I used the app to place order. The order was short 2 soft tacos. Also on that order was a bean and cheese burrito with extra cheese that had almost no beans on it. Why pay extra for less? Weighed in at 5.8 ounces. Ibwould need to order twice as much for a reasonable portion. Not cool. The cashier was very polite and seemed alert when I asked him, "Is that all if it?" and he replied yes. The second photo is the same burrito ordered from Taco Bell on Chapman and Valley View.

I was the only one in there and no one was at the drive thru and they took almost 1 hour to make my food also when I got home and looked at my burrito it was messed up and not even a burrito anymore if anything it looked like a bowl from chitpotle and the shot cream sauce was open and spilled everywhere

Total disaster. First they gave me a soda with just about zero syrup so I asked for a replacement. Then I got home and realized the tostada was missing from my order as well as half the ingredients on the nachos bell grande (see photo). Oh and there were literally maybe 2 tablespoons of beans and cheese in the burrito. So annoyed I didn’t eat anything. Never again.

I just went to taco bell ordered fresa/fresco chicken tacos.....it literally tasted like the chicken or sauce had gone bad. Taco bell please get back to me I want a refund. The cashier didn't even put my receipt in bag. Very dissapointed! Updated review :It's been two months and management has not gotten back too me super dissapointed. POOR MANAGEMENT

Homeless will stare at you, and beg you for food at this location. I showed up in a White Nissan, blacked tints, and still a homeless man came once he heard me ordering my food. It was ridiculous. Although the food here is amazing. And service is good. I just dont like when im forced to say yes or no to a homeless person begging.

Went here right before closing i was just off work myself I ordered a 2 blasts and I realized I didn't want second on so asked for refund and cashier said they don't give refunds on cash. Gerardo wouldn't give me my money back so I had to change one to sprite being overcharged. We will not be returning to this taco bell again nor my family

I ordered a build your own box. Got a crunch wrap supreme. I swapped for chicken which is an added charge and I even added extra chicken for another added charge. Got my box and the couch wrap was basically empty and it was thrown together. Why pay extra ? There is no point. Will not be returning

I hate this taco bell! Every time I come here! I give them the benefit of the doubt! Maybe they won't mess up my order this time!? No! Every time! "Can I get a 2pk Cinnabon delights" gets home (2 cinnamon twists.) Now I take my cinnamon twists (not what I ordered) along with my 5 dollar box back to taco and have to get entire new order because apart from the mix up, my food is now cold. Thanks...

I'm mostly basing this review off my ridiculous experience with the app. I was literally parking my car outside a taco bell near my home and made a mobile so to use one of my rewards for the app. I sit inside waiting for my order, employees say they haven't gotten it yet. After 10 minutes it's still not there yet. I check the app and the order was put at another taco bell 8 miles away... Employee says nothing they could do about it. Why doesn't the app update the location? So dumb. And they messed up my order too. They gave me a spicy version of something and nothing was labeled. I had to open up burritos to find out what they were...
