Visited with family. Ordered smokehouse bbq burger, chicken romano, korean fried chicken, and crispy pineapple chicken and shrimp. I had the korean fried chicken (crispy chicken pieces with korean bbq sauce, served over white rice, with avocado, kimichi, mushrooms, cilantro, and sesame seeds). It was very good! A great balance between sweet, acidity, and heat. The others enjoyed their food as well. Recommendation: If you haven't been, make a reservation. Otherwise, it's likely to be a bit of a wait.
I have been to this place several times in the past. We went back recently to use the gift card we received last Christmas, which includes the $15 worth of free cheesecake that is set to expire 2/28/23. As usual, the place is crowded with a 30-minute wait time. I love the decor and the ambiance. The servers are wonderful as well. This is my first time ordering chicken Madeira, which is their most popular chicken dish. I have to say that it tastes good and another dish that is worth coming back for. 😋 we got the salted caramel cheesecake, which is yummy as well. In the past, we usually go for breakfast, and I like their coffee as well as pancakes. There something about their maple syrup that taste different from regular breakfast diner. My only complaints is the soda that we ordered. It was heavily diluted and almost tasted like sweetened water. Must be a malfunctioning soda dispenser. Aside from that, our dining experience are almost always great!
So I had the 4 cheese pasta with gluten free noodles, and oh my word was it delicious. Our server Ari was amazing. She took great care of my mother-in-law and I (it was my mother-in-law's first time) Ari went back to the kitchen to make sure my food was completely gluten free, and I love that she did that!!! A+++ my mother-in-law had a breakfast sandwich which was bigger than her head (but she loved it of course) I wasn't able to eat the bread but it did smell heavenly. My mother-in-law had the tiramisu cheesecake and I had the gluten free Godiva chocolate cheesecake, which of course I wish they had more gluten-free options but the ones we did order was superb. I thank y'all for making my mother-in-law's first visit a great experience!!!
I had excellent customer service today from Danny in takeout. He greeted me and with a smile, asked how my New Year was going, and made friendly conversation while I waited on my red velvet cheesecake. He was fast, friendly, and made the wait enjoyable. I really appreciated his energy and great customer service today!
We came to cheesecake factory after almost 2 years, and we had one of the best experience!! Our server Jared is amazing and so is the manager.. both really took good care of us.. food was so delicious we were full with the appetizers and were going to cancel our entrees but it was too late as it was ready so we decided to eat some and take the rest home, but it was sooo delicious we ended up finishing the food there!! Did a small prank on the manager but she was so sweet she took it very well, in the end we all laughed out! We will come back soon!
We recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory in First Colony Mall, Sugar Land, and had an excellent experience. I ordered the carne asada, and it was absolutely delicious 😋 perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. The sweet corn on the side was exceptionally good and added a great touch to the meal. My wife had the grilled fish tacos, which were juicy, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The flavors were well balanced, and the portion size was generous, just like you’d expect from Cheesecake Factory. Overall, the service was great, the ambience was warm, and the food truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommended if you’re in Sugar Land and craving a hearty and satisfying meal
My recent visit to The Cheesecake Factory was an absolutely delightful experience, and it truly lived up to its reputation as a fantastic spot for a memorable meal and celebration! From the moment we stepped in, the vibrant and inviting atmosphere set a wonderful tone for our evening. The service was truly exceptional. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and handled our large table with remarkable ease and efficiency. It’s always a pleasure when the staff goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable and well-cared for, and they certainly did. This level of service made our celebration even more special and enjoyable. We visited the Memorial City location, and I particularly loved the added bonus of the beautiful yard between the restaurants. It’s such a thoughtful touch, providing a lovely space where children can play and have fun, which is a huge plus for families. This feature truly enhances the overall dining experience, making it more relaxed and enjoyable for everyone. And of course, no visit to The Cheesecake Factory is complete without indulging in their famous cheesecakes! The sheer variety is impressive, and while we explored different flavors, including some gluten-free and low-carb options, it was fun to try so many unique choices. Despite what some might say, the food was satisfying, and the overall experience was fantastic. It's a classic American restaurant that offers a great time, especially for celebrations and family outings. I definitely look forward to returning!
