Very clean, employees were courteous and friendly. The food was good. Meat was not overcooked, Mac n cheese was fresh. The fries did look smaller than normal but still tasted good.

Nice staff. Forgot 1 item. Fill up bowl chicken we hole pieces are better than their nuggety thingies (no chicken only breading). But like the value and has a drink and a cookie.... If they remember to give it to you....lol

I decided that I would like some KFC I'm in Susanville during the fire evacuation of Westwood where I live. I decided to walk my dog in the direction of the KFC when I arrive I went to the front door it was locked they're not accepting customers into the lobby area only through the drive-thru so I decided to do my part and make it into a walkthrough taking my place in line with my dog and moved forward as vehicle's did. Ordered my meal at the drive-up got to the window they were a little bit surprised my dog definitely let them know he was with me so the manager gave my dog some chicken nuggets. This was a interesting experience. In this particular case the KFC in Susanville only takes orders through the drive-thru. 👍😎🐕

Could have had friendlier staff running the register, but food was good but check ur order because they forgot my wife's biscuit. Not a huge deal but still when u pay for something u should get it.

Not busy when I was in. Chicken was delicious as always, cooked all the way through. I had the 3 pc dark meat extra crispy with a biscuit, coleslaw and fries. This was my first time having the fries, I was suprised how good they were. Its like they batter them first. Had a bite of their chicken sandwich also. It was good, not sure if it beats Popeye's but it was better than a lot of other fast food chicken sandwiches! I knocked it one star just because some of the tables were messy (crumbs). Food was 5 stars though.

Ordered 4 drums/sticks with extra crispy recipe. Came to pick up and they said they don't have what I ordered - no dark meat, and only original recipe. They were nice enough and offered alternatives, and the place is clean, but it is a bummer. 3.5 stars

Friendly..great service and we got everything we ordered. They threw in 2 cookies for the grand children for good measures. Its been awhile since I have gone there. The service and quality of the food had dropped. They are doing much better..today at least.

Well, KFC's food is pretty decent, but for some reason this location seems to always take a long time to get the food out to you. The restaurant is not the cleanest but not terrible. On the plus side the stuff always seems to be helpful and nice. I have been greeted and assisted by the branch owner on multiple different visits, he is a nice gentleman.

This was my experience: on a road trip, stopped for food. We were the only peoe there So hit the drive through thinking in and out! Nope ordered food, two adults two kids 25mins. Order was right good good just took a little longer that I expected.

I love KFC, always have since I was a kid. This one was ok... they didn't really pay much attention to things u request when ordering such as utensils & condiments. They could definitely use some customer service training.

Got a weird plastic shard that stabbed me right in the gums and got stuck in my teeth. It was the worst experience I've had while eating. I bled profusely. The chicken is always pretty tasty but the tables are always dirty. Will still eat here because I will (hopefully die)

Although there was a long, busy line, the drive-thru went pretty quickly. Once I got to the menu screen I was pleasantly surprised with the young lady. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the menu made the line and the heat and the smoke not seem so bad because her customer service was that fantastic. Thank you. Oh, and the food was good too lol.

Great chicken (its kfc) but the service here was another story. They were quick enough and the food was good, but during our meal we noticed a crew person repeatedly touching her tongue or something in the kitchen area. It looked like she was trying to hide, but it was quite visible from the lobby. Not recommended due to cleanliness issues, but then again it is hard to rate the management team based on that alone as they might not have known.

Food came out fine, the service was extremely unprofessional tonight. The acting manager was flirting with a co-workers, while I was trying to order interrupting me everytime I would speak. I pulled up to the window, and the manager and other girl were still flirting making joking remarks " don't call corporate". Please while you're customers order, do not interpret them on the headset it's extremely unprofessional and makes it to where I dont want to be served by the two individuals again.

17 bucks for a couple of anemic chicken strips, fries, and a drink? Sorry but the chicken isn’t worth that. People that work here are awesome, but the restaurant charges way too much for sub-par food.

I ordered a tenders meal and my biscuit wasn't in a box so it was covered in sauce. The tenders were icy cold and thick with breading, the meat was hard and I don't really even think I got any chicken just breading. The fries were as cold as the tenders and stale. Wouldn't recommend. Don't know what happened but it was okay a few weeks ago. Now I wouldn't recommend eating tenders here

Went through drive-through, they forgot my drinks. So, I call their number because the dining area is closed, and no one answers. Knock on the door, no one sees me. So, I walk around outside the drive through and tell the guy working that he forgot my drinks. He just said, "Oh, sorry" and stood there with his mouth open. So, I told him I would go wait out front by the door and he said nothing. Stood there about 5 minutes before I got irritated and just drove away. Apparently he was too busy to ask one of the 4 other people to bring sodas out that I paid for. Also, the food was anything but fresh.

I wanted to dine in, but the lobby was so disgusting, I couldn’t imagine eating in there. I took my food to go, and that was an even bigger mistake, as when I opened it, the coleslaw spilled on the rest of my meal. I tried to call numerous times, but no one answered the phone. I wish I could put less than 1 star. Complete waste of money.

For the second time in a row we didnt get everything we ordered. We won't be going there for a long time to come. The first was my wife and I each ordered a 4 piece meal deal and only got the chicken and biscuits no mashed potatoes and gravy. This time we ordered a 20 dollar fill up and a large side of mac and cheese. No mac and cheese. So no more kfc for us for a long time to come.

