This is my first time at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, The girl at the counter, I think her name was Tiffany could not have done a better job. She was sweet, friendly, and very prompt with the order. I ordered the reuben sandwich, It was one of the best that I ever had. It was juicy and hot, and the corn beef was melt your mouth tender. We will definitely be back. The only small thing is it gets really cold when somebody opens the door if you're eating in the restaurant. That won't be a problem in a few months.

Best sandwich (beef on weck) I’ve had. Anywhere. Ever. I’ve had a lot of sandwiches in my day, so that’s saying something. Nice staff, clean place. We’d come here anytime we ever visit Buffalo or nearby again. Had a GREAT time here with my wife. The Rueben was good too. But the beef on weck… well it’s not in the same league and from a Jewish guy that’s high praise.

Great sandwich shop!! Pastrami on rye was awesome!! Mac salad and coleslaw definitely a must get side too!! Great location and menu selections. Found my new favorite spot and it's local to home!!

Had the Cubano sandwich and it was exceptional! Fresh made and delectable. Great location and the side walk seating is perfect for enjoying a beautiful day while getting a bite to eat. The staff was excellent!

Great friendly service. Amazing food. And also life savers. I had surgery recently and need something quick with protein and to give me energy plus the humidity was effecting me. I forgot tontake a picture of the food will do next time around but they got me exactly what I needed to tie me over. Fried eggs and 2 half pounds tuna salad in a bowl for myself and my Husband and some Gatorade which was fresh, excellent quality and exactly what we need but with a great price. Wholesome as well. This place is awesome! Best turkey club I've had in a while, although I'm very specific I prefer mayo instead on mine, they were very accommodating with my request. Came with a really good deli dill pickle and a tiny bag of chips. Nice meat portions and turkey is really good quality seemingly very fresh carved turkey. Highly recommended. I'll be coming back for sure and telling friends.

This is exactly the kind of place I would pop in for a daily sandwich if I lived in the area! I was lucky enough to find this place on a visit to Buffalo. I was immediately drawn to the decor and atmosphere, and the food and service didn't disappoint! I may need an excuse to visit the area again, just so I can grab a bite!

As someone who moved to buffalo and grew up around Philadelphia and lived outside of NYC for years this is one of the best sandwich spots I’ve found in Buffalo. Never had a bad sandwich. I’m a sucker for both their Ruben and pastrami on rye.

They WERE great. The Zuckermans are outstanding people, and my daughter and I WERE regulars. The skeptic in me will keep me looking elsewhere for our "Friday @ 5:30 for Mckenzie" order.

Summer

I created my own sandwich but I guess I needed to tell them that I wanted it hot because it came cold and the bread "slightly" toasted. The toasted you get when you remove the bread a little too early. For $25.00 (after tip) for just a sandwich and fries I am disappointed that it wasn't made how I intended. Positives: 1. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice, with subway tiles and fun decor. 2. I ordered ahead and the sandwich was easy to pick up. 3. The pickle was wrapped so it didn't touch the sandwich, as someone who doesn't like pickles, I appreciated that gesture.

This is extremely unprofessional behavior, and there should be some sort of notice to customers alerting them of this closure so they don’t waste their money like me.
