It has been a while since I ate here. In the past I noticed the food doesn't have what I consider a "wow"factor . I Been hearing about the burgers so I decided to try and I was very happy with the burger I chosen. The patty was a hand formed one. As delicious as the burger was my wow factor was the seasoned fries! It's been a long time since had fries that good. The waitress was phenomenal as they always have been in the past. Place was comfortable and clean. The item to avoid for me was the regular fries. They were soft and didn't have that crispness as the seasoned fries. Hope this helps. I will be back again to find what's good and what's bad

The Bourbon burger was SO good, loved it! Me and my sister ordered the same burger but she got seasoned fries and I got regular. She got twice the amount of fries that I got, which sucked. Haha, my mom got the grilled tilapia which is on the 55+ menu, and she loved it! Came with a salad and my mom was very happy with it.

My family were at Denny’s in Tulare yesterday 11/16/25 for lunch. Our server was very nice and our food was great, but our ticket was wrong. I don’t know if they were so busy she wasn’t paying attention or did it on purpose, but we were given someone’s else’s ticket for someone’s else’s order. We ordered 3 turkey dinners and the ticket we received was for 3 kids meals and an adult’s meal for over $100. And of course it had been already paid for and they left. So the staff had to look on the computer to find our ticket so I could pay for it. Never happened before. Denny’s staff needs to pay better attention when handing out order tickets.

I went for a early dinner with my girl friend on 10/11/2025 and we had an order of mozzarella sticks and plain hamburger with fries, and Moons over my hammy meal with seasoned fries and 2 soft drinks, Dr. Pepper and Coke zero. The waitress brought out the drinks and they were flat. When I let her know that they were flat she agreed and that they were having some problems with the drinks. There was nothing wrong with the actual food and the server was quite pleasant but I just found it strange that she would allow us to order soda if they're problems with the drinks. Otherwise the service and food were tasty.

The most “mid” Denny’s I’ve ever been to cause of their mediocre customer service. They need to be more easygoing and kind with their approach. Other locations usually make me feel completely welcomed

Family of 4 went to breakfast, ordered 3 plates, 4 drinks, hot chocolate and chocolate hop pancakes. We were assisted by someone that seemed to be on something (tweaking?) sat in a cold corner, food took longer than normal and when it was brought out it was all cold and sparse plates - not our usual Dennys experience and then our bill was $91.66 - we don’t usually pay this much for 4 ppl at Dennys especially for the food to be prepared and served the way it was very disappointed, we could have sat down at a nice restaurant and paid the same or less with bigger plates and warm food…

I ordered their chicken fried chicken, it was like eating sodium, the gravy tasted like mushroom and was only able to be tasted if you tried it by it's self and really tried to taste it, the broccoli tasted like it was made by a child, overcooked, over boiled. The sweet corn was good. When I finished my water, the waiter walked by twice and didn't fill it, I had to request her to fill up my water, after finishing it again, she served our food and said "I guess you want me to full your water again" and after my meal and finishing my water, I I tried to get the attention of my waiter which was too busy talking to co workers, a different staff member who was cleaning his tables saw me holding up my hand for a while and decided to come assist, asked me "how can I help" i asked for more water and he told my waiter who JUST caught on that I need service. This was the night crew, so take this with a grain of salt I guess, would not go back to Dennys, if this is the kind of quality that comes out of this chain, it shouldn't be a sit down establishment, it should be a drive through. For a first time experience, this was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a biscuits and gravy meal and my sunny side up eggs were completely saw, hardly even white. i tried to fix it myself without complaining and just finish cooking them but they just broke apart and splattered all over the rest of my food. And when my brother called to complain, the woman on the phone rudely said "that's how sunny side up eggs are"