Don't bother with "quick pickup". Its anything but. You show up when the app says to and they haven't even started it yet. And anyone who shows up in the drive thru gets priority. Just do drive thru and youll get your food right away. Quick pickup includes a 30 minute wait. And since you pay in advance you have no choice but to wait. Wont be coming back anytime soon.

Ordered a Macaroni Bowl with Original in drive thru, the guy said you can't order it that way so I said on the menu board it says that is one of the choices, then he said oh yeah, you can order with Original; No big deal but you'd think if you work somewhere you would know your products. We also ordered a $20 fill up bucket in Extra Crispy which by the way you cannot change any of the sides on like the Coleslaw so we had to get it. We were traveling through so there is no turning around if something isn't right. Turns out the Coleslaw had a really strong fermentation taste and smell so it went in the trash right away. The Extra Crispy should have been called Dry and Extra Crunchy, the small pieces like drumstick and wings were hard as rocks and seriously dried out, most likely from being held to long. The larger pieces we okay in the middle but super hard and crunchy on the edges. Overall, this KFC shouldn't even get a 1 star review, definitely the worst I've ever been to.

Horrible. This is a terrible KFC location and has been for YEARS. I continue to give them chances to change my mind of going there, only to be disappointed EVERY time. I have NEVER been given a correct order. EVER. The customer service of the staff is friendly and welcoming, but, my orders have always been wrong. ZERO stars. It is, of course, about your food.

Went there tonight at 9:00 pm. Another man was there too. The door was locked but an employee was there mopping. The other man knocked on the door. The employee said, they were closed. She said, the store closes at 10:00 pm and opens at 10:00 am tomorrow. The man said, isn't only 9:00 pm? She said, no, its 10:00 pm. So he just left. So I went to the door and asked her what time they closed? She said, 10:00 pm. So I showed her my phone and showed her that it was only 9:15 pm. And than she left to go ask the other employee something and came back and said, they closed at 9:00. The sign said 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. The website said, the same time.

Total rip off. Got 8 piece meal. Tiny half cup gravy for 4 people. Tiny bowl of mashed potatoes cole slaw. In lousy containers you cant open. Small drinks mostly ice for $2.49 A far cry from what you used to get. Never again. This was in Susanville California. Will never go to KFC again.

Got $30 fill up & 2 Kernel Sanders meals & extra napkins. Because we were on the road.They totally forgot a whole Kernel Sanders meal & gave us NO napkins.😡😡. We had already been on the road. Called and talked to a girl. She said "well, it's cuz we've been real busy". She didn't seem to care. I said."ok, but we paid for that whole meal". She just said, "yeah it's just cuz we're been busy all day and people don't care that we've been busy". I asked her "I'm sorry, but what does that have to do with our order". She didn't offer us anything!!! They definitely were not on their game or seemed to care.

Ordered 8 piece orginal. They said it would be 10 minutes, yet they just put a tray in warmer. Original. Then they called me up and said they didn't have any more original. 1 tray in warmer 1 cooking. Guess because I am old and a woman, I don't get to have any... 2nd time tbus has happened to me there..

We were one of the first people in this place this morning, an it was so dirty. Every table an the floor was FILTHY!!! They charge for every little packet of sauces. WONT BE BACK EVER!!! We use to love KFC. NOT ANY MORE🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

So I ordered a 8 piece of all drumsticks extra crispy and what i got was 1 drumstick. The drum stick wasnt crispy but so oily, greasy resemblance to a drumstick. None of the other pieces in the meal were crispy but the slimy quasi representative of chicken. The kids behind the counter were more focused on talking about how high the got rather than costumer service. By far one of the worst fast food restaurants in Susanville. As of 8/4/23, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged by staff. Once they took the order I received it quickly. The dining room roof was leaking and splattering water everywhere. There was also a bunch of flies in the restaurant. I figured I would give it another chance due to the fact of it's a small business in Susanville, but it is very poorly ran.

I used the mobile app to place an order (promltional thing for D4) they require you to go inside for your mobile orders and when I did the floor looks like it has never been properly cleaned ever and there is a terrible smell like they don't change their oil or something. I literally threw all four orders in the trash and cut my losses rather than risk getting sick. Real talk the health inspector should shut them down.

Payed 50 dollars for an 8 piece meal to only have 6 pieces of chicken called tort them know I didn’t receive my full meal only to have them hang up on me not once but twice while telling me I’m lying repeatedly. Asked for the name of them employee on the phone she refused and also refused to give me the number for her boss. All I wanted was for them to make it right but instead was given attitude and told that I’m liar over two pieces of chicken! What happened to the customer is always right?

I do not recommend eating at KFC in susanville.

Oh gosh, we stopped for lunch inside as we had been driving for 7 hours and needed the stretch. Employees chatting loudly, garbage all over the lobby, sauce and soda spills everywhere, every single garbage was over flowing ( lobby, parking lot and both bathrooms), broom and dustpan leaning against a table. If the health department walked in, they would have been shut down. We were the only 2 inside and there were 3 drive thru orders while we were there. No reason the lobby should have looked like that. Chicken strips were a waste of money and thrown out. My sandwich and coleslaw was good.
