The ladies working today (Friday, July 15 at 1:00pm) were the most polite and courteous people I've ever met in the restaurant industry. The lady who brought our food out LITERALLY made mine and my daughter's day! I didn't get their names but I hope this location knows how great their employees are!
So I am about 5 1/2 weeks pregnant. And this is my first pregnancy and with that I’m learning how to cope with my emotions or cravings etc. anyways, I had just come from a very bad day and I was crying and I went to this Taco Bell and had no idea if I wanted something sweet or salty. I didn’t say anything for a couple of minutes and this sweet voice said “would you like any help?” With my voice cracking because I’m still crying I said yes and explained my situation next thing I knew I heard another voice say “I will give you my special order that I usually get for myself.” I said absolutely. When I pull up to the window the girls were so unbelievably kind to me. Not only did they prepare a special order for me but they also genuinely asked if I was okay. They were so genuine and kind. I just want to say excellent service and if I knew their names I would ask the manager to give them a raise or to applaud them. Thank you girls. 🤍
Such an awesome delicious establishment! We dropped by on 4th of July 2022 evening looking for a quick bite and the order we made from their menu hit the spot! The gentleman who is usually there when we go is very courteous and generous and nice! He seems like he runs a tight shift and everything and everyone is organized! Driving around with my pregnant Wife thinking of what to eat alot of the times and we stumble upon this place often!🤣🤠🇺🇸
This is the BEST Taco Bell that I have eaten at in years. My family and I come weekly during the summer code late night snacks. My teenagers LOVE IT! Hot fresh Nacho Fries everytime! Order online and they will have it ready for you in the drive thru. Frank L. is the friendly team member that makes sure your order is fresh and correct.
Always a great experience at this Taco Bell! The staff is super kind and friendly every time I visit, and they always get my order right.
The night shift worker on Wednesday named Andrew gave rate service and made our tacos in record time
Andrew had an amazing vibe. This was also the best taco bell experience I have had in 10 years. It is the first taco bell experience I have had in the last ten years, where I felt like I received a product that matched what I paid for.

My lady and I want to thank ANDREW for being at Taco Bell by himself and preparing our orders in a timely and professional manner. We thought the place was closed since we didn't see any cars outside but thanks to Andrew for being there when no one else was. Thank you Andrew and God bless!
It's always super fast to get served, not sure why it's never very busy, and the food is great. I took one point off atmosphere because is there really atmosphere in a Taco Bell? It is clean and nice though.
There were extremely quick, Billy was very friendly and quick with his job and had a smile on his face the whole time, would definitely come back.
The food was Taco Bell but we were mainly there to get some paperwork done between meetings. One of the stsff welcomed us as we arrived. He spent about thirty minutes thoroughly sweeping and cleaning tables because they were between meals. He also helped my wife find a plug for her laptop when her battery ran low.
I don’t know who the lady’s names are BUT EVERY TIME they are working the night shift here THE SERVICE AND FOOD IS SUPERIOR! When they aren’t there- it’s AWFUL- an I truly mean that. I went tonight (2/5/26) at 11:30pm and I’m never disappointed when I see those women there. In fact, I get excited when I see they are working because I know I’m NOT gonna get a soggy taco and my food will be made CORRECT and FRESH to order. Whoever these ladies are- they need promotions or to be working every evening 🤍They make me want to give more of my money to TB. They are friendly, fast and efficient- PLUS my food is always always always fresh. Especially my crunchy taco - and they always hook me up with extra lettuce ON IT! MY FAVORITE Part! I wish I would have shared this with them in person but in case they see this- YALL are wonderful workers and I see you! You are appreciated and LOVED — we know the difference!!! ESPECIALLY the lady working the drive through window- you both are rockstars!!! Keep this up and I’ll be back all the time!

Andrew the day manager has impeccable customer service skills! We visited in the early morning hours on Aug 3rd and he went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct which it was. Thank you sir for your attention to detail and being so kind to me and my family, keep up the good work!:)
Noel has great customer service accommodated my needs by asking what type of sauce happy to work, we kept changing what we wanted and he still remained positive and had a smile on his face. Great customer service best I had yet in waxahachie.