The dessert here is outstanding! The customer service here is even better! They were out of the biscuits for the strawberry shortcake, the ONLY thing I came for. My server Jovita and the Manager Jay made sure I got what I came for in less than 20 minutes. I am more than satisfied and will be dining at this location more often!
Treated my mom for lunch and I have to say the food never disappoints. I got some type of crab dip appetizer I tried for the first time so tasty definitely getting that again. I ordered shrimp tacos they were ok but not something I would always eat since they have many other choices. My mom had fish and chips she said it was good but she’s had better of-course they are not known for that
There's a recent dish placed on menu. Peruvian Chicken and it was fire! Excellent blend of spices for great taste.
We just had very good dinner . We ordered pasta, fish tacos and avocado chicken salad I replaced chicken with salmon 🍣 everything were very tasty . I always go to Tucson location just wanted to try Houston location as well . Staff were polite too Avocado egg roll were very good too 👍

We had lunch and got quick and courteous service. Food was very good. The dessert display has some very delicious cakes and pastries. It was so hard to resist.

I had the New Orleans Cajun Shrimp with creole sauce over toasted bread. Sooooo yummy. 10/10 appetizer (not pictured) For dinner I had the Cajun Salmon- A Louisiana Classic, Blackened with creole sauce, mashed potatoes and buttered corn. 10/10
Danny from the Cheesecake Station rocked! We were chatting while my order was getting ready and he mentioned how he had a long day but thru it all. He was so warm, positive and asked how my day is going. As a person that works in retail, it’s wonderful to see people who admit busy days yet still deliver amazing customer service that makes you feel good. The strawberry cheesecake is absolutely delicious. I ordered two which came to $25 which a bit steep, I could see it around $20. And usually the slices are cute big or bit skinnier, either way it tasted great!
I love The Cheesecake Factory. My family usually go there for as special occasions like birthdays, graduations, etc. The atmosphere is always relaxing and calm. The food is s so good, we fill up and have to get the incredible cheesecake to go. The cheesecake is a must try. There are so many variations of cheese from the classic with strawberries to caramel turtle cheesecake ( my favorite). It's hard to try new flavors when the last one is your new favorite. The service was fast, and efficient although the restaurant was very busy on a Friday night.

First time trying Cheesecake Factory! Always avoided as thought their menu was too large and it wouldn't be any good but I was wrong! Firstly the appearance and atmosphere inside was great! Really inviting and comfortable, but also classy in a way. Besutiful decor inside. Service was fantastic! They did get one of our orders wrong but were very quick to replace with the correct thing. Service was fairy quick also. It was not super busy when we went but so maybe that was why. Our server was polite, friendly and helpful. The food was surprisingly pretty good. Fresh, hot and tasty and somewhat decent prices. Will definitely be coming back!
It started with my service Michelle R, was not only sweet and knowledgeable on the menu. Her aura gave- experienced, seasoned, "I'm not new to this I'm true to this". My friends and I felt very comfortable in her section. She was constantly checking on us and when there was an issue with our drinks- she resolved it IMMEDIATELY. Cheesecake factory has some tasty delights but what shined tonight was the manager Mariam, Maryam, Mariem (I'm not sure how she spells it) checking to make sure we were good to go. I appreciate this level of customer service
Alaska veteran, tried this for the first time. Just like the one in Phoenix the slice you see on display is larger than what they give you not 5 stars because it looked picked off, but it was very good, still can't get use to paying taxes,( no taxes in Alaska ) there was a white lady standing behind the cashier watching it all and took control when I didn't leave a tip ( I am not sitting down to eat so I don't tip) she did not look happy. Did I say I like cheesecake 😋, the over all look was good, good mix of people, workers I seen all had smiles, would I go there to eat, yes, buy there cheesecake, no not my cup of tea when I see angry faces giving me food 🤔
I had the Thai Chili Shrimp appetizer with a Thai Chicken Salad and it was delicious. Service was excellent and really enjoyed our lunch. Bread is only available per request before 5p. I haven't been in awhile and was glad I asked so be mindful if you are not a regular patron. I'm kicking myself for not remembering thewo derful woman that took care of us. Take care of raise who take care of you while patronizing restaurants. Will definitely be back!
