Ribs more bone than meat and reheated, they bring the wrong order and then they don't change the dish they just remove what doesn't fit and complete it, I asked for Caesar salad and they brought me Santa Fe, they bring it to the table with pico de gallo and assuming that I won't say anything they try to convince me that it is a Caesar salad, the reheated fries taking advantage of the fact that I asked for mozzarella cheese to cover them but they are old potatoes, anyway the food is bad, the drinks are good, the mango margarita was a very good size and tasted good, they are sloppy with the napkins.

The food was fine until I found a hair in my fries. I mentioned it to the waiter, and all he did was take the hair away. I had to ask if he was going to replace the fries because they didn't even apologize. I think that for the price, they should have better hygiene control over their food. I don't even want to imagine what else might have been in other items. I recommend checking your food thoroughly before eating it.

Bad experience. I've been to the Plaza Satélite and Mundo E locations, as well as the downtown one, and this is the first time the service has been so terrible. They took forever to serve me; there was no one at the entrance, the bartender had to seat me, and it took them ages to take my order and bring my food. I specifically asked for it without mayonnaise or cheese, and they ignored me. The waitress (the one with blue hair) was rude. I ordered a regular Coke, not a refill, and they usually give it to me in a mug like everyone else, but this time they gave it to me in a glass and left the can of Coke next to it. Outside, their menu says they have breakfast, but the waitress said they don't at that location. The worst Chili's I've ever been to. Oh, one more thing, there was a guy who I imagine is the manager or person in charge, he passed in front of me several times and at no point did he approach to find out if they had already taken my order or anything.

If you have the chance to come to this Chili's, DON'T MISS IT. Exactly one year ago, my family went to eat at Chili's. My mom ordered a salad she's always loved. That same day, after eating, she started having stomach problems and was sick for days. We had to take her to the hospital, where she was hospitalized for a week and a half. What happened to her? She contracted a bacteria found in poorly disinfected lettuce. From the beginning, we deduced that what had made her sick was the food at Chili's, since it was the only thing different from the rest of the family's, but now we were sure: it was the poorly washed lettuce in her salad. Anyway, we didn't go back for a year. I was the one who wanted to give it another chance because I wanted to try the triple dippers. So, (it took them ages to take our order even though the restaurant was almost empty) we ordered, obviously avoiding any salad, and it took them forever to bring it too. This time, I was the one who started with stomach problems, all afternoon after lunch. It worsened that night, with vomiting and nausea throughout the night and into the following morning. I hadn't eaten anything else since lunch, and once again, the only thing my family had eaten that was different was my meal at Chili's. Definitely, of the two times we went this year, having similar experiences both times is no coincidence. They don't take care with the food, and they are a danger to the consumer. Furthermore, the service is not good.

Terrible Service, terrible attendance, terrible food ! Just put my money on trash . I order well done meet and no fat, They server raw fat meet. I ordered mashed without gravy, they put the gravy together with mashed. Don’t visit this restaurant !!!!
