A non salted burger is what I had and what a difference that makes on taste! The sodium comes from the sauce and the flavor of meat is not hiding yet outstandingly pooping as a layer of flavor. I now have fallen again for this joint!! Quick service with friendly faces, as a customer of in n out this is my favorite spot!!

Very impressive In-N-Out. Such a busy location yet the line is always so fast. The food comes out pretty much perfect every time. Such friendly and nice employees. Lots of other innouts and competitors in the area but this one is the best. Always consistent.

The staff who took our order was super patient and kind. I messed up the order and we probably redid it 4 times. With how busy it was, the heat and the number of attempts he tried to get my order correctly, I was very impressed by his level of professionalism and kindness. It’s getting harder and harder to come by these days, so thank you!!

This was a rare occasion that the line was only three to four cars deep, especially at nine o'clock in the evening. I've strayed away from other ones just on the amount of cars in the drive thru but this one is on my go to list when in the area.

It's In-N-Out so there's really not much to be said. It's price and customizability makes this franchise one of the best burger joints around the South-west states. Look up online for their Secret Menu to see what kind of abomination you can make. I'm a simple man so I always order #1 combo but make the fries and burger animal style, along with extra spreads and Chilli Peppers. With all that said, the car line is usually painfully long so you might want to park your car and buy it in person if foot traffic is not bad. The car line usually spills into the street and occasionally oversized vehicles like F-150 will completely take over a lane, forcing passerby to merge onto the left lane.

What can I say? Burgers, fries, and drinks are all fresh and fast to serve. Customer service and experience is great. Always busy and a long line. Definitely would recommend drive through. Ordering outside of the car takes longer.

Don't expect a sit-down In N Out, this is one of the old drive-thru only chains which adds to its charm. Staff is fantastic, food is consistently delicious, and I've never had a bad experience at this particular location though I've visited hundreds of times. Keep up the good work folks!

Went to try this location and found my burger saltier than I'm used it tasting at other locations. I think it was the grilled onions but I love In-N-Out too much to not come back for another go. Otherwise the workers were amazingly nice and efficient and my order came quick!

I dont usually eat at this in n out. the food has been the same to all of the in n outs I've eaten at. you always kniw what you are gonna get...... the wait time was a few minutes longer than usual. it seemed that there was some employee training going on. I don't mind when the end results are friendly people making and serving at these establishments

Everything was delicious, I do have my fries well done, and sometimes they get it and sometimes they don't. I'm almost sure that they have their way for them to be well done. But there sometimes they're perfect but and most of the time they come out feeling like hot cheeto hard. No complaining but just wanted to voice my opinion 🥰

My last visit to In-N-Out was just as delightful as the previous one. Their restaurant were clean and ready for service. The working staff were up and steady, just as the marines would be. My food got to me and my family quickly and wrapped up nicely. As my family enjoyed their lunch, I got them a milkshake as a surprise.

I WAS SO IMPRESSED!! It was like stepping back into time! The restaurant inside and out was very clean. The employees were all very nice & polite. Everyone was very well put together and seemed to care about their appearance and how they represented themselves and the company. In a time where society in a whole is very "laxed" on appearance and professionalism, this place takes you back to a "better time"! In addition to, the food was delicious and the prices you just can't beat! This was my first visit to an In-N-Out and this particular location turned me into a forever fan! We really enjoyed our today’s meal. The food was so delicious, service was great and the atmosphere was nice. It was my first visit to an In-N-Out restaurant. The price is comparatively cheap. Sure will visit again. I gave a small tip but the staff rejected, I don’t know why. All in all it was great experience. Congrats team In-N-Out.

Double lanes, efficient drive-thru. Be advised that going in the left lane means you'll be paying and getting your food by the passenger side of your car. If you have a passenger, this is fine, but if you're a lone driver, be prepared to have to unbuckle and awkwardly try to reach over. Other than that, typical in n out place. Have never eaten inside, looks fairly small. I see people walking up to order all the time and they are always really fast.

Great IN N OUT restaurant, the employees were competent and friendly, I ordered a hamburger with fries and pink lemonade and they were succulent, they even have outside seating with shades to enjoy, I would definitely recommend this place.

It's my one place to go when I want a cheese burger with some cheese fries and my large pink lemonade 🍋. The quality of food is seriously one of a kind. I usually get chopped yellow chilies in my cheese burger, but somehow they went bananas! (Banana peppers) not too happy about that, but it won't stop me from coming. Bring your own yellow chilies! That's what we did 🤣

A great drive through only place to grab a great burger, fries and a lemonade. It took about 25 minutes to get through the line but we’ll worth it.

I have not been able to experience in n out in over 4 years after moving away to Florida. This was a great experience as always, and truly reminded me how much I miss the burgers here. I was slightly disappointed in there not being much animal style to my burger as ordered, and the fries were limpy. But still the same taste and quality. So kudos for keeping the company motto. This visit to cali was fulfilled after this meal and word shared.

