This was a great visit. The breakfast was delicious. The food was hot. And the service was very nice, and fast. Employees we're very friendly and had lots of smiles for early in the morning. The restrooms were clean and well taken care of. Dining room was very clean. The place was super busy and so was the drive thru. But they were moving them along at a good pace.
Pretty great Chick-fil-A. Food is usually pretty hot and tastes just like it should. I will say that the lines can get pretty long but the people working do everything they can to get you through ASAP. I’ve also had a few deliveries from here. Super quick and super friendly.

Chick-fil-A is the best! every employee I come in contact with is super nice and friendly. I was in the drive-through today and I got there at exactly 12:57, the drive-through line was wrapped around the entire store and parking lot. But luckily they had people outside taking your order. By 1:11 I was out of the line with my food on my way home. Way to go! Hands down to y'all
Always clean, friendly, and delicious! I recently ordered a tray of chicken nuggets and tea for an open house and they got my order 100% correct and even helped carry it to my car which was so appreciated. They are super efficient and get the drive thru line moving quickly even though it can sometimes wrap around the building.
Hey, it's Chick-fil-A. Yes, the food was great! I have dined at many Chick-fil-A locations through the years and have yet to have a bad meal or bad service. Very consistent fast food restaurant chain.
This place gives me the joy that nothing else compares to. If you work at Chick-fil-A or just eat there, I love you. + the sauce, fries, chicken, and even the flavour of the Mac and cheese has more magic than a childhood Christmas morning. I love Chick-fil-A the most.
They had so many cars in each of their drive thru lanes that it was unreal! However, they were amazingly efficient and fast. I got my food quickly, maybe ten minutes from order to receiving the food. Everyone was so cheery despite the very hot Texas afternoon heat! The food was fresh and hot when they handed it to me. Everyone verified my order along the way. Overall, a blessed experience! Chick-fil-A in Midlothian is top notch. The staff taking the order through the drive thru is always kind and courteous. I think it’s what I expect from this restaurant now and they never disappoint. I haven’t been inside in a while but last time I was, it was clean and everyone inside was just as kind. The bathrooms were clean. Even though this restaurant gets very busy at times, they always get you out of there quick and I haven’t had a mess up with my order yet.
I've been visiting this Chick Fil A location 4+ times/week for over 10 years (sometimes for food, other times just for a tea). It's one of the very few places I trust not to get a mouthful of stale tasting tea, even if it's unsweetened! Not only is the customer service exemplary, but they have all made the conscious effort to learn the right way to say my name.
We were able to see the Little League baseball team from Venezuela 🇻🇪 who are vying for a spot in the championship.
This Chick-fil-A is always busy, but the staff and managers work extremely hard to get everyone their food promptly and correct. Whether I dine in or use drive thru I'm always impressed with the food quality and effort. Just be patient and they will always take great care of you.
We absolutely love Chick FIL A! I always order on the app while in my car, go inside and sit down and let the kids play while I wait literally less than 5 min for my food to get to the table! The staff is always super friendly and full of smiles! The drive through and parking updates have been awesome as well!
Chick Fil A is one of the most RELIABLE experiences out there. The same, quality food each time, and they don't go cheap on service. Even when they are busy you can get in and out quickly because they have lots of staff. THAT IS APPRECIATED

Drive thru always worries me when line is terribly long but they always seem to knock the down in no time. I actually wasn't given my drink and had to go back for it and the manager was so nice to give me a cookie for having to go back for it. Nice people great salads!
Chick-fil-a never fails, and this location is no exception. They are friendly and personable at this store, along with the food being amazing every time! Also, the parking lot updates for this location are fabulous! Will be back soon.

I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A’s, Elijah on early morning shift had the best friendliest attitude and service I’ve ever had.
Not just the chicken sandwich...but they will add bacon and cheese if you ask (cost extra)...and the Mac and Cheese...I'm from the south...and it taste like the Mac and Cheese that someone would bring to the church potluck...and it was always the better option...that you had to get in line early for or prayed there was still some left when it was your turn through the line.
Body as any chick-fil-A, but good service and our sandwiches were fresh and hot.