I like Taco Bell. Their value menu is good&reasonable. Their crew was very helpful when I came in and introduced me to their kiosk, so I did use it & it was very easy to do. But I will give them 4 stars because it took awhile for me to get my order. If they want 5 stars, put that food in the bag so fast I won't have time to breathe& say thank you, have a wonderful day, & I will be on my way.
Depends on who's in the kitchen if it's fresh or made properly! It's fast food and it's Taco bell! Go figure!
This place seems to have improved a lot more lately. Seems a little faster than before at least. They did seem to close randomly, but most likely it was due to the weather. No major complaints. Food is typical for Taco Bell. I have only used the drive thru and not gone inside.
Full disclosure, we've never dined in, always drive-through. This is a great Taco Bell! Food is always good and fresh, and the service is always fast and friendly. The ONLY reason I gave this a 4-star rating and not a 5 is because of its location. The parking lot and getting to the restaurant can be rough since the asphalt is not wrel-maintained, and there are a lot of big bumps and pot holes. The lighting outside the restaurant is pretty dim, too. Those are probably not their responsibility due to the fact they're located in the parking lot of a run-down strip center, but it does affect overall dining-in/out experience. Again, food and service--great!!
My husband really likes Taco Bell. I did not like that we had to order from a kiosk, not just here but anywhere. I like their food but wish the salsa was salsa not in a plastic pouch. But we will always go there. The food is pretty fresh.
Usually this place can be a bit slow and honestly pretty aggravating at times. But ever since Andrew came along, everything has changed. He’s fast, friendly, and really knows how to take care of people. You can tell he actually cares about doing a great job and making sure everyone’s experience is smooth. It’s rare to find someone who stands out like that these days. Give that man a raise, he’s the reason I’ll keep coming back!
So like, I love the chicken chipotle ranch burrito. It’s my favorite, but like, can y’all please spread out the filling and not plop stuff in one spot? I’d love to have even bites all around. Other than that, I usually get good service and my order is always right.

The no contact rule is seriously enforced here. 100% of the times I've been here no cups are handed out. We literally have to stand out front waiting FOREVER for someone to approach you. Also added bonus if you want tea you have to wait yet again to be poured a cup of tea. I'd suggest there be cups readily accessible to guests soon after they order on the kiosk. This saves BOTH parties time and energy. I noticed NO call out for orders so each bag placed out front is basically anonymous. What is going on with today's customer service?
Service is extremely slow here. We spent 40 minutes here. And only about 15 of those minutes were for us eating. People showed up after us and got their orders before us. Not sure why the service is so bad here, but the employees take as slow as humanely possible to make the food, and then I saw an employee take an order out to a car and he walked so slow out to the parking lot. None kd the employees spoke with each other. Just very odd.
Food and service is fine, there is a gigantic pothole in the driveway way entering and exiting the property that should be fixed ASAP. almost dropped all the food I just got because it so jarring

I ordered at the Drive Thru a Deluxe Box, 4 Crunchy Tacos and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. The teller at the window was terrible. It took at least 10-15 minutes to get the food. She kept her back turned . Never kept me updated on time. I had asked for hot sauce and when she handed me the order I asked if she put hot sauce in the bag she just looked at me and so I said hold on let me check and she just shut the window and turned her back . There was no hot sauce. So I had to then park and go in and grab some. What a joke . Seriously I chose fast food for a reason and in the end I spent $32 . The teller is what ruined the experience. I won't say I won't ever go back but it won't be anytime soon . The aggravation not only ruined my mood but also the taste of the food.
