We stopped by for a quick dinner after a tiring day. The order was taken promptly, and the food was delivered just as quickly. I highly recommend this place for a quick grab-and-go meal.

They made a mistake and delayed my food by quite a bit of time, but once they realized, they made my food within two minutes AND gave me a full refund. very respectful and kind people working here.

I just have to take a moment to share how amazing the drive-thru experience was tonight! The employee at the window totally made my day. He had a little emo vibe, but when he handed me my food, he had the biggest, sweetest smile—like he was giving me a precious kitten. It was honestly so heartwarming! He was so gentle with my order, and his attitude was just the nicest thing ever. This McDonald's would be 10 times less awesome without this little emo rockstar at the window. The staff are interesting characters to come across for sure. I ordered a burger for a friend who wanted extra onion and extra mustard and extra ketchup and normal pickle, seems simple enough. They only gave ketchup on the burger and onion on the... side??? out of those three basic burger condiments that come by default on a burger... I won't be purchasing there again for anybody honestly because in every mcdonalds theres required to be a sign that says the food will cause cancer in humans.

Food is about as good as I've had at other McDonald's. One major issue is that the drive thru line often extends around the side of the building and into the street. This can make it difficult to park and get through to nearby businesses. If you don't mind the line, then it's a perfectly serviceable McDonald's.

Grabbed a free mchicken through the app on free mchicken day, it was so busy that day! My Mcchicken came out fresh and it was so good! The curbside is in an awkward spot in the back. They only had 2 curbside signed, but I put in 3 curbside and they still got me my food. I wish the curbside was better planned out thought.

The manager assumed that my family and I were homeless. The only reason I put 4 star was so that this can be seen by people from out of town. This place can barley keep up with the rushes. One time I ordered food and it took 30 min to get to me last I check FAST food was supposed to be FAST maybe the manager needs to take a break and come back when they know how to do their job.

Clean and quick McDonald's with friendly service and a quick turnaround on the food ordered. The dining area was simple in its layout, clean, and well taken care of. For a quick bite to eat from a well know.national menu this McDonald is not going to mess up your order or provide rude customer service.

They stay relatively busy but we haven't had a terrible visit. Great for a quick burger and kids meal during the week when you have errands to run and no time to cook when you get home. I don't suggest the Angus Burgers, they may be at the bottom of the list for recommendations. Stick with the value menu, not guess work needed and when paying less than $2 for a burger, you know what to expect.

I deliver DoorDash for this location as well as frequent here myself. Today I did both, and not only was my food great and hit the spot, but the gentleman who usually bags up orders was on top of things and did a wonderful job.

Usually good enough, can't say I'd suggest going Friday-sunday as they're so packed and presumably understaffed that you'll be waiting an hour or more to get the wrong order. However any other day I have never had an issue

Just stopped in for some quick chicken nuggets and fries. My wife said the chicken nuggets were nice and crispy which is unusual. Good convenient location. The fries were hot and fresh she adds.

This place is very decent and clean, well maintained. Lots of demographic customers are going here, such as families with young kids, some sixty y.o. couples that are holding hands, some triggering young marines, and retiring vets. Um, there is one vet who is always holding his cardboard sign asking for money at corner entrance to the drive through on Adobe Rd.. (can’t help it, but share observing.)

The food here is consistent—it tastes the same as it does anywhere in the world. The service was okay, but the facility itself was disappointing. The bathroom was not very clean, which surprised me since McDonald's usually takes pride in that. We also didn't get any napkins with our order, and there were none available at the counters for us to grab. Is this a California thing? It's frustrating to have to hunt for basics.

I got my free egg McMuffin here so what's not to like about that. They have double drive thru and double pickup windows the things move pretty quickly. The homeless have taken root next door but they keep to themselves (not panhandling) but they do dump all their trash after a visit.

They truly have an attitude problem. Once in a while you'll find a nice person at the window but majority of the time the servers act like they hate it there. No smile, no welcoming emotion. Its got some nice people & some rude people working there. But the homeless folks outside don't make it better... I only recommend this place if you are really that desperate for some rude, unwelcoming fast food.

If you are not familiar with McDonald’s it is more than just a fast food restaurant to get hamburgers and french fries. My most common use for McDonald’s is for their breakfast. McDonald’s serves excellent coffee at very reasonable prices compared to commonly known coffee shops. My personal favorite is the Biscuit, Egg, Sausage Meal. It comes with hashbrowns and a drink. I will often get a smoothie instead of coffee. There are healthier choices. If you’re visiting the national park from outside the United States you will want to give McDonald’s a try. It is the most famous icon for fast food in America. The traditional quarter pounder with cheese and their unique thin cut fries are trademark fast food cuisine offerings.

