Food was great my granddaughter wanted a Ryan toy! Sadly the restaurant was a bit dirty for being so slow the 30 minutes we spent there.

Purchased a special 2×$6 BBQ chicken and the new taquitos. Honestly was very disappointed that the taquitos no longet came with the guacamole salsa I loved. Gave them a try and they were still awesome. They tasted like the sauce is alreafy inside. 👍I added a few things to my chicken sandwich and let me tell you this was the best sandwich Ive had in years from this chain. I enjoyed the western bacon cheeseburgers. Carl never disappoints. The food was fast, the employees friendly and the facility was clean. They were also covid conscious. They were accommodating and had us wait in the parking lot up front until the order was ready.

Just happened to be in the area, spouse and I needed to grab some dinner, really glad she suggested it, as have been to literally dozens of different Carl's Jr's over the years and this one is hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST!! The personnel working the drive thru on 9/13/22 where super friendly and proactive. My milkshake came out extremely good and well made. Not a single drop outside of the cup. That's rare. Good stuff.

Anahi was the manager at this location when my husband and I visited tonight for national cheeseburger day... She was very polite and courteous as I watched her deal with a disgruntled customer and then helped us. Considering she's so young, I give her huge props for her professional attitude and kind spirit. They made a good choice when they put her as a manager ☺

They have this new AI service that just SUCKS. I kept asking what a certain burger had to what the AI kept saying that it added it to my order. You would think since the employees have headsets and listen in they would intervene and answer my question but nope. I got frustrated and just went with the burger I usually get. Not very tasty at all. The overall taste of all items was bland. If they think they represent the palet of California w the namesake double cheeseburger- I'd say what!!! Not!

Normally don't have a problem when I go. But do have a problem with Postmates as they ignore instructions to add sauce/have no option for it.

Walk in is highly recommended to avoid mishaps that can so often happen in these places. As long as the customer is mindful of where they are at all will proceed smoothly. The food is mostly correct. Sandwiches and fries are at least warm. The service is straightforward. Lots of parking.

The chicken strips were hot. I use a 5.00 dollars coupon for a combo meal. The fryers were cold when they put it in the bag, because I had to wait for the chicken strips to cook. I guess they did the best they can, so it was just okay.

Went through the drive. The lady missed part of the order so we had to go back in a order it in person. Kind of annoying but it happens I guess. Got chicken tenders and fries and it was kind of expensive imo, when I asked ab the deal they offered for way cheaper she said I had to ask for it specifically... I don't work there so idk what they offer all the time, being told ab specials, especially if it's exactly what I ordered, is probably good practice. Fine whatever 0 for 2... but the chicken fingers should be fine. They weren't. Tastes like it's been a while since they changed their grease. Overall experience was not the Carl's Jr standard. They can do better

Just went to buy a burger trusting that I will get what I order a doble famous star and whoever took my order deside to do a spicy double famous is almost non eatable since I’m sensitive to spicy but I guest can’t have a trusty business with the particular location making this the 3rd order I got wrong.

The people were very nice. Too bad that was the end of the positive part of our experience... the food was not good at all. The burgers tasted overdone. The fries were cold. Nothing tasted fresh... at all... we requested a couple of the burgers be a little customized. These requests were accepted at the register, but the burgers were not made as requested. Old gross food is not how you get repeat customers. We will not be back... our first and last visit to this location.

This place is awful most of the time the food is lukewarm and they hardly ever cook your meat fresh off the grill. And to make matters worse they reheat their fried products like fries and zucchinis by dumping them back into the fryer for a few minutes to make them seem they are fresh but then they get hard as they cool down. Plus it takes a very long time to get your order because they are usually short staffed or just trying to cut costs by having less employees to pay. Expect poor quality and slooooow servide.

Tonight we went there for dinner and Eunice helped me, he was very nice and professional, but I order Criss cut fries and got regular fries. Carl's Jr has gotten super expensive these days, I spent $49.05 on fast food tonight. Inflation inflation inflation!!!!!! Next time I'm in the mood for hamburger, I'll go somewhere else or cook it myself, cheaper that way.

