It was a very busy day at Boulevard Diner. I was with a party of 5 and it took a while to get seated. Once seated, the waitress quickly took or drink orders and was back with them shortly. Soon after our breakfast orders were taken. The breakfast orders were brought in short order. All food was prepared well, delicious, and locally sourced as much as possible. The waitress was very attentive to our group despite the packed house.

Very good stop in for a burger and fries. Service was prompt and food was good. Burger was juicy and cooked as I asked. Fries golden and hot. The atmosphere was awesome old style feel of a diner. Price was perfect for what the served. Plenty of parking and a very large menu to choose from. Definitely recommend trying them if in Henrietta NY.

Good dinner/restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Their home fries and fat sausage links are unique. Breakfast came out wicked fast and my eggs were done to perfection! Over medium, no runny whites, no crispy edges, not all greasy. Coffee is good. I was there for breakfast once before and lunch. Both of those experiences were good too. I think my only issue is when you get seated it often seems a while before you acknowledged by the wait staff. No eye contact or " I will be right with you". Our waitress was Britney I believe. She was great when she got to us. It seems pricey but coffee is bundled with many items.

Right from the moment we arrived, we were happy to find a spacious parking lot with plenty of parking spots available. The restaurant itself was spotless, creating a pleasant and inviting environment. There are plenty of tables. It can get busy, but still plentiful of seatings. I stopped by recently for breakfast on a weekday. I ordered a "boulevard breakfast" special. It included two eggs cooked just the way we wanted, along with a choice of bacon, ham, or sausage, home fries, toast, coffee, and juice. I went for scrambled eggs, and they were cooked to perfection. Home fries are cooked on the grill, but you can ask for deep fried home fries which would be extra charge. I had mine deep fried, and it lacked seasoning, but it was good. The portion size of my breakfast was small. I’ve had decent portion elsewhere. I've also had the pleasure of trying their lunch menu, and I must say, it didn't disappoint. One standout item that I highly recommend is their breaded buffalo chicken sandwich. Don't miss their delicious lobster tails with vanilla filling from the bakery display—they are heavenly! Be sure to check out their bakery items before you walk out the door. I recommend this restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

In all the yrs I have been coming here, this is my first complaint. Took over half hr to get my food which was cold, steak was so rubbery I couldn't swallow it. Took forever to get my bill. Hope it was just an off day. Server never asked me if food was ok and never offered me a container in case I wanted to bring anything home with me

We've been here several times before and it has not been this bad. I felt bad because the waitress said she was really busy and she didn't seem like she was feeling well, but our order was wrong across the table and was never corrected. We were just told. I'm sorry we're really busy. And the bill was just dropped at the table in the very end. We weren't asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. My eggs were runny. I asked for over hard. I was never asked what kind of toast I wanted. My family's coffee was refilled one time. And by the end my mom found paper at the end of her cup of coffee. Looked like a Splenda packet. No one at our table had any sugar in their coffee so it must have been in the pot that was poured. We didn't even have Splenda on the table. This was disgusting but we really couldn't say anything because the waitress never came back. I don't think that we will be back here again. Our experience wasn't very good.

My wife and I order from this place every now and again, usually it’s alright but I did not expect this. I placed my order which included a hot dog and when I picked it up and brought it home realized what had been done. I paid full price for my food. I did not receive a call asking if it would be okay for them to substitute the hot dog for a sad, stale, folded piece of white bread. If they were out of buns that’s fine but it just seems kind of crazy that they would do this and say nothing. Disappointing

Wife and I go here every Sunday for breakfast. Never had issue till today. Asked for over easy eggs came out fully cooked hash browns were like warm and the big issue wife found hair in her hash browns. Waitress told manager and she didn’t wanna be bothered with it. Could have at least came too our table. Very disappointed with today’s visit and the manager

Although we were seated and served quickly our food was served cold. I wasn't impressed with the French toast and the boulevard special wasn't all that. The orange juice came to the table with sweet n low paper floating in the cup. When we addressed this to the staff she simply took the juice and brought another cup. After having a cold breakfast I now find myself with a sour stomach.

Ive been here with my partner a few times and the service has always been slow and the food a 6/10. With that said, we figured we'd give them a chance. While my partner was in line this couple walks in: Husband to wife- you know the drill just go up to the desk and ask to be seated. She blows past the giant line of people waiting and they are immediately seated by the hostess at the bar, even though we were the next 2 in line. The hostess says very rudely and I quote "well they wanted the bar and there will be a 15 minute wait" We chose to go elsewhere and she muttered a homophobic slur. I will not be coming here EVER AGAIN! If you want good prices, great food, friendly and fast service. Go to Sherri's East Side diner in Utica.

My partner and I have been to Boulevard multiple times, and each visit has involved slow service and mediocre food. Despite this, we decided to give it one last chance. When we arrived for breakfast, there were already three or four parties waiting ahead of us. After we got in line, another couple walked in. The woman went straight to the front of the line while the man spoke to us in a rude, confrontational way about whether we had checked in. When the hostess finally returned several minutes later, the woman seated herself in the restaurant. When we pointed out that we had been waiting longer, the hostess dismissively said, “They’re just going to the bar,” and continued to give us an attitude when we asked how long the wait would be. We will not be returning to Boulevard. From now on, we’ll gladly take our business to Shari’s Eastside Diner, where the food is consistently great and the service is respectful and welcoming.

Looking at the reviews on this restaurant, we thought we were going to get a descent meal. This place looks nicely decorated but dang, their food was awful. My husband ordered chicken cordon blue with mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potato was cold, but the gravy on top was warm. That chicken cordon blue is nothing but processed chicken so it’s like getting an expensive chicken nuggets with ham and cheese. Our son’s burger which was a kiddie meal for almost $10 was hard as a hockey puck and very light on fries. I got fried chicken and fries. The fried chicken was ok. But I was better off getting it from KFC. The salad that came with it was good and it came with chick peas. But the soup that my husband got which was tomato soup was super thick as a tomato paste consistency. That was a wasted $60 meal that we could have gone somewhere. We chose a diner over a chain restaurant expecting a better food and service. Definitely we won’t be back to this place.

Found a corner of a plastic bag in my potatoes. When brought to the attention of the waitress SHE PUT HER FINGERS ON MY PLATE and removed it. Disgusting. No discount was offered. Horrible experience and I will never go back.
