Opinions de Brandywine Restaurant Windham
Good place! Food & atmosphere were very good. Staffing level was a bit thin, but not a complaint. Would definitely go back.
Authentic family owned, and run Italian restaurant. Very accommodating to me as a vegan. Owner Joe is top of the line! Had an amazing time
Delicious Italian food at a reasonable price. Ingredients are fresh and prepared with an old world mentality. Brandywine is a hidden gem for ski enthusiasts and locals alike.
EXCELLENT MEAL. Service was very good as well. I ordered the steak, 10/10 and my family also had good experiences with the dishes they chose as well.
Always a pleasure to dine at this family owned restaurant here in Windham. Sole Florentine is my favorite main course, with escargot to begin. Try the mozzarella en carrozza as an appetizer too. Fettuccine carbonara is the best I've had. Warmly lit tables and surroundings with rustic wooden décor. Save room for dessert. Pair your meal with a lovely wine, by the glass or bottle. Cheers!
Fair priced, delicious Italian food , great service, and love the wood atmosphere. It is a warm, cozy restaurant. My favorite is chicken Parmigiano .
Wonderful, impressive restaurant with superb service and an uplifting atmosphere, on top of delectable cuisine. Overall wonderful experience, highly reccomend.
The lunch was great, super clean, staff friendly
Excellent Italian food with a warm friendly atmosphere and good service. Wednesday night is pasta night. Delicious pasta dinners, reasonably priced. Best to make a reservation.
My family has property in the area. Our trip is never quite right unless we have dinner at least once here. Wonderful staff, beautiful atmosphere, and the food has always been deliciously crafted. Brandywine has become a family must. Thank you so much.
Great food and even better conversation with the Bartender Kevin on Tuesdays. Second best Steak Au Poirve to my own. Also good Gluten Free options. Highly recommend
I've enjoyed Brandywine countless times over the last 15+ years, and every time it's exceptional. Arguably my single favorite restaurant in the Windham area due to the food, ambience and service. Highly recommend.
I like the food there and I like the bread with the herb butter and also I love the dessert and the espresso the lemon cake was moist delicious and the service was very very nice I would highly recommend it when you're on vacation in the mountains
Would absolutely recommend the Brandywine restaurant. Excellent food at a good price served by attentive staff in a homey atmosphere. There were so many appetizing choices on the menu that we decided to go back again tomorrow.
Fabulous Italian restaurant with quaint artistic ambiance followed by a great menu options and a very accommodating waitress, very reasonable prices. As a vegan, I left completely satisfied and well fed!
Excellent food and service. Many little extras, from the garlic butter with bread and breadsticks to delicious Gluten free pasta. The cold antipasto was delicious and the perfect start.
Had a wonderful time & dinner with my husband tonight and many many great dinners there with my folks growing up. Food has always been on point, service and staff phenomenal
One of the best restaurants in Windham. It has a country feel with a rustic all wood inside. If you're like me, you will find a great menu with a difficult choice to make as many entrees will tie for first. Food is excellent from pastas, chicken , veal and steaks. Great specials, warm attentive staff. Definitely worthwhile stop. I've eaten in all the Windham restaurants. This is a fav for italian food.
Incredible meal. Best authentic Italian meal I've had. Our server (originally from LI) was so friendly, professional. Wonderful experience.
We had a wonderful experience at Brandywine. All of the food was delicious and the service was great! The homemade salad dressings were my favorite. Be sure to stop here for a great tasting meal.
Happened on this restaurant, what a great find, nice Italian cuisine. Many great choices, we both had a pasta dish excellent combos it was pasta night. The staff was very friendly
Great Italian food, comfy atmosphere and Beverly at the bar. What more could I ask for.
Everything was so good. And it just smelled amazing walking in the door. First time there. Loved the decor. And the wait staff was excellent.
Great, fresh and delicious food. They hosted my husband's birthday over the weekend and it was perfect. The food was wonderful, the service was thoughtful and accommodating and we pretty much had the lounge to ourselves. Probably our favorite place in Windham
Brandywine is family owned and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You will enjoy many items on the menu and will look forward to going back to eat. It's a lovely atmosphere tables are comfortable. Very clean. Great wine list. Has a separate bar area to eat or sit. Great for romantic dinner or bring your family. Parking is easy. If you enjoy Italian food this tops.
