I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share my experience. The service from Jordan the other day was exceptional! I had an issue with Uber, and he went above and beyond to assist me with genuine kindness. Thank you so much, Jordan, for all your help!

Ordered the family feast and stimulus meal. Employee forgot to include food item from meal. Drove back and Brian the manager made it right! Really appreciate Brian customer service, very hard to find good mangers like that these days ! Will definitely come back ! Thank you!

Absolutely my go-to place for food. In an amazing location with a huge car park, brilliant service, short wait time for food, best tri-tip in the state, couldn't be better!

Now I give it five stars because the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was great. The service was wonderful and of course, the one who I was eating dinner with, obviously made it better. about the only issue I had was the chicken in the pasta was dry. Other than that everything else was phenomenal.

The pizzas were great. The sandwiches regret. Especially the tri tip pizza. You do have to order at the counter, but they do. Bring it to you at your table. The drinks in water r on the far side of the restaurant. Which means if you wanted to refill, you would have to leave your party and then come back.

The most delicious baby back ribs I’ve had in a very long while!! I can’t speak for all Stonefire Grill restaurants, but the one located on Victory and Fallbrook in West Hills is consistently INCREDIBLE!! Very well managed with clearly a requirement for exceptional customer service, because every time I visit, I get nothing less than exemplary customer service! This particular visit I had their baby back ribs, which are so tender and juicy, the meat was falling off the bone. You can taste the smoky flavor in each bite. I also love their Caesar salad. Their dressing is amazing! I’ve also had their lemon garlic grilled chicken breast and garlic mashed potatoes, which is to die for!! Honestly, whatever you fancy on this menu, you will not be disappointed!! Excellent food every time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The portions were generous, and it’s clear they take pride in the quality of their ingredients. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the excellent customer service. A staff member named Jaden helped us out, and he was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional. Met my dearest Professor here for lunch. I've been craving the lemon garlic chicken, the mashed potato, their bread sticks, and an individual side of pesto pasta. My professor ordered almost exact same items but her side order was Mac and cheese instead of mashed potato. As usual, I've ordered too much food whenever I came to this place 🤣 Everything still tasted as delicious as I could remember! We were both satisfied with the food here! Service was good, plenty of free parking space.

I have been coming to this restaurant for 10 years, 3 times a week to eat the delicious salads. The employees and manager are very friendly, but there is one person who from the beginning was and is very appreciated by me, she is always attentive and careful to help me with my disabled daughter. Their food is addictive, especially their salads, I have gotten takeout their 5 times this month and am never disappointed...everything is always fresh and flavorful, my fave is their BBQ salad and i get the family size which feeds me for 3 days and stays fresh (with dressing on the side, of course). I ordered the tri tip dinner and pulles pork sandwich for my boyfriend and had to try them too and we both loved them as well. HUGE shoutout to the staff (mostly young people working the takeout) they are so courteous, helpful, and sweet!! The App is soooo easy to use as well and gives you so many specific options so you can truly customize your salad or other dishes. Stonefire Grill is a trusted family favorite. We always order the Family Size BBQ Chopped Salad with chicken or tri-tip (miss the half-and-half option!), lemon garlic chicken breast à la carte, 12 breadsticks, cauliflower with tahini, and the BBQ beans. The kids love the chicken strips, and my daughter sometimes goes for the kids’ ribs. The ranch, BBQ sauce, and chili lime dressing are essentials—we always ask for extra. We dine in about 40% of the time and pick up the rest. The takeout process is smooth, and the food holds up well at home. Stonefire is consistent, filling, and always a crowd-pleaser. We just wish they’d bring back some of the salad flexibility. Go-to for reliable, flavorful meals that feed the whole family.

So incredibly delicious, can’t say enough! We ordered their baby back ribs, Tri Tip, pesto pasta, and a super yummy carrot cake to share. They were all so amazing. The restaurant seemed clean for the most part & staff were very attentive. Both indoor & outdoor dining areas are open with necessary COVID protocols.

