Went here on my lunch break and what a great experience. The staff literally makes this place. They were so upbeat and positive. It's so nice to see a group of kids enjoying their time at work for a change. Businesses need to focus on hiring more employees of this nature. They messed up on my order and the employee chased me in the parking lot to let me know. They fixed it quickly, and still were very positive. It’s one thing to mess up on orders, but the way it’s handled after is the most important part, and they did an exceptional job. I will definitely be back here on my lunch breaks.

First time here and surprised how fast they got me in and out. Girl at the counter took the orders, answered the phone and filled the ice on the coke machine and did it effortlessly, although I think she should have had some help but thats just my opinion. I'll certainly return. .

Clean, great wings. Plan ahead on sporting events, good food moves slow on those days.

A standard Wingstop, new-er location. Food is always good, but sometimes a little salty. Air Conditioning blows nice and cold perfect for a hot summer afternoon. COPS on the TV in the background.

I never tried WingStop. Mention this in conversation to a co-worker and offered to buy me lunch at WingStop. Why? I was missing out on the best Buffalo Wings according to him. I took him up on his offer. Had BBQ, Lemon Pepper & Plain Buffalo Wings. In my opinion, the taste was average. Buffalo Wings at Wood Ranch are tastier in my opinion.

Wingstop is pretty good for some people but if you try some of the spicy or more risky items on the menu watch out for your bowels. I normally don't have stomach problems but I ate the atomic wings and had horrible digestive problems for a couple days. The wings still taste great so eat at your own risk!

I had high expectations, and while the service was fantastic, the wings themselves were not great. Better wings can be had elsewhere.

Allyson has messed up my order a lot. She interrupts me before I can even tell her everything I want. If someone else takes my order then this location is fire.

I would have given it a 5 star if they didn’t start turning off the TVs and music at 11pm. The chairs were already flipped over in every table. I felt rush to dine in. Why advertise that it’s open until midnight? I understand employees want to leave early, but come on. At least wait 15 minutes before midnight not 1 hour before. What a disappointment.

Boneless chicken was delicious and large pieces. For me, way too much sauce on the wings. A coating is good, swimming in sauce bad. Monday and Tuesday are discount days for .60 each wing but I didn't know until I saw the sign in the restaurant. That was lucky. I did not see it on the website and I scanned it thoroughly. Also confusing is how many boneless you can buy on Monday and Tuesday at a time. The FF are salted and sweetened it seemed. They are tasty. The workers are very nice. The order taker cleans up after you're done, as there is no trash. I feel better cleaning up after myself.

I went there around 7pm. The guy at the register was nice but the fat bish who gave me my order had a bad attitude. She rudely told me I had to buy ranch and get in line the way she said it was extremely rude. I was nice to her. The wings were okay I wish the sauce was free and it the chicken was more buttery.

Long wait times. Over 40 mins for fried wings? It just doesn't make since. Seems every location is the same. All you serve are wings, you know within 5 mins more wings will be ordered, put more in the fryer. Pretty logical.

I attempted to order my food on the app around 1015pm, the app was not allowing me to so I decided to just drive to the location. I got there at 1030pm went inside and was quicky told "were closed". The hours on the door state that it closes at 11:00pm.

Seems like a prerequisite to work here is to be rude and mean. Additionally asked for fries to be crispy and wings to be well done and neither were

First time at this place. Very polite young man at the register, but I ended up not ordering and left the place. The minimum order is 10 pieces and frankly I can not eat 10 wings at lunchtime. Conclusion: THEY SHOULD ATTEMPT TO FIGHT OBESITY AND NOT FORCE CUSTOMERS TO OVER EAT. BUT BEFORE DOING THAT I RECOMMEND THAT MANAGEMENT GET’S IT’S HEAD EXAMINED.

This is the second time I order my wigns extra cook and they never do it also employees there give u attitude if you ask them something this make me sad because we try to help this business to stay open but with service like this is hart to tell.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. They not only gave me the smallest wings possible but the staff was incredibly rude. I called about they way my food looked and tasted (dry and over cooked) and they were unwilling to give me any kind of refund or compensation. DO NOT buy from this location.

