I ordered a toasted plain bagel and asked for my cream cheese on the side as I wasn’t eating the bagel right away. I noticed it was almost $3 extra. So when I got to the window I asked if it was really $3 more for it on the side instead of just on the bagel? If anything I’m doing yall a favor doing it myself why would I get charged for that? She said “yes it’s $1.30 each for extra cream cheese.” I told her that I just wanted it on the side, so if there’s already going to be cream cheese on the bagel I don’t need extra on the side. I was extremely disappointed when I opened my bagel 30 minutes later to see no cream cheese at all. I was nothing but polite and never ask for anything extra, I was just waiting to eat because I was driving. I worked at Dunkin and I still work in customer service, and if I was misunderstood it goes a long way just to clarify what someone wants.

I walk in and say good morning to the 2 people standing behind the counter. No response from either one. When they gave me my order, they called my name threw it on the counter and walked away. They were not busy at all. No other customers and no one in the drive through. The guy working the drive through was making these motorboat noises. Really??? Grown man!!! Fast food workers demand $15 per hour salary and for what??? No one took my order. I had to enter it myself then pay $15 and some cents that pays them to throw my food in a bag throw it on the counter and walk away. It is so disappointing to see workers have no people skills.

I ordered off DoorDash They were out of something instead they replaced it with something else without telling the dasher , when that happens they supposed to tell the dasher and the dasher will contact me for a refund or something I’d want. Instead they give me something I don’t want. Gross

I'll update this if someone replies and the problem gets resolved. Out of all Dunkin locations, this one in particular serves cold sandwiches. Cheese is barely melted, cold in the center... I don't know what they're doing.. but everyone else does it better. I'm also tired of getting hot chocolate that tastes like hot water.

Don't go inside to place your order you will be waiting for a long time. They take all drive thru orders first. For every 7 cars then exactly one inside order even thro 6 people were inside waiting

I went there on my lunch break, they spilled my coffee (mistakes happen) but there was ZERO professionalism. she was swearing out loud and the manager was telling her to remake it rudely. Then a guy remade my coffee and gave it to me. It felt empty, so I took the lid off and it was half empty. So I asked if they can add more to it because it wasn't filled and they gave me attitude for a drink that I PAID FOR!! THEN they handed me my bag with my coffee stains all over it from the coffee that spilled, So I had to wipe it off with a napkin and went on with my day. Smh

There's a 50/50 chance they get your order wrong. I've never had a store get my order wrong as much as this location of Dunkin'. Unfortunately, it's the only drive-thru breakfast I can get on my way back home from dropping my kids off to school. This morning, the bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel came on a plain bagel and tasted like what I imagine motor oil tastes like; just all chemicals. Two bites in (the second only to confirm it wasn't just an off bite) and it's gone in the trash. If you can go anywhere else, do. The hash browns are always good though.

Way to much ice for a Latte. Just charge me more and give me a decent amount of coffee but don't do this.

Went through the drive through. How do they not know a yeast donut from a cake donut??? They don't seem to enjoy their jobs. I didn't always enjoy mine either, but I never took it out on customers. The microwave food doesn't even taste like food. I don't care for it. I'll try them again one day when they come up with better food.

On November 10th at 9:49 AM, the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 40 years on this planet. The woman working the drive thru window was mean, rude, dismissive, and gave attitude. She took the wrong drink order. Told her “hot” lattes several times and had iced ones waiting for us and blamed me for not correcting her.

Literally $6 for a bagel. We were in the area 3 days never an order correct and didn’t get what we ordered $6 for a bagel hard as a rock coffee black and husband did not receive his food. The other order bagel bites for husband were frozen and black coffees had to go back in to get food 2x this was the 3rd black coffees and a hard bagel with idk what you want to call that of cream cheese and left out his order completely