We celebrated my daughter. Service was wonderful. Our waiter was perfect to handle our large table. Love the Memorial City location because of the yard between the restaurants. Love having somewhere that children can go play and have fun. I will say, prices have gone up and portions have gone down, particularly the cheesecake slices. The slices are so thin they can't stand up in the container. And I think they've changed some recipes because the turtle and oreo slices tasted off a bit. Overall we still had a good time. The waiter was wonderful.
I have frequented this restaurant numerous times, but hadn't had the opportunity to provide feedback until now. Upon visiting late one evening, despite the crowded atmosphere, the staff efficiently arranged seating. Our server demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. Food arrival was prompt; however, there was errors with our orders. Fortunately, we were accommodating diners and didn't mind. Notably, the mushroom burger and chicken alfredo were outstanding. Huge selection of cheesecakes. Overall, this establishment offers a casual, average dining experience.
I waited at the curbside pickup for over 10 mins and no one brought my order. After calling to advise I was waiting, I was told it would be out soon and waited another 7 minutes and decided to walk inside to pick up. Cheesecake was great as always always!

Overall my rating is a solid 3. However, the spicy rigatoni vodka is a fantastic 5. Unfortunately hubby's shrimp and chicken gumbo fell short and only gets a 3. The sauce was watery; the shrimp were rubbery and tough, and the chicken was either tender or chewy. Hubby ate half so it wasn’t entirely inedible. The restaurant is huge and quite cool; all the women had sweaters. Our server, Oshay, on the other hand, was welcoming and friendly, and apologetic when we told him about the gumbo and immediately told the manager who came over and also apologized, took notes and mentioned he would speak to the chef. The cheesecake of course gets a thumbs up. Hubby had Cinnabon and i had key lime pie. Deelish. We will come back to try again.
The vibe was cool. We went to the Cheesecake Factory for my son’s 10th b-day dinner. It was his birthday pick! 🥳🎉 Hostesses were very nice and wished my son a happy birthday. Our server Mo was great. No issues there. The food did take some time to come out. Apparently there were a lot of tickets at the window…but when the food finally came out. All was good and the food was hot. I really enjoyed my steak tacos. Nice flavor. My 10yr really liked his burger. My 6yo wasn’t too thrilled for his kid pasta dish…and the wifey had some other kind of pasta dish and she said it was alright. We did get cheese cakes and a sundae. NO complaints there. 😂 I would have given it a 4 star but yeah, the food took too long. (not Mo’s fault)
Classic basic American restaurant. We tried different flavor of cheesecakes, even with gluten-free and low carb version. Spoiler: it was okay but it was not everyone’s favorite for sure. Food was so-so, the decoration and the atmosphere here were a bit overwhelmed and tacky. Nah, wont come back.
Savannah was the worst waitress we have ever had. We went in for my birthday dinner and after being seated we ordered water. This took her about 10 minutes to serve. We then had to request the complimentary bread. We had to ask for refills, as she was rarely visiting our table to check on us once we received our mealseven though she was clearly in sight and even serving tables around us. Not only was Savannah inattentive, but she gave nasty attitude when we tried to correct an error she made -- charging us for my birthday cheesecake reward. This was after we had already tried to talk with her about how to go about redeeming the reward(we did not use the phone number for said reward to hold our table), but instead of listening to us she said "it's already added to your check" and walked away. So, when we got our check, which took about 15 minutes, with the charge for the cheesecake we tried discussing with her again, about the fact that the phone number she was using to search for the reward cheesecake was not the one with the reward, she gave attitude blaming us for giving the wrong number to the hostess (what if we were a party of 4 and another person in our party had the reward but the person reserving the table gave their #? Surely this is not an uncommon occurance) and we ultimately had to ask for a manager. Absolutely the worst service experience we have had at cheesecake factory, ruined my birthday dinner experience. Thankfully the manager handled the issue and we left with my reward cheesecake, which was delicious (peach perfect). Unfortunately, because of the whole ordeal at the end of our dinner, i ended up leaving behind my purse! Once we realized and went back for it, I spotted Savannah, and kindly asked her if she had found it. She responded in a ugly tone, without even looking at me "I didn't see any purse" and did not even offer to help me locate it. Just an awful person, all around. If you get her as your waitress, I suggest to ask for someone else.
