Really nice location! Located in downtown! Food was absolutely amazing! We had the best server! Her name is Cami! Would definitely recommend!

Emily was an awesome server. Took great care of us. Handled our large party with ease. The food was fantastic. We ordered all the things. Rooftop bar was very cool. We went for brunch. Would visit again.

Food was amazing!!! My new favorite Spanish food restaurant at Tampa Bay Area for sure. Our server Joanie was so nice and friendly, she help us a lot and guide us through the menu making our night perfect.

My husband and I came here for a date and absolutely had an amazing time for our first visit. Emily was our server and went above and beyond for EVERYTHING. Food recommendations, service, etc. She had the best choices for food and dessert for us to enjoy and it was all delicious. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Emily!

Our server Joanie was amazing! My husband and I brought our friend who visits from Boston twice a year and we wanted to try something new. We live near Indian Rocks Beach. As a fine dining server myself for 10 years it was a great experience Joanie created, hats off to the chef, drinks were great, not hard to find parking, very relaxing environment, not too loud, but comfortable and contemporary. The food is good! We ordered seafood paella, montaditos, huevos bulla, all of them are great! Dylan is a great guy and he answers all the questions we have. Nice restaurant. Recommend!

I've been to Bulla before, and it is always a great experience (highly recommend the steak!!) Andrea was phenomenal for brunch, without even having to ask she explained everything in great detail, answered every question, and anticipated what we needed before we had to say anything. Obviously, we will be back

We had the best time here. Great food, great drinks, great service, great atmosphere! All around, we loved it! We had Andrea as our server and could not ask for more. Awesome! Pics of our food, but dug into the flan dessert to quick for pics, it was really good though.

OMG you have to try this for a some authentic Spanish tapas. I can’t wait to return to try more!! First, ask for Bryce. He is an amazing server and was wonderful. I have food allergies and he was so good about checking on me. We ate the croquettes, potato frittata and some other delicious food that was portioned perfectly. We will be returning and we will take our exchange student from Spain so she can let us know if it’s really authentic to her!!!!! The flavors had such a variety of deliciousness! Nicely done, Bulla Gastrobar! Sit outside if you can-it’s a great environment!

I stayed at a nearby hotel and saw this place had a great happy hour menu at the bar. Fantastic food and drinks. Neil kept things rolling with food and drink. Great experience. Hard to say which plate I liked the best. It was all great.

Neil was great! We had tapas and all of them were good, the flat bread, smoked salmon and the blueberry ricotta pancakes are top!

Visited both the roof top for a party and then the restaurant for a private dinner. Roof top was great with nice views of Tampa, service was just ok, as there was not enough staff for the number of people. I expect winter months are probably very nice up there. Drinks were good, but only a small food menu (lounge menu), so if you want more options you have to eat in the main restaurant, which we did. Service much better and food was great. The paella had a great flavor and consistency, potato omelette was very good, nice and fluffy. Tuna tartare was very good as well as their hummus. Small dessert menu, wish that would have had more options. There are many items I wanted to try as we really enjoyed this place. Will return.

Joanie was the best. She gave us a full menus tour and made sure my allergy was taken seriously. Extremely personable and kind! If you come here you have to ask for her!!!!

Sam and Nabil are AMAZING! Best bar service we’ve ever had anywhere in Tampa. Food was incredible as always. Everything was on point. We’ve been here several times and today just hit different. Great service goes a long way!

As always the food at Bulla Gastrobar is just awesome especially their grilled garlic shrimp and Patata Bravas - two of my most go to appetizers. In Entree my favorite is Seafood Paella. Never gets old. Our server was Raquel and she was as good as a host can be always attentive and taking care of us

The food at Bulla is out of this world! Emily as our server guided us through the menu with easy and everything she recommended was to die for. The short ribs were so tender and full of flavor but my favorite was the Tuna Tartar!

Music was lively. Neil is a great, accommodating bartender and very good with his service. Highly recommend and highly recommend the huevos bulla (trust me once you try you'll be hooked like I am)

I can see why this restaurant has such great reviews. Their Spanish/Mediterranean food is delicious with a wide variety of small plates. Our bartender, Ileana was great and served up some fantastic drinks! Her skinny Margarita was fantastic! They have a good Happy Hour too!

We sat at the bar while waiting on the rest of our party to arrive and Neil gave us great service and the drinks were awesome! I got a lavender margarita, he Also filled us in on the menu with suggestions for our brunch! Even customized our straw for us !

Bambi was incredible!! She made our whole night. If you come here for dinner you should def ask to sit in her section! Oh the food was pretty good too….

Incredible food. We’ve ordered from Bulla and have had it catered for our company, but this is for some reason the first time we’ve eaten here. The short rib was perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented. The croquetas were also divine as an appetizer. We got the cheese and ham.

Bulla is one of our favorite date night spots. Neil was fantastic with my husband and I tonight. Like always, we had amazing food and a great time. Their seafood paella was the bomb!! Can’t wait to come back!

Bre, our waitress, was amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire evening. She made sure everything was perfect, anticipated our needs, and added such a warm, personal touch to the experience. The rest of the staff was also welcoming and accommodating, creating a seamless and enjoyable visit. The atmosphere created the perfect setting. It was warm, inviting, and vibrant without being overwhelming. It was an ideal place to relax, enjoy great conversation, and savor an excellent meal. The rooftop visit is always a great way to end the evening. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience, and I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, exceptional service, and a fantastic ambiance.

We had an amazing time at Bulla Gastrobar. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, perfect for enjoying some delicious Spanish tapas. The service from our server, Cami was exceptional. Came to Bulla for brunch and overall had a good experience. The bottomless mimosas were a great add on for $23, and the brisket appetizer was amazing. The steak entrée was a little underwhelming. The quality was there, but the flavor was lacking. The blueberry ricotta pancakes were good, and the atmosphere was great. Clean, beautifully decorated, and a really nice vibe. Service was quick, and our server Cami was super helpful with the menu and checked on us often. I’d definitely give it a second chance and try different dishes, especially because the service was so good.

Will return for their delicious bar food We've three reds - Santa Julia Melbec: my fave of the night - Monteceillo Rioja: no backbone, an easy drink - Alta Pavina Pinot Noir: biting For food, we've - Hummus: the crispy chickpeas are heavily airy - Potatoes: I call them the Spanish fries, they are yummy - steak: tender - pork skew Pintxo Pollo: delicious - Sauteed shrimp: I even finished the oil with the bread - pls just don't tell anyone (They mistakenly charged us for two, but the manager rectified it immediatly, thanks.) The decor is inviting, with different seating arrangements. The rooftop bar is beautiful, with different menu. The hooks under the bar counter are a plus: thank you. Wine glasses could use some updating. We later learnt from another couple that they're having wine tasting/masterclass that night: another reason to return. According to the manager, the wine-tasting events are organized by their headquarters with different wineries. There are nine Bullas around the country, with #10 in Aventure coming soon. A fruit fly is hovering around my plate. I’ve spent most of my life in big cities, and I’m still not used to having the company of insects. Give me a little more time to adjust. A public parking lot is next to the building. They're a stone throw away from Haven, one of my faves.

Hannah was an amazing server and extremely accommodated from allowing us to move to a preferred seating location, offering to take a group picture for my friends and I, and just being a doll overall. She made our brunch experience great! Food and drinks were great!