So tonight is July 31, 2025. I decided to grab a taco from Taco Bell after my son's baseball game. Now I'm about to tell the story in script form to help make a long story short. Me: hello, do you still serve chalupas? Drive thru girl (dtg): yeah Me: yeah? (I said this in a disappointing tone. This is not how you speak to your customers) ...long pause from Dtg... Me: hello? Are you still there? Dtg: yeah Me: ok? So you have chalupas? May I order one? Dtg: yeah. Anything else? Me: No Dtg: Your total is $5.73 My thoughts: That's a lot for a chalupa! Me: Thank you (I drive up)... This wait is about a 15 minute wait just to start moving, note, I have 3 cars ahead of me. (a million yrs later 🤣) Me: (I drive up to the window) Dtg: Are you the one with the chalupa? Me: Yes. Are y'all okay? (I'm wondering because 1. the way she was speaking to me and 2. it was a very long wait for a taco) Dtg: yeah. It's $5.73 (Really, this girl and her yeah 🤦🏼♀️💆🏼♀️) Me: do y'all offer military discounts? Dtg: no Me: 😶 Dtg: 😕 Me: (I hand her my debit card) Dtg: (closes window, swipes card, grabs bag of food, opens window, gives me the bag, gives me my card & receipt, closes window) ... She doesn't thank me for coming, nor does she tell me to have a good night or come again... ? What is wrong with some of these young kids ? I should've told her the proper way regarding customer service and I should've cancelled my order because not only was customer service sad, the wait was really long And the chalupa was not great either 😭 TB, y'all failed me tonight 💔 Do better at your hiring, check in on your staff and train them properly, please. 🙏🏼 Gracias 🙏🏼 ✌🏼💃🏼
Had to spend 30-45 minutes here tonight between waiting in the drive thru line to order and having to go wait in line inside, for a second time, to have my order corrected. After waiting in line inside with my receipt I had to go back outside to my car to bring my bag of food back in per the employees request so he could check my food to make sure that I was actually missing what I said I was missing. Not sure when that became a policy of theirs, especially in covid times when someone could bring back in potentially contaminated food for the employees to dig through. Employee that checked my bag had an eye rolling problem as well, since I was clearly the issue for them not putting the correct items in my bag. Several other people in the restaraunt were having issues as well tonight. I can only give benefit of the doubt so much. We've had issues with this location every time we have gone recently but tonight was especially irritating.
To many taco places to waste time here. Wow how things change 5 years ago I left a good review but apparently things have gone downhill. Three of my last five visits half the things on the menu were not available and the order I did finally make was wrong. The other two times I drove away without even ordering. I guess times are changing and not for the better.
We went around 10:30 PM thru the drive-thru. We placed our order, and pulled to the window the young lady seemed to be helpful she proceeded to take our money gave us our order and we then proceeded to leave. Well since it was late and we had ordered several items we decided to pull over in their parking lot and check our order making sure all items were accounted for. When I pulled over I noticed there was a gentleman sitting in front of the restaurant taking a cigarette break, whom I told my mom and son that he was more than likely the manager. After checking our order we had a total of 6 items that were missing from our order. I hot back in the drive-thru line which by this time was so backed up that it was taking about 15-20 minutes per car. I finally got to the window when the same young lady greeted me, and I explained to her that I was missing 6 items and I needed to speak to the manager. She tells me I am the manager, I said no I saw the manager outside on a cigarette break. She snatched my sack out of my hand takes it to the back where I cannot see what they are doing to my food and leaves me sitting there for over 20 mins. She finally comes back with my sack and I tell her I want a refund she tells me the manager said "NO" I told her you said you were the manager. She finally has the manager come up there and he told me ma'am she is a shift manager and that they were trying to see what all was missing from your order is the reason they had your sack back there. I explained to him her attitude is atrocious to be any type of manager and it seems she needs more training. I apologize, but I do know the manager name started with an L and I believe he was trying to be sincere in the situation, and I do appreciate him for that. Make sure when going to this particular Taco Bell that you check your order before leaving, because you probably will not have all of your order once you get home if you don't.🤨
We had call in order and when we got there we was told we had to go to the other one across town so we did our good was cold and was missing some of the order. I wasn't about to drive 13 more miles to go back there but I won't ever go to waxahachie taco bell again
They force you to order yourself from the kiosk inside. Then you have to get up to go get your food, get your own drink, and then throw away your own trash. They are eliminating customer service completely. Everytime I come here there is a lady basically just standing around doing nothing and she refuses to take people's orders. Food is meh, but service is terrible
I have had a couple of issues with missing cheese in my breakfast burritos and also missing items, where I had burn my fuel and time to return due to my order being inaccurately prepared. It's so difficult to just simply get good service and care. I noticed some of the recent not so good reviews and this just deterred me and my husband from visiting this location today. Is there not an option for management/owner responses? Because I don't see any for the prior reviews for this Taco Bell in Hachie.