As a man "on the wander, wonder" if you will, I stepped in to this location to use a gift card I thought I had money on still. I tried to get some potatoe fries, something little, but instead my card wouldn't swipe and I couldn't see if it had money on it or was real. Thanks to a beautiful soul named "Alyssa" working behind the counter I was presented with an offer. I won't go into details but her and a bright young man named "Joel" took care of this wanderer. I can't thank you y'all enough for taking care of me I only hope and wish y'all all the success in every endeavor you seek. Thank you so much for the beautiful experience, humanity seeing the humanity in people that's where it's at if you ask me. As much love as you two can handle! Thank you again l.
Excellent customer service! Kalisha and Josiah are the absolute best- they are the reason that I'm leaving this review and deserve a raise! Their wonderful personalities and outstanding customer service is second to none and speaks for itself 🥰 This is the only Chick Fil A that I really enjoy and I live in Texas, but I don't live in this area. Very clean, very Christian and welcoming, quality food and ingredients. I'd give 100 stars if I could. Went through drive through at 6pm on 01.21.25 to order chicken noodle soup bc I wasn't feeling good. It was slow and I received my order in approximately 6 min or less. I was disappointed to notice once I pulled off that there was one pack of crackers in my bag.

This Chick-Fil-A location never disappoints. They always serve with a smile, and will accommodate any needs you may have whatsoever, without any complaints. My food is always on point here and I have never been unsatisfied with my experience from this location, EVER. There is also a nice older lady that works the register here that is absolutely the sweetest. I look forward to placing my order with her each time I come in because she serves with such a genuine heart. And when I come in the mornings, there is a really sweet young lady that always has on such a beautiful smile!! She is super polite and carries herself very well. I wish I knew their names so I could shout them out specifically for their incredible service. I have made plenty of memories with my friends here, and I'll never forget any of them.. I owe a huge part of that to the hospitality that is shown here on a daily basis. 5 stars! ⭐️

I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A location! I consistently receive excellent service, the food is always fresh, and they show a real care for the surrounding community. It’s little off the highway near a smaller town, so it can require a little time to get to, but it’s worth the time to dine/carryout/mobile order here.
Top-notch operator and one of the best CFAs I've visited. Fries and sandwich were perfect. Nuggets could've been a little crispier, but otherwise a fantastic take-out experience. Manager knows her stuff and is incredibly gracious.
We have been traveling pretty late, so we stopped at this location for the first time. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and they still prepared us supper. Two young men were cleaning the tables and floors, but they respected we wanted to eat so they cleaned the next area over. Closing came and they all allowed us to eat our meal and didn’t ask us to leave. Thank you! And the food was fresh and made to order. Delicious!

I've eaten here several times and the food has been much better. The Mac n cheese was not good. The waffle fries have been better. I don't know why anyone stands in line to order. I use the app, create and pay for my order while in my car, walk in, and select a table that they bring the order to. The last trip had a brownie, and it was old and dry. Asked for another, not much better. Management needs to make sure items are fresh. Either trash or give away before items ruin the Chick-fil-a reputation.
Our CFA location, like all of them, is ALWAYS busy and the lines are long, but we know that the service (from the drive thru staff) is always going to be top-level (courteous, fast, super-friendly!) and the food will be delivered FAST! CFA really does an awesome job hiring their people. They're always kind and professional people and have excellent manners. I had to do a special shout out to this commendable young man who took our order. He said his name was D, which I'm sure stands for something. I tried to get a pic of him, so you would be able to let him know someone appreciated his friendly, fast, extremely courteous, hard-working, efficient, and smiling self! Great job, D! Since we moved here 6 months ago, we had not visited our local CFA. Total experience was excellent! We will be back and more frequently. Thanks, D, for your excellent service! Awesome customer service. Staff is well versed in English. Excellent fresh food. Spotless. Relaxed ambience. Reasonable prices. Time spent in drive thru during peak periods isn't too long. Average 7 to 15 minutes. Large sanitary Men and Women restrooms. WiFi. Fresh flowers on the table are a nice touch. Once when I had a minor issue The owner, Philip Browne, took care of it post haste. On one occasion we arrived 30 minutes before closing time. We didn't feel rushed. No one put chairs on top of tables or swept around our feet. This establishment is a credit to Chick fil A. It's a pleasure in which to dine.
This is a very nice and well kept Chick fil a! There is a car line around the block at an off peak hour and the restaurant inside is pretty full. A very good attitude by the people here - smooth and well run location. The detail that gave it that extra star was the mouthwash, the trashcan (with sensor) and cup dispenser in the restroom and the actual plant in planter at every table. Not single stem rose or a small bunch of flowers, a planter - gives a "home" feel. The mouthwash in the restroom is a good addition if you need it. I can't tell you how many times I've had embarrassing breath at the wrong time. I probably wouldn't use it much, but having that option is a great touch! Since I don't have my kid around, I'm not checking out the play place, but from the large number of happy kids running around, I'd say it's just fine. I don't give out many 5 stars, but this location definitely deserves one! Thank you to Deb F. - a manager that was kind and explained how thorough they are.
The employees are extremely friendly,courteous, and the order takers are attentive to your needs. There are times when it gets crazy busy in there but that is a short testimony to how great this CFA is. If anything is wrong with your order or you have any complaints about the food, they will make it right! Just let them know and they will fix it.
The service is excellent, and the dining room is clean and inviting. However, during this last visit, I ordered nuggets, and I ate one and noticed a weird aftertaste. I smell them, and they smell like something burnt. My daughter could also smell the scent. I notified a staff member, and they let me know my nuggets were the last batch made from an older oil and offered me a new order of nuggets. The new order of nuggets still smelled burnt, but it was less noticeable. Other than this, the restroom was clean, and the experience as a whole was mostly positive.

