Food was really tasty and all the staff were super nice. We were greeted by a gentleman who proceeded to explain how to order and what recommendations he had. I feel like a lot of food establishments should implement something like this because it helps customers feel welcomes and less overwhelmed of trying something new.

#expression Okay, for me (#1st), I would like to directly share my experience with even being able to work at the international mall. Although the mall Is fill eith convenience, I literally must state that being able to have such great healthy options with #nutrient benefits is literally (100%) amazing 👏 I just honestly say! Every time when I go there, I experience wonderful southern #hospitality from the employees there. The first time I went there because I used to go to exactly Chipotle & Chipotle had messed up my order onr of the employees did. Even my spouse commitment to how my order was not treated respectful & they did re-'do my order, but, dearly inside of me, I couldn't go back like honestly. I had yo literally reflect inside myself. "Where else can I get my some decency of my nutrients from that's within reach?". Since I work down at fit2run within the international mall, too. So, that's when I came across the wonderful Poke & it literally aided my nutrient diet meal very well! So, for me "Isaya Isiah Chi-'Chi" I have experienced nothing but, great delight 😊 & very much wonderful hospality while I have now the convenience to go to this place not to far down from I serve/work at fit2run. Thank you all for being available to help me & serving great, wonderful dishes! Thank you all for your services, honestly.

I was impressed by the friendly, fast, competent staff! I had a number 4, Salmon poke bowl and I loved it! Onion crisp was an excellent topping with that. I’m coming back for sure to try other menu.

Finally found these in Tampa. I loved everything about these. I wish the one by USF already opened so whenever I’m by the area, I will get one. You can use their website to order ahead and just pick it up if you’re in a hurry. However, the staff is usually pretty quick. They have options you can choose from or you can even create your own. I love getting the ahí tuna whenever I can but all the options are really good. The only thing I try to avoid is spicy things as I’m not a big fan but if you’re into that, they have spicy options as well. The portion size is ideal for me, I like food that fills me and this definitely does. Food is fresh which is really important when eating seafood. I’m looking forward to going to the new location in the USF area.

Very good. The bowl we got was pleasant and the people helping us choose were very nice and patient while we figured out what we wanted. The rice is perfect and next time I'll just get an extra bowl.

i love this place, it's very clean, the food is good and so are their teas. i wasn't intending on eating here because i'm a very picky eater, jovany and Damian helped me get a bowl that fit my needs. and it was delicious! i'm glad i came, i will definitely come back.

Very delicious and fresh poké. I loved the variety of teas and ordering was very easy.

He was extremely polite, helpful and gave us incredible customer service. After my wife and I sat down to eat, he was just as engaging with every other customer. I was so impressed. Pros: Fresh fast poke bowls with tofu, fresh raw salmon and tuna or cooked chicken or shrimp options. Seaweed imitation crab, green onions, Mild and not overly sweet sauce. Team assembles bowls quickly. Many fruity drink options. Cons: loud pounding music is hardly relaxing or Hawaiian. Only 3 dirty small tables to sit at and few options nearby in mall close by to eat. Clean tables would have earned 5 stars but tables have obviously not been cleaned in weeks.

It’s good. But is not the best. They give you way too much rice for the amount of protein that they serve, the don’t have too much variety of sides to choose from neither. And the staff is not too friendly

Tuna and salmon is fresh but my gosh the rice they use is so hard. Very poor quality it must be the cheap ones. I think it would've tasted good if not for the rice.

Tuna and salmon is fresh but my gosh the rice they use is so hard. Very poor quality it must be the cheap ones. I think it would've tasted good if not for the rice.

The food was great… but the person who made our bowls - long hair half way down is face - was exceptionally rude. Throwing the mixing bowls on the ground, making an obnoxiously loud bang, to not even acknowledging our presence. Definitely should not be in a customer service role. It was so bad, the other female employee looked up and said sorry to numerous customers.

First off; the lack of sanitation is crazy, like they cut my poke burrito on the counter behind, which is not the designated place to cut food at all. And they used a random knife on the counter. The food it self was so gross, he smushed the rice so much it became gummy and then the amount of food in the burrito was absolutely ridiculous. He was only able to fit three things inside the burrito, that it was honestly not even worth my time ordering it. I regret stepping in there and giving that place a try. Do yourself a favor and don’t eat there, it’s not even worth the $15.95 I paid. I didn’t even eat it because of how unsanitary and how disgusting it was.

Two ladies on the counter need serious training. They don't know combo pricing and have no costumer service experience. The food was completely frozen. I couldn't eat it! A man came up to me and laughed me up when I said the food was frozen and I could taste the ice in my mouth. He said it was just cold, I reminded him that the customer is always right. Bad experience!!! Eventually they refunded me!!! My companion had a bubble tea and we had to get rid of it too because it was disgusting. This place is the worst.

A 1 star because I can't give 0 - This was based on refusal of service TWENTY MINUTES before closing time. I wish I could've been able to give this an honest review based on the food but unfortunately I was turned away after getting my toddler and husband settled in at the food court. I had Pokeworks when I used to work in NYC and loved the menu so I've been wanting to try this for years now- living across the bridge makes it hard so imagine my utter dissappointment when I got turned away ample time before closing. Mind you, there are no signs stating the closure and the server rudely turned me away because he wanted to close up shop. I can understand coming in at 7:55 but it was 7:41 and food was still out. To refuse an order on a slow weeknight is embarrassing. Please do better.