The service is poor. Our server didn't return to check on us at all. We wanted to tell her my beverage was never delivered and request a side of pickles. We even tried to flag her down and she kept walking. The Thai Salad was good as was the chicken sandwich. The portions are huge so we could share each other's food. I didn't get charged for the missing drink which explains why it never came out.
Service was great, restaurant was very nice. My husband said it was one of the best burgers he's ever eaten and he loves burgers. Portions are huge and service was very quick. Nachos we got were not something we'd try again but their menu is enormous so lots of options. Will definitely try again.
Let’s get right into it. Upon walking in, the doors are super heavy, causing strain if not ready to pull on the door. I had to help an older lady out. So walking in you have to look for the hostess stand ahead.. it’s tall, and no one is there, the front is crowed due to the cheesecake to go orders. So they maybe don’t know you are standing there waiting to be seated or standing around waiting for to go cheesecake. As workers pass by one had his finger twisting his braid on his scalp, and he went straight to getting out cheesecake for customers. They didn’t see him walking from the kitchen to the cheesecake area like I did because I was standing at the hostess stand. He didn’t wash his hand nor sanitize.. he just kept messing with his scalp, and braid or dread? So finally someone comes to seat us. The brown bread I know it’s good, but the other bread was hard as a rock, we ordered apps, and per the waiter’s request they said “wait to see if the app food is good to see if you want to order anything else” all that did was make me question if the food was good or not. I have been to a Cheesecake Factory before, but not this one in particular. So I saw another worker also messing with his dread or braid, just walking around looking lost. I don’t know why management doesn’t tell them have some respect, wash your hands, or don’t play with your dread just walking around the dining area. What I did order was good.. but the lolly gagging, slow walking, dragging feet, and doing nothing but messing with their scalp while we ate was disrespectful. The cheesecake is too soft it needs to be addressed, and maybe get an authentic base first before any toppings are out on. The classic cheesecake is small I don’t know why, you can see how small it is compared to the others next to it. For the price for a slice, it’s a no. I will update this review if I see any improvement. This store is on the list, so my job is almost done. I travel to save you time, and money… my following knows that.
Visited The Cheesecake Factory recently and tried quite a few dishes everything was delicious! The Shrimp Alfredo Pasta was rich and creamy, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The Pineapple Shrimp and Fried Shrimp were both amazing crispy, fresh, and seasoned just right. The Mac & Cheese Balls were a total comfort bite cheesy and satisfying. The Cucumber Salad was a standout too good, too good, too good, too good! Fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. The Nachos were okay, not bad but not a must-try. And the Crab Bag (or Crab-based dish) was also really good, flavorful, and filling. everything tasted fresh and well-prepared definitely a place where you can try a variety of dishes and rarely go wrong. I’ll be going back for that Cucumber Salad alone! To end the meal, I had the Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake, and it was absolutely divine rich, perfectly spiced, and the ideal balance of pumpkin and pecan.
The pasta was a bit on the dry side, but overall I had a good experience. The atmosphere had great vibes, and it was an enjoyable place to relax and enjoy a meal.
Food was okay. I had a big party so wait wasn’t bad for the amount of people with that being said took about another hour for the food to show up. Served got ticket wrong and food left a lot to be desired. Went for my daughter birthday wasn’t too impressed

I ordered curbside pickup and had a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the person who brought out my order did not check to ensure everything was included before leaving the restaurant. When I got home, I discovered that the cheesecake was missing. The cheesecake alone cost almost $10, and it was the one item my daughter specifically wanted. This was very frustrating and disappointing. I really dislike when restaurants are careless with customers’ orders, especially when items are paid for but not received.