Order was correct but food wasn’t very warm. Tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Lettuce in Crunchwrap was wet??? Hard shell was soft from probably sitting so long. Portions of ingredients were super small.
It's taco bell, the food is what you'd expect. However out of the past 10 orders we've only ever had one order come out exactly how we ordered it. I'm not talking customization options, I'm talking entire items missing. It's gotten to the point we have to open everything and check while there. Quite unfortunate.
Don't order food from there! ANDREW apparently has a slippery mind and can't give you everything. Getting something off the next order doesn't fix this order.
We went to walk through the drive through because it was a nice day, we walked up to the window, and there was a kind lady that helped us, then while the kind lady was getting our food, this lady (that eats too much taco bell) came up to us at the window getting on to us because we simply just walked and not go inside. NOT WALK THOUGH FRIENDLY!!! We will be back
Ordered in the drive-thru. I ordered three soft shell tacos for myself and a grill cheese melt burrito for a coworker. She never terrified my order, and there were four cars in front of me. It took fifteen minutes to get to the wundiw, she took my card, and gave back without saying a word. Five minutes later, she opened the window and handed me a bag and saud thank you. I got to work and saw that I only had two soft shel tacos, that were wet for sone reason, and the burrito was not a grill cheese burrito, but some kind of bean and rice burrito. I wound up not eating because I had no idea why my tacos looked like they were dipped in water, and my coworker said her burro tasted funny.
Everything we ordered was wrong. Mexican pizza was made with corn tostada shells instead of flour. I paid extra to have sour cream, potatoes, and extra cheese added to my burrito. It didn't even have the cheese it's supposed to come with. Chicken quesadilla just had chicken and sauce. No cheese. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until we were well down the road. Will not be going back. Do not recommend!!
I ordered a double decker taco and they said their manager wouldn't allow them to make one for me. TB in Palestine will make one for me every time. The tea was where I couldn't get to it, although they left the cash drawer open and unattended, so I could have helped myself to that.
It is always hit or miss coming to this location. But I will not be spending my money here anymore. Instead of just telling me, there was no chicken for the order, they decided to be lazy and just throw both of my tacos together with a piece of chicken nugget or whatever that is. Thanks
This like the worst Taco Bell location ever!!! The workers are weird, you can come in there and wait for your online order and nobody will even greet you… will stare dead in your face and won’t say a “ hello “ “ picking up “ nothing!! Just weird and rude. And it is always a long wait like 30 minutes plus, smh.

This Taco Bell is my home. I’m a regular here and it’s great. But for some reason tonight it took me over 40 minutes to get through the drive thru line. I don’t know what the hold up was or why it took so long but that is absolutely egregious.
Diabolical wait. I did a mobile order for 2 items, stood around in the store for about 30 min before I got my food. Only 4 other customers in the store. Food was good and staff was friendly.
