A little less enjoyable than usual. They were especially slow and didn't get two of our 3 orders right. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt though, they could be traing new cooks. (However, I'm gluten intolerant and someone put crutons in my soup which could have been dangerous if I was celiac.)

Waxahachie location is hit or miss most of the time unlike other locations I sometimes visit which are 5 star consistently. Seems that there is a problem retaining staff at this location....always someone different at the counter. Seems to be a Management problem with the scenarios that go on here. As far as atmosphere, the music they play is way too loud.

Change the drive thru person, they seem to be in rush to take orders and NOT LISTEN. Was given the wrong drink at the window and when i got home my order wasn't correct.

Hate the self order concept. They never work correctly & cannot seem to put in orders for both of us at the same time. Lady at counter where we get drinks took our order. She was very friendly & helpful. Our biggest shock was the cost. We both ordered the "PICK 2" with drinks. $50!! What??? I expect a server, table linens & nice music. The music in this Panera's was irritating & too loud. Very disappointed. Panera's has gone downhill since it began years ago. Nice coffee, light lunch selections. Great pastries & breads of all types, CLASSICAL music and that wonderful, homey FIREPLACE. Sandwiches & salad from the PICK 2 were good but not $50 good! We won't make that mistake again. Cannot recommend anymore.

I definitely will not be ordering from Panera again. If this is half a salad then what does the full look like? Where did the lettuce go in the salad? It looks like someone just sprinkled in a handle full and called it a day. And I paid over $10 for this. I really dislike food prepping, but these places are giving me no choice but to do it. Sorry, these pictures do not show what’s really going on in this container.

My partner has been a big fan of Panera for a long time. We have been to this location in the past and is has been OK. When you walk in m, you are greeted with self service monitors. There is a live employee at a register who appears they could take orders. My patterned orders a half soup, half salad. $15. I order a chicken salad. $15. Fountain drinks are $3 apiece. $40 dollars later, our order is complete. The staff is nice and friendly. I get our order and we sit down to eat. The ‘chicken’ was processed meat (lunch meat) cut into pieces. The soup was very salty and not good. Even if things are wrong with a restaurant, I will show forgiveness if they make it up in other ways. The corporate side of Panera has lost their way. Their food is not what is used to be and it is very expensive. We will not be returning and I advise everyone else to do the same. #panerabread

Who made Panera Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich today 6/7/25 picked up at 7pm, dud your cucumber is bitter and everything is bitter, this sandwhich supposed to make my day ( fav). Supposd to return but Don't have time . 😤 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

I WISH I would have read the reviews prior to visiting this location. We stopped based on our experiences at other locations. It was FILTHY!! I took pictures of the rugs but I don’t know if you can see all the debris. It looks like the floors and rugs haven’t been cleaned in DAYS. THE tables were dirty…the counters where the drinks are set up are dirty. I didn’t want to sit down. I really didn’t want my food but I’d paid. When we received our food, my son hated his $10 kid sandwich, no drink. I don’t understand why half a turkey sandwich with bacon and chips is $10. I had a veggie based sandwich with mozzarella. The sandwich was supposed to be hot…it was cold and my cheese wasn’t melted. I forgot to mention when we arrived, there was no one in sight. No one came to take our order or even to greet us. We ended up struggling to get our order placed on the kiosk….probably should have been a sign. I did not enjoy the experience.

This particular location was not the best. Starting at the window they announced that they were "Out of bread" which was strange for a place literally named 'Panera Bread'. Luckily, I didn't want anything with bread; I got the Baja Bowl requesting the salsa on the side amongst a few other things... They repeated the order correctly and still got it wrong. I received a baby amount of food with the salsa included as if they had pre made the bowl. On top of that, there was a brick hard piece of bread sitting in the bag (after stating they were out). Do better.

$13 dollar whole salad is an absolute joke. It is the size of a side salad. Will never purchase a to go salad. Plus they are so careless. I bought two salads to go and they literally threw 2 pieces of bread inside the big brown bag, not even wrapped or in a container, just thrown in there. With all the high cost of eating out it is not worth it when they give a miserable portion and just throw the food on the bag. Will not be going back.