Great casual ambience. You order at the counter. They give you a number. You find your own table. They bring the food to you in a few minutes. If you ordered fountain drinks, they give you cups to fill drinks yourself from the nearby fountain drink dispensers. Had the tri-tip (medium rare), Caesars salad, potato salad and Alfredo pasta. Lots of food for two! Great value. Even had some leftovers to go. Also, ordered a to-go shareable slice of carrot cake and blueberry cake with the topping on the side. Service is friendly and efficient. Easy free parking lot around the building.

Nov 24 Great food, order at the counter type place, also a great Take Out spot. Here's why: 1. Can't beat the soda fountain with refills when you dine in. 2. Families will love this place! Lots of sprawling areas to join tables together, roam around, Etc. 3. The food is phenomenal. It's kind of like Cheap Italian meets California BBQ. They have pizza, pasta, roasted chicken, tri-tip, and more. 4. If you love carbs with a side of protein, The "stimulus package" deal is where it's at! $42.99 for half a tri-tip (more like 1 third realistically) OR a half chicken (better value), a 2 topping 12-inch pizza, 8 breadsticks and a green salad. Stimulus Package Portion size? Carbs, carbs everywhere. If you're two adults and two small children, you should be okay. If you are two adults and say two teenagers, you may need to get one stimulus package and supplement it with an additional whole chicken, or a whole tri-tip, or some other meat upgrade. If you're a couple of heavy set guys looking to cater a poker game, get one of these per every 2 people. If you're four skinny ladies looking for a game night take out meal, I think 1 Stimulus Package will have you covered. 5. The service here is top-notch! There's at least 25 staff people between the counters and the open floor. And they do check in on you quite regularly if you take part in the sit down side of things. Even at the takeout counter, there's at least 12 people managing orders, prepping your food, getting everything ready for you to just pick it up and go. 6. Tri Tip, get it medium rare. The carryover cooking by the time you get home if you do the takeout will bring it to a nice juicy perfection. Whether you get the garlic or the barbecue flavor, the tri tip always aims to please. Size? They say "half a Tri Tip," but I think shrinkflation has hit StoneFire too. The size/amount of Tri Tip you get with the stimulus package is more like 1/3 of a tri-tip. StoneFire used to give more meat. But I guess they're cutting costs like everyone else by giving less meat. My advice? Get the half chicken instead. Because that's truly a half a chicken including breast, thigh and drumstick. It's roasted well, juicy and tender. 7. The stimulus package comes with a 12-inch 2 topping pizza, and 8 breadsticks. If you want a 16-inch pizza you'll pay a little bit extra. But not by much. Need more toppings? Each additional topping is $2. My advice on the pizza is to get it well done. Less doughy that way, and a little more crispy underneath and on the crust. 8. Chopped Italian Salad... delicious. It's a $9 upgrade from the green salad if you get it with the Stimulus Package meal. There's about a tablespoon of each of salami, garbanzo beans, banana peppers, green bell peppers, white cheese, red onion, black olives. Parking is plentiful. This is part of the Victory and Fallbrook Shopping center. Tons of spaces whether it's during the day, or in the evening, weekday or weekend. You'll always find a space somewhere. Again, can't thank the service and the staff enough! At least four people checked in on me while I was waiting patiently about 20 minutes from my order. You'll love this place. Give it a try. Make sure to mention this review and my name. Cheers! Just One Note for Management, because it wasn't obvious to me if there was an option, but it would be nice if you had a "Meat Lovers" Take Out option / stimulus package or similar. Something with less carbs, and just more meat! Maybe you could do something like a full tri-tip, a full roasted chicken, and maybe a full rack of ribs for $60? That would really be a steal! ...and bring a LOT more customers. Just say'n.

The food is fine. The tri tip is pretty good and the pizza is better than expected. The salads are huge and pretty tasty. It's an easy place for pretty much any adult or kid, even the picky ones. It's a bit expensive for what it is, but what isn't these days. It's a regular in my rotation.