This year is the first time I've been in a Taco Bell in years. I think I've been 3 times this year, and it's finally dawn on me why it's hard to get anyone to come to the register. My first experience was north of Austin. I waited and waited and waited, and finally, someone asked if they could help me. I placed my order, and that was it. The next time I went to the one in Crowley, the wait wasn't bad, so there were no complaints there. Here I am at the Waxahachie location. I waited for a little while, saw the girl fiddling with something under the counter, never uttered a word, and walked off. I thought, "Okay. I'm in a hurry and don't have time for this," so I remember these places have kiosks and placed my order there. What is wrong with our country? There is literally no customer service. Everyone has a freaking attitude and give it when they have to help you. This applies to all major companies now. It literally takes an act of congress to speak to someone, yet everyone thinks they're owed $100 dollars an hour. It's horrendously sad and extremely disappointing 😞
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE this lady asked my name I guess to check the computer to make sure I wasn’t lying BUT I SHOWED HER RECEIPT I heard her in Spanish saying I didn’t want the avacdo ranch on my chalupa BUT I NEVER ORDERED IT she asked for my name like that even mattered . I don’t know what the point of asking for my name was . I showed you my receipt . Then she gives it to me and doesn’t say ANYTHING. I was expecting a “sorry for that but here it is “ NOTHING what ever happened to the good customer service. This is the 3rd time I’ve ever encountered rude workers here . RIDICULOUS . This place has gone down hill
I wouldn't even give service a 1 star except it makes me. I walked in and they were all standing in back talking so I day hello..nothing. I could see them looking in an envelope. I say hello after another minute and the gal yells from the back. Yeah what do you want? I said I want to order snd she says there's a kiosk. I told her I don't want to use the kiosk and she walks out and forces me to use it. Laziest employee ever. Can't even do what she is paid for. I will never return to that location. Drive on by people
Drive thru mobile order 10 minutes in line. My food was burned, wet and just not edible. What a waste of my time and money in quality of service
The price on the screen was different than the system. When I asked if I could get the price from the screen because it's not my fault they haven't fixed the order screen. The manager said he can't change it. He then said I could either pay for it or leave
1st let me tell you we eat Taco Bell often. This place was just awful tonight 12/8/23. I know you are suppose to wear hair nets and a girl fixing food did not have one on her hair that was going every where. Girl doing dishes washed something then put it in the floor to rinse it off(gross)!! Got home with food nothing fixed correctly just so ridiculous that people can’t read a screen and fix it correctly. If you call back all they say is come back we will make it right why would I give you another to screw up again. I will drive to another town if I want it again anytime soon.
Food is always soooo cold! Do the ovens even work in that place? Serious question. Also waited a long time for a mobile order that I had already previously ordered 30 mins before I got there.
Good Lord this place needs a complete staff overhaul. FAST food comes out hours later if at all. The staff are a deadly combination of inept and aloof. They don't care if they waste your time and money. DON'T COME HERE
They have gone down the last two months. Employees are rude they do not come to the front to take your order and when you do see anyone they act like they do not want to be there and walk away not saying anything. The only words spoken were by an employee taking a smoke break and said hi thats all. We were the only ones there no one in drive thru or dining area. I guess people have stopped going there. 12:30 pm on a Saturday when this happened. We had to leave when no one took our order or anything for ten minutes. I am writing this review across the street at Fuzzys taco they did great. We have had major problems the last three times we went there We will not be back until new management or someone we know goes and says they are doing better. Dont waste your time. Ps never have a problem with Fuzzys,tacos 4 life, or taco casa in Waxahachie.
If you're a delivery driver, avoid this location like the plague. I've waited in their ridiculously slow lines for ages only to get to the speaker and be told I waited for nothing because the orders don't exist in their system. Making us wait 30+ minutes in a line multiple times and each time being told the order doesn't exist and they WON'T be making it makes me wish horrible things on the owner of this franchise.
Just got home from ordering from here. 10/10 don’t recommend, I should have just went to taco casa might not be as good but at least the service is really good and my food comes out correct. Ordered the $5 box when I pulled up a girl and guy were non stop talking and giggling no worries I’ll wait for you to finish so I can go home to my family. Put my order in get home to realize I have no straw, no cheesy rollups that I paid for no salsa at all hmmm love dry tacos and tomato on everything when I asked for none because I’m highly allergic to raw tomatoes. Maybe higher kids who want to work and like there job. Waste of money.
The first time we ordered, we were missing 2 burritos and two orders of nachos. After paying 40 dollars for our meal we decided to go back to get the rest our food, only to find out we didn’t get cheese and the burritos were wrong. After finding that out it felt as if they had done this on purpose. No one had seem to give any effort to try and fix it or even care that they had messed up. When we pulled up in the drive thru they had closed the window on us and ignored the fact that we were there for a few minutes before finally getting their attention. After this experience I will not be visiting the Waxahachie Taco Bell anymore.
Terrible customer service. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anybody said anything, and one of the employees made eye contact with me and everything. Honestly, just terrible
Just went took 20 minutes to get my food thinking it will be hot. Nope it's cold. Drive thru just stood there and not even a sorry for your wait. But really pissed I waited 20 minutes in a drive thru after paying for cold food.
Placed an order through the app, they forgot two things. Had the drive thru cashier, an employee, and a manager each ask me what was missing then go to talk to coworkers. Waited ten minutes to remind the second person that I was waiting for them to correct my order.
