Llegamos un domingo a las 9 am para poder tener libertad de escoger ubicación, valió completamente la pena. En Tulum los club de playa tienen forzosamente un consumo mínimo (o cobro de entrada) y en Ziggy el consumo es de 70 usd por persona mínimo lo cual me parece un precio bastante razonable para lo que ofrecen. Las camas, camastros y sillones son muy cómodos, los meseros muy serviciales, nos atendió un chico de nombre Mario que siempre se esforzó por dar su mejor servicio. La hostess cuyo nombre no recuerdo fue lo primero lindo de la experiencia Comida y bebidas un poco “caros” (nótense las comillas) pero son precios Tulum, en Tulum todo es más caro que en Bali Por último la playa frente al establecimiento es una playa increíblemente hermosa Vale 300% la pena

Lo recomiendo ampliamente, la comida deliciosa, y el servicio excelente, nos atendió Alejandrino, pero en general todo el personal fue muy amable. Llevamos un Niño de 3 años y la zona de la playa está excelente para el, el ambiente es totalmente para relajarse, nada de música súper fuerte en el día, la playa muy limpia y tranquila. Nos quedamos con muchísimas ganas de regresar pronto. Para él club Beach, piden un consumo mínimo de 75usd por adulto, vale mucho la pena todo el menú. El lugar tiene estacionamiento gratis, lo cual en Tulum y la zona, es súper plus.

Buen lugar para disfrutar de un día con amigos. Tiene una mesa de billar, hamacas, el restaurante todo muy rico pedimos la mariscada. Y para el calor no olviden pedir una horchata con expreso. También pueden ir a caminar por la playa a pesar del zargazo, vale la pena disfrutar.

Nos encantó Ziggy porque no había música ruidosa y logramos disfrutar el sonido de las olas en paz. La comida estuco deliciosa y todas la decoración del beach club esta súper cool. Llegamos en ATVs y el estacionamiento fue gratis. Mario siempre estuvo atento a nuestras órdenes y el servicio fue increíble. No te puedo recomendar más este beach club si buscas un ambiente relajado, con buenas comida, y una playa muy limpia y amplia!

Aunque no he visitado todos los clubes de playa de Tulum, de los que sí, este es mi favorito. Tienen platillos muy buenos en el menú y además en buenas porciones. Tienen cócteles y variedad de cervezas, incluyendo algunas artesanales. Eso me gusta mucho. El servicio es muy bueno y la atención muy rápida. Los precios son moderados para ser en esa zona.

Este lugar es increíble, a pesar de que lo conocimos con un clima que no favorecía. porque había lluvia, esta muy bonito y la comida muy rica. Muy bien servida, un excelente balance entre calidad, cantidad y precio. Está en la zona hotelera de tulum muy cerca de la escultura ven a la luz. excelente opción muy recomendado este lugar. Nicolás el mesero siempre nos trató súper bien. Pese ha que existen muchos comentarios jajaa que a los mexicanos no nos tratan tan bien (les dan preferencia a los extranjeros) nosotros nos llevamos muy buena experiencia ♥️

Muy buena ubicación. Hay estacionamiento gratis para clientes. Los precios de los drinks y la comida me parecen bastante buenos para la zona. Hay varias mesas y camastros. Las instalaciones muy lindas y el servio súper amable.

Un lugar muy especial en Tulum. Servicio excelente de Nicolas y Camilo. Estética muy bella y gastronomía deliciosa!!! Con vistas al mar azul celeste del caribe. Pasamos una noche hermosa para el cumpleaños de mi esposa con mariachis amenizando la velada. Sin duda volveremos esos platos de pez y entrada fueron magníficos 🔝🔝🔝

Siempre que puedo vengo porque me encanta Ziggy’s! Ivan garantiza un servicio muy bueno y la comida está riquísima. Hoy tacos de pescado rebosado! Es el lugar más a gusto de la playa.

Una atención excelente, vista al mar de noche muy hermoso todo. Desde el personal del estacionamiento hasta los meseros muy amables. Un lugar súper recomendable. Los platillos con un sabor único y porciones adecuadas. Recomiendo los sopesitos de camarón.

Pagamos un day pass en este lugar y quedamos encantados. Llegamos temprano para poder agarrar lugar, pero puedes hacer tu reserva. El lugar queda justo enfrente de la playa. El servicio es espectacular, los meseros son muy atentos. Ellos te proporcionan una toalla. La comida NOS ENCANTÓ! Pedimos tacos, ensalada, quesadillas y hasta postre porque éramos varias personas y todo estaba de maravilla. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a ir.

