I got the $15 all you can eat meal. First order was the boneless wings. They took roughly 10 minutes to come out - and tasted great. Large bites plenty of chicken in them. Was able to order the 2nd, pork riblets when I was mostly done making the arrival of the them right after I finished the boneless wings. We finished off with the fudge brownie and ice cream which was amazing. Warm fudge covering the brownie and chocolate drizzle over the ice cream. Nothing spectacular about it, but it was still as good as other restaurants. Overall great value for the all you can eat. Service was great as well. They also offer 20% military discount.

Showed up an hour before closing. The staff couldn't have been more kind and fun! Drinks, snacks and food were all 💯. Never did we feel like we were burdening them by showing up so late. Great staff, atmosphere, food and drinks.

Our server, Jessica, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of without being overbearing. My husband and I stopped by to eat on Saturday evening after C10 in the park event. Our waitress provided us with the best service. (I think her name was Maddie). We do not go out to eat much but, when we do we enjoy great food and service. The food came out very hot and we enjoyed every bit of it. Our waitress always made sure we were taken care of. Our bill was somewhere around $50 ish. We tipped her the same amount as our bill. She deserved it! Thank you Maddie!

My boyfriend and I love to frequent this applebees ! <3 Due to my work schedule they are normally the only place open when i get off. It’s been our go to for months now when we don’t want to cook. Every time we have been, the service and food have been AMAZING. All the staff are wonderful and are honestly the reason we keep going back. However, on our last visit we left disappointed. We know that when we go it is pretty late but we are always aware of how long we take and we make sure to tip generously. This time was different. Our waitress, Brianne, was short and did not check in on us once after we ordered. She only came over to bring us our food and we had to hurry to ask for anything, because she was quick to leave. She then brought us the bill without checking in to see what we needed. I had to stop her as she was walking away just to ask for a to-go box. There was also a point where I played a song on touch tunes a little after receiving our food. I was able to listen about 20 seconds of the song before the music was lowered to a volume barely audible from our booth near the entrance. It really isn’t that serious, but it truly was annoying because it was still a good 30 minutes before close and touch tunes charges for songs. Brianne really did just make the night a drag.

Enjoyed our evening. Our waitress was very friendly and courteous; so were the other staff persons. The Mac and cheese was not what I was expecting. It was pasta with cheese sprinkled on top and garnished with bacon - a solid no. Everything else was pleasant. When the music came on that made that atmosphere a little more jovial. Would have like to been informed that the lunch menu was still and option as the patrons who came after we did were given that option.

Nice clean location and great food. The server was very helpful and courteous. Got the grilled salmon with steamed broccoli and the waffles fries. Only sent back the empty plate. Keep up the great job at this location.

Slow service. Asked for more napkins, never came. Perhaps it's just slow on Mondays. Food was a large portion for the Bourbon Street Chicken and Andouille Sausage Penne, and in the Alfredo sauce, it was quite tasty. I would really have liked a smaller portion and lower price. The atmosphere was frustrating. Having to sit and listen to those in the booth behind me have a one-sided conversation when there were plenty of other booths available for the greeter to have placed them. Greeters, space people out!

This Applebee's had by far the slowest service I've ever seen. My waitress Jess was nice enough but whew, the wait was something else. It took almost 20 mins to get a burger AND we weren't offered the refill on fries as advertised. Sad bcuz I like Applebee's but idk about this one.

This Applebee's has good food but is very dusty, has food on the floors under the tables, the restrooms are dirty and the ceiling in the dinning area has MOLD...!! It was my husband's birthday we couldn't even sit to eat in the restaurant I coughed so much. When our food arrived to the table we asked for Togo boxes and the check. NOT LARGE GROUP FRIENDLY! Not the best service. We came in with our girls soccer team just after 11pm. When we walked in the bar was about half full & there were 3 tables with people at them in the whole restaurant. So there was plenty of room to sit our large group together on one side, yet they chose to split us to opposite sides of the restaurant. 🧐 We even stated we didn’t care to all be at the same table, we were fine being at separate tables nearby to talk. Also stated we didn’t expect nor need all our food to come at once. Not sure why we needed to be put on opposite sides, just meant we were up and walking around the restaurant to converse… which had to be annoying to the few tables there eating already. Maybe they expect large groups to have behavior issues? IDK. No one in our group even drank. Other than that, they were friendly. There were some mix ups with ordering, but that wasn’t a big deal.