The improvement is slow. The food is a higher quality than previous experiences and the staff seems much more friendly. Used to be a last choice option in this small town, but now i will willingly return during the day. Evening hours shift has given me an incorrect order the last three visits and its getting tiresome. I had hoped that the presence of the day shift manager meant the nights would improve. Sadly this has not been the case. My "signature items" were cold and missing the bacon on multiple evening visits and when i asked for it to be corrected they attempted to add ingredients to the cold mistake they had served me. Even better ingredients still lose appeal when they are served lukewarm at best. I lowered my prior rating because of it.

This is not a good McDonald's, but at least there is one! The staff here seem a bit rude not everyone but some people at-least. The place is overall updated now and looks to be mostly clean. This is good. Prices here are higher than most other McDonald's. The one in Yucca Valley is a bit better but not by much. Same owners, I hear on both of them.

My experience was okay, since everything is automated on the inside you don't get the friendly energy from the employees like you once did everyone just seemed to go at a snails pace. I watched the employees handle my food even though it came from the warmer, so my food was cold instead of piping hot All of that and it wasn't even busy inside neither was the drive thru. For twelve dollars I'd rather get an actual hot meal from little Caesars pizza even in their warmers.

Asked for extra extra pickles on my deluxe mccrispy after explaining we wanted a lot of extra picketed, was upcharged extra to add pickles to the sandwich to only receive 2 pickles. When asked at the window if we wanted any sauces we asked for ranch. The employee walked away and never added the ranch to the order. After handing us our bags I asked “is this everything?” and had the window slammed in my face so the employee could turn around and talk to her friend.

This was a terrible experience. Service was terrible - very rude of the server when I was asking for restroom code, they abruptly bustled through and roughly nudged people out of the way. I would not go here again despite how busting I was.

Hello fellow googlers, I am torn with this place. 20 percent of the time I actually get decently prepared food where it is hot and delicious. My most recent visit was probably my last straw with this place. I ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets, 4 McDoubles and a large fry. I was asked to pull forward into the waiting lane where I sat for approximately 5 mins. When I looked over my order, I actually received everything as requested but what did not make sense was how my fries were luke warm, chicken nuggets also luke warm but tasted like they were re-cooked, and my cheese burgers tasted burnt. After further investigation discovered the patties were burnt. HOW does a timed grilled burn food????? Simply put its a staff that is either lazy, needs training, or really takes no pride in their performance at this place. TO THE OWNER : PLEASE higher managers that actually care about your business and want to have the employees take pride in working there. This will fix the poor performance this place is plagued with and actually deliver a better product. Until I can see this place get better reviews I'll just head over to jack on the box in the mean time or to the McDonalds in Yucca Valley.

I never in my life.... I go to McDonald's for their coffee. It's always super consistent I'm pretty good in my book. This place was not busy and I thought great! Now I know why! Their coffee taste like it's been sitting there for a week and was burned. Plus, there was no one there to take my order. Everyone was moving incredibly slowly. Not at all a positive experience.

Every morning for the last 3 months the Frappuccino machine was down or is never clean. The other day I used the drive through at 8:30am and it was still being cleaned. Why? I would think that the machine would be cleaned the night before and fully operational for the next business day. This sounds like a managerial problem to me just saying.

Poor customer service by management on the phone. They suspect you are stealing. You have a camera system you should watch it and you will see that your employees do not hand out the correct orders or things they should be handing out. Don't waste your time calling this location. This McDonald’s is terrible. Always getting things wrong and leaving things off your order. Tonight we ordered 5 cones and were told it’s super runny and would it be ok if we put it in a cup. After saying no thank you can we do McFlurrys instead the worker said let me check and they were talking right by the window rolling their eyes and she opens the window back up and says we can’t do that because there is a cost difference. I said I don’t mind paying extra I just didn’t want a runny cone and if I had been told I would have just ordered the McFlurrys. More eye rolling and I just asked to talk to the manager which was met with more eye rolling. I tried to politely explain had I been told I would have just ordered something else. We ended up paying the extra and getting it. I just didn’t understand the need for all the rudeness when it wasn’t my mistake.

To be completely honest, during the day the food and service is great. But there has been multiple occasions where they close an hour to even two hours early at night. Or if they are open, the order is wrong and slow to reach us in the drive through, which I understand you want to leave but I've worked in a kitchen before and your not supposed to start close till your actually close time. It sucks, yes but that's how you keep customers happy.

Love their frappe! They used to have a punch card for frequent buyers for the sixth one free. Wish they would bring that back. Fast, some of the time, in the drive-thru. Friendly staff most of the time. Not so when they ask you to park and you tell them, "no, that's okay, I'll wait". They don't like that! Have always been rude to me after that! I mean seriously! Park me for a drink?!! Not cool! Speed of Service is NOT more important than customer service and customer satisfaction! Ever!

