Classico bar di fronte alla Pinacoteca. Offre panini, primi, secondi e taglieri. Particolarmente buono il tagliere hamburger con patatine. Personale gentile, rapido e disponibile. In particolare Maha e Francy2, semplicemente fantastiche. Prezzi bassi per essere in Brera.

Samuel mi ha accolto con gentilezza e cortesia rendendo la pausa un momento piacevole. In questo locale venivo con una persona a me molto cara e così mi è parso di sentirla ancora vicino. Il panino era gustoso e ben bilanciato.

È situato nel cuore del quartiere Brera, il locale è adatto sia per un aperitivo che per un incontro con amici. Il personale è gentile e professionale. I prezzi sono “in linea” con la zona Brera, ossia relativamente alti ma accettabili per la posizione e il tipo di locale. 🥂🍾🥜

Bar Brera è una buona opzione per un pranzo veloce nel centro di Milano, soprattutto se si vuole provare qualche piatto della tradizione locale senza perdere troppo tempo. Il menù offre piatti classici come la cotoletta alla milanese e il risotto allo zafferano, oltre a insalate e panini per chi cerca qualcosa di più leggero. La qualità del cibo è discreta: le porzioni sono giuste e i sapori buoni, anche se potrebbero essere curati un po’ di più. Il servizio è rapido ed efficiente, il che lo rende un posto adatto per chi lavora o è in giro per turismo e vuole mangiare senza lunghe attese. Prezzi nella media per la zona. Non è il miglior ristorante di Milano, ma è comunque una scelta valida per un pranzo pratico e gustoso.

Tutto sempre perfetto, ma ovviamente grazie a francesca 2 una cameriera eccezionale, sempre gentile, solare e attenta. Ogni volta che entri ti accoglie con il sorriso e ti fa sentire il benvenuto. Un valore aggiunto anche solo per prendere un caffè.

This was a lovely bustling spot to enjoy a beer / aperitif. Every seat was full so we were lucky to get a table outside, and there was great people watching. If you order an aperol (€12) you get very generous aperitivo included - toasts with meat, prawns, cheese etc. And you also get crisps for the table too. The Aperol was great and the beer was nice too. In total, we paid €2 for a litre of water, an Aperol and snacks, and a pint of beer. I’d recommend this spot!

It’s a great spot to sit outside and watch the live music by the museum. The staff didn’t trust us though, brought out the eftpos machine after every drink and made us pay. We ordered some starters, the olives never came. They brought us a heap of aperitif’s that we didn’t really want. Weird experience.

Bar Brera, Milan – what a rollercoaster of expectations. We actually started the day here on a high note – popped in for lunch and had some seriously tasty panini and bruschetta. Great food, reasonable prices, and we left feeling happy and well-fed. Fast forward a few hours… after wandering through the Duomo and the Galleria, we decided to stop back in for three Hugos and a bottle of water before heading to our hotel. We thought, “Sure, maybe it’ll cost a bit more than lunch, but how bad could it be?” Well… bad. €14 per Hugo bad. Let’s just say we nearly spat the drink back in the glass with the shock we just had. Their explanation? “You’re in Milan.” Sorry, but that’s such a lazy excuse. This bar is over 1 km from the main tourist attractions, and yet they’re charging the same as some places right by the Duomo – except here you’re looking at a quiet street with nothing special in sight, not the cathedral or Galleria. We take responsibility for not checking the drink prices first, but honestly, with how fair their lunch prices were, we didn’t expect a huge jump. For comparison, other bars just a little further down were charging €8 for the same drink. Needless to say, we skipped coming back for dinner. This review isn’t just a rant – it’s a heads-up. Always check the menu, and if you visit here for a Hugo, be prepared to pay top tourist prices without the top tourist view.

The waiter didn’t care for us until we asked twice for a menu. They gave complimentary chips and pistachios to everyone but the waiter didn’t bring it to us. I asked if we could make order for it, then she brought for free. Sprits and plate with prosciutto and cheese were nice, we enjoyed it. Spritz is 12 €. Too many people were there at the time we visited it.

Non dico che il cliente a sempre ragione, ma qua rasentiamo il ridicolo. Ci sediamo per consumare due spritz e due cappuccini con brioche. (Fosse il problema la singolarità dell'ordine capirei, ma parlerò della maleducazione della cameriera). Porta gli spritz, con annessi snack e i due cappuccini, delle due brioche neanche l'ombra. Aspettiamo 10 minuti che diventano 20 e ci arrendiamo al bere semplicemente il cappuccino, quando passa la cameriera, e guardandomi si ricorda delle brioches con annesso commento non richiesto: "Beh se vuoi ti alzi, fai una bella passegiata e vai al banco a scegliere quello che ti pare". Letteralmente non avevamo detto niente, ma vabbè. Le chiedo semplicemente di togliere l'ordine delle brioche dalla comanda. Ritorna qualche minuto dopo, mentre stavamo per andarcene, e posando con sufficenza le brioches sul tavolo esordisce con : "io ve le porto se le volete mangiare fate quello che volete" le dico allora che non le voglio e, nuovamente, di eliminarle dalla comanda. Vengo aggredito con frasi dello stampo di "potevi andare tu a prenderle" e alla mia risposta che non era stato specificato ad inizio servizio che dovessi andare a prendere le brioches da solo, mi viene detto "eh sono impegnata, puoi aspettare un attimo". Il famoso atrimo di mezz'ora. Le dico allora che non si tratta di attimi ma semplicemente che non essendomi arrivato in tempo ce ne stavamo andando e che ste benedette brioches non le volevamo più. La conversazione si chiude con un suo, estremamente di classe "eh però ti calmi" e fugge via, presuibilmente a trattare male altri clienti. Al pagamento, plauso alla cassiera, che resasi conto che la comanda delle brioches NON ERA STATA ANNULLATA, si scusa con molto garbo e la rimuove. Le giornate no le abbiamo tutti, ma la passeggiata per prendere le brioches facciamola fare a chi di dovere, non al cliente.

The service is terrible. We waited 15 minutes just to place our order. When I called the waitress to ask if someone could come over, she said she was on her way. And even after that, she only came 10 minutes later. Of course, I don’t think the employees are to blame — it’s clearly the concept and the owner who miscalculated, resulting in a disastrous level of service.

Service was really bad. The waitress working there was extremely rude and gave us an attitude the whole time. We ordered a mushroom risotto but received a mushroom pasta instead so we told her we didn't order it. She told us they didn't have risotto anymore but didn't inform us beforehand when we ordered it. When we said we don't want it anymore she started yelling at us in Italian and tried to get other customers to gang up on us. Even when we just arrived she was giving us an attitude, setting up the table really harshly, throwing stuff around. Really ruined our morning.

We waited a very long time for our order — two tiramisus, a cappuccino, and a hot chocolate. After 30 minutes, they brought only one tiramisu. The cappuccino was already cold, and the hot chocolate looked more like something to eat than to drink. The tiramisu, however, was delicious.
