Retro place... Excellent food! The food was excellent! The appetizers were superb, as were the main courses. We didn't have time to eat anything else because we were so full. The only criticism I have is about the wine... we ordered two bottles of the same wine (a Lugana white). We later realized that one was a 2018 vintage and the other a 2020 vintage... obviously identical wines, but different in vintage, body, and flavor... It's not customary... but I'm still giving it 5 stars because everything else was okay.

Amazing experience! I discovered this place by chance, and I was thrilled. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was excellent... starting with the homemade crostini offered as a "welcome" treat. 💪 I'll be back!

Very welcoming environment, far from the confusion and traffic, I felt like I was in the old taverns of the past, which I loved so much! There are 4 dishes on the menu per course, in my opinion the right ones to maintain a certain level, fried cured meats and dumplings and burratina with very good confit tomatoes, pasta alla Gricia quite good, but the Bauletti with CastelMagno, truffle butter and thyme were amazing, I also made the slipper! The girl who welcomed us served us, she was really very kind and helpful, she made us feel at home!

I have to say I liked this vintage venue. The staff was friendly, and the appetizers, first courses, and second courses were not only delicious, but also varied and unique. I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch. The place was quite run-down, with no attention to detail, and not even the cleanliness you'd expect in a place that serves food. We ordered two lunch menus for €11 (consisting of a main course, side dish, water, and coffee). I've attached a photo, along with a pinsa platter, which was good but too oily. The food looked rather embarrassing, and the prices, in my opinion, were quite high, almost like a restaurant (about €20 per dish). The food was brought in batches, with side dishes served minutes before the main course. There was no customer service, and there was never anyone in the dining room except for one waitress who did everything herself (cash register, welcoming, taking passes, and ordering). I won't return, and I don't recommend it. 2 stars for the polite service and the good coffee.