How can you not give this place 5 stars I love the chicken strips and the dipping sauces. And the spicy chicken sandwich is good.. Fast services and friendly staff. Update had to reduce their stars because they refuse to substitute the chicken on their cool wrap for warm crispy chicken Ennis will and its the best chicken wrap around. employee's blamed the operator of the store. I dont get it if you have the ingredients why not do it.
The parking and logistics are bad you might spend 20 min getting out of the parking lot but the food is good
Food was good. We ordered two grilled spicy chicken sandwiches that was supposed to come with cilantro, lime sauce, and a large order of waffle fries. The reason I am giving this a three is because they did not send the cilantro lime sauce with the sandwiches .
I'm a door dash driver. I entered the store on 7/31/24 at 10:03 to pick up my order. I was the only one standing there waiting. The employees looked at me but didn't offer to help. Them 3 other people came in and stood beside me. The employees were quick to help them as I'm standing there. Finally a female employee going on break, asked me if I needed help. I'm very disappointed with these employees on shift this day.
The grilled sandwich was the toughest piece of meat I've had in a long time. It could have been their supplier, but certainly not the juicy tender sandwich that is a signature mark of Chick-fil-A.

This location is the least well run of all the Chic-fila’s I have ever been to, they could learn something from the Midlothian location, that is a shining example of consistency and quality.
The new drive thru (mobile and order) is horrible. The line to order is huge while the mobile isn’t even used. The wait time is now even longer. And they still hand out your order while there are several cars in front of you waiting for theirs. Time to worry less about how many cars per hour and remember what made chick fil a so good - the service.
First time using and I don’t like the mobile order experience at all. I used it tonight thinking we would just drive thru, grab the food and go. Not the case. No one was in the mobile line when we pulled up. I scanned the bar code and the app told me to pull around and pick up my order. After sitting for 6 minutes with a line forming behind us, we were asked to pull forward to allow those behind us who had gotten their food to exit. We did so, wondering why people who scanned the code after us had already gotten their food. Another 7 cars left the mobile lane over the following 8 or so minutes. My husband got out to see what the hold up was and spotted a team member with what looked like our food. He asked and she said it wasn’t ours, that they were still working on it. She walked across the parking lot and delivered it to a car in a random parking space. Our food came out a few minutes later and I asked the girl to send the manager over. None of them could have been more than 19 years old, including the manager, but I asked her how the mobile ordering works and shared our experience of waiting 20 minutes and watching several cars behind us be served. She said she was sorry but they were waiting on chicken nuggets to be cooked. Waiting on the one food that’s sold above all else??? I didn’t buy it but I said okay. She apologized and walked away. No ‘here’s a free shake next time’ or any kind of gesture to get us to return. After we drive off I opened the bag to warm fries and nuggets that looked like they’d been ordered 20 minutes ago and forgotten. Hmmm…. Now I really don’t buy it. All of our food was mildly warm and my sandwich buns were soggy from having sat in the bag too long. They weren’t holding on nuggets, they forgot us completely. Just own it, fix your mistake and keep your customers happy. Not going back to this location any time soon.
This place is going downhill fast. The new mobile order line is a complete waste of time. The one drive thru line is longer than ever and when I got to the front FINALLY. I had to pull forward to let cars behind me out, then I had to park because it still wasn't ready...I ordered two kids meals and a salad...how long does that really take?! Then when I got the food, I told the guy "this really shouldn't have taken so long. His reply" I'm sorry, I don't make the food" what the heck kind of response is that!? Then I go through the bag and Im missing the sauce I requested. Now with three kids in the car, I have to wave someone down and yell across the parking lot. Classy. Then she brings it to me and I'm very upset at this point and I Begin to say this system isn't working and she interrupted me turns to walk away and just says "ok" and leaves. How freaking rude. Then I call the store to let them know because I know that they have a higher standard for customer service than that...the lady who answered Grace, says oh she's new. I will address it and I apologize on her behalf. I said ok because that's a whole other level of rude. She starts to say something, gets interrupted by a customer and then hangs up. What a day at chick fila. My husband is out of town, I took the kids for a treat and to make things a little easier on me and all I got was rudeness. So disappointed.
