We had the Chicago beef and meatball sandwich combos. The bread was soft, the Chicago beef was tender and good. The meatball sandwich was a bit small. Donuts were fresh and delicious. We recommend the cream cheese donut.

The Friendly personable service makes all the difference to me, i will drive out of my way to stop here for a breakfast sandwich from Kraze before i'll ever to go a chain again. I drive a lot with my kids and the drive thru window makes it so much easier for us to make a quick stop .

Donut Kraze is the best donuts place in town, hands down. They have a great selection of flavors, and they taste fantastic. Their cherry donut is not to be missed. Skip the other places and visit donut kraze.

Very good donuts & some are best in area in my chubby opinion. I have to say the new one in the City of Tonawanda is very modern, clean, comfortable, & welcoming. I have to try their lunches still but man o man, the maple frosting is like perfection on the maple bacon donut. Please please use it on other specialty donuts! Thanks for moving to the The City of Tonawanda.....I am a lil worried! lol!

Guess what they sell here. Very good; doughnuts. And excellent doughnuts do they sell. Get here early in the day to get the freshest, finest doughnuts in the area. Even later in the day they're still excellent. Just don't go too often or you'll die much too young.

Love their sandwiches! Always delicious! The breakfast sandwiches are also tasty. I also go there once a week to get my dog a donut. One time the owner found out that's who I was buying it for and she didn't charge me. She said "we love dogs here". BTW, they have a phenomenal selection of donuts. I don't even like donuts but I love theirs. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I often rode by this place but decided to stop in today. I am so happy I did. The place is phenomenal. Better than Paula's donuts I will never shop Paula's as long as Donut acraze is in bussiness. Phenomenal Customer Service! We stopped in on impulse, getting the urge to eat some donuts as we drove past the shop. It was 5:55 pm and we didn't know it closed at 6:00 pm that day. I noticed the hours posted on the door and decided to see if they were still open. As we walked to the counter, I asked if we could still get something, and the woman said yes, so I ordered a half-dozen assorted donuts. I asked if they had any Boston cream donuts, and she said they were sold out but that she could make me one if we were willing to wait! We didn't want to delay their end of day or make them stay later than necessary, so I declined on the fresh Boston cream. We enjoyed the assorted donuts, but the red velvet donut with cream cheese icing was definitely my favorite.

Lots of unique donut choices, the ones I've had taste incredible. Nice change from the selection/quality available at the franchise coffee/donut shops on every corner. I recommend the red velvet with cream cheese frosting!

Donuts here are awesome! We stopped by after a bike ride. Got cream cheese donut and a red velvet donut with icing. The coffee was also excellent. Really really cute atmosphere. Loved it and will definitely go again!

I’ve visited both locations in Tonawanda and in Buffalo. The one in Tonawanda is a little bigger and a little more comfortable atmosphere with the fireplace. Staff is friendly at both locations. They have very good breakfast sandwiches and the doughnuts are very tasty and not greasy. My favorites are Chocolate Dream, Chocolate Cake and the Vanilla Cream. Coffee is decent, too. Parking is ample at both locations, as well.

I love Donut Kraze! It's just a great place to hang out with your friends. It does tend to get noisy, but the waitress told me that they're going to install baffles to help keep the noise down. If you're looking for a cute little place to have tea or coffee and delicious donuts with a friend, this is the place for you.

I recommend this establishment to everyone I can! Every time in there is memorable and welcoming. The food is outstanding. And the cherry chips don't brings back so many childhood memories. Highly recommend.

I stopped by this morning with two of my kids for a dozen donuts. They had a great selection, everything was clean and tidy, staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was fast. The donuts were delicious, as always. The new location looks great!

This is my first visit to this location and they 100% meet the high expectations from my visits to their other store. This is a Buffalo local family run store, and it is much larger than their store down on Dingens and seats 30. They have a really wide selection, maybe 20 different flavors, and some seasonal varieties. They do not skimp on filling the Bavarian Cream. They also had something I've not tried before now, a Fasnachts. It was closer to fried dough with its crispy texture than a soft donut. I had the Cinnamon Sugar variety and bought their last two to eat later.

Excellent Donuts. Right up there with the other premium shops in Western NY. But, as with everything else with bidenflation, the prices have gone up. Still a nice treat.

Donuts are really good. They have breakfast sandwiches that can be customized, and the pricing isn't too outrageous. It's a quick go to spot that's a much better alternative than Tim Hortons & Dunkin Donuts because they're local and make their own Donuts.

This was my first time trying this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They only had a couple of the kind of donut I wanted but were more than happy to make a couple more for me while I waited. I greatly appreciate this. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Love the assortment. Donuts are always fresh and amazing. Customer service is also refreshing. They were helpful. Love that they also have a drive thru so I don't have to lug ny kids out of the car if I am doing take out.

A newly opened coffee shop in Tonawanda that does not disappoint. The coffee is perfect and the offering of donuts and other products are very nice. My first time going there and I was very satisfied and I will be back for more!

We came from Ma about 8.5 hours to see Niagra Falls which is amazing but the food highlight here has been this donut place! You guys rocked it. We don’t have anywhere that could touch your donuts! Fresh! Your cream is CREAM! Not some whipped crap they call cream. We haven’t ate anywhere while here. We always bring our own food and cook. I’m so glad we stopped here. What a gem! mouth orgasm to say the least! Try the apple fritter! Real apples! Not that canned crap. I wanna move here just to eat your donuts!

