First time there because I had a gift card. A young lady at the front register assisted me on the best option to create my Cold Brew. It was delicious 👍🏾
Im in love with the iced teas and different flavors of iced coffee!! And lets not forget the Baskin Robbins side, which happens to be my sons favorite part of this store. Staff is super friendly, and I always get greeted with a smile by the general manager Nicole. This will always be my go to place for my favorite iced drinks and ice cream 👍
Well, excellent place to give in to your sweet temptations. It’s a typical Dunkin Donut, but what sets it apart is excellent customer service. Great smile and attitude of staff is very impressive, who make visiting this mondain place so heart warming. Go pay a visit, you will be very you did. One leaves with a great smile after visit g this place.
What a difference one visit is from another and one barista to another. Some baristas have better attitudes than others. This visit was pleasant and my cashier, (she was also my barista), had a good attitude and respectful. I do appreciate that very much. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She's awesome.
Great experience had the donut wanted. Ben was also very nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend him again. He made my night. #giveabrothaaraise

Thanks Eren for a great service. People are the main factor that distinguish a business ftom another. In this Dunkin', anyone can relax. The store has inside and outside seating. The store hosts a full Baskin Robbins as well.
Power Breakfast Sandwich is delicious & satisfying. West Covina location on Azusa Avenue is my favorite. Everyone is so kind!!! Great way to start the day!
Great iced coffee :) wanted to get pumpkin spice but all out :< but donuts were good also out on some.

My first visit here and it was so pleasant and warm! Met the store manager Jonathan (Jon). He was nice and helpful. Easy to talk to. Ordered a few things this visit; 2 sausage egg cheese wraps, hashbrowns, 2 piece donut holes, and a cold brew with foam. All made fresh and tasted delicious. The wrap was pretty much a breakfast taco with a flour tortilla containing the sausage patty, egg, and cheese but it was made fresh. I looked at the ingredients closely. Cheese was melty inside! I also must mention that the hashbrowns are oh man tasty!!! It has some sort of herb flavor in it. Only got 6 pieces but I wanted a dozen more!! I was a great breakfast. I would come back!! I don't understand why this store has such a low rating but then I read the recent reviews in the last month. Previous manager here did not do a good job. I'm glad Jon took over and is working on improving the store, products, and services. I felt bad after reading those reviews and went back inside to tell Jon that I had a fantastic experience here and to keep up the great work. There is one thing I'd like to see better is the cleanliness of the restroom. Other than that, the store is clean and well kept! For those who had an awful experience, please give them another shot and if you feel your experience is poor when you are at the store, let Jon know immediately so he can course correct. They need to know how they are doing in order to improve. I already mentioned the bad reviews I read and can see there is an honest effort to make things better. Give them another shot!
the drive thru here did go pretty slow even when i made it to the window. i ordered through the app for a quick experience but they seemed to be a bit busy. it was fine as i wasn't in a rush but i could see this being troublesome for other people. the donuts i ordered were delicious and tasted fresh. it's always good to go early in the morning.
I wasn't thrilled when Dunkin' moved into this plaza. I still feel it was a slap in the face to Rainbow Donuts (superior donut place, hands down.) That being said, I have frequently visited this location for coffee and T-Mobile Tuesday promotions. I've only had one bad encounter, and that was related to gift card balance. The coffee tastes great. I frequently use the Curbside to Go option, and was thrilled the previous time when an employee actually came out to inform me they didn't have the cold brew I ordered, and asked if I would be okay if they used iced coffee. It was thoughtful and above and beyond. The curbside service is always delivered with a smile, and I appreciate that.
Such a cute little hole-in-the wall donut shop. I wish this place had more locations so I had a more reliable source of gallbladder aches.
The Donughts were Good! The 31 Flavors Baskin Robins that was connected to it gave you some variety. I didn't go for the coffee but what was wonderful was the 2 for $5 breakfast croissants! That alongside with the modern look and exceptionally clean seating area made this place shine. What could haven taken this to Top Stars would have been friendlier and more attentive customer service. I stood around for almost a minute before anyone acknowledged me. This this place is worth a shot. GOD Bless!