Foods good but service overall is lacking. If you know what you want, you get it. Don't confuse them by asking any questions. Needed to go boxes that were out of stock were they are usually kept for public. Had to ask twice. Hard to grab a staff member, To ask for anything. No Utincels. Food came out, was bairly warm. My Mom took me out for my birthday dinner. This ocassion Mom suggested we share a brownie, because the chocolate chip cookies had walnuts, Yuck!. It was very disappointing my Mom had to chase down a staff member twice, to bring us our brownie. No one really cared about our table. Their coleslaw is great, and the salads are good, but, no onion means no onion. It is really frustrating to get your meal home and find extra onion on an order where you asked for none. In order to dig it all out of the salad I'd have to get rid of a lot of the salad. And then for the person packaging it to mark it off as complete, when clearly there is a bunch of onion sitting in the corner and under the toppings it really makes you wonder what they are looking at when they package up the order. It certainly was not the receipt or the food.

To those who are planing to go eat at Sizzler Woodland Hills CA. Please be aware of this big container of ice with drinks inside. My son slip when we walk passby the cashier. We didn't know there's water spill so he slip and bump his head on the cashier table. I feel so bad. The manager took care of our dinner but it's not safe to have that big container where people walk and order thier food. They should put a mat or something if something spill from it. I wanted to scream at them but they apologize right away. I hope my son will not have bruise on his head and knees. I know it will show after the day. Urgh!

We ordered shareable ribs, mashed potatoes, and a salad. We were sat for around 10-15 minutes when a family sat down behind us, not even 5 minutes later they get their food. We didn’t complain cause we thought maybe they had ordered before us, but they didn’t. The food they had received was our food. The server explained to us and we completely understood and we waited patiently for our food to come out. We had received the family’s salad but we didn’t touch it, they told us to keep it. We wait another 20-25 minutes for our food, but we notice that they kept giving the family that received our food, more food for the ‘inconvenience’. By the time we actually received what we ordered, we were kind of irritated. The food was good as always but the service was not the best compared to other times we have been.

It's interesting. Once you buy you're food at the counter you don't see anyone again. No one asks if you need anything. I had never been there before so I asked for a box. As far as I know before It was the best, because Our Supervisors used to order for a group of employees Unfortunately on 05-21-25 around 1:00 pm I was around that area and Ordered to go.I didn't find as Iexpected it was grilled chicken burned all over,some parts not even grilled looks like not even on fire,Mash potato burned means he (she) put me from the bottom burned and mixed to look like ok.No chicken either Mash potato no taste nothing it is Disgusting. Looks like Intentional,but I paid for it. Now my Order #1410053. Please find out who did it that person didn't deserve to work in that Quality Restaurant to Spoil Restaurants quality Name. Thank you

So we decided for the third time this pandemic to give this place a try. It’s literally walking distance from my house and the food is fantastic. But the two stars is because they have a bunch of kids working there who absolutely don’t know what they’re doing. Like Groundhog Day we put in an order, get an order number, get a time to pick up our order, get there, and the order can’t be found. So we literally wait 45 minutes for them to cook our food. This is the third time it has happened. So I know the first two times weren’t a mistake and based on a lot of the reviews this happens to many people. Do not go there if you’re in a hurry and expect to get your food right away. You will have to wait the cooking time to get your food. Then what was really frustrating is people would come in order, they would leave before we did. The manager would offer to make us our pizza over again, but then the rest of the food would be cold. Don’t go there guys if you’re in a hurry that’s all I Gotta say.

Do not order the French Dip. The beef is overcooked and looks like leather. The only way I could eat 1/3 of it was to soak it in the juice.

Ordered family dinner online, it was suppose to be ready by 5:15pm. It wasn't, it was delayed by 20 min. The restaurant credited me $30 on a $280 bill. Yet Dinner was late for our guests.