First time at this location but not that great of a experience like other locations. My food was cold and I asked for fruit for one of my kids meals but they still gave me the fries and no fruit. My kid was disappointed because they don't really eat the fries. The receipt was correct though but they just didn't read it correctly.
They did not include my salad in the delivery. I had to drive all the way back up to get it myself (after paying Door Dash, who they deliver through) Then, the $13 salad I ordered had cheese all over it (after I had specifically ordered it without cheese). No apology for either mistake. Do better Waxahachie Chick Fil A.
Came in as I do every week to get a large mango passion sweet tea for my self and my child only to be told they don't do that nor have they ever!!!!! Really!! I have visited multiple locations and never been told they don't do large in their sweet tea until now. Contacted the ennis location and was told they did previously but now they no longer have the option too on the app or instore. Now for almost the exact price I would pay for a large 36 ounce cup, I get a 16 to 20 ounce cup. No thank you!!! Very disapointed in the way Chick-fil-A is running their business, ill be finding a new facility thats consistent with there prices and honest with their customers. I'm not sending my autistic child into an unnecessary meltdown because their drink isn't "their normal drink, in their normal cup"... On a side note, the "manager of the store was not very friendly about the situation" Definitely not what I expected from a Chick-fil-A
Never had a bad experience at a chick fil a until now. Never will I come back to this location. The “it is what it is” attitude left me speechless.
I have red status and visit this Chic Fil a at Le two times a week and for the last 3 months and every since they have converted one line to mobile pick up only, they serve old food. I used to be able to get fresh food but I am guessing since the regular line is long they are not giving hot food so that line can move faster. I wish they would understand that their regular customers who spend lots of money with the deserves fresh food!!
The workers are SOO RUDE! I have never in my life had bad service at Chick-fil-A. The employee rolled her eyes at me because she forgot to give me a straw ? Makes no sense
I will not be going back to this location. I went home and realized that I only recieved half my order. This is not the first time. Very frustrating! Team leader by the name of Grace offered no help. I asked for a refund. She decided that I should only recieve a partial refund. The inconvenience I was caused didn't matter. Complete waste of time and money.
Their food is great but their new drive through design is terrible! If you want just one or two things and you get it before 4 cars in front of you, you are stuck waiting until those 4 cars get their food. It is definitely a reason I don’t go very often.
Tried giving this location another chance...ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun (which costs a little extra) and hubby got a meal with waffle fries...actually he got crumbs and two intact waffle fries. My sandwich came in a container with a lid....without the gluten-free bun I had asked and paid for. I went inside, waited in line, only to be given a bun in the original cellophane wrapper... We will not be going to this location again, it is always a waste of money and disappointing.
Update, they have a new drive thru set up and oh my goodness, it is the worst, they need a better system going. It is so slow. You are sitting in the line forever. Sometimes the car in front doesn’t have their food so they are holding up the line. Y’all need to do better. This Chick Fil a is the slowest of them all! I just don’t understand why they line moves so slow. The mobile pick up is slow, it always takes 20 minutes for my order to be prepared. It’s ridiculous.
Waited in a long line to place my order and wondered why it was taking so much time to move up. Then noticed they were letting people from the mobile line cut in front of the regular line. When I asked why she was letting them cut line she said 2 of them were “having a bad day.”
Once again and the LAST time for me the RED OAK location messed up a simple order and shorted my food.... it is obviously a great business model, the owner gets rich and hires incompetent folks to fill french fry containers(except mine) and not understand what sauce you requested(asked for sweet n spicy get Polynesian).... how much can one expect from a teenager anyway... anyhoo I have given my last dollar to this establishment as I am tired of the substandard service!!!
“Trevor” (name on ticket: Phil) wasn’t wearing a badge. He made the experience overall unsettling; giving off the face affect of a preconceived bias based off appearance. We had to repeat our order and name numerous times due to poor eye contact and body language. I’ve Visited this location prior to this event with no problems. I am very displeased to have spent dinner with my girlfriend with casted homophobic stares. You can’t train morals. Have your employees put their badges on and just overall listen. Hey, but your fries are still good. Grilled chicken nuggets look gross.

