This place is the real deal. I’ve been wanting to try them and finally did a couple of weeks ago. The taste of shawarma is authentic. It’s what you get on the streets of Amman, Syria and Palestine. As for the service , they made a mistake with our order which was no big deal but they insisted on starting a whole new one and never charged us for the first one which they also gave us. They are friendly, the place is clean and you can tell it’s a hard working family running a successful business, which is always great to see.

We ordered 2 chicken shawarma plates which came with seasoned fries and a drink … and side of hummus and pita.. delicious! Best one I’ve ever had. Portions were large and very flavorful. Reading some of the reviews saying the place is dirty or not clean… or not worth the money… I will say if you agree.. you are delusional and our experience was far from that. Bravo to the owner and staff. 5 star

When we have the chance to get lunch together, we like to try places we've never been before. Sometimes a place grabs us and we know we will be back. This is one if those places. The woman taking our order was polite, helpful and had great suggestions. The food was phenomenal. From appearance to taste, it was exactly what we were looking for. Small detail, but even the seasoning on the fries made it so we didn't even want ketchup. If you're in the mood for this type of food, or want to try something different, I highly recommend Shawarma Paradise!

The chicken shwarma is juicy and tender. The Saj bread makes the sandwich even better. Unlike a lot of other places, they don’t put a lot of lettuce or other filling items. In each bite you taste the chicken and their amazing sauces. My go to place in Syracuse and some of the best shwarma I have had. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.

One of the best places to get middle eastern food in the area! The food is delicious, prices are so affordable, and portion size is generous. The smoked flavor of this meat was incredible and this is now one of my favorite meals. Also a great place to go with friends to grab a dinner, it is such a warm and clean environment. Also a handful of fries with a sprinkling of spice. A few colorful pickled carrots were tucked in too. More than enough for me and took home leftovers. Lots of seating, bright, and welcoming, and very clean. Quite a few takeout orders while there. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I drove an hour to Shawarma Paradise because I was craving chicken mandi (roast chicken over rice) and it was well worth the drive. The half roasted chicken platter is soooooooo good, seriously addictively fantastic. The platter is very reasonably priced for what’s in it: salad, fries, rice, and chicken, all seasoned, with hot sauce and white sauce. And every single part of it was incredibly delicious.

Ordered the double family chicken shawarma platter that comes with a good amount french fries, and garlic sauce. We had mine and my husband family over 8 adults all of us love middle eastern food. We get it quite often when we all get together. This was our first time ordering from here and it was everyone favorite! The shawarma, the bread it was made with, the garlic sauce the fries everyone loved everything. Everything tasted just right nothing over salted, or an overly garlic taste with the sauce. I loved this place so much. Great food, great vibe, and great service. I drove 6 hours to Syracuse for a family event and needed to get something to eat. I had my adult kids with me and I wanted to get them something they hadn't had before. I've been missing good shawarma since I left Saudi, and when I saw this place in Google maps I was excited. I knew I was in a good place when I walked in. Arabic menu, Arabic music. Arabic YouTube channel on the TV. (Note: I can't read Arabic, and can only understand a little, so what I described above might have been Farsi and I just don't know better. My apologies) We ordered the family shawarma plate, got seated, and in less than ten minutes the food arrived. It was awesome. Perfectly cooked meat, the pickles were amazing, and the Arabic bread was toasted just the way I hoped it would be. The flavors were amazing and I liked the balsamic-like vinegar flavor accents. Overall this was a fantastic experience, and a great introduction to shawarma for my kids.

Awesome awesome place! It’s not like your typical restaurant, as most activity is for take outs. But they have a few tables and chairs, and if you’ve never eaten in - you’re missing out !! Their hospitality is above and beyond! Service with a smile and fresh food prepared and served promptly. Due to a couple of to-go orders that were placed before us, we’ve got some samples to munch on while waiting. All was DELICIOUS! And very large portions! A plate of Shawarma on a bed of rice - yummy! Food was great. The chicken shawarma is probably one of the top 3 in the Syracuse area. Their mixed grill was also tasty and tender. They were however late in serving the food. My mixed grill plate came after everyone was done with their sandwiches and meals. I would recommend going to this place for the food, but you might to tell them to try and bring all the food together. They never asked me, nor did I expect such long delay. Overall, good experience.

Staff is friendly, and they were quick to correct a misunderstanding about my special request due to food allergies. The food is good and is authentic, the falafel is crispy, and the hummus has the smoky tang that you just can't get at a grocery store and the salad had fresh mint leaves. My friend had a strawberry-banana smoothie, and chicken shawarma on a warm, fresh pita. We will definitely be back again.

I hate to give this place a bad review because it's a small family run business, but I visited here a couple days ago and I was pretty disappointed with the food. It was just below my expectations. The biggest problem was they added some type of sweet dark colored sauce to almost every dish. It ruined the taste for us. I expected savory, but all the food ended up being covered in sweet thanks to the sauce. I even tried wiping off the sauce, but unfortunately the damage seemed to be done. For reference, this applied to the Kibbeh, Grape Leaves, and the Meat Pies. The Grape Leaves themselves were also very disappointing because they were refrigerator cold. I know if you buy them at supermarkets or other non-restaurants, they may come this way, but this is the first time I was given cold stuffed grape leaves from a restaurant. The cold plus the sweet sauce just made it inedible for me. On the positive side, the Kafta Kabob with rice and garlic was good, and the kid handling the front seemed to be doing his best as well. Overall, I probably won't be coming back here, but if I do, I'd definitely make sure they don't add the sauce, or maybe tell them to add it on the side instead.
