Ok, although they burnt my waffle and our server left me without a fork, I'm still leaving this place 5 stars because the service all the way around was outstanding. This was our first Waffle House experience, and it really was a very good one. We hope to stop here again on our next trip out East!

This was my first time ever visiting a Waffle House, and I was impressed! Our server Christine was very kind and attentive, and when I came back for a second visit she suggested putting sugar in the grits (which was very good!) Very clean and great burgers!

Friendliest and cleanest Waffle House I've ever been in and I've been in mannnny. Celeste was so sweet and prompt. She kept apologizing for being so busy and not being quick but she served me faster than most restaurants. The food was delicious and came out quick. My coffee was never less than half full. A very nice guy got me a menu and my drinks to help her out and the whole team seemed very helpful with each other. How refreshing!

I’m a big fan of Waffle house. This was probably one of the cleanest waffle houses I’ve ever been to. Our server was fantastic, and the food got out to us in almost no time, even though they were completely packed. The bathrooms were well clean, which was a very pleasant surprise.

I've not been to a waffle house in 7 years. Been unlucky and never had one within driving distance; however, I had the pleasure of seeing this place pop up on an exit sign. Looked at the wife and said we got to go there. My little kids loved the waffles and wife and I had two awesome meals as well. Great place and awesome staff. Thanks for bringing me back to my childhood memories. You guys are awesome and the food was the best I had in Texas. Waffle House rocks.

These employees all need a raise!! Sincerely! This is the FASTEST Waffle House I’ve ever been to!!! Food orders were perfect! Attitudes were professional, polite and kind! I sat at the bar and watched these employees fill and empty the restaurant twice in one hour!!! Everyone coming and going we’re smiles. I lost count of how many times All employees washed their hands. Literally in between every visit to tables. From dropping off food and picking up plates. They never missed a beat!! The food was delicious and fresh. The atmosphere was very inviting, and the service was spot on. My bunless angus burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and pickles was juicy and tender and double hash browns with jalapenos was so good! My wife and I ate and got full for a hair over $25. Awesome deal!

I’ve been coming to this location every Sunday for almost a year now, I can confidently say I have never had a bad experience here, everyone at this location is full of joy and always so kind when I come in. Had an issue while doing my order online today and one of the girls here was quick to help me and make sure I wasn’t over charged! Thank you all so much!

Editing this review because idk how to post another and keep this one (and also I wrote my previous review before eating and immediately got food poisoning so it’s time to revise my review). Got a different meal (pork chops) by different cook (katie) and brought my coworker to meet the fantastic felicity who i sometimes chat with after my shifts. Chill place and wonderful ladies. I’ll raise my review to a 5 because the pork chops and strawberry waffle is good enough to eat cold with your hands when intoxicated (which i definitely haven’t done and don’t do)

The hashbrowns aren't what they used to be and neither are the prices but gotta love waffle house

My new favorite hangout. I come and buy a meal and stay for the jukebox. People are really friendly here from my experience. The staff is hardworking, prompt and courteous. Hawaii had served me the first time and she made my first experience like home she made sure my tea glass was full throughout my entire first time visit. Felicity covered my second and most recent visit and made my ENTIRE day! She's on point and prompt, as well as aware of what's going on around her covering multiple customers at once as well as backing up Katie on the grill. Katie!!! That woman can cook like no other. You can tell she makes her dishes with alot of love. I have a sneaking suspicion she's a bit of a perfectionist because my dinner plate looked amazing. Sad to say I was so hungry I f o root to snap a picture lol! Thank you to the 3rd shift employees! Nothing bad to say. This establishment is a clean and safe space from what I've experienced here and I would rate this place with 100 stars if I could. 5 stars 😌

This was my first visit to this location. Waffle House usually does pretty well in my book, but this location is above and beyond the standard Waffle House. The restaurant was very clean, the cooking area wasn't cluttered with items, and the food just seemed to taste better. My server, Waylon, was very attentive, but not annoyingly so. My coffee was never less than half a cup, plenty of cream was on the table, and he made certain that I had everything I needed. Noah, the cook, was very efficient, the food was exactly as I ordered it, and was delicious. I recommend Waffle House, but this location is a diamond! Well done guys.

A great place for inexpensive, old-school breakfast. I wish I had noticed our server's name yesterday, as she was amazing; she provided great and timely service with a super friendly personality, to boot. She was awesome. I like the scrambled egg, cheese and hash browns bowl, with bacon AND sausage, with a bowl of gravy on the side to pour over the top. I always take home a big container of leftovers for the next morning, too. It's healthier if you split it in two, right?! My only minor complaint is about how small the place is, both in the amount of seating available, and how the tables seemed to be geared for only those of very small stature. Long-legged folks like myself need to watch out! Oh, and also, they don't have Cholula sauce available. Our awesome server explained that's because everything they use is sourced from the USA, so that's pretty cool. I'll just take some Cholula with me next time.