I'm a regular here and their regular coffee taste random, I think it depends on who makes it. There are times that they make it right and sometimes they make it watered down. Their donut selections are great but their taste is pretty OK it's not something to brag about. Customer service wise they're pretty helpful with what you want.
First time trying Dunkin Donuts. I was in a very good mood going here. I was shocked and very happy when I walked in they were playing Christian music. I ordered a coconut caramel iced coffee, it was very good. I could taste the coconut and caramel. I also ordered a sausage, cheese muffin. Not very good. The bread was chewy but it was edible. I got the caramel chocolate donut. It was very good. The cashier wasn't very pleasant but who is that early but she wasn't mean either.
Like a spin of the roulette.we Come here to Drive through for the iced coffee ever week. Some weeks they were OK. On others, the caramel syrup in the coffee tasted like medicine. So like Forrest Gump says, (every time you go) you never know what you’re going to get. 3 stars because So far, i’ve gotten good coffee 80% of the time. Service tops at 3 stars for now. They have speed and accuracy but they need to be nicer to customers and portray that they are happy to serve rather than look like they carry so much burdens in life. I mean we all have those, but at least, don’t bring it to work while serving. It brings customers down.
Got there around 9:10pm last night and they were already cleaning up and putting away some ice cream. The selection of ice cream was only half because they were already stacked up on a push cart to be stored. I am unsure why they close up so early when they still have more than 40 minutes until closing. I would understand if they started to pack up around 9:30ish. Maybe because it was raining and they didn't think people would come in? As I sat there enjoying my ice cream, I over heard another customer on the phone telling the other person that all the"normal" favors were unavailable. The sounded very disappointed. I think management should inform their employees to postpone "clean up time" to a later time. Also, I wasn't given a spoon to eat my ice cream, I had to use my sample spoons.
Don't recommend this location. I came in at 9:40 this morning and the customer service was non existent. Half way through my order the order taker asked me for a moment, which was fine. What bothered me is that about a minute later another order taker came on and said "how can I help you?" I told her I was mid order and she said "yeah, I know." If she knew, how difficult is it to say "thank you for waiting, go ahead with the rest of your order." The second order taker sounded annoyed and had a condescending tone of voice. Also, I was disappointed that the egg white bowl was not available at this location. I looked at the menu online by location to decide what I was ordering prior to my arrival as I'm not a regular customer of DD. I would recommend to have your online menu synced with your in store menu. I opted for an egg and cheese croissant and hasbrowns. The sandwich lacked flavor and the hashbrowns tasted like old, unfiltered oil. I ordered a half dozen donuts and the quality was not up to par. There's always so much hype around DD, but as a first time customer I was not impressed.
I was starting to become a regular here but after today I am not going to be giving them my business. Recently I started hosting monthly meetings here for our local high school booster club and order Boxes of Joe for our meetings held at the school. The last time I ordered a Box of Joe there wasn't enough cups for all the people that attended. I was also given a handful of creamers. When I called to place my order today I requested an additional 10 cups and creamer for the the coffee. I was told that I would be charged extra for the cups and creamer. Really? You are really going to charge extra? Prior to this location opening up Dunkin Donuts was off my radar. But I thought I would give it a shot . I normally held our club meetings at Starbucks down the road and would order my travelers from them. The Starbucks travelers are 2 dollars cheaper than Dunkin. After talking to the manager Nicole who would not accommodate me I ended up canceling my order and placing it at Starbucks. Of course Starbucks was more than happy to accommodate me and throw in extra creamer and cups. Was it really worth losing a customer because you didn't want to give extra cups?
