This is probably the nicest Dunkin I've ever been to. The whole vibe inside is really nice. The tables have wirelwss charging spots for your phone. Service is pretty quick. The only thing that's not ideal - the drivethru is pretty tight if you have a larger vehicle.
They are clean and courteous. I enjoy the breakfast selection. My only qualm is at the drive thru when I order iced coffee and get hot, when I'm sure I said iced.

New Building looks pretty. They have messed up every order..left out food or left out drinks to pretty much every order I have made...I will do an order over the app and my husband will run down or my son will stop with friends on their way home from school...something is always missing. I sometimes call & they sometimes apologize and say there was a big rush or they don't have enough workers....but everytime come on! I have stopped calling.
While it started out very well the youth of today can’t care less about service and speed. Talking and having fun with their coworkers is often the priority of the day.
Service is always slow...orders are always wrong or missing food...its my own fault bu now I should no better then to pull away before I check my bags...and it's like they never have anything...the other days before noon...they were all out of everything & plan bagels...they never have donuts and the ones they do are often stale...whoever is ordering the stuff needs to do better
Sorry, but the Dunkin near us, the egg in the sandwich tastes like bleach.
I love this location. I’m sorry for the inconvenience I’ve caused this staff, as I didn’t know it was required we wait at least 3-5 minutes after placing mobile order to show up. Usually, I get in my car and choose this location because it’s close to my house and it’s definitely under a 3 minute drive. Again sorry I love the staff please stop getting upset with me at the window I’m sorry I didn’t know! <3

If I were the owner / manager, I would not allow them to put up signs and get into the speaker and tell people in the drive through that they need 3-5 minutes before mobile order can be picked up. If you allow customers to pull up to the window, placing orders in real time, then it shouldn't matter when a mobile order is placed or picked up. Yesterday I went to place an order and the app told me to wait until I was closer and then I placed the order by the high school, and the girl still gave me attitude ( took it as far to say, that's only thirty seconds down the road). I'm not saying don't go to this location because there are some great workers here and I usually don't have any issues, but they've got to stop telling people we need 3-5 min for mobile orders as long as they're allowing people to pull up in real time and place orders.

If you like your coffee to taste like coffee, this is NOT the place to go. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a iced coffee with light ice and two creams, also indicating that I only wanted very little cream, and also, a ham and swiss stuffed croissant. My coffee came out so light and with about a centimeter of just cream in the bottom (it did have light ice though, so that was good). I took one sip and it tasted like milk, not coffee. So I went in to have it remade. The girl filled the entire cup with ice and said it was "one cream". Again, it is too light for my taste. Perhaps my interpretation of the cream system is askew. I don't know? When I tried the stuffed croissant, it was burnt on the top and so was the ham sticking out in the end. Probably won't be back to Dunkin' for a while.

I wasn’t going to write a review because I never do but this is the second time I asked for a a Plain bagel with “STRAWBERRY”cream cheese and I got plain cream cheese. I have to throw it out because I don’t like plain cream cheese. Two bagels wasted now. I’ll have to check my ordered next time I go.

Terrible, rude service everytime. Food is barely edible. Awful. Worst Dunkin location I have ever been to.
Nice people but obviously understaffed and over worked. Edit: I've been in the drive through lane for 14 minutes. Either staff better or tell big orders to pull into the lot.

The morning crew looks and acts like prison paroles. They don't ever get your order right, the food takes forever, and they treat customers like garbage.
This location discourages ordering ahead using the app by making you wait in line twice if you use the drive-thru. I will be ordering at the speaker from now on.
I'm so tired of them messing up my order. Two of the same doughnuts ordered, they gave me 1 right and 1 wrong. I give up.
Update - got a weird email from a personal email address…. Loose apology reinforcing the “3-5 minutes policy”…… doesn’t show in app, never heard this ever before. But this was enough. We’ll return once it’s robot run. Do better - 2/26 approx 8:30a Girl at drive thru gave notable attitude and speech when there was no one ahead in drive thru……. That we ordered just one minute prior on app…… that we’d have to wait but still pull around….. and NOT in an informative tone……. (Keep in mind as a SAHM that lives 25 min one way, sometimes I make a special trip here…. And sometimes this is my ONLY adult interaction for the day….) Via speaker… Said not only we had ordered for walk in, but we only ordered just 1 min prior……. 2 bagels, 2 coffee 10 of the same munchkins……. And with no one ahead I figured she must be super busy helping the business get ahead and couldn’t be bothered with us holding her from being productive…… had our coffee ready AS WE PULLED UP. Munchkins too….. immediately handed bagels, dropped on floor, looked at them, picked them up & handed to us………. So why the attitude? As a regular that as gone out of my way to come here as a treat……. Sometimes my only reason to come to town………. NOPE. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll happily drive past you guys to EastGreenbush where they appear to be thankful for their customer base. 0/10. Awful. Oh….. and girl w long pony tail isn’t the only one…… young guy w lots of chains had exact same attitude w exact same lack of traffic at the time…….. And what was so important that the girl needed that attitude today? Her phone. Had to continue texting before we even could roll up our window. Shameful. Disappointing and absolutely why the world is going to AI…… imagine a smiling robot not dropping your order on the floor, giving you attitude AND expressing thankfulness and appreciation of their customer base…….. that’s when I’ll be back.

They constantly mess up orders. They need to shut off online ordering if they can't keep up. It shouldn't take 20 to 30 minutes to get your complete order that is most likely wrong. And good luck getting it fixed. Some of the staff are rude and they're either too busy to help you or don't care about helping you. Unless you enjoy raising your blood pressure and ruining your morning, go somewhere else.

I went to the drive thru and ordered a large refresher. I received a medium but paid for a large. I get a large every morning so I know the difference. It happens at the drive thru all the time. Service at the drive thru is the worse.
They need to seriously have a better plan for weekend customers it should never take 30 in the drive thru.
My stepdad ordered and thought he said large but he didn’t, simple mistake. They gave us a small and he asked for a large at the window. The girl at the window was extremely rude and as she was walking away she said “you ordered a small” in an extremely rude tone. She just took the small drink and added ice to it in a large cup. We would’ve paid for a large but she didn’t give us a chance to offer. I’ve had interactions with her before and she was just as rude.
Manager is very rude. Would not recommend this store. If the managers behavior is that unprofessional and immature, just makes you wonder how the rest of the store is ran. Many other Dunkin’s to choose from.