It's waffle house you don't go there because it passed its health inspection. However this waffle house was clean the waitstaff worked very hard to make sure everyone was welcomed and served promptly. I will be eating here again and probably regularly

First of all let me say I eat at Waffle House often enough to know they are always busy. I enjoy the food or I wouldn’t eat here. The service is usually pretty good, but I think the management needs to rethink the dishwasher duties as I found out today customer service is not first priority when dishes are stacked up. I had to get up and walk to the register to get my own syrup and coffee refill. My waitress was too busy taking her turn washing dishes to wait on her tables. I always tip very well, 25% in most cases.. not today tho.

A fast and friendly meal experience for me, as I was in a hurry while traveling back to my work location in SW Texass. Service was very timely and attentive, and the food was great! I love eating at "The Grease Pit" as I affectionately call it!!!

I was there for breakfast around 8 or so. When I got my eggs & hash browns they were cool -- not warm at all. The restaurant itself had its air conditioning set on about 68 or cooler which didn't help. When I mentioned it to our server she kinda shrugged & said that's how the kitchen staff liked it so... Anyway, I won't give them another chance.

The food and my server were good but the bus boy, wow... disrespectful. When we came in, he was cleaning somewhere a waitress already did. I asked him to please clean the table we were waiting for, and he said, "I could clean it, but I probably wont". I told the manager, and he had him come apologize. I told him thank you, and he needs to be careful what he says since he never knows who is listening. He then said, " Well, at least the table got cleaned, and that's all that matters " I said excuse me and the manager stepped in and said he should have left it at I'm sorry. He didn't even clean the table the server and I did. Very disrespectful.

Waffle House has reduced quality products with a new price per plate reflecting foreign tariff policies. I'm no longer a fan of cheesy eggs at that price. $15 dollars for breakfast is just asking way too much.

Im gonna give credit cause our waiter did make our food .... but that was all he did besides bring the check. I had to take my drink to the counter to get a refill, as he ignored me the other server got the drink for me .... idk if my wife tipped him or not as I didnt say anything(had i been paying instead of her would have been a small tip if any) , but he had a poor attitude a little bit of a rude or smart you know what to my wife when she was ordering , over what something was called vs what she was pointing at (if you read the menu she was correct but I kept silent ) ..... not that hard to check on your customers instead of your phone when there is only 3 customers and 4 employees, props to the rest of staff.

At first the service was okay but after we got our food, my waffle was doughy inside so I sent it back. They finally brought me one that was done but just barely. The waitress didn't stop to check on us. We had to ask really loud for coffee, the cook came over and gave us coffee and cream. He got a tip, the waitress well I did leave a small tip for her. Not a very good experience unfortunately. From all the food that we can see in the pictures the waffle was the good one! And also the service provided by our waitress was not the best!

Been to a few waffle houses in my life, but this one was not so great. The floor was exceptionally dirty, I couldn't help but notice the giant sausage patty on the floor by me and the plate of bacon chilling by the bar. The tables weren't clean and had food still sitting on them and the staff wasn't even trying to clean up anything, just talking and chilling. Our server Ian was attentive and efficient. The food was ok. Bacon and toast were both cold by the time they made the 3 foot trip to our table.

I’m a landscaper with a truck and trailer. I park my rig in front of yes I take a few spaces up. I was asked to moved because “we get busy” there’s 2 people in this place. I felt disrespected by whoever was talking to me. The only reason they 2 stars is because Tina stepped in and took my order quick.

After starving for 4 days at a local motel I work at during ice storm..I went to eat at Waffle House in Weatherford TX and not only was my burger tiny ( same size as a McDonald's kiddie burger) hash browns were also extremely small but my waitress was NOT friendly (J.B.) who I had just saved a lot of money... wasn't friendly at all..so I asked for a discount and you could tell she didn't want to..still paid $11 bucks for the world's smallest meal. Went away disappointed and still hungry. BTW when the staff here was placed in our hotel for the ice storm, y'all ate at least 4 different times in our lobby and got ketchup and crumbs everywhere including the new rug I personally purchased. Not even kids at my job leave that kinda mess? I really expected a clean area from food service employees.

When we walked in, there were no other customers and 2 workers. It took 9 minutes before we were ever acknowledged. Ordered our food and it was pretty good (the only reason for 2 stars). The girl working tonight when my friends and i went in for some food i think her name is sarah. right off the bat she had an attitude approaching the table. she made a comment to my friend when he was paying, he tipped her the rest of the the change that he had on him, and she responded back with “ i don’t need your tip, you look like you need it more than me, i make $30 an hour working here.” That wasn’t necessarily. When approaching the table to take orders she asked if it was together or separate so we all took our turns saying who was with who, and then it went quiet for just a second and she didn’t like that so she threw her hands up and said “somebody, anybody gonna go”. Working in the food service myself she should know that is not how you go about that. i also didn’t get my waffle until she brought the check and had to remind her about it. food was good but wish the service was better :/

Waitress Sherrie seemed very irritated with me and not sure why. She looked at me with a look of annoyance and I got impression that I did something wrong to her but I’ve never met her. She has horrible service and she’s not nice to anyone but what looked like regulars from what I observed.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience this morning. We walked in around 8:15-8:20am we had a short wait to grab a seat for my son and I. When a seat opened up at the bar we took a seat before the spot was cleaned off, because there were more people walking in behind us. We sat and waited patiently for 5-10 mins to be greeted. One lady made eye contact with us a couple of times without saying anything. I had looked at the menu and knew what our order was going to be. After about 10 mins without being greeted I decided I had enough. I left without a hello or an apology for not being greeted. And yes I know how Waffle House works we love the one in Benbrook. This was our first time at this one in Weatherford. Needless to say we won't be back...which is too bad.