This place is so cozy and cute and the food and coffee? MMMMM YUMMERS!!! I got the sesame bagel with sausage, egg and cheese and its HUGE! A lot better than tim hortons and the coffee? Amazing and im very picky about coffee usually and favor a few flavors but this one hit the spot absolutely! :) I also got a red velvet donut (not pictured cuz i ate it so fast), im not a fan of donuts usually but I loveddd this one so much! Super kind staff and clean environment! Support local businesses or you're missing out!❤️

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! I’m usually not a donut person because they tend to be overly sweet or stale—but this place changed my mind. I tried the Black Forest donut, and it was fresh, not too sweet, and simply perfect. I also had a bagel sandwich with eggs—don’t skip this one! It was delicious, satisfying, and definitely something I’d come back for. Highly recommend both!

Everything is absolutely amazing!! Donuts are incredible perfect balance of Filling, Topping and Shell. All the Donuts no matter if Filled, Fry cake, Specialty are all perfectly Balanced in flavor and texture. Breakfast sandwiches are Fresh and hot. Iced coffee nice flavor choose small, medium or Large and choose you flavor I had caramel. Dining area is clean and comfortable and always decorated so cute for the Holidays. They did a great job, and they didn't rush me while I was looking. There is such a wide variety. I'll definitely visit again and buy another dozen donuts different from the ones yesterday. We go here often. Daily ,in the cooler weather. They're sincerely the nicest folks working here. It's clean and has a cute little patio area. I have seen an additional area where it looks to be for a more private function use.but I'm not sure how many it accommodates. Your egg& cheese sandwich might be a pinch higher priced than Tim's, but it's definitely bigger and way better.. and FRESH! Plus, never once have they gotten my order wrong or served me coffee flavored water or an eggshell sandwich ( and I appreciate that!) It's just a great quality,great people, local stop that never disappoints & often cheers you with their kind smiles& uplifting personalities! Stella approves of the patio & highly suggests the milkbone/water combo!

Always great! Avoid anything "Kreme" filled if you don't like frosting filling. The strawberry cheesecake is our fave, vanilla creamcheese custard and strawberries make up the filling. We tried the key lime this time, a nice summer flavor. The donuts never leave a heavey or greasy flavor! Always fresh!

Good doughnuts and coffee. They also make "birthday cake" doughnuts which are oversized. They need to be ordered ahead but are a great alternative to a birthday cake!

The donuts were good but not great. Nice assortment of different kinds of fun donuts. Bagels and coffee are sub-par though so don't bother. Cashier made a mistake with our order, but was kind about and quickly fixed it. Clean eating area and bathroom.

This place should not be missed if you’re in the city. The donuts are exceptional as are the bagels and breakfast sandwiches. There is an incredible variety of donuts and something for everyone. Plain coconut and toasted coconut. Amazing! I can’t speak about any of the beverages, but the food is miles apart from the chains you’ll find down the street. Four stars, really should be 4 1/2, because I wish they had a little more variety with the bagels as well as some flavored cream cheeses. Horseradish bacon is a favorite on pumpernickel bagels. If they had local dairy chocolate milk, I’d probably always get one of those as well. Lol Check this place out you’ll not be disappointed. Always friendly.

Walked in craving something sweet and left with a box full of donuts I didn’t plan on buying. The variety was wild—maple bacon, fruity pebbles, classic glazed—you name it. The donuts were fresh and soft, but I gotta say, some were a bit too sweet for me. Coffee was just okay, nothing to write home about. Staff was polite but not super warm, just kind of going through the motions. Still, for a late-night sugar fix, this place is clutch and open 24/7, which is a win

Pricey and just ok, but 6 donuts for over 9 dollars is a bit over the top and NO, I did not buy candy bars nor are all candy bars 3 dollars , what are you talking about, if you don't like what I said, do not read it

It kills me to post this, because I love Donut Kraze. The staff today was totally checked out and irritated. They were annoyed that we added items to our order and then we found out they shorted us a donut when we got home.

I was disappointed in the quality of the donuts. Sour cream glazed were overcooked, chocolate frosted cream tasted like grease, and the strawberry in the strawberry cream was bitter. The peanut cream was ok and the cherry glazed was ok. Personally I wouldn't go back. Save your self the Disappointment and go to Paula's Donuts!

The worst donuts I've ever had. Every donut tasted the same. I heard such great things about em. Only to taste the same fryer in everyone of em. I hope it won't be the same if we try it again.

I really wanted to like it. Our family is big on donuts and it is close to our house. I had two bites of mine and threw the rest out. I tasted a bite of my children's to see if I just got a dud. They all have the under tone of greasy fair fried dough. The staff wasn't very pleasant. We felt like a bother. The establishment is very clean though. There is plenty of seating if you wanted to eat there. We really didn't feel welcome though so we ended up taking them home. I wish them the best of luck as a new business though.

Like everywhere else post pandemic in the service industry: expensive, undercooked sausage, everything with a cheap vegetable cooking oil after taste. Not to mention closing down at like 2pm which had me rushed to take my "food" elsewhere. Thought it would be a treat since it's been a few years since i had their donut breakfast sandwich which left me utterly disappointed to say the least. The staff was friendly and the place is very clean, inviting..shame looks are most Deceiving in this case

Place was clean & very modern. The donut I had was a Krazy special, it was very stale & way too sweet. My husband had his favorite, a peanut stick, the donut itself didn't have much taste, very lack luster. Sorry Donut Kraze, you'll have to do much better to compete with other donut stores.