I hate giving this place a good rating because I like it the way it is and don’t need huge waits BUT….. you can’t beat it. As far as Windham is concerned brady wine is the most consistent , reasonably priced and relaxing restaurant. Classic old school Italian. Tonight and every night we have the hot anti pasta, Cesar for 2 and an entree and that about $40, we get a carafe of wine for another 28 or so. Can’t go wrong!!!!
This place is amazing! High class food with a high class atmosphere. My wife and i tried it on the recommendation of a friend. We where so pleased we have made it our regular place! The owner is ama!ing and takes good care of her staff and the customers. Every part of your experience while dining is 5 star. If in the area I highly recommend!
Great selection of Italian cuisine. Cozy atmosphere although it was a little too dark in my opinion. Pasta was cooked just right and mixed with the most delicious red sauce. Everything was so flavorful. The service was exceptional!!
Thank you for an outstanding wedding anniversary dinner . Very warm staff and amazing food !
The Restaurant was overall fantastic! Food is outstanding, and staff are so friendly. Great for families and couples. Very cozy atmosphere. I 100% recommend that you should order/eat from here!
Have been going here for 30+ years. Always delicious. Mozzarella in caroza you can't find very often. Half orders of pasta means less leftovers. Not the place if you are in a hurry.
My wife and I came for dinner. Food was delicious and service was very good. Beautiful music was playing lightly and loved the candles. Very nice! Next time we come up, we will come back. Thank you
This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere was inviting, the food was delicious and the service very good. The Ceasars salad was one of the best I ever had and their manicotti was amazing. We came with a group of 12 and everyone loved it. Good pricing as well.
This was the best restaurant in Windham when I grew up there in the 80s and 90s. It's still the best restaurant there 30 years later. I've never tasted anything like Shrimp Brandywine at any other restaurant. So happy that Joe took over for his dad. Beyond just owning a great restaurant the family that owns it are wonderful people. Louie and Corrine (RIP both)were wonderful people who not only brought great food to an area that sorely needed it they also provided jobs to half the kids in my high school. On top of all that they have always given great deals for people who want to have a memorial service for a dead loved one. They basically gave us a free one when my cousin died and were beyond reasonable when I had my dad's memorial there. Please eat here.
Stopped in for dinner on a road trip. Had appetizers, entrees, and desserts split amongst our group. Everything was absolutely delicious and everyone in our group left dinner happy and full! Will definitely stop in again when I'm in the area!
Best place to eat on the mountain. Everything is a la carte and prepared fresh. Authentic cuisine, recipes passed down from a man who immigrated to NY from Italy to his son. If you are vegan or gluten free you can let the staff know and the head chef, Joe, will accomodate your needs. Food is delicous. Eggplant sliced the perfect thickness. The restaurant has a really cozy romantic atmosphere, and the bartender, Bev, knows how to make you laugh. On top of all of these wonderful attributes, this establishment also donates food to people in community in the form of prepared meals regularly. Make a point of coming here. Also, the restaurant is also named after the Hobbit and features little Hobbit/ Lord of the Rings Easter eggs in various locations.
Amazing service. The food and desserts are on point and they have the best price on Italian food in all Windham. The decoration is nice, plenty of tables and big parking lot. They play good music without being too loud. The bar has a big seating area too. If you are in the area this is the place to go to if you want some great Italian food.
My wife and I popped in here after a weekend of skiing and we were extremely impressed! The atmosphere was amazing with old school wood and beautiful plants. When a resturant has specialty herb butter and bread you know it’s only going to get better! We got the clams and soup of the day as an appetizer and both were amazing! For the entree we got the ravioli and the fish special! Again both meals were absolutely divine. The creme brûlée was a fantastic finisher. The service was perfect. The waitress, Dawyn, was very attentive and kind! We will be returning many more times. Thank you for such a great meal!
We literally just returned home from a Christmas dinner at Brandywine. It was WONDERFUL. They offered a buffet with numerous great items, including eggplant rollatini, prime rib, chicken, fish, meatballs, roasted potatoes & more. Everything was fresh, and it is clear that Joe takes great pride in the food he prepares. I have been going to Brandywine since they opened (I was much younger then lol) and it is truly one of the most consistently good restaurants on either side of the mountain. When a place has been around this long, you have to realize they know what they are doing. Merry Christmas 🎄
Lovely place for a family dinner or a date night. Our waitress was Dana and she was an absolute pleasure. Food was wonderful and the espresso crème brûlée was the best thing in the world. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.