Fries were perfect, and burger was great. It was my first time here, & I love in-n-out, but some locations are hit-or-miss when it comes to the fries. Burgers are always great across all locations. Only downside at this one is the parking lot is tiny, with only four spots, while three of them appeared to be taken by employees. This is mostly a drive-thru type of Location, but there are outdoor seats and tables under a larger roof. (Not the small umbrella kind that some have) There are two unisex restrooms that are clean and kept safe with entry code.

Mustard fried patties, extra lettuce extra tomato onion no ketchup no sauce, this is now my favorite order. I hardly have to wait at this location and if I do it's such a cool Vibe I love the people around here, I love the walk up and the Shady Side where you can park in your car for a minute to eat, there's also tables in the shade. Love this old school One of a Kind location. Under $10 with a drink in this day and age is amazing. Thank you in and out for the great quality and happy workers who works so hard. The manager there will stand out in the heat and is a standout star taking care of his team!!

I used to get In-N-Out when I would visit the west coast as a kid, so when I had kids of my own, I wanted them to experience the majesty of one of the greatest burger joints in the world! The simplistic, fundamental menu makes it easy to order. Burgers, fries and shakes...that's it. No chicken, no fish, no burritos, no tacos...🍔, 🍟 and shakes. This flagrant throwback to a time when restaurants served only a few top-tier items instead of doing a mediocre job of serving up everything from breakfast burritos 🌯 to chili. Visit the In-N-Out website to familiarize yourself with terms like "animal style" and "double-double". This will help you if this is your first time. After that, go ham! Order the 3x3 or the 4x4 if you are trying to impress someone. Make sure you try the fries "animal style". The shakes are thick and delicious. The fries are fresh made everyday. Oh yeah, another KEY facet is the World-class service! Chic-Fil-A would be proud. They are patient. They repeat your order for accuracy and they double check the bag to insure that you got what you came for. World famous chef Gordon Ramsay has said that In-N-Out is his favorite burger joint. If that's not enough for you, hit up the golden arches.

The food is always good. This location tends to have issues getting the order correct. Luckily I know to make sure to triple check that they got the order correct before even paying. I do like when I ask for extra grilled onions they actually give a lot. Not all In n Outs do.

This place is great but it can be really hard to get out of the parking lot during rush hour. Most people just do the drive through and go home. For as packed as this place gets, the speed of service is still really good. If you are stopping by during rush hour, walking up to the window won't really make a difference in wait time. It's best to go during an off peak hour.

Great place to come and eat and it is open late night! You can make you burgers how you'd like them (but only with certain limited items), but they are made very well every single time. The staff is always very friendly and the food is made excellently for every customer. I would recommend having a shake with your meal and some animal style fries! The only gripe I have about this location is how short the drive thru line is, and how the traffic spills out into the street. Other than that, the wait times for the food is not long at all, and the location of this In-N-Out is perfect for everyone.

LOVE In-n-Out!!!! But the wait time at 12 am was pretty long at the walk up window, especially since we were the only ones in line. Two men ordered right after us... we were almost done eating when we saw them round the corner with their food. As a former Associate, I know the drive thru is priority, but this wait was excessive.

Read about this family owned business. I try to go when I know that grill has been seasoned all day. Sometimes, 12- 1 a.m. At one of my jobs, I was the first customer waiting for it to open at 10:30 am. They do not charge extra for fixings. The American way! 2019, their price finally went up a little. Not a greedy company, that pays their cooks really well for flipping burgers. Fun to watch their teamwork in small area. Ask about the secret menu such as animal style. They make a great Grilled Cheese sandwich! Protein burger is a lettuce wrap no bun burger. Animal style grilled onion, grilled mustard, pickle.. the works. 3X3 triple 4X4 etc

Coming from the Midwest, had to have a West coast In-n-Out burger, was worth it. Definitely add salt to the fries or try the animal style! They have the "not so secret" menu! Check them out!

It's In-N-Out!! Quality control in all their food makes it great every time. Lines can get bad sometimes but that's normal.

Though there was a long line on a Friday night around 7pm -7:30pm, they got our order right. The lines moves it just takes a minute so atmosphere is fast paced and okay, what to be expected from In-N-Out.

This is the closest in n out to where I live so it’s usually our go to when craving a good burger. I will say that when we are in the Baldwin Park area we go to the original and for some reason the burgers and fries seem to taste better there. And on several occasion we have gotten our order and it wasn’t correct. Whether it’s not getting extra items we asked for (spread, peppers etc) or receiving the wrong drink. Overall it’s good. Cant beat a good burger and shake.

I'm from Florida. There are no In N Out burgers there. Had to try it after hearing everyone rave about it. Long lines in the drive thru was very encouraging. Got my regular burger with fries. Burger patty was tiny and dry. Loads of salt. Fries are OK. Not great. What am I missing here? Did I order the wrong thing? There are only 3 choices. Not sure that the cheeseburger would be any different.

