Very tasty food service was great too. I believe it’s the most reasonably priced restaurant to eat at in that neighborhood not too crowded wonderful atmosphere bless the food was very tasty.

Great, unassuming Mediterranean food. I got the vegetarian plate and was impressed by the creamy hummus, baba ghanoush, dolma, and crispy falafel. Great for a lunch spot or takeout when elevated ambiance isn’t a necessity.

Wow. Best mediterranean food I've ever had. 1) The falaffel is off the charts (AND IT'S GLUTEN FREE!) 2) Best Hummus I've ever had. I ate far too much, and now have a stomach ache, but it was well worth it. 3) Chicken very flavorful and moist 4) Rice had great flavor, very tasty. 4) Dolmas--incredible! Downsides--the atmosphere doesn't do the food justice. I wouldn't take a first date here. Also wasn't a fan of the mediterranean salad, it was soggy. Definitely give this place a shot!!

First time trying this restaurant. Kefta platter, combo (chicken/lamb) platter, and Dolmas. The dessert, Burma, was an amazing way to end the meal! Good serving size, good service, and will definitely return.

Falafel was great! Definitely fresh :) Gyro was good but chicken was average. Request for owner behind the counter: please smile and show that you are happy someone is eating at your place!

My son took me to lunch to this place today. I had the lamb Gyro and it was very good and the price was reasonable. He had the spicy lamb plate and that was also very good. I will go back.

Falafels are great. Atmosphere is very casual. Fun murals on walls. No alcohol. Portions aren't huge but the price is very reasonable, about $8 for a Falafel plate, 5 falafels plus a salad/side of choice, plus hummus and pita bread. 4 stars because staff wasn't friendly. One rude employee /owner? got into a fulblown argument in front of the diners with a customer who hadn't done anything wrong. It was unnecessary and unprofessional.

Falafel wrap was hands down the best Ive ever had!! I didn't add a 5th star because that's all I had. Greek salad was fresh and tasty too. Customer servous was also good.

I tried the chicken shawarma. It was good but without any sauce. If you order just make sure to add hummus or tahini it will be better.

Food was decent. Price was high. I thought I was over charged.

Food is great, but taking 2 stars off for delivery via styrofoam. Please use compostable or at the very least recyclable containers. Until then we won't reorder delivery/takeout unfortunately.

THE WORST MEDITARIANIAN FOOD I'VE HAD! I give them two stars because the service was fast. We got the chicken garlic wrap, chicken plate, chicken salad, lamb gyro, lamb plate, side falafel and fries. The chicken is salty af and definitely not spit cooked. The lamb is oily but bearable. The hummus doesn't have garlic or limes. The falafel was flashed fried, the outside was dark and the inside mushy. The fries undercooked but that could be because we went during the last hour and they wanted to leave. I personally ordered the chicken garlic wrap which was mostly bread. It had no sauce or spicy sauce, it only contained a spares amount of chicken, lettuce and tomato. As a middle eastern, I was truly disappointed. Definitely go to The Mediterranean for legit wraps in the East Bay!

I must have gone on a day they decided to put in only half the ingredients in their Shawerma(their spelling, I have seen it spelled differently)as though I had ordered the child's size. It was early in the day so they should have had enough ingredients. Also the wrap portion was burned a lot. While there was only 1 other customer my order took forever. Daphne's is a much better choice for Mediterranean food while in WC. Still need to find a good Schwarma place in the bay area.

The place was small, seating was a little tight but that's to be expected in a grab-and-go type of establishment like this. Honestly I walked out of there really wanting to give this place at least 4 stars or better but I have to only give it two. I really should give it one but I'm giving it two because I don't like to bash smaller mom-and-pop establishments. The reason I scored it low was simply because not a single glove was worn by anyone behind the counter and there is no substitution for cleanliness. I stood there and watched as the cook and the person taking the order in the person serving the food to the people seated we're touching food and knives and plastic bags without wearing a single glove on their hand. I hope the owner of this restaurant sees this and makes that simple change it really does make a difference. I would go back once that change is made.

We had a lunch delivery for the whole office today, so had the opportunity to try all different things from the menu and share opinions. Nobody liked the good. Wraps were more bread than meat, lamb was simply awful, taste is off and no flavor whatsoever. Stay away!

I took a wrap. First time that a wrap had so little filling. There was literally more wrap bread than filling. Really?! When I could taste the meat it was good.

Food is ok, to expensive for what it is. Tasted reheated and service is the worst of all. The oldest guy in the counter is rude. Won’t be coming again for sure! Don’t waste your money or time.

BAD PLACE DO NOT ENTER !! I have ordered veggie plate . It came with 2 falafel ,2 tabouli no taste no flavor. Stale baba ghanoush . Barely any quantity. I paid 14+$ with tax for nothing . Water my money. I would not recommend this place . I would not give a single star to this place !!

If there was half a star, I would gladly grant it for this one. First off, I will review the so-called Lamb Shawarma Wrap today: This had absolutely nothing to do with the Lamb Shawarma Wrap that I know (The 100% authentic Lamb shawarma), there were literally 4 layers of tortilla which was unheard of, the lamb meat had no flavor and it wasn't even grilled well, and most importantly the wrap was not remotely close to a proper lamb shawarma wrap inside and out.! On top of all, I thought it was overpriced.! Never again~ One last thing, I did NOT like the attitude of the cashier, the guy looked like he was grumpy on a good day, and handled my order intake unprofessionally.

Came in for a falafel wrap and to my surprise wasn’t a wrap sandwich was a flour tortilla, guess they are trying to make it a burrito instead,, very disappointing Last time I come here

Well, being middle eastern, missing some good food, I decided to try their falafel wrap. I don’t know what I ate…. It wasn’t anything close to falafel. It wasn’t flavorful or even big enough to justify the 14 dollar price. Super dry an uninspiring. I barely finished half and decided to take the rest To go. When I asked MR . Frown, the cashier. He just pointed at the styrofoam box. I put if in myself and left. I didn’t see any Shawarma.. all I saw was gyros pretending to be shawarma. Sad thing is they’re still in business with this quality. I hope everyone realizes there’s better out there. Still looking for a local spot though….

Anyway I sat waiting my order then I saw the TV was on Arab sport channel, I thought maybe it was the Grill guy watching it but I realized no it was the Cashier guy who denied he speaks Arabic, man that was really rude and poor customer service, I’m really trying to understand the situation although I was very friendly and he didn’t smile at all just grumpy before I even asked him in Arabic, just poor below level customer service.