This specific Dunken donuts lacks in customer service. Every visit I have had employees are rude, unhappy and definitely not willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Dunken is a fun trip for me and my family. Some of my visits are for work trying to bless them with some joy- my orders tend to be a little large. This last visit on the 10/14 I had a medium order and of course a coworker had text me as I was already at the window. I asked the employee if she could add one drink which she proceeded to tell me she couldn’t- I asked to talk to a manger because I could see another lady yelling at the 2 employees for messing up my already ordered coffees. Thinking she was the manger I was hoping she would understand. A nice gentleman came out and stated I would have to drive back through the drive through. I was already in a time crunch- so I left very disappointed. Better yet when I drank my coffee it was the wrong one. I didn’t have time to turn around! Starbucks will always remake drinks/ add to orders and go the extra mile to make customers happy. Dunken (at least this locations) I am lucky if they throw 2 napkins in the bag. My advice- make employees happy, play some music and boost the mood. Let this be a fun/ easy experience for individuals and families when they go visit Dunken! The 🍩 and ☕️ are already yummy!
Dunkin Donuts has a great product but this location has terrible service. They are slow, they get your order wrong even if you repeat it to them twice and the coffee always taste bitter, old and cold. I went inside one time and stood there while all the workers ignored me so I left. That's the last time I go to this dunkin. I make it better at home using their company brands I buy from the store.
I usually love Dunkin’ Donuts coffee but today it tasted like water. I also ordered a frosted chocolate doughnut and I got a bavarian cream instead which I don’t like. I should’ve checked my bag before I left. . The girl at the window wasn’t very friendly. A bad experience overall. I should have gone to 85°.
I went in the afternoon around 2 pmand they hardly had doughnuts to choose from !! The service was horrible ! Nobody welcomed us as we came in and we just stood around waiting for someone to help us ! I had Never been to a Dunkin Doughnuts and I will not return at least at that location.! ! My Bestest friend had asked me just the other day where there is a dunkin doughnuts because she tells me on Mondays you get free coffee ?
Workers here need to want to work. Barely can talk much less make me feel like they are willing to help. My 8 yr old daughter was so excited to order and the employee was just not in the mood to be there.
I ordered Avocado Toast just one piece for $4 plus tax. too much! And the guy standing there I think he's the manager is not as professional as I am expecting. Sorry, but customer service needs improvement and pricings.
Employees do not know how to take orders or make drinks as requested. Got second part of my order first, second one was forgotten even after they said it would be xtra charge for Almond milk, finally put in the order again at drive tru window and they still got it wrong they put regular milk. I was over 15 min on drive tru. The lady at the window said they were short staffed I said, I dont think that's the problem seems like no one knows how to take orders.