Brandywine was recommended by friends of our. We went to celebrate our anniversary. The food was excellent and the staff was super friendly. We had early reservations and beat any crowd. There was nothing to complain about. We will definitely be returning again!
Very cozy ambiance and good food. Make a reservation, because they seem to get very busy around 5.30pm-6pm. My husband had the rib eye and he said it was really good. There is also a very good selection of wines at decent prices. Great choice if you are in the area! ✨
I used their catering services for my mother’s 90th birthday party in Prattsville NY. The food was amazing and all guests raved about it…Chicken Franchise, London Broil, Penne Vodka, Pasta Primavera, Broccoli and Salad. All delicious. Sara was great to work with. Thank you Brandywine! I recommend them highly.
Food was excellent. Host and staff make you feel like family. We had dinner with the Wounded Warrior Project and the Adaptive Sports Clinic. The owner is a volunteer with the two programs. He puts his heart into what he does and I am grateful for the time and experience that I shared with him.
Food is delicious and reasonable priced. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because the drinks are overpriced. It doesn't take much to run up tke bill.
Very nice restaurant. Didn't have a reservation for a Wednesday, but they were able to accommodate. Took a long time for food to arrive.
The food here is amazing. Highly recommend. Service was slow because they were obviously short staffed. Still highly recommend
Staff were awesome. I had the Brandywine shrimp a little on the sweet side but I enjoyed it.
We really enjoyed this place. I grew up in the area during the summers and we never went there. I would consider it casual middle-scale eating. On our future trips to the area it will definitely be a
Delicious food, good service, and you've gotta love the Tolkien-inspired theme and decor. This place is a treat, definitely worth experiencing. Go and enjoy!
What's up with my pasta being a la carte with my $21 veal dish? I seriously doubt that including a 35 cent portion of pasta is going to break the bank. It used to be included, now it's an extra $4. Food was delicious, though.
The old bag of a bartender needs to get another job she enjoys. Horrible service at the bar whilst waiting for our table. However, I believe Meadow was our server's name. She was on point, polite, and delivered excellent service. Is it too much to ask for frosted beer glasses? Food was good. The stuffed shrimp will have me returning! Thank you!
Great food, but service is very laid back. Over an hour into our visit and entrees weren't out; I asked and was told they were imminent (they showed up ten minutes later). Later, dinner was long done and still no one to offer dessert menu or check. Family went to car while I waited and ultimately had to hang out by the to hostess stand to pay, which still took another ten minutes. I guess this is the standard of service here, since no apologies or recognition of what seemed like extensive delays to me. The apps and entrees were definitely delicious though; high quality ingredients and flavors. Just be prepared to spend some time!
First time dining here. Our food was exceptional, but unfortunately our waitress was rude, or I would have given 5 stars. Waited atleast 10 mins for our second round of drinks, and when we mentioned that to our waitress, we were told "I'm the only waitress on, I told you that." And she actually repeated that 3 times! I can't say I've ever had a waitress be rude like that before. If she had simply apologized it would have been fine. But don't act like your table of 5 is putting you out..
We went with a party of 11 for New Years Eve dinner. We went up to the hostess stand when we arrived which was about 20 minutes early to let them know our party is here and was rudely snapped at with rolling eyes from the hostess/owner that we were early and would have to wait in the bar. We had no problem waiting. The bartenders were awesome and there was a good crowd while we waited. We then were seated in the large back room. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. While we were served our salads there was loud noise of plates clanking which caused most of our party to look in the direction of the noise when we saw the owner yell and make a young busgirl (15-16 years old) cry. I guess she didn’t think she was clearing off the tables fast enough or properly. It made all of us uncomfortable. I found the same busgirl to be very attentive to our table and hope the owner was just having a bad day and they don’t have to deal with that daily but if I recall the last time I was there she was also rude at the hostess stand when we checked in. We are customers of yours and bringing you business. This is not how you treat people. She also spoke to the bartender in a horrible tone in front of everyone while we waited. If you take the owner out of the equation it was a very nice dinner and evening.
It was ok. I ordered stuffed shrimp with penne. Living in the north east I am spoiled by our fresh seafood, the shrimp was ok, the penne was a little over cooked and the sauce didn't have much flavor. My mom ordered calamari and she didn't like it at all. I'm sure they have lots of great dishes, just don't order seafood! Nice comfy atmosphere with low lighting. Some people were having a hard time seeing the menu.