Many times I have been there. The food is decent not great but not bad. Food is usually slopped together no matter the time of the day.... usually there are several sandwiches made wrong and even my daughter who hates pickles gets pickles... like cmon what if she was allergic! There is no accountability to them even after the pay raise i have talked to corporate and it still wont fix the issue of crappy service. I hate to be a karen but some of this crap needs to be fixed! I noticed it when checking my bag at the food window. I asked the manager (tall, sort of thin, brown man) at the window about it...he said "it wasn't on the order." So I politely asked if I could add one. He told me the price and literally handed me the extra hashbrown, with only the little wrapper it comes in; no bag. May I recommend giving that gentleman a refresher course in providing good customer service? And, a training course on proper sanitary measures? I just shook my head- which is what I do when my family wants to eat McDonald's now. Nope.

The afternoon and evening management shift has horrible service as well as customer interaction. It has become worse over the years, and now has obviously peaked. They management treats customers af if they are doing us a favor. Some will arbitrarily skip you at the drive thru to take the order from the other drive thru line, even though you were there first. To top that off they'll direct you to pull around and wait for your order to be carried out to you. Then your order is given to another vehicle. That is the pattern. I've said something more than twice, the same woman told me that I complain all the time, go someplace else.

Went to drive thru they took my card for 20 minuetes. The manager wouldnt tell the employees why she had my card. She finally comes out after i am getting ready to call the cops for not getting my card back. She says the problem was mine not theirs. Which is a total bs lie. She had to "charge me twice" because she couldt get the money out. Pretty sure you dont keep a customers card for twenty minutes trying to charge it. So it was a horrible experience. Used the mobile app and when I got to the window they not only didn't have my order but charged me more than double what I paid for the meal. No refund given, no receipt could be given, barely wanted to give me what I ordered when I came to the second window after showing my phone which showed what I had ordered. Told me to work things out with my bank.

Sat for 15 mins, with no response from the the oder box, decided to pull forward to the pay window, manger refused to come to window. Motioned to me they were closed. I called and asked what what was going on. Why no one had stated it was closed. He again refused to give his name and said, " he forgot his name" also stating he did not have to tell customers the store was closes. This happen between 8- 8:30 pn Tuesday the 13 th. As a blind man with no way of transportation, I have to rely on delivery. This McDonald's is only available for delivery, through door dash, until 3-4pm, in which, after that, it says "closed" and the breakfast menu is up. But cannot order, until the next morning. However, all other McDonald's stay open until midnight and can order for delivery up to 22:00, when door dash stops delivering.

This place is extremely disrespectful to customers, and elderly people. Multiple times I've witnessed unsatisfied customers belittled and didn't care about there input. It's ran by lazy people, everytime I go into the lobby it's at least a 30 minute wait to order my food. The staff will look at you and won't even bother helping you. It's extremely unsanitary, there are a lot of homeless and flies inside the diner area. They always have a homeless person sitting outside, begging for food, and acting aggressive towards customers. When getting called about it they simply say "okay thank you" and nothing is done. The employees are very arrogant, and have terrible customer services. This place is an episode of kitchen nightmares. Do not spend your money here. Not a safe place for children, and not a safe place for anyone. Very ghetto, and disgusting. If you like flies all over your food before it's given to you then this is the place to be. 0/10 will not recommend.

No counter service, forcing kiosk use for dine in, and no self-serve drinks refills. All those are available right across the street at Jack in the Box. It would be nice if McD’s corporate and franchisees could get a clue.

When we got up there they wouldn't give us more than 2 sauces for 20 nuggets because apparently they charge. ... Really after we waited in line again because they messed up. I went there while waiting to pick up my son from base. And literally waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The manager and the other man where just looking at me and my family like we where bothering them giving us dirty looks . A young girl approached the counter I asked her if she could please take my order since the manager was not trying to take my order. Their service is ridiculous wait time completely ridiculous only for my order to be wrong.

The middle-aged Caucasian female manager on duty on Monday, 2/17/2025, around 2:00 p.m., displayed extremely unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. When I provided my order number for pickup, she unnecessarily demanded to see my phone first. When I pointed out that this was unnecessary, she insinuated that I was attempting to steal food—despite the fact that the number I gave her wasn’t even visible on my screen at the time. When I called her out on her unfair accusation, she became defensive and hostile, even threatening to deny my food pickups in the future. I have picked up orders from this location multiple times and have never been treated with such immediate hostility by any other employee. Perhaps management should consider promoting someone younger with better people skills, as this level of unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the ownership and corporate brand and if not addressed, make them vulnerable to litigation.

Found a melted thumb tack in my fries when I called to inform them they acted like it was no big deal. My child could have eaten these and would have gotten seriously injured. DO BETTER MCDONALD'S!