We waited 45 mins to get food. NO-ONE helped us when we walked in. We didn’t know we had to use the kiosk and no one told us. For 20 mins we waited to be helped. The manager sat in the back while 4 guys tried to keep up. Only 1 guy helped. The others didn’t know what they were doing.WE WILL NEVER COME BACK! I also counted 5 people stand at the register and just leave cuz they were not helped. So y’all are losing money also!
This might be the worst Taco Bell in the world. My husband and I went through the drive through to get 1 cheese quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeño sauce. She handed my husband the food and said here ya go and didn’t give him back his card or a receipt. When he noticed she rolled her eyes and said “oh” and gave it back to him. Still no receipt. Because of past experience we alway check our food in the parking lot before we leave. Not one drop of sauce on the whole thing. My husband took it back in and showed them and they proceeded to gas light him telling him that “they put a ton on there”. He then opened the quesadilla and showed them. They were very crappy about the whole thing. But they made another one that they may have well just dipped into the creamy jalapeño. It was absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again.
When I walk in to a food place, I expect to go to the counter and order. Instead I was directed to a kiosk and told to order by machine. Their counter is for looks only. Worst experience ever. Might as well shut the doors permanently and just use drive-thru. Plenty of workers, mostly standing around on their phones. I will personally NEVER go there again! Plus the food was the worst tasting I have ever had at a Taco Bell. No flavor or taste. The food mushy and broken. No napkins or condiments in bag. I guess that has to be purchased too. Only fit for a garbage disposal, which is where it went!!! As I said, NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER!!
Honest review! Customer service at the drive thru was great, however seriously, save yourself frustration over the quality of food and drive down the road to another restaurant! The tacos here are basically a shell and nothing else! NOT what they advertise! What a joke! Very poor quality of food. This restaurant used to be good years ago! Upper management truly needs to step up and GO VISIT here undercover! Ridiculous!
Absolutely the worse Taco Bell ever! Not only are the front Cashiers horribly rude and oblivious to quality customers service but management was even more unprofessional and rude. No wonder food was equally disappointing as staff was unprofessional and knowledgeable of their own menu items. My food was incorrect and my tomatoes tasted sour as if they were rotten. I couldn't give a negative star but believe me negative 5 stars!!!! Never going back calling Corporate asap.
Ordered through the Taco Bell app twice, both times things were wrong. Second time every item was wrong, including items that were customized due to dietary needs. Everything was marked to remove sour cream as well, yet every item was slathered in it. This is pathetic
Don't go here, find something different. I've had numerous orders that were either wrong items or completely missing items. Food is sub-par even for "Taco Bell Standards". I've had items like say a locos taco supreme that costs significantly more just to receive a regular taco... I've had Food that looked no way as it should, as if their tortillas were old... I've had quesodillas that hadn't been put into the grill press and just shredded cheese and uncut... I would usually take the effort to rate a fast food establishment, however, when one location ruins an entire chain I think that deserves a bad review. Done with Taco Bell any location.
Second time in a row I have stopped in for breakfast and had a negative experience. The first time I ordered at the kiosk in the lobby and waited for over 30 minutes before I just got a refund because my food still wasn’t ready. Today I went through the drive through there is no breakfast menu, I never got a receipt, and part of my order was missing. I didn’t realize that part was missing until I got home. Overall I won’t be going back to this location.
Personnel don't know their menu. Tried ordering $5 craving box which is being heavily advertised on TV. Took way too long in drive thru kiosk to get the correct order placed. Then 1st window to pay was confused and pick up window handed me a huge bag full of food (probably for customer behind me). Then told me a drink came with my order and handed me a large water. Seriously? No wonder Taco Bell has lowest rating among fast food restaurants.
Completed a mobile order at my house that's 15 min away. Got notified before arriving that it was ready at the counter. G Got here and it's not ready. I waited an extra 20 min. Also the drive thru is slow. Don't bother with this one. Go to the one on the north side.
This place is really needs to work on how they serve customers their food. Why would you serve someone tacos with the shells broken in pieces ❗Meat is never hot and everything is just so sloppy. Numerous times it's always the same thing. Definitely need to find another location.