My meal off the specials was truly special. My wives was not I was good but not very good and she thinks that there was garlic in it even though she requested garlic free. Staff were very nice but the restaurant itself was a bit old, needs more lighting.
We stayed at Windham, NY for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and I made reservations for Saturday 6 pm at Brandywine. The atmosphere was pleasant enough though there was a sweet sixteen party going on and our main waitress was running around like crazy. My review is based on comparison of numerous great restaurants as I love and appreciate really good food and great service. As someone from LI and working in NYC I've had my share. There was no cocktail menu, for me that is a minus as I love signature cocktails... there was a full bar so I had a martini which was good and generously portioned. I decided to try the escargot in mushroom caps for the appetizer and that was a big mistake. In my third bite there was a rock in the snail which was not washed out properly and I hurt my teeth. When I showed the rock to the waitress and returned the rest of the snails she just looked at it and said "ok"... forgive me if I'm wrong but in any restaurant in NYC I would have gotten an apology and the item would have been removed from the bill. For that I give 3 stars. The sauce on the eggplant rollatinis was very mediocre... not much of that real Italian flavor. The filet mignon medallions which I requested medium rare were, however, divine and perfectly cooked... they melted in my mouth and the mushroom, shallot, olive gravy over it was delicious as well. Desert was decent but nothing special. Bottom line, it was ok, but I would not return.
We are not novice to this restaurant, having dined their many times over the past several years. However, consistently, it appears that everybody is always in a hurry – I feel like I am sitting in the middle of the New York City, marathon with workers, zooming by at lightspeed. Today, service was exceptionally poor, and in fact, an error was made on my bill, which was not taken very lightly by the staff once confronted. Furthermore, service staff became somewhat defensive when being educated on appropriate table etiquette. . Fine dining in this area would be very difficult to come by but don’t expect it at this restaurant.
Pretty good food, but service was lacking. Wad told that they just had a kitchen worker leave the day before. Service was slow because of this and it would have been nice if the comped our drinks, but they weren't obligated to do so, and the didn't. Food on the other hand was good.
Wait staff was super friendly. But the food took FOREVER. Granted we had 17 in our party and the place was packed, but it still shouldn’t take 1.5 hours for appetizers to start coming out. Generously sized cocktails, though, to ease the pain of waiting.
Went this past Wed and was very busy due to pasta night. The hostess was miserable and did not even greet us. We heard her yelling at a customer after we were seated. Took forever to get our water glasses refilled. On the other hand, our waitress Meadow was outstanding and our whole party enjoy the food!
The proteins were good but everyone's pasta was weird and disgusting. It had a strange texture. The hostess lost her temper with an elderly couple that wanted a new table because their's was cold
Hi! Let your customers know your drinks aren't refillable. I feel ripped off for $17.50 for an iced tea and sprite. Waitess never said a word until the end when I saw the bill and asked and she just said "oh sorry"
Great, cozy atmosphere. I can tell the staff wants to take good care of their guests and they're very attentive. The calamari was delicious but must say, the presentation of the food could be a little better. Not expecting a five star restaurant here but kind of felt like our food was just slapped on a plate with little regards to how appealing it may/may not look. Good place otherwise!
How does this place has 4.4 stars?? The service was terrible...actually our waitress was terrible...older blond lady. The other wait staff and hostess were nice. Waitress barely came by to check on us, and the food took forever to come out. We even had to request our salads. The filet mignon was small, really small...not worth $35. We would not come back, nor recommend.
This Windham Italian restaurant has been around for a long time! I've eaten here several times over the last few years since we own a 2nd home, here in the Catskill Mountains. I was never overly impressed with the restaurant which seems "tired". The carpets are old, the booths are not very comfortable and the restaurant can get very loud on weekend evenings, even though we usually come for a 5:30pm seating. On Friday, the day before Valentine's, we came here for an early dinner, only to learn that their online menu prices are not the same ones as in the restaurant. I ordered the fish filet off their menu, which was swimming in butter and had little/no taste. I ate less than half of the dish which came with pasta, as the waitress refused to substitute it for my request of mashed potatoes, saying it was reserved for the pork loin special. My husband ordered the pork loin special which was ok, but when we received the bill, we were shocked at the $45 price of his dish - which seemed excessively high, considering it was just a regular meal and the other meats on the menu were closer to $25-30. They recently raised the prices on their cocktails - not indicated on the menu and we were also surprised at that, since most restaurants in this area charge much less for cocktails. This isn't NYC.. . The service is very good and attentive, but I would not return. Very expensive for only average food.