Food was cold , server took 10 minutes to bring us drinks .30 to get cold food had to be remade over 1hour to get it by then I did care , won't go back there !!

Worst visit in the 15 years we have been to this place. Seems to be all new people! Cooks were nowhere to be found, after 20 minutes we got the completely wrong order, everything smothered in cheese when specifically asked for no cheese! No silverware, no napkins, no straws after asking twice. The guy was so nice and apologetic but he kept forgetting everything. Girl with short blonde hair wearing red button up was eating the bacon straight from the grill. Definitely need new staff or the original ladies that ran it back then!

We walk in for breakfast and all eyes or on us . No one greats us not even the waitress , she dosen’t bother to even talk to us she just sit the menu utensils down and LEAVES . That is so unprofessional. The drinks are right near us but we still wait minutes before we get the drinks because she is busy just stating looking around. Would not recommend this place !

Hair inside biscuit. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Waffle was more like a pancake. This place has really gone down hill, would not recommend. Chick fil a could make better use of the space for parking.

Unfortunately, we didn't get to eat here. We weren't greeted. Our family of 4 waited while there were three dirty tables. A pair walked in a bit after us; they were greeted and welcomed to sit down... at one of the tables we were waiting for. Staff cleaned their table, and left the other two dirty. When we asked about it, they were quite rude about it. We elected to take our business and tip elsewhere. Right down the road, Chili's is open until midnight.

Showed up 9/11/25 said show up Friday. Well you lost a customer to IHOP. We won’t waste our time going to this location anymore!

A horrible experience our server sherrie or how ever you spell her name was either drunk or very high. She screwed our order up so bad and we heard her intionally tell the cook wrong. And she was rude and didn't want to server us didn't want to refill our drinks. When we would ask for something she just got mad about it. My wifes coffee cup was dirty. When we asked for something she hollarered out to wait because she was busy and all she was doing was standing there not helping anyone. She added extra charges to our tiket . And one of the meals we sent back because she told the cook wrong and I had touched the food she just served that food to another customer. Many health code violations from this lady. The health department will be getting called. And the video recorded showing her doing this will be turned over to them.

Pecan waffle was burned. My all the way hash browns were only crispy on 1 side and gravy and chili was only put on half. Our coffee cup went empty 6 times. Never did get refilled the last time.

I’m convinced this location has never seen a sunny side up egg in their life. I’ve ordered it every single time, and not once have they gotten it right. They either give me scrambled eggs or eggs cooked so hard the yolk could be used as a hockey puck. It’s not a one-time mistake — it’s every order, every visit. I’m literally paying extra for something they refuse to make correctly. At this point it feels like nobody in the kitchen even reads the ticket. If you actually want your food made the way you ordered it, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. This place has turned messing up eggs into a talent.

My husband and I walked into this establishment and did not have but one or two choices on where we could set to dine in. Every table, except one, was full of dirty dishes and stay that way the entire time we were there. The cook, Waylon and waitress Dawn was in a dispute of some sort. The cook had a small fire and was not sure how to handle it, so he blew on it to get it out. The grits had been sitting and were old and could not melt the cheese. After giving me the grits the cook made some fresh. An order Togo came through and the cook gave the job to the only waitress, Dawn, that clearly had plenty of cleaning to do, but never did any of it. During our dine in meal only one customer came in. I'm not sure if this is how this Waffle House is ran, but I have been to lots of them over 50 years and this was the first of its kind. I understand getting a rush and at first that's what I thought, but nothing changed the entire time.

I give this bc the cook on duty on Friday night / Saturday morning is an absolute joke. He refused to call back the order to the waitstaff . He was asked a few times. We had a large table and some complicated add ons. Which of course were messed up. We didn’t blame the waitress. It was the cook how he was refusing to cooperate. Also the waitress that is young and very small framed. He yelled at her on that line. Stepping on top of her feet like he was superior to her. I won’t be back. I feel like Corporate needs to be called and this very much needs to be addressed. You have several women and one male working and they all asked him repeatedly to repeat the orders back because I mean that’s clearly his job Because it seemed like a woman was telling him and it may have been the way she said it but she was frustrated because I guess she had messed up already on a few orders and it was 3 o’clock in the morning. She’s dealing with tables and drugs and it’s not fun and there shouldn’t be mistakes because if they did their job correctly and they went to the team there would not be any mistakes, but it was very unprofessional and I feel like she should call HR because he’s the threat to her at that job
