Today I visited the Mexican grill restaurant Chipotle and was very impressed. I ordered a barbacoa bowl — the meat literally melts in your mouth, juicy and flavorful. The greens were fresh, the tomatoes delicious, and everything paired perfectly. I was extremely hungry before, but now I’m full and completely satisfied. The atmosphere here is special: floor-to-ceiling windows let you enjoy the sunset, beautiful clouds, and the warm evening light. And on top of that, there is always pleasant music playing, creating a cozy and relaxing vibe. A great place — I will definitely come back again!

Chipotle never let me down. Food is good and staff is so friendly.

Chipotle never let me down. Food is good and staff is so friendly.

Definitely would recomend this place. The food is delicious and staff is top tier. Their steak burritos are tender and mouth watering. Come if you would like to eat a life-changing meal. Definitely one of the best Chipotles ive been to. The atmosphere is unparalleled!

Super friendly, and she even gave me free taco shells to try when asked what they were. Nice!!! I wish I knew her name so I can shout her out. Nice place. It is usually not busy. I like the decor and I like how there is hardly anyone there. The food is the same as all the others. The staff was nice. Feels good to order and not feel rushed.

Food and service were great. The lobby was looking at little disheveled and there were some fountain drinks missing.

I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat cheese. While preparing food, the person was taking cheese all across my bowl and dropping cheese in my plate while making another bowl.

Server double duty on cash register. Didn’t change gloves multiple between 4 customers I saw. Nice guy short staffed but it’s basic cleanliness.

Very disappointing experience on Taco Tuesday ordered three crunchy carnitas tacos expecting a nice Mexican taco experience. You know how Chipotle taste, their tacos taste like a Chipotle Bowl shoved into generic taco shells. At $5 per taco it just ain't worth it.

Not a big fan but I do like their bowls. Went in because I was craving a burrito and this spot was the closest. Cant be that bad, can it? Well it was this time around. Not sure if I would go again outside of grabbing a bowl.

I've eaten at Chipotle many times, but this particular time wasn't as pleasant. The Pico Gallo tasted different and not in a good way. It wasn't horrible, just not as I remember it to taste.

Really like Chipotle because it's fast and simple. The one thing I don't like about it is their food is extremely salty! I don't think it matters what you get when you're done with the meal you can tell you were overloaded with sodium.

I love Chipotle, but this place has to be the worst location I have ever visited. I understand that employee camaraderie should be high, and I see that it is here, but it sadly one that is cliquish and alienating. What does that mean? Well, the employees that work here are so comfortable they talk about customers openly and even those that are present who are eating. Many of the Hispanic workers that particularly work there have a deep hatred for anyone that is not Hispanic or even anyone that is not even in their circle of gossiping friends. There is one cashier ... I forget his name ... though I have complained about him before ... that always has a bad and contentious attitude especially towards me. I have no idea why. In any case, I have no idea if anyone from corporate has made any move to try to control this. I will not be eating here again, and certainly will find another Chipotle at which to eat.

Probably pretty good for dine-in but every time I mobile order here the food is completely cold even if I pickup and eat it right away because they make the mobile order in a separate line and sometimes it just sits there for hours.

Came in to try their new promotion Carne Asada steak I kept getting emailed about, when I arrived I noticed the meat had been sitting there for a while past the 30mins at least. I asked the food server in a respectful and polite manner if he could make a fresh batch and that I would be willing to wait and pay extra, but unfortunately, he said politely replied that he wasn't able to do that because he had to sell this meat that had been sitting for over 30mins, cold, not fresh, and reduced in overall quality. He stated that it was slow and that's understandable. However, what is not understandable is not accomadating for fresh food at when asked. If this is what Chipotle represents as company then I am very disappointed and others should be to. Not willing to ensure their overall food quality and serving food that has been out past its time and trying to sell you that meat because your company will lose out on what is considered "trivial money" is unacceptable. You should not eat here if they are going to serve you food that isn't fresh.

New round of staff are food hoarders , nickel and dime over the smallest thing. Can't have anything for a fair amount it's always an extra price. Been coming here for years and after 2020 temple city location has become a nasty greedy place. Chipotle will not be getting my money ever again.

Ordered a burrito bowl of rice and chicken and they barely filled the whole bowl and the rice was very undercooked and was hard making the meal not edible. Never coming back, I want a full refund.

My husband and I came for a late meal but we were very disappointed.. the carnitas smelled like dirty diaper when we opened the burrito 🤢 The bowl I ordered.. the meat was hard and the cheese you could tell had been out for a long while as well . It was all over disappointing... Will not be back 🤢

I ordered from this place. Twice. They missed portions of my orders. Twice. On the second time, I called and requested partial refund for the items missing. They told me they don't issue refunds so I have to deal with it online. Went online to see how I can get a refund. There is nothing about getting a refund on their website. At least I won't be coming back to this store ever again.

The manager there is racist he only hires white and Latino people not to mention the customer service is pretty bad food is under cooked and i found hair in my bowl ill never Eat At This Laction Again and yes I'm African-American and I was discriminated against because of my race when I applied to work there now the Chipotle in Rosemead is way better better customer service and a manager for sure it is not racist

Mushy chunks of white rice, fajitas soggy, and it looks like it was three day old leftovers. The chicken was burnt and dry, with so many chunks of inedible garbage that gets stuck in your teeth. I’ve never had a bad experience at Chipotle until now and I’ve worked there for a couple of years.

When I got home, started working on the bowl but damn it was so salty. What the heck? Tasted straight up like salt. Even my side guac was extremely salty that it was inedible . I could barely even finish the bowl probably had enough sodium for the rest of the month. So disappointed. Ended up tossing it out. What happened to the quality control at this location?

Ordered here and they gave us the bag which was wet, so the order ripped through the bag and food spilled out in the floor. Workers there said they can't do anything about it. Ended up having to take the food home and eating half of it.

I like to not smell (bad plumbing) and maybe the employees could look like they don’t hate their life. Last experience was it for me. I might try the Hastings location. Major turn off was seeing the tiny pieces of cheese and smeared guac & sour cream near the cash register.

This breaks my heart that’d I actually have to leave this location a Bad review because, I love this location however I was assisted by a young man named Jose who was very obnoxious & had a smart mouth on him , Giving I’m old enough to be his father ... This young man was very rude and unprofessional also very self centered & entitled!! Overall this is a great location for the most part . He gave me a very little portion and , was very condescending!!! I'd recommend this location however the Manager needs to set a better example because this was not a great experience overall .. all employed should be required to wear a name tag also ... I also suggested d easy cheese and dude added so much cheese instead of the proper amount of rice , beans and chicken.. Overall it’s a great location just need to train some of these reps to be more respectful!!!

Went at 9:20 PM and asked for a burrito bowl with tortilla on the side. They said they cant give the tortilla as they have cleaned up the heating machine. This outlet closes at 10 but they are chasing away customers from 9 PM itself. Better close this one as you can see many negative reviews about this Chipotle outlet.