The bartender Beverly was terrific. The food was absolutely terrible. I had the escargot and clams casino for appetizers. Both were disgusting. I ate this begrudgingly and then had the veal sorentino. I sent it back. Undercooked and also disgusting. The place is also a dump with an old living room couch in the lounge area. Go anywhere in Windham and you’ll have a better meal.
I went to this restaurant based on it great rating. I was speechless. The food was not good. It was bland. Pasta was watery. The service was good but that will not change the taste in your mouth. Not sure if I would call this Italian food. So much wrong for a 4.4 rated restaurant. Try at your risk or if you have no other options.
Upon entering, the matredy who apparently is the daughter of the owner was incredibly unfriendly. Not just to us but others also . She needs an attitude adjustment otherwise get another job. If u have had good Italian food ever, this place is a 2 U be your best judge. The
We went to dinner with a group of 6 people on a bachelorette trip. The food was slow, very mediocre, and overpriced. The chair that the bride (wearing white) sat in had chocolate cake on it. When we pointed out that the chair was unclean and soiled the bride’s dress, the waitress laughed and didn’t apologize or try to rectify the situation; she said “at least the dress is a rental!” (was from Nuuly). The service was unbelievably unprofessional.
The ambiance is absolutely lovely and the staff is very sweet but the food is HORRIBLE! I wish I had better things to say about the food but if was truly sad how yucky it was. They use the same red sauce for everything. The only thing that was good was the complimentary bread and butter. We got raviolis that were not fresh even though the menu specified that they were. The pasta was hard and not good correctly. If was also way to thick. My partner got a fish that was fishy and smelled awful. The salad was tasteless and the vinaigrette tasted like water. There were a lot of families at the restaurant so it is family friendly and cozy to go but the food was again super bad.
We have been celebrating our wedding anniversaries every year at Brandywine. My wife and I made it a tradition. As a family we have celebrated birthdays, graduation and other family affairs at Brandywine. It was our “ go-to” restaurant. Over the years we have never been disappointed in either the quality of the food or the service. Today my wife and I decided to maintain the tradition of celebrating our 57th wedding anniversary at Brandywine. This time we were terribly disappointed in the quality of the food. The waitress service was consistently excellent. Dawn was our server and she continues to provide excellent service. The disappointment came in the quality of the food. Since a salad was a part of our meal, my wife and myself ordered a vinegarette dressing. It was totally tasteless. We each agreed that we both felt it had no taste. As an entree, my wife ordered her favorite dish: Chicken Grismonde. She was totally looking forward to this most delicious entree we have ordered in the past. This meal was such disappointment and truly bland and tasteless. Something has happened in either the management or culinary staff that such a drastic change has occurred in the food quality. I ordered the Brandywine broiled seafood medley. This item was a disappointment in that it was also bland and tasteless . We mentioned our disappointment in the salad dressing to our waitress but we never discussed our disappointment in our entree. Based on this most recent dining experience, we will probably not be celebrating our family celebrations at Brandywine. Another family tradition has been canceled. I hope the Brandywine proprietors take this positive advice to look at the poor quality of the kitchen staff’s culinary ability. These comments are not intended to denigrate the Brandywine staff and its owners. They are meant to strictly advise them of our disappointment in the food quality. We hope they shake this advice and bring back the former food quality that some may have enjoyed in the past. Unfortunately we won’t be back to witness any improvements, if any.
I recently revisited Brandywine, a place I used to frequent throughout my childhood. I was excited to return, but the visit fell short in several ways. There were four of us plus a baby, and we were seated at a table far too small for our group. It was so cramped that the waitress had difficulty finding space for our two appetizers. On top of that, we were placed directly under a ceiling speaker that crackled and buzzed constantly—definitely not conducive to a comfortable dining experience. One small silver lining was that we were served quickly. I remembered long waits as a kid, so I was glad to skip that part. Unfortunately, the service itself was lackluster. Our server seemed uninterested in engaging with us at all. It’s hard not to wonder if our visibly queer and trans identities influenced the cold reception, but whatever the reason, there were little to no pleasantries and minimal effort beyond the absolute basics. The soda had an odd taste, and they were out of the creamy Italian dressing I used to love, which was really disappointing. The salads, when they arrived, were very small and served on cheap plastic plates, which didn’t help the overall impression. The portion sizes for the entrées were generous, but the quality left a lot to be desired. I ordered the carbonara, which was watery, bland, and unappetizing. The bacon was oddly pink and undercooked, adding to my discomfort. Overall, the experience was disappointing. The food didn’t live up to my memories, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the service felt cold at best. Sadly, this visit made it clear that Brandywine isn’t what it used to be—and I likely won’t be returning.