Pasamos una tarde muy placentera en este lugar, los platillos son muy ricos y las bebidas también, el consumo mínimo es de 50 dólares por persona. Los precios me parecieron muy razonables, ya que con el consumo mínimo comimos y bebimos bastante bien. Cuentan con estacionamiento por lo que eso ayuda mucho.

Gran beach club, sí quieres algo relajado y pasar un dia de playa tranquilo y con buena comida.

Food was delicious and the beach club was so comfortable without blaring music (we heard enough from the place 4 doors down), but writing this review to explain how to reserve a bed at the beach club, which wasn't very clear to us. Use Open Table to reserve a "table" for the beach front exterior at noon. If there is availability, they will ask for a $75 usd deposit (perhaps less during off season?) that you will be able to get back in food/beverage credit. $75 per person expected to spend. Then, you have the beach bed with towels and waiter service until 5pm ish, which was WONDERFUL. Tremendous beach views and access, delicious food, and great facilities (bathrooms and showers). Just don't get the guac--that was the one negative.

We were excited to try Ziggy’s after reading all the positive reviews. It did not disappoint. The tuna nachos were a stand out, and so was the complementary salsa and chips. The beds are on a slope so you can look out onto the water and we were welcome by a school of fish when we went swimming.

I came here with my friend for her 40th birthday celebration vacation, and we absolutely loved this beach club spot for our favorite relaxation time on the beach and fantastic food! The most important part for us, was that you could actually hear the ocean waves. Rather than some other beach clubs where you could hear music blaring over large speakers. Our host and waiter Ivon were so kind and friendly for services, accommodating all our needs and even checking in to see if we had any food allergies. Which for my friend was very important. Not to mention the food was actually top quality. To put it simply, it was our first stop in Tulum, and our last! We didn’t feel called to any other beach clubs this time around. And would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for simple relaxation and great vibes as a whole package! They even had a secure place to park our bikes. Great staff!

We stayed at Cabañas which is next door and affiliated with Ziggy’s! Beautiful restaurant with a wonderful menu. We ate here for breakfast 3 of the 5 days. We spent 4 of our days at the beach club. And Ivan is the absolute best!! He was attentive when needed but also let us relax with no pressures. Seeing him daily was a highlight and we even went back to say goodbye day of departure. The food is yummy. Highly recommend the ahi nachos or tuna tartar. The beach was pristine, lots of shade and sun. When back in Tulum we will definitely come back here. 10/10 recommend.

Ziggy’s is a VIBE. This was hands down one of our favorite spots in Tulum—so good we came back twice during our trip. Right when you walk in, you feel like you’ve found a slice of paradise that knows it’s paradise, but somehow isn’t trying too hard. The beachfront setting is pure magic—white sand, swaying palms, and the turquoise water just steps away from your toes. And the chairs? Comfy enough to make you consider never leaving. The service was top notch. Every single person we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and somehow always there right when we needed them. Shout out to our server (wish I caught his name!) who made sure our drinks stayed full and our guac never ran low. Now let’s talk about the food: the shrimp tacos were so fresh it felt like they introduced themselves to the ocean that morning. The ceviche? Bright, citrusy, and just the right amount of heat. And the cocktails? Absolutely unreal. I had something with mezcal and passionfruit that made me feel like I should quit my job and open a beach bar (but I won’t… yet). Their drink menu is as thoughtful as it is tropical. Live music in the background sealed the deal. Chill enough to relax, but good enough that we were shazaming songs between bites. It’s the kind of place you could show up for lunch and accidentally stay through sunset. Prices are what you’d expect for beachfront dining in Tulum, but honestly, the quality, atmosphere, and experience make it worth every peso. Ziggy’s hits that sweet spot between upscale and relaxed—it’s elegant without being pretentious. If you’re in Tulum, this is one of those “don’t miss” places. Come hungry, come thirsty, and come ready to soak in some seriously good beach energy. 🌴🍤🍹

Best beach club in Tulum. The food is amazing, the staff is extremely caring and they pay a lot of attention to food allergies. The beach is very relaxing, no music, lots of space between the beds which are very comfortable. There is the minimum spending rule that currently is set to $70. Parking is included. Be aware that you cannot include breakfast and dinner under this rule as they are kept separated.

We came here just for lunch, super chill place and vibe with great service! A lot of places has minimum spend but for the lunch we just paid for what we ate. I highly recommend the seared tuna burger (come with avocado as well), the Ziggy burger looked also very good! Recommended!

Having lived in Tulum for four months and visiting a different beach club each week, this one stands out as my favorite. The $50 minimum consumption for the beach daybeds is well worth it. The host who seated me was welcoming and attentive, setting the tone for an excellent experience. The food is, without a doubt, the best I’ve had at any beach club here—high quality and served in generous portions. The beach itself is beautifully laid out, with calm, flat waters ideal for relaxing without the interruption of waves. The only thing I dislike about the location is the water. There seems to be a pipe pumping cold water into the ocean. I’m not sure where it’s coming from, but the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold!!

