I can't lie, our server Roland is the exclusive reason I left this review. This was a great Chilis experience (as always) but our server went above and beyond consistently and gave us excellent service. If you happen to go during a time where he's there I'd strongly recommend. He did a fantastic job with everything. There is a reason this is the only review I've ever left on a chilies and it's because Roland did such an exceptional job, it turned a great experience into an even better one. Give this dude a raise haha

Came in for lunch today and everything was top notch. For as busy as they were, the food came out fast and the service was even better. Our server Pam was on top of everything. Will definitely be back.

This particular experience was anything but a basic run-of-the-mill Chili's restaurant. What made this particular experience so memorable is the fact that the staff was eager to wait on us, the table and silverware and glasses and plates were nice and clean, and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant staff including was pleasant to say the least. We felt like we had plenty of time to make our decisions on appetizers and entrees, as well as plenty of time to make our drink choices. Also there was no rush for us to pay the check and leave the restaurant, it felt quite inviting actually. All in all prices were pretty good for eating out these days, the food was higher-quality that I generally have experienced in recent past at a Chili's restaurant, and the manager even came over to our table just to make sure everything was as expected. I'd say job well done!

My wife and I had picked up our order from Waxahachie Chili's and the order was incorrect. When we called the manager, Karina was fabulous. Told us to come in anytime and ask for her and she would make it right. Fast forward, we did revisit and Karina and our server - Brianna were fantastic. Everything was great and just wanted to make sure Karina and Brianna get the recognition.

I’ve been to chilis all over the country and this one is hands down the best. The food was all on par but the service was outstanding! I sat at the bar and my server Amanda was very friendly and helpful, keep in mind that it was very busy at the time. I will absolutely come back here and recommend this chilis location to anyone.

Limited options from the menus because the grill was being repaired so no steak or burger options when we were there, but that obviously is the exception rather than the rule. Attention from the server could have been a little better but it was at the lower side of acceptable. Good was done well and had good flavor.

I stay away from Chili's because of the noisy atmosphere. However, I needed food, and it was one of the few places open until midnight. The 3 for Me was excellent. The Oldtimer with cheese was a tasty burger slightly on the greasy side, but very, very good. Excellent bbq sauce. The cup of potato soup was excellent. The white cheddar Mac-n-cheese was the best I've had in a very long time. Even though the 3 for Me came with a drink, I ordered a beer, and it was pricy. I had the Dragonfruit lemonade to go. The atmosphere was very noisy considering how late it was, but this was Chili's and to be expected. I don't know why they have televisions on. You can't hear them. I'd say the 3 for Me is a winner and a good deal. The server was excellent. I'll do it again one day, maybe long after my ears stop ringing.

The Waxahachie location was great. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were greeted then taken to our table. The gentleman taking care of us was pretty busy, so we would look for him for refills or other items we needed. They could have been short staffed, who knows. Our food was delicious and we also had dessert, molten chocolate cake is a must of you're a chocolate lover.

I haven't been the biggest Chili's fan for the past few years but the last 3 or 4 visits over the past 6 months have been real decent. Got some good food on some good deals. $10.99 for a cheese burger, fries, drink and chips and salsa and being waited on by a very attentive waitress, hard to beat.

This is from a visit a couple months ago. The service was top notch, unfortunately the food was quite disappointing. I had tried to order the Triple Dipper with the mozzarella sticks, but noticed that there were egg rolls on the bill when I had not ordered them. I brought it up to the waitress who helped us that day, to which she replied that it is how it comes. I was quite disappointed when I learned that, in fact, it’s not. I just really wanted those cheese sticks man. :( The burger my partner ordered was alright, but after 5 minutes the bread was soaked. I really had no issue other than thinking I was going crazy and having to re-read the menu time and time again to find where it said it automatically came with the egg rolls.

I don’t go to Chilis often. It seems the dish was made differently. I got the Quesadilla Explosion. The quesadilla was made with corn tortillas (maybe the menu said that but since I’ve gotten it before I did not read the description) and was spicy (for me, as a lightweight). Full of corn and no black beans. Was ok but probably won’t order that dish in the future. Service was great and friendly. On top of drink refills. Music was a bit too loud for talking but doable.

Always got good service from the server's. They go above and beyond in your dining experience.

I came and ate today, atmosphere was great, food was great, service was fairly well. When it was time to pay I gave my server who seems to also be the bartender $100 to cover both my meal and her tip. After payment was received the server then comes back to my table to ask me for more money as if my payment was short and it definitely wasn’t. I just believe that that was rude and unprofessional. And it definitely made me feel like she was trying to increase her cash tip amount. If I knew this was going to happen I would’ve just paid with my card but I was trying to be considerate.

Everything I've had at Chili's is good. Depending on the time you visit it can be loud, but still easy to talk with your table. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to eat, but can get loud near the bar area. Good food and had a nice staff. Drink specials and plenty of TVs for the sport fans. Will go back soon. Very pleased.

Stopped to order some to go food. The server was excellent, made sure I had enough dressing great service! Unfortunately no utensils, as I was in a hotel room. I found a spoon. Apparently whatever seasoning they use for the Southwest quesadilla explosion salad (it seemed the tortilla strips were tossed in this seasoning) appeared to be just heaped on top of the salad. I had to order Uber eats and throw the whole thing away.

First time I have ever been to this location. The waitress, Raquel, was very attentative and constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The bar tender, Cuba, made me an off menu drink (which by the way I cannot get most places to make) for me. I ordered 2 of them. The first round he followed a recipe, the 2nd he made his own changes which made the drink perfect! This location was great! My only 2 complaints: there was not enough avacado with my Avacado sirloin from the gutless menu. And the white queso tasted burned. This is the reason for the 3 star rating instead of 5.

We didn’t enjoy our visit to the waxahachie chilies. My wife and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and the chicken tenders. The quesadillas were soaked in butter and the bacon tastes like bacon bits from a bag. My wife’s chicken tenders also came from a bag fully cooked then deep fried to warm up. Creating a comfortable atmosphere that encourages return visits should be a top-of-the-list concern for restaurants. NOT having cold air blowing straight down on guests and their food should be obvious. If this is a fast-food strategy of expediting guest turnover, you can count me out.

I actually love their guiltless grill menu options. I got sirloin that had a pesto drizzle, it was amazing. The asparagus were overcooked and dry. The skinny margarita was delicious. Our server was very friendly.

Made a to-go order, was never notified when it was actually ready despite the message system telling me it will. I eventually go in to check on it, it's cold from sitting there. I mentioned I didn't get a message in case there was something not working properly and immediately got dismissed. Steak I ordered was overcooked on top of being cold. The appetizer I ordered didn't have sauce added. More or less lit $60 on fire and got a complimentary attitude for the trouble.

My little brother chose chili's for his birthday dinner. Coming to this location was the biggest mistake we could make for his special day. We spent so much time here, we no longer have time to do the other things we had planned. After 15 minutes NO ONE came to greet us or ask for our drinks. Another table got seated and greeted right away and even got their drinks before we knew who our server was. No apology just straight to work. We were all ready. My mom has never been so upset. We have NEVER asked for a manager before. This time we had to. Still no apology from the Manager either and it seemed like we were a bother for calling her over. After a long time we got our food. Everyone else's food looked good except mine. No complaints here because I just wanna leave. No dessert because we just wanted to leave. It makes me upset at the other servers for not helping out their team member. After all the stares and them obviously noticing we've been there for a while they should've helped their coworker out and greeted us. This was the worst experience ever.
