2nd time here and it was so nice to be back. Home cooked meals, great staff who are attentive but also gives you space to enjoy your meal. Country fried steak is really good and my boys love their kids special pancake with egg and bacon. I believe it's a family owned business which makes it even better. You know theyre in it for the service of the community ❤️

This was my first visit and it definitely will not be my last. I ordered the combo,( I should have ordered off the children's menu). Servings were beyond what I expected and my coffee cup was kept topped off. I wasn't early enough to experience the gigantic cinnamon roll but I will on my next visit.

This little place is always busy in Tomball. I have never been here before, but I decided to stop by today because I was with a friend and he wanted breakfast. Hey man, I know a place that's always busy. Let's go try it. First off, the food is very good here. It's your traditional home country style breakfast. everything was on point and very good.

This restaurant is very quaint with delicious homemade food! The prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge! This place also has a drive-through which is awesome! The service was fast and the food came out perfectly. I can’t wait to come back! 10/10!

I’ve you have not visited this tiny restaurant you’ve missing out. Food is tasty, served hot and priced fairly. I had their hamburger and shrimp basket and they were so good. I can’t wait to try their breakfast. Give’em a visit. Check out their prices on the menu. To the owner: thanks for the great customer service as this makes the dinning experience so much better.

Food was good, exactly what you see in posted pictures. Homemade style, at a reasonable price. Local business, so definitely recommend it. Not a lot of seating, but seats moved at a good pace without having to wait too long.

We stopped for the first time after passing by for years. This place is the bomb. They have daily specials of home cooked meals. Today was chicken and dumplings and by the time I ordered one to go it was all gone and only 12:30. Then we thought we order a cinnamon roll and wow it was finger by licking good. Service is great and ambiance is neighborly. Will be back for sure

This place was really good, really packed but thats probably because we were there on a saturday morning at 10am. the service was great and our waitress answered all our questions. I'm only docking a point because I'm really picky about my hashbrowns and these were a little stale. but other than that the food was great and the pancakes were delicious

I like this place. It was nice country cooking to a tee. We were sat promptly, drink order taken, given time to look at the menu. Exactly what I wanted. Our food order was correct for the most part(forgot bananas on my ladies pancakes) but other than that, service was pleasurable. Joseph is a good server and I can't remember the nice woman who kept my coffee filled. I went their for breakfast but the daily special seemed to be very popular(beef tips with rice and cornbread. On that note, ask the daily specials sounded great and comforting. Not going to lie though, the men's restroom could use some work. Gnats kept flying into me. I'm not in tomball much, but I'd go back definitely

i've been going to the nook for almost 40 years. Stopped in and had a Reuben and fries. The toast on the Reuben was so wet. You could hardly hold your sandwich and the fries were so greasy that you could squeeze the grease out of them. Totally sad the last two times I've gone in there is nothing but a disappointment. I will say I won't go back unless it's for breakfast. I've never had a problem with that. sad face.

I order through the phone at 8:50am and place my order to be picked up with 2 combos, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Tell me why we receive our pancakes and bacon, with our scrambled eggs being EATIN. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good but I wanted my eggs.🫤
