We ordered a pizza with peppers on it and when we got home it was pepperoni .... we were a bit disappointed and Irate on the phone. we called and the manager fixed and gave us a refund. A real class operation and thank you for dealing with my complaining. the staff is super friendly too. will go again the next time we drop the dog off at the groomers

They were honestly packed and low on staff members but they did their best to get my order out and I respect that since I’ve also worked in restaurants and it gets busy quick. Give them a break and don’t be jerks. Y’all complaining saying they’re slow and rude. Why don’t you guys get behind the kitchen and start making 50 pizzas with short staff. See if you can keep a smile and still be nice to customers pouring in still. It’s not our faults that their short staff. They do what they can with what they have. Cool people and nice service. Thanks to the people here to give me my order as fast as they can. I feel your pain :/

The pizza was on time. The guest service was great. Everything we got was hot. Like right out of the oven hot. I highly recommend this place. And believe you me, I never thought I would actually like dominoes this much. They sure have changed a lot. I do you have to add that the chicken was very disappointing. They tasted like school lunch chicken nuggets.

Ordered pick up. However I was a few minutes before closing. 10pm! I felt bad. And I was told by the female employee (we are about to close) insinuating, don't ask me.for.nada! I ordered. Anyway. Was OK. Veggies were a bit blah....but order was correct !

I ordered a pizza which cosat me $49. I expected to have double cheese, double Pepperoni, and mushrooms. I tipped good, I gave the driver an extra cash tip as I always do./ Then I opened my "pizza",... no double cheese (which I paid for), No double anything I paif for.. skimping on everything that was a topping. This is the second time these employees at this PARTICULAR STORE have done this to me. They dont care, and they are cheating customers on simple items like cheese,.. are you serious?? This is a big disappointment. Of course , my credit card was charged the full amount. When I go in person ordering and picking up I tell them at ordering that I will check the pizza, and amazingly, then it is OK. So, either they dont have quality control or a manager, or two bad ones. Makes me want to order other pizza....

Worst domino's on earth. Wrong pizza sauce, toppings and sides on multiple orders. Also smushed pizza. Look elsewhere.

The pizza I have no complaint about they make it well done just the way we like it and it’s better than Pizza Hut. Yesterday I ordered pizza for delivery and I put instructions on how to get into the building and Armando the delivery driver couldn’t get in. I went outside to get my pizza I showed him how to work the intercom for next time and he said “I don’t live here to know how to work the intercom” he was plain rude and unprofessional just very disrespectful and looked at me like he wanted to hit me. He said “ I have been outside your building for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get it and I have 5 more deliveries” Our building has cameras so we can see who is at the intercom and he didn’t even try when he got to the intercom. Armando you having so many deliveries is not my problem and knowing how to work intercom systems is your job. Also, learn how to follow instructions when they are given to you, keep your mouth shut and change the attitude. I hope to never see you again you are just plain scary.

Prices are jacked way up this year in the name of inflation but it’s really just greed. Definitely won’t be ordering Dominos anymore. What’s the point. The idea of a Domino’s , Pizza Hut or an Amazon is it’s cheaper because they can afford to be. But now because of greed and extreme CEO pay they pretend like they can’t afford it and pizza has to be double. Hopefully the company tanks until you bring prices back down.

I live 3 miles from the store in studio city and I can't for the love of God think of a good reason why they can't cook the pizza completely and then cut is as you order, after all there is a place on the website says special instructions. No why would anyone be interested in looking at this little gem. Well to say the least it takes Armando almost 30 full minutes to drive 3 miles. I understand covid rules and traffic situations are slowing things down but come on domino's, you can at least make an attempt to deliver pizza that is slightly warm rather than cold. My grandmother is long dead and buried but she could get things done better and faster. You workers should get together soon and go swimming in a pool of fast setting concrete and that would be a great start

I work in the area and have very limited time for lunch. So I always place my order on line and follow the tracker so I know when it’s ready. That’s how it’s supposed to work. Apparently not here. This is the THIRD time I’ve placed an order, and I don’t even leave to pick up until the tracker says it’s ready. Then why is it that when I go to pick up at this store, it hasn’t even been started. They say third times a charm, WRONG!! For me, third time is the last time.

Just had a large roach crawl out of our pizza Box. Domino's studio city on Ventura boulevard is a joke.They only had one employee running the store when I showed up on Friday night to pick up a carry out pizza. I'M GUESSING Israeli or Lebanese owned. God-bless America that I'm entitled to my opinion..