I don't know why I ended up coming here from the last time they made me wait 30 mins because the kid went on break and didn't give me the food. Manager ends up calling me sayin sorry. Second time I call and still wait the twenty mins for food ?? Everyone else comes in forms a line and waits on tables instead of eating. i come when they tell me it'll be ready but still wait 20+ mins.

The cashier pretended we did exist for 2 min. Everyone in the kitchen was cold and stand-offish. When the food was ready she made me fetch it despite me standing in the same place the whole time.

I really not a fan of Wingstop after this location overcooked or not enough seasoning. It's really overcooked and dry I recommend you don't go to this location if you are going to try Wingstop. But that's just my opinion.

Worst place to come i swear wait time is longer than what they say i was waiting in line to get my order taken and it was not full date that happen 6/04/19 lady was just not wanting to take oder instead to went to clean some tables instead to take a order from customer which is customer service and which is customer first i swear dont recommend no one coming here

I placed a order online and waited for 1 hour and when I picked up my food it was cold and there was no one eating inside or in the line my question is why 1 hour if I don’t see any costumers or a line I just threw it away it was to cold to eat

I ordered yesterday, but you can see two red circles these are two hairs on my foods.

They seriously need new and better staff they AWAYS get the order completely mixed up or missing wings or wrong flavor. One time they forgot to put the other half of the wings in the box but managed to put the parchment paper there empty. Lol One of the bottoms of the cups completely fell off so the drink spilled out from the bottom and the other had a hole in it lol How? Check your order if you get food from this location

Placed an order online and ran errands then went to pick up the food. They had me wait another 20 minutes on top of the 30 mins it took me to get there. 50 minutes later the lady offers me an extra dipping sauce for the wait. Told her it wasn’t needed. Be prepared to wait a long time. Even you show up and place on order be prepared to wait even longer

Terrible customer service. Tried ordering online at 10pm when it states the restaurant closes at 11. It wouldn't let me place the order online so I got there at 10:30 and I was rudely told they were closed. So I can't place an order online an hour before closing and I can't order 30 mins before closing? Not only that but the lady up front was extremely rude. either change your hours online or fix your terrible online ordering system so you can avoid issues like this. Will not be ordering here again terrible customer service.

I placed a delivery order and it never showed up. I have tried calling the store for 3 days now and I keep getting a message that their mailbox is not setup. I reached out to corporate and a manager was supposed to call me but still haven’t heard from them.

I couldn’t help but notice that the floors weren’t as clean as I’ve come to expect from such a reputable establishment. Moreover, the French fries, usually a staple of any good wing meal, left much to be desired. Many of them were overcooked to the point of being burnt, which detracted from their usual deliciousness. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe Wing Stop can do better and return to the high standards I know it can achieve.

I placed an order online and paid extra money for ranch got the regular ranch for my meal waited 1 hour and they didn’t even give me 1 ranch. The whole meal was trash without the ranch. I called and told them too that it’s the least they can do is provide the sauce it ruined the whole meal 0/10 . Very dissatisfying

I was surprised that it would take so long for a sandwich, two orders of tenders and 4 fries, but OK. I returned 30 minutes later and was told my order would be ready in 4 minutes, so I took a seat and waited…and waited…and waited a solid 20+ minutes and only got it when I asked two more times. The floor in the kitchen was littered with trash and food. It’s a kitchen, so food is going to fall on the floor, but this floor hadn’t been swept in hours. Ever peek in on the a Chick-fil-A floor? It’s spotless, no matter the time of day. Food and trash moved left and right as the staff shuffled their feet, wading through the debris oblivious to what was under foot .The tables and floor in the dining were in desperate need of attention. Every table was dirty as was the floor beneath. The ground just outside was filthy with refuse and at least one trash can literally overflowing with garbage. Finally about to leave with my order, the clerk behind the counter apologized for the long wait and asked if I’d like to have something extra. He should have just compensated us for the excruciating wait with a symbolic complimentary fries or coupons without asking. How lame. My experience is a perfect illustration of why chains like In-N-Out and Chik-fil-A thrive: employees are trained to make customers feel valued while delivering excellent service and product. Tonight, Wingstop failed at both of these and I’ll never go back.
