Nice people and very good prices for larger than usual muffins, tasty bagels and colorful donuts and pastries.

Great service!! We had a huge order for 8 people and they remembered everything even substitutions and the service was excellent! Best location I've visited by far.

This place is very convenient. People, please check out your food before you eat it. Otherwise, you end up like me with extra topping on your sandwich.

The Yum Yum Donuts is right next to my house and I go there quite often. I always get the everything bagel extra toasted with cream cheese tomato and crispy bacon with a little pepper on top. It is the perfect breakfast sandwich and I could eat it everyday. The donuts are obviously made every day and I have been in there at 4:00 in the morning when the guy is making them. They have the perfect selection of 30 or 40 different kinds of donuts. The service is fast and they also speak Spanish. The prices are fantastic also.

Every single time I've ordered from here through GrubHub and I mean every single time the orders always wrong ham egg and cheese with no ham Coke instead of orange Fanta etc.

The sandwiches and bagels are pretty good but what’s lacking is the janitor and the prices.

Yum yum is only yum yum first thing in the morning. They were ok but not as fresh after 4pm

This yum yum donuts use to have great donuts, but since they hired the guy that makes the donuts now, they are not the same. The glazed donuts are just not glazie, and they hardly ever have bearclaws, and when they do have them, they hardly have any apple filling inside of them

I really like me, my apple fritter Donuts. I've traveled all over this country. I have literally found a spot where there is the worst apple fritter donut ever. tastes like a brown sugar donut. Williams croissants and donuts in Sherman Oaks are the best.

Service was extremely bad and donuts were stale.

The customer service by the lady named Rosi (if she gave me her true name) was HORRIBLE!!! I will NEVER come here again.

I went there about 12:30 am and there was nobody there and the guy who works there and he heard me walk in there is a door bell 🔔 he didn’t even bother to come out from the kitchen so i I had to wait little bit then he came no hi just staring at me with death face when I had to pay him I saw his finger nails ✂️ all of them and he works in the kitchen I’m sure company knows they probably keep him there with minimal wedges no benefits no insurance why not

Donuts are pricey , I really wanted to like there donuts beacuase it's close . The donut I got was the glazed old fashion doughnut It was hard like a brick I can hurt someone with it.

I called to preorder for a bagel breakfast sandwich. The guy who answered couldn't confirm on anything I requested and hung up on me. I drive there and he proceeds to giggle in my face like he is high on some drug. This continues while he made the sandwich.

Horrible first time experience, just ordered through uber eats 3 hours ago finally got the food that i paid 50$ for and im missing half the order sitting here hungry about to order again from another place. Why is this businesses phone not working this is very unprofessional and wrong, i mean i would understand missing one thing or another but to be missing half my check literally is unbelievable i would like half my money back thats the least you can do.

Rude Service, last time I called for a delivery issue, because on the app it doesn’t let you customize the items entirely, so I called and I don’t know if it was a manager or employee that picked up, but I simply asked if she could do me a simple favor and remove a specific ingredient to an item in my delivery order, not add extra or anything like that where it would obviously charge me for anything extra, but to remove, to take off that ingredient, and she so rudely said it was an extra charge for that, now tell me how does that makes sense, I asked why, and she just rudely said it would be extra, and hung up on without giving a good explanation. To go out of their own way, it sounded like they were annoyed, and to just take it out their behavior on the customer is very unprofessional. And I often order at this place too, I’ve had a good experience up until now, and from what I’ve seen from the reviews, I guess I’m not the only one.

BAD SERVICE 📌 I’m sorry for saying this, but the guy who works at Yum Yum on Foothill across from the 7/11 is rude and gives very bad customer service! Now Wednesday the 17th at approximately 9:40pm a man came to pick up his order, he called several times because there was no one at the desk, finally the employee, the guy with a ponytail answered “What? very rude! and threw the bag on the counter at the customer. The customer was very patient and kind by not answering back. The same thing happened when he served me. Also, he always says that the toaster will never make bagels and graphs. Besides, if a person acts like this, could you imagine what things he will do behind the counter?

The man behind the counter didn't respond turned around and grabbed a box so I proceeded to ask if that was a yes ? He showed me the box still not saying anything so I assumed yes they can do a half dozen. I asked questions on which donuts are which, he gave no responses and acted like I was inconveniencing him the whole time. Decided to stop asking and just told him to grab whatever donuts and put them in the box. I'm sorry you're working over night but it's not my fault you're working that shift. Please train your employees to be friendly and have knowledge of the products they're selling. Especially since there are no signs as to which donuts are which. There can be people with allergies. My overall impression was horrible, attitude from the beginning and probably won't come back.

The location is in a rough part of town, but they try to keep it nice and clean. Keep an eye on the late night guy with the pony tail while you are making you choice he gives you the old dried out doughnuts that he keeps out of sight so you can see him put them in your box. It's the 4th time I go make my choices and when I get home 1/2 the doughnuts are extremely old. They don't cost that much tp make just toss out the old doughnuts. Cheep cheep I just make the drive to Fosters in la crescenta.

Wish we didn't go to that place, horrible service yes like it says on all the other reviews the guy with the pony tail working at night is super unprofessional, hardly wanted to do anything. I asked him for the sandwich he said he didn't have it ,then I said it's on the menu u can probably do it for us he said yes but again ignored us , so we didn't get it. I feel bad for who ever owns this place this guy doesn't put n effort at all to sell. I would avoid going here at all..

The doughnuts themselves looked a bit odd, though it could have just been me. 3. The final straw was when we were paying. A roach ran across the register, and when I pointed it out, the guy just looked at it and continued processing the transaction. I should have canceled the order or asked for a refund, but instead, I walked out and threw the doughnuts away. I felt so grossed out and didn't feel comfortable giving them to my kids. Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

The 711 place in front said YumYum Donuts had a restroom so I went there. There was only one guy who had a pretty s#it attitude and said it was only for paying customers only. I knew night shift wasn't the best so I just kept my cool and bought two donuts and then asked if I could get the key. He says "that's for employees only" and walks away.

Just bought a half a dozen donuts. My daughter accidentally dropped them as I was giving the lady a tip. I asked her if she could possibly replace a couple of them or atleast give me a discount for another half dozen. She told me it wasn't her problem and went to help the other customer.

The 711 place in front said YumYum Donuts had a restroom so I went there. There was only one guy who had a pretty s#it attitude and said it was only for paying customers only.
