The food they delivered,was the best I've had a long time. It was hot and delicious 😋 compliments to the chef who prepared it and the wings,were great also.

You will not get a better deal on a large pizza for $4.99 Place is sketchy with a bad reputation but the pizza has always been great. Cannot speak for other food options unfortunately.

My fiancé and I got a medium calzone and 10 breaded wings with sassy sauce tonight. I as a kid have come here tike and time again and always loved the food and tonight was no exception. The calzone was perfect cooked and incredibly large, I can only imagine their large; and the breaded wings which I consider a staple, are always tender and perfectly cooked. I cannot suggest this place enough

I am a pizza lover and I met a nice gentleman when I was attending a class for getting a pistol permit. He says his family owned Sabitinos. He ordered some for our class and they were outstanding. After our next class we told him we will meet him at his store and pick up our order. The pizza was outstanding and the steak and chicken also was great. Repeat customer here for chicken wings especially during game time. Jumbo wings are superior quality. Fresh, crispy, and tender. One of the, if not THE Best hot wings spot in Syracuse, NY. Perfect too for their family size grilled chicken Caesar salad. Great customer service that is willing to accommodate for large orders (wing specifications). Prices are fairly good too. Down here for monster jam and ordered through the slice app to our hotel. Wow!! Excellent pizza and wings and the price is right too. Some of the best I've personally ever had. Your typical neighborhood corner store spot. Good wings and potato wedges. Slices are decent but you get what you pay for. Mozzarella sticks are those fire thick square ones. Personally, this isn't the type of food you get delivered. I really can't imagine the quality retaining any flavor by the time it gets to you by delivering. You come here on your way home after a long day/night. Eat them Mozz and Wedges on the drive back

The place recently had a small makeover, which does make it a bit more inviting- it's more of a hidden secret with delicious chicken wings! They offer lots of food and snack options, along with many other convenience type items. The guys that work there are pretty funny and try to engage with every customer

I ordered wings on Grubhub and they came unsauced. Which if that's the way you do things, that's totally fine (maybe send a bit more sauce as a standard), but it is different enough from what is normally done that it shouldnt be a surprise when it arrives. To their credit, the unsauced wings are also pretty tasty fried chicken, but I did want wings.

I made a order of chicken wings dinner and the outside of them was over fried the skin was really hard . i use to order wings from there all the time loved there wings but the last time was very unhappy. Just ate my fried mushroom they were very good but not happy with the rest of my meal. I'm very unhappy with your food get your old cook back or get a new one.

I've gone here as a customer and to pick up orders for Grubhub. Their wings and wedges are really great. But their service is terrible! As a delivery driver I will not take orders from here anymore. They mark the order as ready when they haven't even looked at yet. Then if you call them to tell them your on your way to get this order they won't start it until you walk in the door. And as drivers that make money by being fast and efficient this is a waste of our time and gas to even go here. Fix your service when it comes to deliveries and maybe your business could be better.......

I called to place an order, gave address with apt #, what food was wanted and let the person i was speaking to know I needed the order brought to my apartment! I explained I have a medical condition, that I cannot do that! That was a woman , next a guy gets on barely speaking English says we no have roast beef subs, no have cheesy fries( but have both on thier menus)..I again explained I need delivery to my apt because I cannot walk down to lobby..Which is why I am ordering take out/ delivery! I was told I had to meet driver in lobby!! I'm sorry I can't! Why can't driver deliver to my door.. Response was---Corona... What? No our building is an adult senior living community.. Our area's open to 75 % capacity! Stop using that Covid excuse !! Don't want to deliver ??? WHY own a business that's 98% delivery?? They lost my business, and once I let others know about this in my buildings, we are a big community, frequently ordering take out/ delivery-- ( 428 units) about this!! They may lose even more!! Ridiculous to look for excuses not to deliver to the door!!

Hour long wait for gas station pizza. Yeah I know, there's some really good gas station pizzas out there, this wouldn't be one of them. This is like the pizza you'd get at the Circle K in Phoenix. An hour wait for Circle K pizza (think sitting in a rotator tray under heat lamps all day) dry, sauce less, stiff cheese.

Crust tastes stale and took nearly 2 hours to get despite only living 5 minutes away from the place. If you want fresh tasting pizza this isn't the place to get it.

Ordered $9 potato wedges. Recieved $4 worth of soggy french fries. What a scam. I called and it went to voice mail. YOU GUYS RIPPED ME OFF!

Ordered through the slice app it says is preferred. Gave an estimated wait time of an hour and 25 minutes. Food came an hour after that so a total wait time of 2 and a half hours. Then the calzone came without pepperoni even after I paid extra for it. Asked for a refund and sent a picture of the calzone without any pepperoni, they refused responsibility and I was told they prepared it with pepperoni so they would not give a refund. Save yourself the time.

