This is such a delightful place. I had a fabulous time! Food was very good and the hibachi chef was so entertaining. Just a few small things that I have to nitpick about: I almost walked through the wrong entrance. The lack of a full bar, which I was told would be resolved eventually. The trashcan in the restroom is too short. There’s too many menus to order from, three of them. Very small and silly issues I had, that didn’t really don’t affect my experience negatively but I hope to see fixed.

This is my favorite sushi and hibachi place, i eat in and order out all the time. The food is consistently good never been bad one time and always fresh and cooked as ordered. I ordered delivery tonight hibachi steak and the order had much less steak than normal and i called them and told them. The manager brought another order to my house without me even asking and also threw in a sushi roll that was delicious. Best customer service I've had in a long time, i will give them my business every time for this. Great good, even better service and kind understanding management ! If i could give 6 stars i would !!

My family and I enjoy the food, service and atmosphere. Every time we come Lan is so welcoming and accommodating. Lan is a big reason I come back, she’s detailed and her personality is exceptional. She delivers personalized experiences all with a smile and flawless execution. Please give her a raise, she is a vital asset to the establishment. The food is excellent, orders are accurate, fresh and hot when served. Prices are not exorbitant like some other hibachi restaurants.

We were in the area and craving hibachi, so we decided to stop by since it was close. It took a little while to be acknowledged and seated, but once we were, the customer service was good. The food overall was enjoyable, though I was a bit disappointed with the calamari—the breading and crispiness weren’t to my liking. That said, I had no complaints about the hibachi itself. The prices are on par with other hibachi spots. Overall, a good experience, and I’d come back when I’m in the area again.

This place was really cool. The food was good, fresh, and tender. The hibachi was a really cool experience. The chef was really nice and fire he lit was high. We ordered the hibachi chicken steak and the kobe steak both were delicious and really tender. Definitely recommend this place. Halal

Overall a happy experience. Didn’t know its halal and the food price tag is a bit high. But the portion is good and the steak is fresh. Even the rice is a good medium grain rice, which in my humble opinion is better than long grain rice. Now to the lacking side. Kids meal had to come from Kitchen. Thats a bummer. All kids want to watch their food cooked at hibachi, but they honestly cannot finish their food. If kids meal can be a part of hibachi, even if conditional on other hibachi purchases for example, would make the offering so much more sincere and attractive to families. The soup is really, hm, just clear water with msg maybe. Salads got quite a bit of dressing on top and is fresh, but they didn’t care to drain the water thoroughly. So it is drenched in diluted dressing. Our young chef still can improve his cooking skills. With the at being said the fresh food quality was able to cover that. The fried rice is on the bland side. Not about saltiness, but that good smell coming from high heat frying is lacking a bit. Medium grain rice can absorb more sauce and still maintain that slight bouncy chew, so it superior, but it also needs a bit more time to bring the temperature back high again after putting soy sauce, to get the aroma out. Green onion should help too. But hey, I am an Aisan who is really good at cooking fried rice myself, so I am on the picky side. Overall it was great experience. The waitress is nice and attentive. The house is also generous to give a free appetizer if we follow facebook. Just thought my two cents can help them improve, because the soup, salad and fried rice are not expensive to improve, but this trio is the work horse to enhance the whole package and the experience.

4 entrees for 7 people were good! The gyoza ( fried dumplings ), shaggy dog sushi and mushroom soup were good appetizers. The samurai with side options of filet mignon and teriyaki chicken And Kobe steak were good The shogun teriyaki chicken and hibachi steak was great

Food was great - i want to start with that. Service was subpar, did not have enough employees on friday night and added 18% gratuity for 4 people. Did not serve utensils, took long time to respond to requests etc. It is quiet expensive but the feel when it comes to ambiance is not of a nice restaurant. I am giving 4 stars just because the hot plate chef was very nice and food was good.

A really cool experience. Food is pretty good but show the chef puts on at the table is the best part. Good service. We had fun. Kids loved it!

That still isn't bad, but for the price it was crazy. Any habatchi place would prolly be a better choice for food quality. People were nice. Drink was good. Only the sauces were actually bad, though I usually really like the yum-yum sauce on everything.

If you're in the mood for sushi and sashimi don't bother visiting here... My companion ordered hibachi... filet Mignon ,veggies and fried rice. Mediocre at best. I chose the nigiri combo for 18$.with a side of seaweed salad. The salad was FROZEN and everything else was not sushi standard. so disappointing. Keeper's remains our go to for Japon while in Sugarland.