This location is really pissing me off! Something is either missing from my order or I don’t ever get my bread! I’m 7months pregnant and that bread is one of the reasons I order besides the cheesecake! Whoever I’m speaking to on the phone to let them know always sounds like “that’s not my problem” instead of trying to help resolve the issue! This is my 3rd order in 1.5months, missing an item AND NO BREAD! Definitely a sign I should stop ordering!
It was my sons birthday today and all he wanted was to go to Cheesecake Factory and he loves cheesecake. Sadly to say, we never got a cheesecake. We sat down and service took 5 minutes to get to us. I ordered the calera wine and my mom ordered the New Zealand. The wines tasted like they’ve been opened for several weeks. I drank mine and didn’t complain because my mom already complained about hers but I should have asked them to just take it away. My sons milkshake took 10 minutes to come out. Our drinks came out before his, and it’s his birthday and he’s turning 9 today. My mom had the filet mignon and it came out with around 5 pieces of steak in a sauce. And I ordered the ribeye. It was a really thin cut that cost $45. Before we ordered, we looked at the menu, we contemplated and I didn’t want to eat there but since my son loves cheesecake, we decided to stay. We brought our own cake. The plan was to say happy birthday with the cake we bought and eat a cheesecake afterwards. The service was lagging and there was a lack of initiative. We didn’t want to leave because we had a whole bunch of gifts for my son to open. The whole reason we came to the Cheesecake Factory was for a cheesecake and never got one. We probably wouldn’t have bothered buying one but honestly don’t even know how it would taste given the facts previously mentioned. My mom was very upset. There was a lack of empathy and I understand our server is young but it came off as very ignorant.

Service tonight was not good at all. My appetizers were room temperature and when I finally received my food after almost an hour wait the food was not hot at all and you could tell it's been sitting around. I ended up sending my food back and going someplace else for dinner. My wife ate most of her cold food because we sat so long she was hungry. The server should have checked on us on a regular basis and giving us updates but that didn't happen either. This was definitely not a good experience but I will definitely give them one more try in the future. II tip very well and I am a stickler for food and service because I pay for it. Unfortunately, I left hungry and did not eat anything. Please know I did inform the managerif the sisuation and gave us a slice of cheesecake. I am not happy mainly with the kitchen and the server

We had a large table for a birthday on Saturday. There was silverware laying out already. I look down at my knife and noticed it looked dirty. I look closer and see that there was crusted food on it. So I have everyone else look at theirs and they had dirty “washed” silverware too. So we had the waitress take everything away and give us plastic. But my thought was… if the silverware is gross, what are they doing in the back? Are the plates and cups being wash properly? Are they washing their hands before serving our food? The food was eh and 2 of the women’s stalls didn’t lock. 0/10 👎🏼
I have to write this review because I have given this location so much grace but the only thing this cheesecake has going for them is location. Aside from that everything is below average. Our waitress Haley b. was either going through a mental breakdown or has no idea how fake/nice she comes off. Messed up our entire order, never offered to refill our drinks, stared at me weird all night and offered me nothing when I showed her the sad piece of chicken in my $25 dollar pasta (photo attached and its not even how big it looks on the camera lol). I still tipped $15 but she didn’t deserve that, sorry to be mean if it is. She was just unpleasant! The manager (short bald white guy that cant fake a smile if he tried) who I addressed before is just not cut to be a manager or is racist cause he was so non chalant when I spoke to him. I am pretty sure this experience will influence me to report to corporate and maybe BBB. I am pretty sure they sabotaged our food because nothing tasted right. It is frustrating being treated horrible because of our skin color and I never play the race card, ever! I will never come to this location again and cheesecake in general has just gone down in quality and you can find that on every social media platform, its locations like this that do it. I know this review may come off harsh but imagine working a hard weeks work, coming to dinner with your wife and three KIDS to spend $125 on food that you were afraid your waitress spit in because of how uncomfortable she made you feel. I also think their entire staff has a staring problem because you get the creepers there. I just want to feel like I am not being handled by immature adults and every time at this location I feel that way and I feel bad being honest and harsh but man... it ruins your mood and evening dealing with them!
