Loved it the food was great so was the drinks but I was a little crowded but it was ok 👍

Good food, they have games for kids to play. The only thing I didnt like that much was the Alfredo sauce was kinda watery on my visit. But other than that everything was good.

Cicis Pizza in Waxahachie was… fine. Not terrible, but definitely not great. The pizza selection was a bit limited when I went, and some of the pizzas looked like they had been sitting out for a while. A few slices were good, but nothing really stood out. The salad bar was decent but could’ve been fresher. The staff was polite enough, though they didn’t seem very attentive to keeping things stocked or cleaned quickly. The place itself wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t especially inviting either — just kind of average. For the price, it’s an alright quick bite if you’re hungry and not picky. But if you’re looking for really good pizza or a fresher buffet experience, there are better options around.

Love the people and concept. Staff had a hard time keeping up with the mess people make. We appreciate all they do and come often. A quick bite or treat for kids, it's a good place to go.

Came on a very busy night to support my daughter’s school. We normally go to the one in Lancaster and love it. This was our first time here and as soon as we came in, my daughter (4yrs old) walked ahead of us a bit and a Mr. Renard bumped into her. We weren’t upset at that, but upset at the fact he looked up in frustration and shook his head in disappointment. Didn’t say anything to us or my daughter. Just walked off annoyed. It was extremely busy and I understand how over stimulating it can be working here some nights. Sadly, I can assure you this will be our last time here. The woman in the front was extremely nice and super sweet. Mr. Renard, I’m sure you are a really sweet person and we caught you on a bad night. Thank you to all the service workers because it’s not easy sometimes. Overall everything was fine.

It was insanely busy and they had to stop letting people in but the staff did the best that they could. The food was good and they made me a crust less since I am allergic to wheat.

It's better than the one in Lacaster... Well they both have their attributes and faults waxahachie has silverware of metal origin even though it's just forks they will bring pizza that's coming out of the oven to you if you request it when it's not available more to follow

Your salad is dirty and it left my mouth feeling itchy please clean the lettuce and add cheese to the salad toppings area. And your cheesy bread sticks tasted weird

This is the best cicis I've been to. Everything is amazing, the food is hot and fresh right out of the oven, the dough is always fresh and never frozen and the employees are so nice. My kids love coming here. If you don't see what you want on the buffet, you just ask, and they get it going for you.

We have been here multiple times and the food is great for the price, but every time we come in, there is always one lady who stares us down when I come in with my friends. She makes me feel very uncomfortable and like I shouldn’t be here I don’t know what her issue is but it needs to get fixed. Specifically the lady who takes the orders.

You should be ashamed of giving 5 dolllar wrist to kids at the elementary schools if the parents buy them food. That is horrible advertising scam. I know we will never go to Cicis again. We have 5 children . I I

Disgusting 🫣 🤮 kids felt nauseated soon after eating here. Went there after a field trip and it such a waste. Kids almost threw up on bus and they were starving after field trip to be disappointed and grossed out!!

This location is sometimes good but this time it just sucked. I am a door Dasher and I went there for a door dash to pick up today but they couldn't help me with it and had a bad attitude to help me. I couldn't do anything because they didn't want to help me so I left very bad customer service and poor attitude just ruined it for me. I probably won't come back anytime soon

My daughters and I went for dinner , The food was alright. It didn't seem fresh for the longest There were no noodles The pasta seemed like it had been sitting there for a good while .. I would recommend it to the lady manager in the evening shift just cause it's dinner and 7 ish you still to deliver fresh food.
