Fusion Grill

The food is always fresh. The flavors are always a surprising mix of sweet, fresh, tangy and just the right amount of kick. Even the drinks are unique and delicious. The staff are welcoming and the restaurant is super clean. What a great place! We leave satisfied, but never feeling over filled. Definitely recommend this place!

Food is great. Service is great. Atmosphere is great. I had the One Eye Burger and loved it. My Wife had the Asian Wrap which was excellent. All homemade sauces. Family friendly, casual, but also very nice and contemporary vibe.

We got the tuna tar tar as an appetizer. The combination of the quality of the tuna and the delicious avocado with the ponzu sesame sauce was delectable. Me and my girlfriend both got burgers which were delicious, the meat was tender and the fries were amazing. For desert we had the ice cream caramel churro, what an experience that was. This restaurant is amazing and I encourage anyone to try it if you haven't already.

Let's start off with some basic things about them. It's in a strip mall. Nothing wrong with that, in fact I think it could hold its own in its own building. Nice decor and very calming and relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Some outdoor seating also. Now let's get to the food. I had their crunchy brussel sprouts with chili lime sauce, a naughty orange fusion drink which hasn't beet juice in it, the seafood risotto, and a slice of the key lime pie for dessert. It came out to just a tiny bit over $50 for me just to eat. Their menu is absolutely loaded with different things to choose from and I'm going to come back more and more. I don't plan on spending that much every time but for my first visit I wanted to get a taste as much as possible. It is a little bit off of the 101 but not hard to find. Give it a try. I think you will love it as much as I do.

This place has the best food at a great price!

My group and I are still unsure of what fusion of food genres encompass the restaurant but after our visit we didn't care because the food was amazing, had lots of options and had great service that made us feel at home. I got the French Burger that was amazing with the brie cheese in the middle. They invited us to their Jazz night later that evening, wish we could've stayed if we were around there but everyone was so friendly we almost wanted to.

I’ve worked in the Thousand Oaks area for over 20 years and have gone to many different restaurants during those years. This one stands out as one of the very best in terms of service, freshness of menu selections, ability to have a conversation without overwhelming loud music and noise, and ambience. The menu selection is varied so there’s something for everyone. Boroka and Jorge have created something truly special with their gem of a restaurant. I rate it as my favorite.

A family owned restaurant that goes above and beyond. Food is delicious and the restaurant is so clean. The service is warm and friendly! My go to order is the skirt steak...perfectly cooked every time and just enough with the salad.

I've been coming here since they where in Newbury Park. Let me tell you I cannot get enough of this place. I've had everything on the menu and absolutely nothing has been bad. The Chipotle Aioli hand down the best. I wish it was packed in a bottle so o could take it home. The family who owns and runs this restaurant are the absolute best. I'm so glad I've been able to build a friendship with them over the years and watch their restaurant grow. Strongly recommend this place. You'll be doing yourself a disfavor if you don't come here.

I absolutally loved it. Service is fantastic and swift. I ordered their grilled cheese, and it was one of the best, it had a couple of different cheeses with a slice of tomato and grilled onions. Never had it like that before, but its my new favorite way. The onions were perfectly caramelize and sweet. Their fries are really good too. Alot of options to choose from and they even have many vegetarian and vegan dishes. I highly recommend it 100%.

Went here for the first time last night. I ordered a Moscow Mule and the Grilled Coconut Salmon. Both were great. Food was amazing, came out pretty quick and was hot! Nice environment. Staff was very friendly. Definitely going to go again.

The food was filling and left me wanting to come back to try more. There also is vegan options and as a Vegan of 10 years, not a lot of places taste that great but this food is so flavorful.

During the holidays I went here twice. Once to meet with friends. I had the carrot soup and the wonderful ginger honey tea, which inspired me to start making it at home. The food was so delicious I had to go back. I wanted to try their breakfast. So Sunday morning after Christmas, i went back with family. They had a wonderful young jazz quartet who provided the most unexpected and best atmosphere during breakfast. Gluten-free pancake breakfast with tea and jazz.

It came with the wasabi aioli (which has the right amount of sting to it). I’m a total spice weenie and it was great. My wife had the cilantro pesto with chicken plate thingy and I even liked it to a degree. She cleaned her plate. The beer and wine were as expected. For my wife’s birthday our server brought out a piece of carrot cake and even sang to her with me. I’m coming back. So be warned! Also, ask to be part of their frequent points program.

There is a Jersey Mikes across the way but, I was so dissatisfied with their limited options and long line, I left in search of something new. I couldn’t be happier with discovering this fusion grill. I was tight on time and focused on getting something I could eat on-the-go. With a recommendation from the host, I chose the Ahi Tuna Sandwich. It included Sesame‎ crusted Ahi Tuna on a brioche bun, pickled red onion, pickled ginger, lettuce, and wasabi aioli. For less than the price of a Jersey Mike’s sub, I was able to enjoy something ten times better. Having such a good experience on the first go-around, I decided to make another visit before a DMV appointment. This time I was seated, and the waitress was attentive, fun, and friendly. I chose the Fusion Rancheros from the breakfast menu. It included three eggs, refried black beans, corn tortillas, avocado, chopped onion, cilantro, queso fresco, sour cream, and homemade green salsa. There was also complimentary fresh fruit alongside the meal. The service was prompt, and the food was again, fantastic. I have saved this restaurant as a favorite in my Google Maps, and I am definitely returning soon.

The salmon benedict is amazing! I went like a week going every morning just to have it. The owners are so genuine and I noticed so many people talking to them as if they've known each other for a long time. So I am assuming there are many regulars. The service was great overall. Only downside is the parking when the plaza itself is busy. This is a must go for anyone that loves food.

Came here for breakfast. The restaurant was empty, I'm assuming that their lunch and dinner crowd is what they're know for. Heard a lot of good things about them. I had the fusion omelette. It was good. The aioli sauce on it was great. The rest of the omelette was pretty standard but good. Pricing is right in line with any other place. I want to come back for lunch or dinner to experience some of the other items. I would go ahead and come back for breakfast though and try some other items.

Friendly service and good food. I went here for the first time based on reviews but I hadn't ever noticed it before even though I've driven by it dozens of times. Part of a large strip mall, it just blends into the background for me. Based on the signage, I would expect an Asian menu but that is not the case. I had the steak salad and it was quite good as was the burger with brie cheese that my friend ordered. I agree with the others that have said the service is quite good and the prices are fair.

Really good, high quality, delicious food! I'm definitely coming back. We both got a special juice in addition to our breakfast so the bill was a bit high but definitely worth it.

Nice place to eat. Quite and comfortable. Had a fusion wrap that was wonderful! My friend had the ahi wrap that I had a bite of. It was flavorful but needed more tuna. It only had about 4 small pieces. But very tasty!

Got a wrap whole waiting for a DMV appointment. The place has a cool vibe, but honestly, the food was kinda mid for the price. It was simple and nothing special.