I had sauces forgotten this happens all the time and then they put an extra fry that I didn’t even ask for. they were already giving me attitude to think that I would want to go back in and tell them how I didn’t ask for an extra fry and somehow they forgot to put my drink in the order, totally unhappy something always happens there. If I’m gonna go to Chick-fil-A, I’m gonna drive elsewhere.
Horrible drive through experience had to sit and wait with my food for 10 minutes in line while everyone with the app could just leave horrible service.
Senior team member Neveah was not having a pleasant day and that should have been our sign that the food wasn’t going to be good either. The bacon was cold as the cheese and the Mac n cheese was burnt. I have never been so disappointed as today with Chic Fil A. As I travel frequently and my kid loves to stop at Chic Fil A, we should have just gone to the next one in route. They Need better customer service training for a senior team member. Neveah wasn’t having it all. She gave us our change with her face turned away and walked off. Rude, rude met rude today!
Came to Chick-fil-A and was helped by a new girl and trainer Ali in green - we frequent Chick-fil-A weekly order the SAME ORDER AND GET FRIES FOR breakfast and wait the extra 5 mins...., I ordered our food at 10:10.... Ali words the end said no we can't make waffle fries for another 18 mins sorry we said we'll wait we want waffle fries she said sorry but no we can't do that. We left w out anything and went elsewhere. Poor customer service Ali hopefully someone else finishes training the new hire.
I got in the wrong drive thru line bc I didn’t know there was a separate mobile order line. I’ve never seen that before! The girl came to tell me she couldn’t take my order, I was in the wrong line, and would have to sit in line and drive around again. She was rude and unaccommodating. I am a chick-fil-a fan, but this was terrible. They need to find a better way and understand people don’t know there is a mobile line
This location has gone to 💩. Clearly told the little girl taking my order it was for here but they gave it to me in bags. Dining room chairs, floor and tables were filthy. Chicken nuggets were not cooked all the way and when I requested more they seemed very inconvenienced. This used to be a great location but has gone way down!!!
Very disappointed in the brand for the inconsistency in service I’ve been receiving. I’m unsure if it’s a lack of comprehension within the employees, or general lack of care to serve. Upon attempting to get my order corrected, one manager attempted to debate with me about how the order should be placed and transferred in the app, and then some heavyset black girl comes up next to her asking if everything is okay… not sure if she was a bodyguard or what. She the just stood there taking up space and failing to provide a solution either. All in all, this location does not have the wherewithal to resolve any order issues (which can be avoided by mere awareness) you may have or provide adequate solutions for them.
I have "Red" status, so I visit Chick fil A a lot. This was the worst service I've ever had. There was one person taking orders on a Saturday afternoon, which made the wait to order excessive. I asked that my salad include spring mix instead of Romaine. However, they simply took the Romaine out and didn't add more spring mix. There was a young man that I shared this with and brought me more spring mix, but still a terrible experience.
This Chick-fil-A is usually offering excellent service, but has been declining recently. The staff is still friendly as always, but this is probably the third time in a row my order has been incorrect at this location. I asked for no pickles and large fries, they gave me a sandwich with pickles and either a small or medium fry, definitely not a large. Basically stealing my money at this point, since I'm not making the drive back after I already got home. There definitely needs to be some changes at this store.