Muy rica la comida y accesible , el club de playa normal no tan fancy pero la comida es muy rica y tienen estacionamiento gratis enfrente

La comida y el servicio son muy buenos, el lugar es bonito, tienen restricciones para poder comer al aire libre pero corrimos con suerte ese día y nos tocó afuera. No tienen estacionamiento y los estacionamientos públicos cobran $150 y $200 pesos. El lugar es cómodo y bonito, la entrada está un poco improvisada con las plantas.

Si buscas pasar una tarde tranquila este es tu lugar, las camas de sol son cómodas y la brisa increíble. Consumo mínimo son 50 usd por persona lo cual lo usas en comida y bebida. $$$ La comida puede mejorar… 😖 y las bebidas me quedo con la margarita clásica.

Es un buen Club de Playa para ir a pasar el dia. El costo para disfrutar el area de playa y sus camastros es de 35$ dólares o su equivalente en pesos, con esta "cuota" puedes consumir esa cantidad en alimentos o bebidas lo cual si lo desquitar a lo largo de la tarde, el menu de comida/lunch es accesible a comparacion de muchos lugares. Si no quieres disfrutar de los camastro y playa puedes estar en el restauran y comer normalmente, jugar billar y disfrutar de las amacas. Por la noche el menu cbia ybes un poco mas elaborado y caro, el ambiente es mas tranquilo y la iluminacion lo hace ver mas bonito y romantico. No le pongo 5 estrellas ya que la salida de la playa no es la mejor ya que esta cortada.

The beach is the highlight of Tulum, soft sand and awesome waves. We loved this place, beautiful beach bar, I got a table easy and there was no minimum pay. The reason I took away a star is, 1/slow service, drinks took ages to come, even though the place was not full/busy. The staff was very good and super polite. 2/ I had the burger, was OK enough for a burger. Right next to it is Mia beach club and they play awesome music, we took our drinks to the beach and next to Mia alot. Ziggy had slow music and saxophone at night, which was not our jam.

We just spent the day there on the beach loungers. Minimum $75 per person which is pretty average in the area. The food menu looked decent so we decided to try it out. The menu is pretty pricey, but the food was tasty. Drinks were just okay, and they come in short glasses, so they go down too quickly. You can get cheap beer if that's your thing. All in all it was a pretty decent experience. It was not disappointing and we got to spend the day on a nice shady beach lounger.

Small portion sizes and overall okay food. The eggs were a bit rubbery, but the French toast was good. The views are easily the best part, right by the beach with great scenery, and the atmosphere is pretty nice and relaxed. There was a slightly weird situation with paying, and I wouldn’t recommend depositing or booking ahead since it wasn’t busy at all and didn’t seem necessary. Very close to the beach, which is a big plus. It was quite expensive which is plausible because of how close it was to the restaurant...

It is a cool entry and the location was easy to find. Stopped in before another engagement for a special occasion. The food that reached the table was beyond good. There was items forgotten or delayed which we cancelled due to other items arriving prior and no recognition of missing items by server. While exiting our table staff appeared with celebratory items. I was on the way out the door when approached we basically sat at another table due to this which was awkward recovery. They did have a musician playing she was great!! The forgotten food ruined the experience then to add the exit celebration wow. The manager did apologize for the service.

El lugar está muy tranquilo y el servicio estuvo bueno. Desafortunadamente la comida estuvo fea y el sabor muy mal, pedi empanadas de camarón que cuando le di una mordida se le salió todo el aceite, era extremadamente una gran cantidad de aceite que seguía escurriendo. Las tres empanadas fueron así, también pedí los tacos de pescado y no tenían nada de sabor, el aderezo estaba muy feo y acabé dejando los tacos. Mi esposa pidió tar tar de atún y igual no sabía bueno, la salsa no iba con el tar tar y el resto de los sabores no combinaban bien. Ella también pidió la hamburguesa de lentejas que estuvo muy seca y zero sabor. Nos ofrecieron ponerla otra vez a la parrilla y bañarla en aceite de oliva, preferimos dejar la comida como era, y pagar y irnos. El precio por la calidad que cómoda no está nada bien

Un lugar extremadamente sobrevalorado para la calidad de alimentos, atención y mobiliario del sitio... Las mezcalinas insípidas y eso que he visitado y comido en lugares de mayor nota dentro y fuera de MX. El servicio mucho muy apresurado como si estuvieran sacándote del lugar para la fila, que a propósito estaba muy vacío el lugar... Decepcionado