My order was not correct I drove back and the young man basically refused to fix it while they played rap music and laughed in the back. I paid $19.47 and did not receive a receipt. I came back in 20 minutes and he could not find the order I had placed. I feel that they kept the money. My son payed 10 and I ended up paying 8$ and some change for a beef burrito. Sad
We had 2 separate orders online. Three people one one order, four on the other. We picked up in the drive thru. Five of us got a box and out of that, four of us were missing the side item we ordered. I heard bad things when this Taco Bell opened so we waited a few weeks to try it. I'll keep going to the Taco Bell in town or to Red Oak. We don't eat out often, so not a huge loss.
i am sick and tired of coming to this location ! I enjoy Taco Bell from time to time but i do not enjoy your unenthusiastic employees. Yall need to hire people who make the best out of whatever job they have I can’t stand a stank face or someone just staring at me and not helping me! Do better because I have to call corporate now because im sick of the customer service I have to be on top at my fast food job so yall should be too !! Stop hiring people who hate their lives !! The only nice person was the Mexican lady with glasses ! It’s the drive thru people
Absolutely the longest I ever had to sit and wait for someone to even acknowledge the drive through speaker. Two cars were in front of us, when the first car finally moved, I found out why the first car took so long, no one acknowledged the speaker. My turn finally and when they asked what I wanted, they started instructing another employee without even saying "hold on", when they came back to me she says "what did you want?". You could tell the food was just slopped together because it was like a bag of trash. We were traveling through so we didn't even bother going back.
The way you have to order your food is ridiculous and I sat in the lobby for over 30 minutes for 2 burritos and the lobby was empty so I dont understand the logic of how the ordering is done here I refuse to come back ever
So me and the wife retuned again to get a small cheap meal. We was greeted with the same lady we are always greeted with. Same smile same friendly attitude. Ordered our meal on the little order station they have and patiently waited for our food. After a couple minutes I knoticed a hispanic guy sitting down eating his food on a tray. I told the wife why dont we just eat here instead of the truck again. After thé food was ready we went to sit down and thw wife pointed out that it was roped off. I said well he is eating here so can we. Thats when she turned to the manager that came out of the back. No mask I might add. An ssid maam can we eat here and "sheena" the manager said no im sorry the dining room is closed. So I said what about them. She said oh he is a regurlar. So apperently this guy can sit and eat a meal in side where it is cool but me an my wife cannot. I will never return to this taco bell ever again. We have been coming here for a year now. I hope your attitude towards me and my wife was worth loosing a pair of regular customers. Here is a picture so people know I am not just agry and telling lies.
Ordered online and received nothing but burnt food and a missing item. I called to get a refund on AT LEAST the missing item (which was a steak quesadilla which goes for $8 after taxes at the moment) and the lady put me on hold without notice and left me on hold for at least 3 minutes without saying anything. I called on my girlfriend’s phone to try and figure out my situation, and it wasn’t until then that they agreed to refund my one quesadilla. This store is garbage, they have horrible customer service, and everyone here seems miserable. Please order from any other Taco Bell if possible and avoid this trash location.
Dude. I just spent 40 minutes in the drive through. That is ridiculous.
It is Wednesday, 0717/24. I ordered on the app. Came to pick up my order and they are completely out of diet drinks. I'm a diabetic so that was kind of important. They wouldn't refund my money because I had ordered it online. I do not know how to request a refund on the app. And they were not interested in helping me. But I think this is the last time I will go to Taco Bell at this location.
