This place is amazing! the stuff made the food so you can taste all if those delicious taco bell flavors that I've enjoyed (for over 20 years )in every single bite i love this place is always clean and if you traveling to California and on the area i highly recommend this location best taco bell i ever been!:)

I usually cone here with my family after a softball game 9pm and on and the always get my order correct and it tastes great. Everything we order is always done correctly and I have kids who don’t like specific things so it’s always one of those Orders with out lettuce and tomato’s and things with them on and they always get it right. This has to be me #1 Taco Bell and we live on the south side 60/Ontario This Taco Bell gets it done

One of the better locations to visit. This may be because many of my former students work here now and it seems like I am always greeted by one of them no matter what day or time of week. Regardless, great, fast service and the daughter loves their Mexican Pizza which I say is still a misnomer but whatever.

A group of friends and I ate here while passing through the town on a movie shoot. We decided to try out the kiosk and it was a great no pressure way to order food. They forgot the tomatoes on my crunch wrap but it came out good anyways. I definitely suggest Taco Bell for a vegan outing.

I went to the Taco Bell in Azusa, CA off Foothill Blvd also called Alostra. I was hoping the had the Decades of Food promotion there as it's been a minute since I had a Mexi-Melt. Unfortunately, that location was not a participating Taco Bell. Come to find out later that promotion is only at a limited number of locations. I decided to grab another old favorite from back in the day. The Mexican Pizza!! It was just as good as I remembered it. The price wasn't too bad at $5.99. That's basically the cost of a donut at some places. In my opinion, $4.99 would be a better price point. The location itself is sort of hidden. Doesn't look that busy when I drive by. This was the first time at this Taco Bell. The restaurant was clean inside and the staff very friendly. The beverage bar was clean and stocked as well as the area where they keep the napkins and packets of taco sauce.

This place is located in the South Hills Plaza in the same shopping center is Tokyo Central. Stopped in to get a quick bite to eat ordered the triple double Crunchwrap box the food was okay. It's Taco Bell I wouldn't exactly call this Mexican food but the staff was friendly the store was clean both inside and outside. They prepared the food quickly and was hot and fresh. If you're looking for an inexpensive quick bite to eat this might be your place.

Received the wrong order so had to go through the drive thru again because the doors were locked. I had to open the bag to see what was inside because it was too heavy for just 3 tacos. When I got to the window and gave them the wrong order, they just put it into a new bag and gave it to the customer. Not very hygienic to take an order back and give it to another person.

Made a mobile order to pick up in store and someone stole my food. It's not my first time making an in store pickup from here, but my first time getting my food stolen. Other taco bells I've ordered from put the food behind the counter, ask you for your name, then give you your order. This place just leaves the orders out on a shelf in front, where there's often no one manning the register. Out of the 3+ times I've ordered from there, no one is ever in front and someone can easily swipe mobile orders. It was only a matter of time for one of my orders to get stolen. I had to pay twice for my order and was told to take up the issue with the app/corporate. If you're going to make mobile orders from here, pick up from the drive thru. If not, your food is left unattended in the front and can easily be taken.

I always have Taco Bell when I was in the east coast. The burrito and tacos are done right, and I never had any issues. However, this is my first time going to a Taco Bell here in the west coast and I am disappointed! I ordered a Steak burrito and it does not even taste like a steak burrito but beans and cheese, and it was cold. I expect more from this place. What a waste of $9. I could have gone to a neighborhood Burrito place and got a better Burrito than this. Don’t mess up your reputation. Do a better job at least.

I always have Taco Bell when I was in the east coast. The burrito and tacos are done right, and I never had any issues. However, this is my first time going to a Taco Bell here in the west coast and I am disappointed! I ordered a Steak burrito and it does not even taste like a steak burrito but beans and cheese, and it was cold. I expect more from this place. What a waste of $9. I could have gone to a neighborhood Burrito place and got a better Burrito than this. Don’t mess up your reputation. Do a better job at least.

I asked for ketchup, which I always get, and lady said immediately they didn't have ketchup at Taco Bell. I said I always get it here and she "asked" someone in spanish and just shook her head without saying a word. Very rude

Ordered the spicy potato soft tacos and was the worst. Potato was like day old potatoes and the tortilla was very cold. Not even warm food. Food not cooked correctly can build bacteria. Taco bell should do surprise customer orders to see that there is an issue at the West Covina taco bell.
