick. Eventually it stops but the feeling lingers. Today I feel nauseous and dizzy. Again, haven’t had anything except water. Please do better at serving quality food to the best of ur ability. It’s no secret many McDonalds in Santa Clarita have 3. Whatever ratings which to me was already a red flag, and based on my experiences, so it doesn’t surprise me why the food sucks or is causing me pain. Just do better

The lady who is gonna clean the playground at 8:30 told me to leave because she needs to clean and leave but I check my phone and was only 8:30 when the hours it’s 99 and I asked why she asked me to live. It was only 830 and she say next time don’t worry next time.

It has dual drive thru but only one person was working it at around 9 pm i only orders 1 coffee 5 cream 2 splendas on the side and they gave me the coffee with them inside good thing it was free. I had to wait a total of about 20 mins for it

Everyone here is always so nice but a drive-through means you can drive through you always sit here for 30 minutes to get your food every time so this is my last time ! down the street I’ll Goooooo I actually was waiting so long that I asked for a refund which I couldn’t get because I didn’t have a receipt because they asked do you want a receipt say no you don’t take one it literally took so long that I drove off. Keep the money keep the food I will not be back.

If I could give no stars I would. The manager who I am assuming name is Esme based off the sign they have on the wall is always so unpleasant. Every single time I’ve come I regret coming. She has the worst attitude and treats everyone so poorly. Not only is she rude to my family and myself but to every single customer I see her interact with. She ignores customers asking for assistance or walks away without letting customers ask for condiments. We ordered chicken nuggets and picked a sauce which was forgotten and when we asked for it she tried charging us and was extremely rude during the entire interaction. All of the other employees seem nice but she is the problem. I think the store could improve on being more attentive to customers. I think the store is a great location and would truly strive if they replace their manager Esme.

Wasted my whole lunch break in the drive thru so the person in front of me could be handed my drink and my burger which I requested plain to have tons of onions so now I get a flat melted frozen drink and fries for lunch. The chicken nuggets were burnt and thin too. Terrible

They raised the price of the McGriddle meal from $6 to $8.89 and they didn't increase the portion size or anything. I'd rather skip breakfast than pay the price of substitution the coffee to a frappe but now I'm paying that extra labor fee but getting the crappy small coffee.

This place has gone down hill. Received my cheeseburger with only cheese..no burger.. Attitude from the girls handing you your food is horrible at best. They are outright rude..just go to in n out next door..better food and service

I'll never return, which is sad. I wanted to get my pups something special so I went to grab them a plain cheeseburger. I specifically stated the pups were looking forward to a treat as I paid. I was parked and waited a good 5-10 minutes, which is no problem, they weren't exactly dead. But I get my order and it's labelled plain, but they gave me a burger with extra onions all over it and no cheese. I'll wave as I drive past to spend my money elsewhere, Chiquella Lane McDonalds! Fellow dog owners stick to the pup cup from Starbucks. They won't try to poison your dogs.

This was by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. None of the workers would talk to you. I tried to get the manager's attention. He ignored me. They would place the food on the counter and never call out any numbers. The food was all cold, and we had to help ourselves to get our food. I literally had to go behind the counter to get my own cup. The man next to me had been waiting longer then me. He finally found his bag of food. He started arguing with a worker for his coffees and ice cream cones. A quick stop off the freeway turned into a 30-minute delay.