In-N-Out is usually great but this location was just all over the place. While waiting some came to take orders from the vehicles to speed up the process only to continue to take orders from cars behind me. As I pulled up I was asked what I ordered and informed them I didnt order yet. After placing my order, I was told to move to the side spot and they would bring it to me. Vehicles kept passing and when I received my food it tasted stale and old like it was just sitting out for a while. I plan on going to another location.

Customer service was rude: The order was done already but she waited for me to ask for it. Then she literally threw the food at me, without giving a single piece of ketchup. I was supposed to enjoy burger and fries, WITHOUT KETCHUPPPPPPP?!! This is crazy. I suggest going to the In n Out on Francisquito, the best customer service and food.

My favorite burger place of all to get a nice American burger. The only thing about this location and many others is that it gets super busy during peak hours. Also, they need to fix there driveway structure because it gets tight when pulling in and if you're car is low you'll probably scrape the bottom of it. My score reflects more of the facility and I hope they do something about it.

On 4/16/2024 @11:11 a.m. I ordered a #1 with animal fries, at the Temple City location (Lower Azusa.) After waiting 15 minutes, and others that were behind me had received their food, I asked about my order. I was told by the nice young lady my order would be up in a minute. I ended up getting my order @11:38 a.m. No exageration. My animal fries had obviously been ready sooner than the burger, because they were cold. I think it would be better to just wait in the drive thru line, rather than the walk up window. I think from now on, I'll just make my way to the Baldwin Park location. Thanks.

But when you hand someone their milk shakes covered in ice-cream you would expect it's ok to ask for a napkin but employee (Daijah) handed me just 1 signal napkin for both my cups. I had a very terrible experience with one of the employees. He stated “please don’t come back here” all rude when I was very polite and was leaving the drive thru. I usually love this location and come here 2–3 times per week. Unfortunately, I’ve repeatedly had bad experiences with an employee named Chris. Whether he’s at the window or taking orders on the driveway, he is consistently aggressive, pushy, and unnecessarily rude. What makes this worse is that he treats other customers politely, which makes it clear his behavior toward me is targeted and personal. This is not just poor service, it’s hostility. I hate to leave a bad review because I truly enjoy this location, but Chris’s conduct is unprofessional, antagonistic, and completely out of place in customer service. He does not reflect the In-N-Out standard. I am now seriously considering taking my business elsewhere, as I do not want things to escalate or result in some type of altercation.

Ok, I absolutely love in-n-out and have been to over 30 different locations for a period for over 40 years. This location (temple city) by far is the absolute worst! Patties are usually overcooked (dry) and tastes too salty or bland. Workers there usually rushes the customers (rarely friendly) and often gets order wrong. I never had a bad experience at any other in-n-out. I will stop going here which means I have to drive to another location across town which is very unfortunate for me. C’mon T.C.! Get it together please…for the sake of your other customers bc I’m done with this location.

The service absolutely stinks. I went here for lunch and I asked for lettuce and tomatoes in my burger. And u specifically said that. No unions or stuff. When I went home to check my burger it had no tomatoes in sight and when I took a bite i felt a union when I said no unions. As well as how they don't give any effort on your order. I asked for sauce and they took 15 minutes just to give me chili. Not sauce. The food is delicious but would be better if the workers actually payed attention and gave me my tomatoes.

Appalled/Devastated/blatant disregard for food safety and quiet frankly disgusting and disturbing site to see as of 01/22/24 as I came to one of my favorite places to eat ( In n Out ) I came to a very special location to many people I have come to know. On this day me and several other colleagues came to grab what is a typical quick bite ( meal ) to eat. Wen out of my left side ( peripheral view ) I saw a rat coming out of a just recently open door from an employee who had moments before walked into a storage unit right next to the food prep area, which is where the food for the restaurant is typically stores it’s products for day use a rat ran out just before the employee pulled out what seemed to be a large metal part from that storage unit area. I thought it was a bird at first hit the wall but when I came to pay attention, I pulled out my phone and he immediately began to record after witnessing that I grab my food and left I showed the video to my other colleagues, and they all proceeded to do the same thing as I did, which was the food away. It was a waste of seven dollars but to say the least I rather be in a healthy state., and become sick. I’ve been coming here for years now. I don’t know if this has happened before or if it’s the first time but to say the least that is not something that anybody wants to see around food that they consume. And to say the least, that is the last time I will visit this place, even though it’s walking distance from my house.

We ordered our food and the burgers we got were absolutely cold. I decided to speak up and tell the workers there my burgers were cold. They took it in and I waited a little and I got the burgers back. And the burgers were still cold from the bottom. I was so fed up I just decided to eat my burger cold. The bottom was still the same temperature as I got it and the top bun was barely lukewarm. The staff tried to be helpful but I just disliked the food. They continually rush the entire process and make way too many mistakes with food orders, cooking temperatures, and they have very unfriendly staff. I didn’t believe In N Out could ever deliver bad food and a bad experience until ordering from this specific location. I will never return to this one and urge everyone else to stay away.
