The staff was amazing, even after a grumpy old man stormed out and yelled at them (shortages are real and so what if they ran out of onions until the next delivery sack up man) they were still so polite! 10/10 would recommend!!

The inside of Subway is kinda worn down. Staff are very nice. And basic subs for a quick eat.

Where is the meat
Went to subway on saturday to buy lunch for the day, it was 7:45 a.m.... wasn’t expecting to pull in and see the shop wasn’t open yet. I saw someone preparing inside but all the lights were off. Online and on the door it says “7a.m..” kind of disappointed.
Only reason I go is for the meatball marinara. Other than that go to Dobys across the road. Fresher rolls, veggies and meat. Family owned not a chain like subway.
They didn't give me all that was in a pick up order. Had to go back and get the two items. A real pain in the butt.
Only had wheat bread or Flatbread. Was so hungry I had to try the Flatbread sandwich and didn't like it.
Subway changed the bread receipe- it's awful. Why change a good thing ?......heading to Mr. Subbs instead.
I asked her not to pile both half of the egg, bacon and cheese all on one side because the middle will be cold. And she did as I asked but then toasted it twice as long, drying out the flat bread and eggs and burning the cheese. Plus the cookies, which should have been fresh that morning were either left over from the day before or overcooked
They were out of chicken, bologna, and the local store was "not participating in the $4.99 sale their sale was last month" I asked the young lady making our fiid what was in a cold cut combo and her answer was "meat"!!! Yup, another year, another horrible subway experience, for 3 pieces of meat.
The food was good and up to Subway standards but the staff was rushed/abrupt, they rushed everyone in line through their orders, and didn't bother to give us napkins or bother to say thank you. As a small business owner myself and as a person who grew up in Stratford Ct. and has been patronizing Subway since its inception as Pete's Subs customer service is priority to me. I have never encountered employees in any Subway like the two girls working the lunch shift. They acted like they were doing the CUSTOMER a favor serving them, by barking out questions rather than letting the customer order what they wanted. Please and thank you go a long way and these two girls could use a lesson in good customer service

Sign in front says closes at 9pm. It is not even 6pm and doors are locked. Would not recommend.
This is probably the dirtiest sub shop in the state. The building has a mouse problem.
I was frequenting this location. That changed when the store decided to no longer participate in buy one get one free subway coupons. I know the store is struggling, but this draws people in. I went plenty of times without a buy one get one free coupon, but now I will go out of my way to go to a Subway who honors Subway coupons.
Brittany is Horrible , She is rude !! She had a dirty sweaty shirt on! Second time coming in subway for lunch and she is giving me a hard time. She only put 3 pieces of turkey on my wrap. Then proceed to tell me there is an extra charge for double meat. Seriously ! I called several different locations to ask about the amount of meat that should be on a wrap, Each one told me 8 pieces. I will never recommend anyone going into that subway.
Was hungry so we stopped in for a sub. I got chicken bacon ranch, misses got meatball sub. Toasted. They were hot subs till the girl stopped and answered the phone and took orders over the phone. 6min later we get subs. Isn't that why they have apps for. Thanks for cold sub.
Ordered online. 6” turkey on flatbread. Got home and got a tuna on flatbread. Had to throw it in the garbage as tuna is my own personal hell. Was closed already so I couldn’t bring it back.
This store is absolutely terrible. Went in to order two footlongs at 5:30 in the evening. They were already out of rolls!! Not the first time I've experienced this. I would rate them zero stars if I could! Purchase elsewhere!
Tried to place an order around 1245 on Thursday. It wasn't busy, infact no one else was in line. The worker behind the counter was in headphones and when I asked to order they just told me "I'm not listening to you" place needs new management and adjust their customer service.
Update: Just as bad as the old ownership. Titan Turkey with no cheese and almost no turkey but a sandwich full of lettuce. Another sandwich missing bacon. So the new ownership is just as bad. From 2 Years Ago: This store is terrible. The people that work there are nice, but they are always out of something. Always get told no meatballs for a meatball sub. But today was a kicker . . . . At 2:15pm told that they are closed because they ran out of bread?!? You bake your own bread, how are you out at 2:15pm in the afternoon? This location recently had a "Under New Management" sign on the door, I guess it may be time for someone to come in that actually knows how to run a business.
What's the point in putting what you want on your sandwich when they make it any way they want. And they even put an item that I have a severe food allergy to.