On the positive side, I had the fiesta chicken plate and my husband had the ribs, and both proteins were cooked well. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. However. The accompaniments to the chicken were horrific. This is 2025, not 1993! You're serving the chicken on a bed of fried carbs tortilla strips next to a pile of bland Spanish rice? Are ya kidding me right now? I know this is a corporate issue but change your freaking menu and get with the times! This chicken should be served with black beans and other veggies, not carbs upon carbs.

I had the Bourbon Street Steak. I did not like it. As there did not appear to have made it with bourbon or anything close to it I have to assume it was named after the street. My wife's hamburger tasted funny. I was not surprised when she got sick I fell bad a few days later. Service was good.

All our food was watery, flavorless and gross. We walked in and it smelled musty and dirty. The only good parts of this restaurant was the server was nice and it was quiet, although it was only quiet because there was only 12 other people in the whole restaurant. The waitress Ms. Wendy was very kind and personable but the food and atmosphere killed our appetites and moods.

They charged me almost $8 for a small strawberry margarita on the rocks. I have never paid more than $2 for an applebees margarita and I will never go back to this location. I specifically asked for a small and she never specified there was different types. The new ravioli stuffed with cheese was also a super huge let down, not creamy at all. I'm honestly so disappointed in this store considering I go to the burleson location so often and even advertise for applebees on my social medias. I asked our waitress if it was actually $8 to which she rudely told me yes, wasn't even worth using my birthday coupon on, I will take it to the location that DOESN'T screw over their customers. The drink tasted fine but the price was outrageous considering what I thought I was ordering and the food was so nasty I couldn't finish it. Totally ruined my girls night.

We have been ordering the same meal for about 20 years now. Both dine in and recent years delivery. Sirloin, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Today was the worst cut of meat I’ve ever seen. Totally not the cooks fault. The flavor of the few pieces of meat I could cut off were fabulous. My dog did enjoy the pieces that I sawed off to give her. Definitely who butchered this meat did not know what they are doing.

Ordered a basic grilled chicken with green beans and garlic mash potatoes. Didn’t taste garlic on the mash nor green beans. Mash tasted like play doh. I’ve ordered from here before and was more satisfied. Tastes like they have a new chef or the quality of food went down.

My husband and I ordered a grilled asian salad and hambuger for car side pickup. Got home and find no asian dressing, just ketchup packets. We call to have them make a new salad and we would drive all the way back to get it. They give us two new salads with fried chicken. I tell them its still wrong as it was supposed to be grilled. They finally bring out correct order, get home and its just carrots and chicken. No greens. No cabbage. No lettuce. This is absolutely the worst asian salad Ive ever had. Pretty sure they did that on purpose. Last time ordering from Apple Bees.

My group of 20 people recently visited Applebees hoping to celebrate a special occasion together. We did not have a reservation, but upon arrival, we noticed several empty tables that could have easily been arranged to seat our large party together in the same area. However, the manager on duty, Logan Seaman, was incredibly unaccommodating. Despite politely asking if we could be seated as one group, or even at adjacent tables, we were flatly refused. The manager insisted we would have to sit in separate, distant booths, which completely defeated the purpose of our group outing. When we pointed out the available tables, the manager was dismissive and offered no alternative solutions, showing a clear lack of problem-solving skills and customer service. It felt like they cared more about a rigid seating policy than providing a positive experience for a large group of potential customers. This manager's actions it will cost him. We will not be returning and strongly advise other large groups to consider a different establishment where the management is more willing to work with their patrons. Very disappointed with the experience

At the end of the night when we all paid our tabs they only honored one of our coupon codes. Logan the night manager was extremely unkind and refused to acknowledge our table or our concerns.