Food was so bad my fired tasted like they were 2 weeks old and off and old man’s floor board I ordered sweet tea with my meal how that got messed up is beyond me but it’s watered down

I typically will leave fast food restaurants alone and not review them. I understand the job is difficult and people can feel they are underpaid and overworked. However, after a long day at work I went through the drive-thru tonight. Ordered my food and pulled up to the window to pay. The manager was very pleasant and told me to have a good night and I pulled forward to the food window. The person at the food window wasn't there and when they showed up they had my food in the bag stood there and glared at me through the window. When they opened up the window and I started to say hello and they threw the food at me. Like literally threw the food out the window at me. The look on their face was like they were staring at their enemy. Like I had done them dirty somehow and they wanted to kill me! I'm sitting there wondering what the hell is going on and they slam the window. Not just close it but slam it. Grabs my drink comes back, opens the window with no eye contact and shoves their arm out the window. I take the drink and again this person is glaring at me like I ran over their baby kitten or something. This was the weirdest experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I sat there wondering if this was the person who had prepared the food and I'm thinking if it is there's no way in hell I'm going to eat this because this person is extremely angry and their behavior is not normal. I pulled back through and went back to the pay window and the manager was there. I explained what happened and he was very polite and apologized for the other person's behavior. He offered me a refund and I gave him back the food and the drink. I've never done something like that before where I asked for my money back but I just could not believe how this individual was behaving. I have no idea why they were so angry or hostile but they have no business being in a customer service position. I couldn't tell if the person was a male or female and that is irrelevant for this review but I will never go back there again. Do better, angry McDonald's person.

Just got back from making a very large order and 90% of the food that I ordered was missing. I got four of their meal bags and they all were mixed up and wrong. Can’t get anyone on the phone. I am very upset.

I’m very unhappy with the store. This is the fourth time this happened. They can’t hear me on the microphone in the car then I got out the window that’s all wrong. I told the lady two cheeseburgers meals double cheeseburger meals I get checking out. It was only 14 bucks checking out and get down the road an hour away almost home. I check happen to check in the bag And wrong food in my bag. Got chicken nuggets and one cheeseburger single very disappointed in this store. I did pretty good for a while and then it sucks now I would give it one thumbs down.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would, the blonde manager lady is SUPER rude for literally no reason and it’s always like this every time i come in, not to mention she treats the other employees poorly as well her attitude ruins the atmosphere for everyone she should not work here

If only I could give them -10! Even I order ahead I'm always waiting therefore my best bet is curbside. (The runners are the only employees that are a delight) My food is rarely fresh and if you order any drink that isn't a soda or more than 1 meal be ready to pull forward and wait! I'm lucky if my order is correct. Don't bother with management,they could care less. Boo!!!!! 🤬🤬😡😡

May 2024: downgraded to a one. 2024 has gone down the drain for this location. No customer service whatsoever, the fries comes out barely warm and the burgers looks like a toddler made them, it’s dirty most of time even at night time! God forbid you ask them to remake the food because that takes even much longer for them to make. I hope management fixes this problems before losing anymore customers like myself & our family. August 2022: First time visiting. Went on Wednesday night around 5ish. The area is divided into two which I seriously appreciated. One room is where the cashier is and some tables for customers the other room is divided by a silent wall. So if one room is too noisy you can just walk into the other room and avoid the noise. It’s the first McDonald’s that I’ve seen have that capability. The first time in years that I’ve had freshly made/hot fries! Omg please show other McDonald’s how to do that!! Impressive I think! I highly recommend and I’ll definitely return.

McDonalds is a one of the kind company and people find comfort in consistently. Unfortunately Ive been disappointed by this this McDonalds many of times. And tonight was only worse. Im not wasting gas cause Im broke so Im going to be a keyboard Karen. This McDonalds charges its customers for fountain water, maybe thats a California thing but its not the McDonalds I know. The other thing that bugs me is they never use the Sub button on the menu, thus leading to a unnecessary extra sauce charge. Tonight it got worse, When I ordered my food it took some time but who cares its late and theyre probably understaffed, but there was was plenty of workers behind each window. Once I got home I opened my burger only to see that it didnt have mac sauce and there was a hair on my pickle. Thus leading to this negative feedback, I was a McDonalds manager not long ago and I know its hardships, drama, and high turnover rate. But thats no excuse for a miss made hairy qtr pounder.

Worst fast-food place in town. Has gotten my order wrong every single time I've gone. No exaggeration. Ive never gone anywhere were they read your order back to you, read it again when you pay, and still find a way to get it wrong. Today I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese, they said that to me three time. I have a picture of the receipt on the box. No bacon. This place is like the North pole of disappointment.