I have been going to Brandywine for many years. I am disappointed with how much the quality has decreased. I ordered a hot antipasto. It came with 2 of many items. I could not tell the difference of any of the items. They did not explain what they were, and all were covered with sauce, and many were overcooked. The service was very slow. Overall, it is not worth going back.
Came here after a day of skiing and ordered at around 5:30, restaurant was virtually empty. Was served my food over an hour later at 6:45. My food was lukewarm and the seafood was subpar. It was an okay experience, probably below average. Would not really recommend. Judging from some of the reviews I have read, it seems that more recently the restaurant has been on a decline.
The lady taking my and my friends’ orders was extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone. She complained about us ordering a lot. I apologize that we made you do your job. Upon pickup, they didn’t even give us the correct food.
The atmosphere is very nice but the food was terrible! We left with only a couple bites out of each of our meals. Very disappointed.
Went to restaurant on October 19,2019. Beware! Do not dine here. Worst service ever. Waited 1 hour for salad. No drinks for 45 minutes!! Food 2 hours after salad. Had to pour my own water!! Cleaned off dirty dishes myself. Waitstaff with no apologies! DO NOT EAT there!
It has been years since I've been here and was very excited to go for a family birthday celebration. It used to be fabulous. I don't know what happened to this place but the service was awful, we waited 1.5 hours before we got out salad. We requested more bread for our table (from the hostess since we couldn't find out server) and she brought and plopped it down on the table without any butter and didn't even ask if we needed anything else. When our food finally came it was sub-par at best. My nieces fettuccine Alfredo was a milky rue, they forgot to put in the parmesan and seasoning. There were many empty tables so I'm not sure what the issue was but they were all so rude also. Very disappointing birthday dinner.
I'm not sure which was worse: the service or the food. Our waitress was inexplicably rude. She would interrupt, was visibility irritated at having to repeat the salad dressings available (they aren't on the menu), literally threw silverware down onto the table in front of us with a big clang, mixed up and forgot orders... Bread and butter was sparse. Salads took 45 minutes to arrive. Waters were refilled once and never again. One order was never put in and finally arrived after everyone else had already finished their meals. The food was somewhere between forgettable and downright terrible. And I don't think it's just a coincidence at least 4 members of our party were running for the bathroom as soon as we got home.... Need I say more?
Place has a cool lord of the rings theme, and the wait staff was cordial and pretty quick. Doesn’t excuse the fact that the food gave me pretty bad food poisoning. Spent all night in a compromised state.
We called for take out and the woman on the phone sounded lost, she then proceeded to tell us that they aren't doing takeout even though we had gotten takeout from there just the other day. Before I could get a word out she hung up the phone on us. The food is alright but I highly recommend going somewhere else if it's good service you're looking for
The food was acceptable but the service was just terrible. The waiter had a very bad attitude and then made us wait more than an hour for our food, just disappearing with no explanation. The manager finally apologized after I tracked him down. I would not go back ever again.
Saw waitress once, when she took order. Drank my water and husband's, asked for a refill, didn't get one. Salads brought to wrong table, then when they did arrive, wrong dressing on both. Stuffed shrimp overdone and dry. Waited for entrees, waited for check. Terrible terrible service. Table next to us had complaints
Very low quality food and very high prices. Service quality itself meh.
We went with a group of 7 for New Year’s Eve. We were seated 45 minutes after our reservation time with no apologies. Our food took almost an hour and a half to come out, and was pretty average. Our dinner ended up being 3 hours long, and we ended up taking all of our dishes in to go boxes so we didn’t miss the ball drop. The single worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid unless you want to spend 3+ hours.
Absolutely horrible service speed and attitude. An hour at the table and all that came were the appetizers. Waitress was rude to the extent that seemed like she wanted us to get out immediately, if so just send us our food and we can be on our way... Food was mediocre, service was horrible, only thing acceptable was the atmosphere. Will not be coming back and do not recommend anyone to come here unless all you want is watching a candle burn to its death.