Will not order from them again. First time ordering and they completely forgot a meal. They say they called to try and see if there was a substitute but we never received a call on the number we used. The driver was almost a half hour late as well. It doesn’t take 30+ minutes to get from where they were to where we are. I work in that area daily and it take me about 10-15 minutes total. A lot wrong with our order tonight, some is on DoorDash, and some one the business in general. Won’t waste time on them again though.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered 3 sheet pizzas and gave the business name and address. The driver called and confirmed the address and I again said the business name. I then went into a short meeting and came out to 10 missed calls. They deliverd it to another business at the same building. When I called to rectify the situation by a refund or a redelivery for the next day, the owner stated it wasn't their fault as they delivered it to the address given. When I mentioned it was the wrong business, he asked me to let him speak. I did. After that I said he has two options, to remake it or refund and he was speaking over me and hung up. Terrible customer service and I am now submitting a credit card dispute. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, I cannot imagine what their pizza is like..

I’m from buffalo, NY visiting my cousin in Syracuse. We were just trying to find a decent pizza/wings joint and this place popped up on google. Tried calling only to find a miserable man on the other end of the line incredibly unamused when taking our order. It’s not that hard to be nice. Love, A resident from the city of good neighbors :)

Ordered wing dinner, only got wings…

To start off, the food took well over an hour to get to us, and when it arrived, the pizza lacked much cheese at all, BUT that's not the worst of it...the WHOLE CRUST of the pizza was hard as a ROCK...it tasted like it was re-heated. We had to throw half of the pizza away, because of how burnt it was on the bottom The wings also were dry and barely had any sauce on them We spent 60 dollars on this trash. We will never, ever return to this place. Thank you so much for your waste of time!!!

I thought I was ordering from a pizza place but turns out it's a corner store. I ordered a pizza and didnt realize I was ordering the lowest of qualities of pizza.... The chicken wings didnt have sauce on them and they gave me the wrong sauce on the side.. I watched him grab my wings out of the warmer and they must have been cooked about 8 hours before I got my food... Absolutely disgustin . . I ate a half of a chicken wing and a half of slice and I'm now cooking chicken in the oven because I'm still hungry and this food is nasty

Very unprofessional. Stole $60 from my sister. Instead of making things right with us as customers, they believed their driver who was speeding in my driveway, passed my house, called, and never got out the car to check or even attempt to look for my address. My sister called in the morning and the morning manager told her that the night manager would remake her food since it happened at night, called around 6:30 and the night manager was no help and the morning manager lied about telling her what he told her! WOULD NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER AGAIN! Oh yeah that SLICE APP THAT THEY USE ARE EVEN WORSE! Claim they don’t do refunds so $60 is out of kids mouths and they don’t CARE!

Ive ordered here a handful of times and after tonight it looks like it'll be my last. Waited over an hour and half for food just for the order to be wrong. Last time the driver gave me the wrong order twice and I had to call the driver back just to get the correct food. Guess ill have to find elsewhere

I was visiting a friend at Van Duyn Rehab. who hasn't had a good meal in months. The staff recommended Sabatinos Pizza for some reason. She was dying for pizza and fried wings. Asked for specials and was told 2 large pizzas and 40 wings for $60. It took forever to get through the order with consent interruptions. It should have taken a minute or two but turned into a nightmare. 1 large cheese and pepperoni and 1 sausage and mushrooms. And of course 40 fried wings. I understand it was Sunday afternoon so it took almost an hour and a half. Because of all the confusion my wife's friend wasn't asked how she wanted her wings. This is what we got. The pepperoni pizza was ok but the sausage and mushroom looked more like a child put this pizza together. It was completely raw, and could not be eaten. The toppings could not be identified. It was a mess. I made the mistake of taking a bite, I had no idea what I was eating except that the taste of so kind of spray cleaner came to mind. Spit it out, threw it out and ate the breaded wings instead. My wife's friend who has lost most of her teeth due to illness was unable to eat the wings they sent us. I know it's a crap shoot when you order food today from someone in a specific area. If you have very poor communication skills you shouldn't be taking orders from customers. After reading several reviews I'm convinced this will fall on deaf ears. I called this morning and asked to speak to the owner and was asked to call back. I'm sure this is how they take care of customer complaints. As I was leaving Van Duyn Rehab I got to talk to a number of people who also ordered from this place. I told them it was the worst experience and food. They also said it was a one and done for them too.

I'm only giving one star. I was a regular customer there up until yesterday I was humiliated by the manager/ owner. He accused me of calling one of his employees more than one time. When I called only once to thank that person for the free fried dough that he gave me and my daughter and for him to keep my number as a friend if he wanted to. He yelled and screamed at me saying I kept calling when I didn't. I told him to check the call logs and you will only see my number one time. He kept going on and on yelling, to the point where I started to cry and I dropped my slushy on the floor from my hands shaking to just leave. I was so embarrassed in a public place where I have always respected. The one star is only for the pizza they make. As of now I will go elsewhere for my pizza slice and slushy. Good riddens and I feel sorry for you as a person to treat a good person as myself like that. You all lost my business.
