Came in on a Sunday with some friends and the atmosphere was very nice and lively had a lot of fun. Our server Tayah was very attentive and a joy to be around. She was fast and very knowledgeable. I tried the wagyu burger and it was delicious.

Came in during the infamous Black Out Wednesday with my buddies and, although it was packed, Zack and Ted were really helpful and attentive. Drinks here are pretty good and not very expensive, the vibe is also pretty good as well. I'll definitely be back some other time.

Nia is the kind of bartender that instantly makes a night out better. She’s attentive without hovering, genuinely friendly, and always seems to know exactly what you need before you even ask. Her drinks are perfectly balanced every time — you can tell she takes pride in her craft. What really stands out, though, is her energy. Even when the bar is packed, she stays calm, keeps a smile on her face, and makes everyone feel like they’re her favorite guest. You don’t come across that kind of professionalism and warmth often. If you’re lucky enough to have Nia behind the bar, you’re guaranteed great service, great drinks, and great vibes.

My friends and I were here for lunch today. The food was really good, but the service was OUTSTANDING! Our server, Everett, was attentive (even though we ran him a little bit) and got everything in our order right. My friend left his phone at the table and we didn't realize it until Everett literally chased us down a block away with it!! He went so above and beyond and we are so grateful!! Thank you so much!

4.6/5 Stars I had a fantastic lunch date at Baker Street Pub in Sugar Land! The lively atmosphere and welcoming vibe immediately set the tone for a great experience. The food was outstanding, with the Reuben and Monday special (English Fish and Chips) being highlights. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service from our server, Ean. He was attentive, friendly, and provided great whiskey recommendations. Whether you're looking for a casual day or night out, or a fun gathering with friends, Baker Street Pub has something for everyone. Great drinks, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere make this place a must-visit. Highly Recommended!

Thank you Mandy (our amazing waitress with the blue hair) for making what was a poor night a phenomenal one! Between the live band, great drinks, good food, and welcoming staff, this was a great evening! Especially compared to the rainy let down that it started as. I love the enthusiasm of the crowd generated by the staff and the mood set by the band in combination. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Sugar Land, TX!

1/7/25: Excellent Happy Hour and Tuesday Specials! We used to frequent the Willowbrook location before it closed and decided to give the Sugarland spot a try. We arrived at 2 PM and stayed until 6 PM, enjoying the deals and food, though service was hit or miss. Tuesday Special: $3 tacos. The bartender recommended the fried shrimp tacos, and they didn’t disappoint! The mayo has a creamy, mild kick, the mango habanero is sweet, and the carrot habanero packs a surprising but enjoyable heat. I started with 2 fried shrimp tacos, while my son had 1 beef and 1 fried shrimp. Later, my husband joined us and ordered 2 fried shrimp tacos, and my son enjoyed 2 more shrimp tacos. Happy Hour: $3 Karbach Love Streets (listed on the menu) and $2.75 Michelob Ultra drafts (posted on the bar wall - available until 6 PM). Service: Our first bartender (a guy) was excellent - prompt and attentive. Unfortunately, the second bartender (a gal) repeatedly ignored us, even though we stayed in the same barstools. We had to flag her down every time, which was frustrating. 😑 Billing: Make sure to double-check your bill. The $3 Karbach Love Streets were initially charged at a higher price, and they had to void the original bill to correct it, which removed about $10+ from the total. Overall, great food and drink specials, but the inconsistent service and billing issue need improvement.

We had a party of 4. It took 2.5 hrs for us to order,eat,and check out. The service was horrible. Im not one to ask for freebies and didnt. But I think it may have been a good idea for management to have offered a dessert or discount considering the circumstances. I felt unappreciated so we wont return.
