Wingstop is one of those spots that's great for a late night snack or to eat after a closing shift at work. They have some of the best fries around, plus the wings are outstandingly good. I prefer the Louisiana dry rub, but the honey hot is also good. You could also go with the regular hot, for a nice burn. This location is one of the better ones in the area. It is a newer facility, but it is just more well maintained than the other wingstops in the surrounding area. The right amount of space, and working amenities.
Great place! They did a great job on opening day, and the workers really know how to handle customers especially when it’s completely packed. Definitely will be coming again soon! Amazing food, I would definitely try the Louisiana rub again:) They also have amazing fries. I got the Voodoo.

I get off work extremely late & it sucks that nothing is open late anymore. Wing stop is my favorite fast food so I’m glad that this place was open late. The service was great, fast, & the fries were fresh. Huge shout out to the closing crew!
The food and fries are always made fresh and employees hustling to get everyone’s order on time. Employees go above and beyond the call of duty. I ordered chicken sandwich and it was very good for the price I payed.

The Service was great and overall satisfied with my experience at this location. The food came out fresh and in a timely manner. When I was ordering my food the lady at the front counter Francisca told me about the survey for a free fry, she was patient and a great representation of the company! Can't wait to visit again.
Went in late on a saturday, about 11:20. The cashier Zachary greeted us so kindly and was clearly very busy running around doing a lot. He took my order so patiently and nicely while also super efficient. He was so friendly everywhere I saw him talking to customers as much as he was working. Despite being so busy, he was efficient, kind, and outgoing. Doing incredibly in the kitchen as well. Thank you for the amazing food as always!

This Wingstop is always on point! Food came out fresh, and the service was great. Francisca helped me, and she was super nice, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. Even when it was busy, she kept a great attitude and was really friendly. Definitely appreciate good service, so I’ll be coming back.

Got the 3 piece chicken tender and chose the flavor lemon pepper. The chicken was nice but I think I’d try a different flavor next time. And I liked the fries seasoning but they were really cold and soggy which I don’t know if that’s intentional

Was hesitant on coming back here because I already had issues this week. Honestly really didn’t want to leave a bad review because the guy who was helping me originally was cool but the manager was a douche. Ordered 20 boneless new pack and asked for extra wet fresh wings and said I don’t mind waiting long as the food is right. After 20 mins my order was done wings were dry and I told them then they “made me fresh new wings” in 5 mins and it was just the same wings with a little more sauce smh dudes playing acting like they losing money to give folks what they ask for. Look at my pic and tell me if these look extra wet to you

Please look carefully when you're preparing wings for the customers. I don't think you would like to serve feathers to your families.
Take out order on 8/5/25 12:30pm I ordered a chicken sandwich. I got home and the buns were black. Top and bottom of bun was burnt. The chicken & fries were edible and tasty. Check your buns before you leave.

Please look carefully when you're preparing wings for the customers. I don't think you would like to serve feathers to your families.
We had three dishes, and the only good one was the lemon pepper boneless wings. The mild tenders didn’t taste good, and the worst dish was the hot wings with bone. We were at the Thousand Oaks location, and around 7 PM they didn’t have any napkins and were out of iced tea.

Im an avid wing stop connoisseur(multiple locations) and I went to pick up my order and was greeted by such disrespect and piss poor attitude. FRANSCIA is the exact example of horrible service and 0 hospitality. She is definitely a reason for deterring customers. I won’t be returning to this location and will pass the word along to friends and family.
I would like corporate to contact me as the behavior of this store is unacceptable. There was an error in my order and I called to cancel for a refund and was dismissed and the man told me there was no customer service number to assist me. I called back a few hours later and a woman answered and hung up on me. I called back and they asked how they could help me, but as soon as I started talking they recognized my voice and placed me on a 22 minute hold. After several minutes holding, I called from my other phone and they answered and immediately placed me on hold on that line. I hung up and called back and they ignored several calls, then started hanging up on me and after 22 minutes disconnected the original call still holding. Please listen to the recordings as I am genuinely confused and concerned as what happened to escalate their behavior to treat me so poorly. I literally only asked if the gm had made it in yet as earlier I was told they were the only one who could offer a refund and the lady would not answer if she was the GM. I wasn't planning on a bad review, but the treatment after the order error was the worst part! All I wanted was a refund so I could replace the order correctly, which I did do hoping a refund would be issued.
Ordering Wingstop for the Super Bowl was a complete disaster. We submitted our order on Wednesday through Door Dash. We knew they would be very busy so we set our pickup time to be 1:50, giving us plenty of time before kickoff should they be running a little behind. We arrived promptly at 1:50 and the entire set up for online pickup was a complete mess. Clearly there was no organization or plan put in place for the increased business. Around 40 costumers were waiting for their names to be called. Around 2:30 (40 minutes after our scheduled pickup time) people with later pickup times were beginning to receive their orders. I tried to talk to a worker and ask about our order’s status. I asked him three times if our order was in the system, but he never would give us an answer. We showed him the order confirmation on our phone and asked if they were ever going to make our order. It eventually became evident they had no record of our order. I asked if they were ever going to complete our order or if they would give us a refund, but he began to completely ignore my existence and would not even look at me. There simply was no attempt or effort to even try to fulfill our order. After waiting 50 minutes for 20 wings and getting no answers from any worker, we finally gave up and left. I understand technical issues may arise when large quantities of orders are coming in through different platforms. But the lack of preparedness for what is likely the busiest day of the year is incompetent. Moreover, the refusal to listen to our request and put forth any effort to rectify the situation is completely unacceptable.