I had gone on 2-27-21 and there was a guy at the window, the same one who took my order( he took my order in English). I have nothing against speaking Spanish but if I reply to you in English, I expect for you to respond in English. I could hear him speaking to his co-worker in perfect English as well so there is no excuse there. I felt discriminated. He made me feel as if I was forced to respond in Spanish. Horrible experience. I just don’t understand the need for him to speak to me in Spanish when I was answering in English.

The drive thru employee was pushed by another employee while Iwas at the drive thru employee. When the girl took over, she said she thought her manager there at the moment was jimmy. The employee that was pushed onto the ground was yelled at by another man to get up now and finish helping the customer in the drive thru . The manager there it's incompetent! EVERY time I went at this location it's some kind of issue however this time was worse, when I ordered, the register machine was not working then the employee Maria grab my debit card and tried the drive through register, she had trouble operate it then she walk to inside the kitchen holding my debt card...I got very , very worry and concerned. I asked: "please back, don't take my debt card somewhere else I don't know!" So she put it on top a shelve by the kitchen." I was very nervous about it. Than finally I asked if they give Senior Discount , Maria said yes. Then she charged me without the discount. On Sunday 2nd, 2020 I ordered a beyond burger from your vista, california location and I got food poisoning. I threw up all day monday, really bad stomach aches and cramps. I also had really bad diarrhea and today Tuesday I am very weak and can't even eat. My stomach has been horrible and just started being able to keep food down.Please do something about it. I had to miss work and this is very unfair and dangerous.

I got the Primal burger from this location, and the bbq sauce on the burger was so salty that I had to spit the burger out, as in ocean level salty. And I know that’s not how the burger is supposed to taste since I’ve been to other locations and had the burger there. I had to throw away the almost $10 burger because of this. Plus when I asked for ranch dressing for the chicken sandwich that I also ordered, it wasn’t a bad sandwich, they said that they didn’t have any. I’m definitely not going back to this location.

Title: Disappointment Galore: Carl's Jr. Drive-Through with Presto AI My recent visit to Carl's Jr. left me utterly disappointed due to the implementation of Presto AI in their drive-through system. What's usually a smooth and quick process turned into a frustrating ordeal. The Presto AI system seemed like a promising addition, but the reality was far from it. Ordering through this AI felt like navigating a maze blindfolded. The interface was clunky and confusing, making a simple task overly complicated. Moreover, the wait time skyrocketed. What used to be a prompt and efficient process turned into an agonizingly slow experience. It felt like each order was processed at a snail's pace, leaving everyone in the drive-through line exasperated. I sincerely hope they reconsider or improve this system to bring back the efficient and enjoyable experience their customers deserve.

They are trying to push an "ai future" with their restaurant, specifically in the drive through, it wasn't cooperating well and it got my order completely wrong

First of all, they charge you a transaction fee for using your debit card THAT DOES NOT SHOW ON YOUR RECEIPT. Then, they charged me twice for my breakfast sandwich with 2 different transactions. I went back into the restaurant right after going through the drive-thru with the manager assuring me it would be cancelled. Well, 2 days later it has not been cancelled, nor did he call me after giving him my phone number. I will be going back tomorrow to attempt again to get this resolved. Poor service at this restaurant location.

They switched to an automated drive-thru. The poor dude ahead of me seemed to be really struggling with it so I backed out, drove up the road to Jack in the Box, and was helped by a kind human who got pay and benefits and everything. The Jack in the Box food was okay.

We waited 25 minutes for our food and had to get to a baseball game. We saw 4 groups complain about waiting and no food, while drive they customers flowed by w/their food. We noticed people who looked like they were in charge come in after we finally got our food, and the kids who were ignoring customers got busy. It was terrible service and the food was sub par to boot. Carl Karcher would be very unhappy.

I have been to this location before and I have never had a bad experience before but this time it was unbelievable. We sat down to wait for our food because we where dining in and after a while we noticed they still had not served our food, luckily I wasn't that hungry, my husband went to ask what had happen to our order and they hadn't even noticed it had been 18 minutes. Oh and I noticed an alarm that had been going on for about 25 minutes and it shut off once we got our food, in the kitchen they didn't even notice that it mean YOU GUYS HAVE GONE WAY PASS THE TIME OF SERVING THE FOOD!!! I still cannot believe I waited 25 minutes to get my food at a fast food joint. I will not be going back there again!