UPDATE: The management reached out to me and made things right. I ordered their BBQ tri-tip steak and that by far was delicious! They also gave me a nice gift. So I personally would go back again for the tri-tip. Original post: I've gone to this place a few times and loved it in the past. Went this past weekend and it was packed. I was craving BBQ ribs. I aked the cashier if their ribs fall off the bone as good ribs should. He kinda squirmed and said probably not on a day like today as they were slammed and he mentioned food doesnt come out as it should. He mentioned he would write a note to make sure they were tender. Got our food and dug in. Immediately could tell the ribs were not super tender fall off the bone kind of ribs. I tasted it and was very disappointed. No flavor, their BBQ sauce was awful and the ribs had a funky unpleasant smell. Almost like they boiled the ribs before hitting the grill and then slapped some flavorless BBQ sauce. I tried to eat 2 and started feeling nauseous and stopped. Their cornbread dish was blah not awful but not great either, some of the corn was tough. Their corn side was literally a small piece of corn on the cob which was pretty sad. Breadsticks were ok. I spent like $48 bucks for a dinner and was super disappointed and just wanted to go home because it made me nauseous. I wanted to speak to a manager, but everyone working their looked like a kid. Don't know what happened to this place, but it really went down hill in food quality big time.

Ordered a trip tip sandwich, cilantro rice, and a chicken pesto pasta. Sandwich came in a reasonable amount of time. However the pasta took extremely long and I was sure they had forgotten it when a staff came by to ask how the food was and I had to tell them we were still waiting on an entrée. By the time the pasta came my sandwich was cold and had to be reheated. The rice was pretty bland only having a slight after taste of cilantro. The pasta was creamy at the very least but also seemed to lack any real flavor. And the chicken while only in taste was good had the consistency of mashed potatoes. The tri tip sandwich came with a side salad which was the best part of meal even though the ceaser dressing tasted like it was a little heavy on the anchovies. The sandwich had a odd taste as if it was old meat or heavily processed the the bbq being nothing to write home about. I understand it might have been better fresh considering I had to have mine be reheated but I doubt the difference would've been that much. I think next time I want a tri tip I'll just check the habit a mile south. In the end I don't think I'll be coming back and I'm regretting my tip.

I've been going here since the year it was built, but today was my last time. My lunch was terrible. The chips for my spinach dip were clearly not cooked today and were even wet WITH water! Yuck

I have been going to this Stonefire for years but this experience was horrible. I paid over $100 for a family meal. 2 chicken breasts which of course they upcharged me for because I wanted boneless, and the worst part was the Tri Tip was not tender at all. It was hard and chewy. Not the quality I am used to but as of late I have been disappointed but this was the worst by far. I ended up throwing 70% of it out. Can't seem to attach the picture of what I had to throw out but if anyone at Stonefire is listening, I would love to share it. No one in the family would touch it. The BBQ chicken salad was good as usual. Really disappointed and I am not sure if I will go back. Jeff

I guess the pandemic hit the food industry hard. This place just ain’t the same. I’ve visited this location and the one in Chatsworth. The food is just not as good. Their ribs tasted awful. Everything else just tasted bland (tri-tip and chicken). The only good thing they still have is their pizza.

Ordered food to go after work tonight. The potatoes looked liked they were scrapped from the bottom of the pan, the meat ( tri tip) was like the end of the piece, ends were dry, they breadsticks were like they had been sitting for hours. Very disappointed in the food. The servers were good. I’ve eaten in before and the food was fine. It’s like they just threw what was left over for the take out order. Will not be eating there again anytime soon, unfortunately.

Honestly the food here sucked. The mac n cheese had like two shreds of cheese and the macaroni had 0 color and tasted like straight up pasta with butter and nothing else. Ribs were also mid. Almost $80 for 2 ppl for mid food is ridiculous, service was fine I guess. I would go to literally any other place if I wanted meat next time.

They ran out of lemon garlic sauce and didn’t have our 6:00pm order ready until 6:45pm. I tried to call later… no one answered. This whole experience was disappointing and we missed the surprise dinner because of their 45 minute delay. I DO NOT recommend going here.

Wow, I wanted to like this place. The food was mediocre at best served on a metal box plate and not worth the $50 and I only drank water. The atmosphere was noisy and not very inviting. You need to order when you get there at the front. I'm not going back.

Terrible experience at Firestone Woodland Hills. The food was a complete disappointment — my steak was served cold, and the sides weren’t any better. The Caesar salad was especially awful, made with wilted lettuce and cheap, low-quality ingredients. To make things worse, the staff were far from friendly — every employee I encountered was rude and aggressive, making the whole experience uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the visit.