Walking in, it seems like a good Taco Bell. After ordering and receiving the nachos supreme we ordered it was not right. We took it back and had them fix it and they didn’t trash the original just Jerry rigged what they originally gave us. Still not right. We ate it anyway. I then went to use the restroom and that’s what prompted me to leave this review. The trash was FULL. Poopy toilet paper on the floor. Blood on the hand rails…… I know employees use that restroom, I watched one walk out. It’s very unnerving to see employees can see those conditions and not feel the need to do their job and fix these things. Very disappointing in the basic functions to run a half decent fast food restaurant
Missing food I ordered and the rest of the food I actually received was absolutely terrible. Chicken dry, tortillas were old and stale, drink had no syrup so all I tasted was carbonation. I asked for No tomatoes… guess what I get? Tomatoes I get it.. its fast food but man this was terrible
Placed order on Taco Bell website, one item was a Burrito Supreme and it was a DISGUSTING MESS! I'm old enough to know how the Burrito Supreme is suppose to be made and this is NOT IT! I even PAID for EXTRA beef and there's barely any beef nor other ingredients that are suppose to be in the Burrito! Called store# 034582, spoke with a "Linda" who stated she was one of the managers, was met with a non caring attitude and NEVER apologized for MY/CUSTOMERS inconvenience! In fact, she tried to accuse me of yelling rather than accepting the issue and moving to resolve it! Unfathomable; especially when customers pay $7 for a Burrito that looks like it should be $1.00! I should have read the reviews before visiting, wish I had! I don't want order replaced i want my MONEY BACK! She claimed she couldn't refund me since placed online which is utterly RIDICULOUS AND NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED! TACO BELL CAN THANK "LINDA" BECAUSE YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!😡
Had an employee argue with me about the car ahead checking in for my mobile order. We had similar but different names. Regardless- this is not my issue and having someone argue with me was ridiculous. My orders are frequently wrong at this location, in addition to waiting over 30 mins in line each time. This location is an absolute nightmare.
On my way to a concert we stopped at this taco bell. I oder 5 tacos; the number 2 which is 3 supreme tacos (I got them with no tomatoes) and two crunchy tacos (add sour cream). We head out as we had to be in Dallas. By the time I was able to eat, I discovered ALL my tacos had tomatoes. Looking at the recipet the #2 had been rung in incorrectly but the crunchy tacos were right (meaning they made them incorrectly). So I called to get a refund so I could get food Id actually be able to eat. The "manager" (she never identified as a manager until I asked for one and then just said she could help) who answered was on of the most abrasive and aggressive associates. She actively ignored me having me constantly repeating back what I'd already said multiple times prior. Told me "I ordered wrong" & that "they had made it right." Even mentioning the tacos I was clearly looking at and having the recipet that showed, no matter which way she spun it; they'd messed up, she continued to blame me. After 5 minutes of arguing she finally said I could get a refund but only if I came back. I had already mentioned I love in Austin and was only there cause I had a concert to attend. Reiterateing this to her all she had to say was "oh well, that's too bad then." She then began to deny having the ability to refund me. Asking to be put in contact with the GM she denied me any further service, made a snide comment and then hung up. I've tried call back on other days to catch the general manager but he's never there. The employees who answer say they'll have him call me but nothing's happened. I've even put in a message to customer service and they haven't gotten back to me either. This store easily has the WORST customer service. The screw up you food, take your money, blame you, and then ghost you. Even if your starving just keep driving. You'd have better luck with the ever famous "gas station sushi."
Absolutely garbage service and everything was wrong on our order after asking for it to be remademultiple times. I cant have dairy and it seemed they gave me extra cheese on my meal after asking specifically for no cheese. They cant even make a drink with no ice.
Horrible experience. The young ladies customer service was wonderful but I can’t eat customer service. Why was the food colder than a zombie “walker” The Walking Dead. Lastly why is my taco shell glistening and soggy. It’s Taco Tuesday and don’t let my poor decision yours. Steer clear from here and choose a real Cantina!
The Mexican Pizza is back and worse than ever. I was concerned when I discovered that 30% of the top had no nothing on it. So I shouldn't have been surprised to learn there was even less inside. Not that I expect a lot from Taco Bell, but this level of quality is shameful. They really should put more chicken in the new crispy chicken tacos. Half the taco was just a smidge of lettuce and tomato. If I lived closer I'd drive back up there and ask for a refund.
Very bad experience I ordered nachos and a soft taco let me just say I had to order another soft taco the nachos were horrible and the service sucked I will never visit this taco bell again and the lady at the reg said she don't have the option to reprint my receipt but can take a picture I said wow. I was hungry and just was trying to get something to eat. Bad experience overall. I told them the nachos were not good and the chips tasted old the lady in the lobby cleaning just said oh and keep walking. Look at the nachos. Never again
