I was at this location today. My waitress was Lily. She was very attentive and quick to take our order. She was very nice and i was satisfied with my food and service. I will definitely be back at this location.
We had an amazing time on Super Bowl Sunday, mostly thanks to our bartender Andre! He was so much fun and super attentive to our group, insisting that we have a great time while visiting Texas. I would come back anytime
While some BWWs sell old, dry chicken, this location seems to be fresher than the other ones. Service has been good. I come here for lunch on weekdays and it’s never busy so that may play a role int the service been prompt. They also have WiFi now that they remodeled the store.
Very festive when we arrived, and many were either enjoying the game or their dates. To the food, fantastic and super filling its been some time since I've gone to any wild wings, and from the wings to strawberry lemonade to our burgers, just made the way I honestly love it.
I came here with my friends late night and Arushi was the best server we’ve experienced - she immediately caught onto our humor and vibe, and was able to provide customer service with a personal touch!! As fellow service workers we know how important that is!! The food came out promptly, it was super hot and all orders were accurate! Highly recommend her and this location
We recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Sugar Land, TX, and had an awesome experience! The ambiance was energetic and fun, with plenty of big screens showing all the games—perfect for sports fans. The restaurant was clean, spacious, and had a great vibe for hanging out with family or friends. The food was on point! Our wings were cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of sauce and seasoning. We also tried a few appetizers, and everything came out fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and efficient, making the experience even better. Went to BWs 2 watch Txns vs Bills Game. Service was slow, but it was understandable due 2 the game vs server ratio. I started off w/ the Hatch Queso Dip. It tasted good, but felt it was missing a little flavor. The dip was a little more runny than I like. I took advantage of & got lucky that the game was Thursday night's B1G1F wings. I then ordered a 10 pc boneless wings. They were served hot & suprisely tender. The blue cheese though, I was expecting " chunky " BC. Anyway, the blue cheese tasted bland. Would I come here again ? If you like listening to loud music like you are at the club and can’t hear yourself think especially the song “my neck, my back” while you’re eating this is the place for you! Our server & the host were great! (no complaints here) but will be doing to go orders from here on out lol.
When we arrived they sat us down at a table. It took 10 minutes before anyone asked us for our drinks! When we finally got our order taken and got our food we were satisfied with the food. I have no problem with the food. The only problem was the service. It took way too long to get our drinks and orders. When we finally got our food our server never came and asked if we needed anything. When we finished eating it took forever for her to come to our table to get us our checks. Even though the food is good I would rather go somewhere else where the service is good. I want to say our server is busy, but I’ve been to other Buffalo Wild Wings that had more people and the service was better.
I love their food. They seem to not be able to keep servers (often only having 1 at a time for the entire restaurant). If you have time to wait and are in good company you will enjoy your food!
Im pretty easy guy, but damn the service sucked! My waiter never checked on us, forgot a part of our order, and went to refill a drink only to not bring the drink back. I won't put his name out on blast, but man that dude sucked. Wings were not hitting either. Wings only had sauce on one side. I dont usually put negative reviews but this the worst buffalo wilds Wings ever. Not coming back to this place.
Beware of John Wick - or the manager Mike My friend and I stopped by for lunch here and both ordered burgers. Mine with no onions, and his with onions. When the server gave it to us, they just happed to mix it up and the way we figured it out only when my friend took a big bite of his to make this discovery. Not a big deal, I gave him the fresh burger with onions and flagged down a server to explain the issue expecting them to take the burger to rush make a new one. Never had I been more wrong in my life. In steps the manager Mike, the man who I assume is the John Wick of the Buffalo Wild Wings universe. A man who's sole job is to protect the bottom line of the BWW, and let nothing get in the way of that - customer experience be damned. This man comes up to our table instantly with aggression and accusatory tone asking us what is up - in the same energy a State Patrol officer with no body cam asking someone "Can you step out of the Ve-hickle for me?" I am floored by his energy and cannot believe how he is treating us. We begin to explain the simple story but he interjects to ask even more questions to get to the bottom of the case of the century. He kept saying "Hey I refuse to re-make another burger for you, outside of that what can I do to make this situation right?" He also accuses me of ordering a different burger, but when I correct him on which burger I ordered - he retreats to his team members. When he discusses with them to hear the situation from them, only to discover the mistake came from them and not the paying customers he was trying to blame! Oh no, it looked like Mike was in the wrong! :0 Instead of apologizing or admitting fault or explaining anything. He comes back to our table to ask "Hey is it really that big of deal? Can't you finish the rest of the burger? Isn't he your friend? Y'all never share food?" - LIKE BRO WHAT IS HE ON?!? JUST FIX THE ISSUE But ultimately Mike takes the burger he swore up and down he wouldn't remake for me - and remade it for me :) Like props to him on escalating the entire situation, and making a mountain out of a mole hill. He would keep walking around our table and check up on us, and would openly talk right behind us to the team members and point to us to "make sure they are taken care of" totally did not make us feel unwelcome or uncomfortable or anything. But other then that the food was incredible as always. And the rest of the staff was great, despite having Mike as a manager. If he treated us like that, I can only imagine how he would treat them unfortunately.
