It was very nice. We went for dinner so yes there was a wait, I think we waited one hour, which was still worth it. Although it was busy, our waitress was very kind and attentive. Will go back when back in town.

I love this place.. the wait to get in is definitely really bad . U need to do a reservation to get a table faster. The waitress was very sweet and so friendly. The food came out in a decent time even with the vary large crowd. The music and environment was amazing as well.

They review your order before bagging it which is highly effective in confirming the order accuracy. The food is amazing - and we’ve tried just about everything. Very good, steak was spot on, beer was cold, and service was great. My only problem was my salad came out literally seconds before my steak and the manager actually offered to take it back until I had eaten my salad without me even mentioning it (very observant) but I declined. Sorry no pics again, I’ve got to do better before I get a bad review of my reviews 😂 have a great day and a better tomorrow

What a great establishment! Whatever you drive by this place it is absolutely packed in the parking lot. I figured it would be difficult to get a reservation. But, when you call the phone number you can put your name on the list and by the time you get there they have you see that really quick. Again, when you walk inside it is jam-packed, wall to wall. Everybody's pretty cool though. The host staff is nice and seems like they know what they're doing. Like I said, we got seated right away. It was our first time there. Although it was busy and we were seated in the bar, it was a great atmosphere. The entire place is pretty loud, but that's probably just because I'm getting old. But again, the entire atmosphere is very jovial. Our waitress was great, took our drinks and made sure we knew what was on the menu. We started with drinks and an appetizer that complimented their incredible warm bread with some kind of apple cinnamon butter. Wow! Three managers stopped by during our meal. That was pretty cool. I guess somebody at the host and let them know that it was our first time there. All of the managers were really nice. One of them even gave us an extra bag of peanuts with a coupon for a free appetizer the next time we are in, since it was our first time. They have a pretty good system going on over there. I was impressed.b I had a salad, which is great. The main courses were pretty incredible as well. I like my steaks shard, medium rare. She wasn't sure exactly how to do that, but asked me if I wanted it Pittsburgh style. I had no idea what that was so I said yes. It was a good choice. The steak was great. Besides we're good, not too large apportions but just enough. We ended up taking boxes to go, like I usually do. I try not to overindulge myself these days. All in all it was a great first experience. You need to check this place out. And a few have already been before, go again. Great job, staff!

Great food and great service. Our waitress, Cameron, was very attentive. Our drinks were quickly refilled and dirty and empty plates were taken away quickly. My food came out in a timely manner and Cameron made sure that the food was cooked to how we liked it.

I had their sirloin steak with baked potato and a salad. The steak was cooked to perfection, as was the potato. The salad was fairly typical for a chain steak house. Everything seemed fresh and our service was just right even with it being a very busy time of day. Keep up the good work Texas Roadhouse.

What can I say about Texas Roadhouse....... It has always been a good experience and receiving Good food on each of my visits (present & past). I dont normally leave negative reviews unless its needed, and in this case I feel I need to. Yesterday Nov 14th I came to this specific location which I find to be the better of the 2 that are closest. I ordered the 16 oz ribeye medium rare and double veggie. When the steak came out I couldn't believe how small it was and thin. Due to the thin cut it was actually done but not well done, and definitely more chewy. I did bring it up to both the manager and waitress. No I did not expect a comp and nor did I send it back. I explained i had just been to the same place a couple weeks ago and it was a night and day difference. Will I go back, absolutely, but definitely be on the look out because theyre either cutting them wrong or their distributor is cheating them becausefor $94 plus tip at $112 i expect more becausethis has happenedmore than this occasion. we have been waiting for an hour and twenty minutes for a table! We had a reservation! I suggested they push some tables together instead of seating smaller parties and was told they can not do that and there is only two tables they can sit big parties at. I might be more understanding if they offered us something to drink or some peanuts while we are waiting. No acknowledgement or communication with our party at all. We have not even been seated. Honestly normally love eating here as it’s my favorite place and my sons favorite place but today was a terrible experience I brought in my 5 year old for his bday dinner and his macaroni came out with a black hair in it, he actually noticed it before I did , they did take it and bring out another one but it was acted like it wasn’t a big deal 🫠 and then my steak which was supposed to be medium rare came out well done no pink or red AT ALL. By the time the fixed steak came out which is still was not medium rare maybe medium or medium well I just didn’t wanna complain again but by the time it came out I was finished with all of my sides my choices were either eat my sides while they were warm or if I would’ve waited they all would’ve been cold by the time my steak came out.. yes I’ll be back because this is my first bad experience but definitely not a great birthday dinner experience today.

We were looking for a quick, convenient meal and decided to try this spot since it was within walking distance of our hotel. Ordering online was simple, and the food was ready on time for pickup — so far, so good. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The catfish was a huge disappointment. The menu advertised three pieces, but what we received looked like one piece sliced into three small, flimsy fillets. Not only was it a poor value for the price, but the fish wasn’t even fried properly. It was soggy, undercooked, and unappetizing. I ordered the country fried steak, but it was so overcooked that it was inedible. The breading was hard and burnt, making it impossible to enjoy. I ended up giving it to our dogs, and thankfully, *they* were happy with it. To add to the frustration, he ordered a baked potato with extra chives and bacon — both of which we paid extra for — but neither were included. The macaroni and cheese was another letdown. It was cold, bland, and lacking any real cheesy flavor. What made it even more disappointing was the fact that we tipped in advance when placing the order, only to receive missing items and poorly prepared food. It’s rare that we feel the need to ask for a refund, but this experience left us with no choice. Thankfully, we were able to get a full refund for the entire order.