Me and my family went here to celebrate my oldest son‘s birthday. We are a family of six. We order our food all at the same time. My husband got his food first. Literally 20 minutes later. I got my food. My oldest son, the birthday boy got his food. And my other children that he get their food for another hour. I know it may sound crazy, but I’m not lying. We informed the way to like what is taking so long. He didn’t even care because we didn’t even eat a milk together to celebrate my son‘s birthday. They did not care. They offered a free cake for my son. Remind me, we didn’t even eat together. We ain’t literally an hour apart. My son celebrating his 16th birthday horrible. And the food is horrible. It has no seasoning. No nothing.
Disappointing Brunch Experience – Sugar Land Location My husband and I visited the Cheesecake Factory in Sugar Land on Sunday afternoon for brunch, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I wanted to try the Jambalaya Bowl from the brunch menu, while my husband ordered the French toast. I was torn between the two, so I asked the female bartender which she recommended. She told me the Jambalaya Bowl was very good, just not as popular as the French toast. Based on that, I ordered the Jambalaya Bowl along with an additional side of sauce. At no point neither on the menu nor during the ordering process was I informed that the eggs in the dish came over easy or asked how I preferred them cooked. When the food arrived, it looked good, but the extra sauce I ordered was missing. When I asked for it, I was told it would take a while. I also let the bartender know that over-easy eggs were not my preference and that had I known beforehand, I would have requested scrambled eggs. A manager was then sent over. I explained that the menu did not specify the egg preparation and that waiting for the sauce would cause my food to get cold. The manager offered to have the dish remade. When the meal returned, I received scrambled eggs and two sides of sauce but the potatoes were missing entirely. Instead of communicating that they were out of potatoes, the bartender allowed me to reorder the same dish, knowing it could not be prepared as originally described. She then informed the manager that they were out but allowed him to place the 2nd order without mentioning that there weren’t anymore potatoes. I was treated as though I was the problem rather than being informed of missing ingredients upfront. What made the situation worse was the lack of professionalism, the dismissive attitude, and the bartender running to the manager claiming I “didn’t like the food,” when in reality I never even had a chance to taste it because both orders were incorrect. Being offered a slice of cheesecake as compensation when I went in for brunch and never actually ate was frustrating and dismissive. Overall, the staff displayed poor customer service, passive-aggressive behavior, and a complete lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I would NOT recommend the Cheesecake Factory in Sugar Land. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and basic communication none of which were provided during our visit.
I placed a pickup order, but when I arrived one of the items was sold out. The staff told me the item would be refunded. After a week, I still hadn’t received the refund, so I had to call multiple times to follow up. Over several days, I called four times to check on the refund. Eventually I was able to reach the manager, who said she would process it. Today I received a refund email, but the refund did not include the tax for the item. I had to make a fifth call to follow up again, but the manager is only available between 9am and 2pm, which makes it difficult to resolve the issue. It’s very frustrating to pay for something I never received and then spend so much time trying to get the correct refund. This pickup order experience was very disappointing and poorly handled. I would not recommend ordering pickup from this location.
Slow, understaffed, and management’s presence is minimal at best. If you have a large party don’t go to this location. Also, if it’s less than 75 degrees outside stay away from the patio as only 2 of 8 heaters are working. I didn’t expect much and got even less. Shout out to Daymoni though cause she did at least try to give decent service. Give her a promotion.
Ok the service was really good I can’t lie my appetizer was good and my margarita was good my food was not fresh at all…. Now I did pay for it but I didn’t eat it and as a server, if someone doesn’t eat the food u shouldn’t charge them for it but maybe he was a rookie either way I won’t be back I left more then 20% but I was not satisfied at alll and I will not be back!!! You were good Yader but cmon man DO BETTER!!!! (The food is trash) so many places better I’d rather go to Cheddars
I just finished giving birth to my second child. I asked my husband to get me an impossible burger from here with no cheese. I opened the burger and to my surprise, there was a yellow square where the cheese used to be. And they had put it on the bottom so you wouldn’t see it unless you picked up the whole patty. I guess refiring the order would have been too much huh? I scraped the cheese remnants off the burger and bottom bun because I had no choice. So sad that a second time mom had a terrible first meal after baby.