Ordered To-go on Wednesday Oct,16 around 11pm. I ordered 30 boneless wings and a side of large fries. When I arrived to my house, *less than 10 minutes away, I was surprised to see this mess *see attached photos. Wings were cold to the touch and fries were warm . Sad to see a "restaurant" have the audacity to serve this to someone. Will be the last time I support bww. Update- called BWW and spoke to the manager on shift "Michael". He apologized and agreed to fix my order. He remade the lemon pepper wings and the fries. Although he seemed upset with me, I appreciate him taking charge and fixing the problem. Thank you Michael 👍🏻

I have been to this place for 8 years continuously, just recently place a pickup order and confirmed the time to pickup around 5:45PM, however, I start asking if the food is ready at 6:05PM, every time said 2 minutes, then around 6:15PM, I said, it's been 30 minutes, everybody else just come and pick up their orders, I have to wait for 30 minutes, but the food still not ready, then the manager came and said I am not respect their employee, what? and ask me out of the restaurant, and said calling police, and he did send me out of the restaurant, and I didn't get food or money back and just let me out. This is the awful service, I'd like to talk to police. The restaurant need to provide the good service and respect their customers too.
Went with my wife. Got our first beers and the chili queso fries. After that we didn’t get service. We didn’t get out 15 piece boneless and our son didn’t get his food either. He’s 3 and was already hungry when we got there. We had to leave since they didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency. Manager asked if we wanted our wings to go. No accountability. We went to pluckers instead.
We usually go on Tuesday nights, and it takes them a while to take the order and bring the food... but yesterday, November 11th, it was terrible. It took about 10 minutes just to get a table (we were a group of 9). Many employees walked by and saw us, but none showed any interest in seating us. The order took about 45 minutes to arrive at the table. The waitress didn't come back to refill the drinks, I think because she "made sure to add the 18% tip." If you go to this location, go with plenty of time, patience, not hungry, and prepared to endure the employees' bad manners. It's a shame about the delicious food they sell. The good thing is that in a city like Houston, we have so many other dining options.
First we waited waited to be seated. Tje staff looked busy and i saw a person (james) at the bar looking at us but i assumed he was the bar tender. After seating myself with my family i found out he was the manager. The server was excellent she was running to the front to seat people taking orders getting drinks while james just stood there and watched his phone. I asked the server who was the managee and she said the guy behind the bar meaning james. We ordered and the food the food was taking long but i never saw james move from the bar to help out. I went to the bar to get a refill of ice tea and asked james that my food was taking long he told me that they were busy and then i told him that if he is the manager that he needed to help out more and help the servers that were running around the place. He later told me that je didnt like my attitude and he wanted me out that he was going to call the cops. I told him fine can i get my tab please. Thats when he got from behind the bar and actually started to work helping servers with bringing out food and cleaning dirty tables. So im waiting for my tab so that i can leave amd every time he passed by me he threated me that the cops were coming i told him im not leaving till i pay my tab. Everytime he passed he looked at the table bad that he made my wife and kids uncomfterble being there. The server came to our table apologized and i told hee it wasnt her fault that she was doing good and aperantly is not the first time that he does that with customers.
I attended this location on UFC Fight Night expecting an enjoyable evening. What I experienced instead was one of the most disappointing and unacceptable displays of management I have encountered in any restaurant. I was served boneless wings that were undercooked, with raw chicken clearly visible. This is a basic food safety failure that should have been met with immediate concern. Instead, when I brought it to management’s attention, the response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. There was no apology, no corrective action, and no concern for the seriousness of the situation. The manager’s attitude was condescending and completely unfit for a leadership role. There was no effort to resolve the issue or acknowledge the unacceptable quality of service. The environment was chaotic, and it was clear there was no control or structure coming from those in charge. This location has a serious problem with how it operates. Serving raw food and responding with indifference is completely unacceptable. Until the management is addressed and held accountable, I will not return. Upper leadership should take immediate action to investigate the culture that has been allowed to develop here. This is not just a bad experience, it is a clear sign of failed leadership.
The adult male manager was very rude to my daughter because they did not prepare the order accurately. He lied and said they did not serve the item, but I have ordered the same thing five (5) times this past week from this location the same way I ordered it today. Look at the picture of the sloppy mess they provided as a manner of “revenge”. I tried to clean it up enough to eat, but I was unsuccessful. I will never order from this location again.