Came in for iced coffee and French cruller and noticed bugs flying around and landing on the 🍩. I pointed it out to the employee but she just smiled and gave that "so what" look. While waiting for my order the other employees were pulling the same Donuts for the drive thru customers. Terrible. I'll probably get my drinks here and get my donuts at the Rainbow donut shop next door. I hope LA County Health reads this post.

Customer service was terrible. The employees all act like they don't want to be there (maybe not all, I'm sure there are a few good people in there). I ordered a drink and an avocado toast with bacon (Mind you, it's a whole dollar extra for bacon added to it) and I got this (photo added). My drink tasted very watered down. Overall bad experience.

TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE! Stick with Starbucks it's app user friendly and straightforward. I went to DD's to celebrate coffe day and to redeemed free coffee with purchase of course came out paying full price on top coffee tasted terrible! Thumbs down 👎 way down very disappointed!!!
Dunkins food is great but the employees could use some costumer service training after they were deliberately ignoring us. We tried to get their attention to add bacon to our toast for 13 mins while the window was open and not once did they ome to the window. Then when it came time to pay we asked if we can add bacon and the lady said "sorry we can't do that because of the long line behind you." when there was only one car behind us. She also didnt ask for a loyalty rewads membership. Also after that she was really rude to us.
I went to Dunkin Donuts west Covina CA tonight to grab a cold drink, there was a sign on the door that tells you to go to the drive-through because the dine-in area is closed. there were at least 10 cars in front of me in the drive-through. Before I get to the order station I heard one of the unprofessional employee saying that we closed for tonight due to a technical issue, when I tried to ask her how do you close and we have been waiting for 30 minutes in our cars to order, you should close the drive-through entrance instead of informing the customers that you closed for tonight, but unfortunately, it seems she is not professional and she just ignored me with no answer. Meanwhile, cars were still entering the drive-through and after I arrived at the pickup window, which took 10 more minutes to get there, she locked the window and refused to talk to anybody, I tried to call them, but they didn't answer the phone. this was a terrible 40 minutes sitting in a drive-through just because the employees don't want to do their job.
So earlier i went to Dunkin Donut drive thru window by azusa @South hills plaza around 3 to 4pm and the lady taking my order was so rude. Wanted to buy a dozen and so i started picking up the flavors and she interrupted me and told me "no you don't get to choose, will give you random flavors or whatever we have on stock" so i said "oh okay" then i ordered iced coffee and i asked her what flavors do they have and she said "look at the board" in a very rude manner. I know it's in the board but there were too many choices in there and i don't even know what they have at that point so i decided to cancel my order and drove away and to my surprise i saw Rainbow donuts just a few steps away from Dunkin ,went inside and saw a very nice gentleman ,So long story short lol.. i got my dozen donuts and my iced coffee at Rainbow donut. Dunkin's management should retrain the staff. Customer service is unacceptable.
My colleagues and I ordered multipule items through postmates. However, upon receiving our order, all coffees were made incorrectly, the hash browns were not only cold, but tasted as if they were soaked in dirty water before they were cooked. It is unacceptable for any company to serve food and beverages below the standards they are supposed to uphold. I do not recommend ordering from this particular Dunkin donuts. I do hope that other Dunkin donuts businesses have better standards and quality of products.
The worst donuts ever! I ordered a Apple Fritter that was AWFUL! It was not fully baked/fried and instead of diced apples in it; there was apple type jam on it. They need to go back to donut making 101. Also, make sure your product is completely done/cooked.
I went through the drive thru the other day. Not only was the doughnut stale (and way overpriced for a simple glazed doughnut, almost $2!), I wasn’t even given a napkin! For that price, I think you could spare one napkin. The wait was ridiculous too. There were 2 cars in front of me and it took over 10 minutes. Did not see any big orders being handed out the window either. Good thing it was a gift card I used. Would not be siending any of my own money there. Go to RAINBOW DONUTS. Way better quality and taste.
Just aweful. Went Sunday 8pm, they literally had a small handful of donuts. Ordered a jelly filled, it was old, small, flavorless, cracked and heart shaped. Inedible. Long wait in drive thru with only 2 cars. Never again.
I went here for the very first time. I got me a chocolate donut. It was so dry, I spit it out and I let the know and they said, well, I'm sorry, that's the way they come. So disgusting never will I go there again? I ended up picking up 3 drinks.Those were all good.There was no problem with the drinks.The donuts were the nasty ones
I paid $22 for xl hot chocolate thru door dash and you guys sent me coffee. You usually get the order right, but 20 plus dollars for a cup of hot chocolate and you get it wrong is unacceptable. 1 star.
This location did not get the free tote as advertised. They do have it advertised on the menu but does not say that the location is not participating. They also have drinks on the menus that are no longer available. Don’t waste your time with this location, coffee was no good either

I went this morning to get two munchkin buckets, one for me and one for my boyfriend,, and a coffee. I order and the person said "its one per person because they're popular." Even though the screen said 3 per customer. Fine. She never asked what munchkins I wanted. So I got stuck with ones I didn't want and didn't even get the Halloween ones. Just so disappointed with the service.
