I’m convinced that the closing staff thinks it’s funny to not give the dasher’s what I paid for. The closing staff is ruining your business. They have messed up my order many times. Imagine how many more… If you’re not doing your job, what are you doing? Then when you call up them they will immediately try to pass the blame to the dasher. DoorDash is a 3rd party, you need to have everything ready for them. They are not responsible for your laziness. Put the joint down and do your job. All I ordered was breadsticks and sauce how do you mess that up. Got no sauce so looks like I’m not eating the breadsticks. Come on, you wouldn’t eat that. Why should I?

I ordered via door dash and didn't receive my order right. I tried calling the store and it rang busy. I'm missing 2 of my items and got 2 I didnt order

They don’t use gloves. I saw some of the workers in the back make a pizza, put the cheese on it with her bare hands then come straight to the front to take an order on the cash register. I never went back after that. Plus, not one worker in there seems to be over the age of like 25. Just a bunch of kids doing whatever behind the counter.

They leave the phone off the hook or turn the ringer off so they don't have to take phone orders, when you order in store and don't get the hot and ready and they have to make something they cop an attitude with you, let's not get it started and when they mess up something simple and you just request what you paid for, online orders forget about it I ordered food it said it would be done in 20 minutes an hour and 45 minutes later my food still was not done

It was very hot inside and had to wait 45 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and cheese bread. As I waited, the small area filled up with 10 more customers waiting on service. Cashier did alright considering but was clearly frustrated with the lack of help there and vocalized it. He started turning away customers who didn't order online. This place needs some serious help. Also ran out of cash and couldn't break a 20 so I had to use credit.

I’ll definitely need to read more reviews before placing another pickup order. I placed one recently and got a notification that it was ready, but when I arrived, it wasn’t. Waiting six minutes isn’t a big deal, but I also noticed none of the staff were wearing hairnets. I can’t recommend Little Caesars—something always seems to go wrong. Whether it’s hair in the food, missing items, or poor customer service, there’s always an issue. And the pizza? Not always hot and ready. Unfortunately, I’ll probably keep picking it up... at least until my wife stops asking for it.

I don’t know why I gave them another chance. They have never delivered the correct pizza. This time my pizza came cold, torn up. Most of my pizza was so shredded up with barely a dough bottom that all I saw was the bottom of the cardboard box when I opened it. Absolutely no customer service. You could have proof of what you ordered right in their face and they will still tell you that’s not what you ordered. All you can expect is poorly made, cold pizza or a completely different pizza than what you ordered. Don’t waste your time like I have.

This place should be closed the staff is so unprofessional and disgusting nobody is ever in uniform and wear what they want. It stinks of weed every time I go in the ceiling is just about black and the back is a mess I waited in line inside for 45 minutes just to be told nobody inside can order anymore as they have to focus on other orders. (Online orders). Why not say that when people walk in (excuse me we are no longer taking orders sorry for the inconvenience) just we ain’t taking no mo orders. Even if you do get a pizza it’s always under cooked and you gotta re cut it when you get home it’s literally pizza not hard to do

Ordered a Detroit style pizza and received this atrocity of a pizza instead. It looks like they just made two small hand-tossed and threw them into the box. Extremely unhappy with their travesty of an attempt to make my order.

Ordered a pizza 4/18/23, pick up time was 7:42pm. I went into the store at 7:55pm and my pizza wasn't ready so I waited, 2 large groups of people came in, everyone was serviced but me. I asked multiple employees about my order that was now way past the time it was supposed to be ready. I finally offered to buy a 2nd pizza (my order was for a 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni) just to get out the door and was rudely told my pizza was being put in (30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready). I finally get my pizza, go home with my children who have been waiting with me the entire time and the employees didn't put ANY sauce on my pizza. Employees were very rude the entire time.

They get 1 star because I ordered 5 items and 1 of the 5 was edible I knew I should have checked my food before leaving but I didn't and that was my mistake.. I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 crazy bread and an Italian cheese bread.. I'm glad I over ordered because just 1 of the pizzas was edible out of the entire meal. I won't be back to this location that's for sure.

If I could give this location a 0 I would but unfortunately I had to add at least one star. Repeatedly this Little Caesar’s has messed up my order. I’ve tried and tried again to keep giving this place a chance but I guess shame on me. I ordered a stuffed crust sausage pizza with extra sausage and got a stuffed crust cheese pizza. The employees are also extremely rude and very unpleasant. I will not be ordering from there again. I refuse to waste my hard earned money.
