Mobile orders are completed efficiently. There is enough space to sit down comfortably. Great place to get a quick bite if you order ahead of time using the mobile app.

Food is normal, as expected, service is slow and doesn't really pay attention too well. They will ask for extra cash at the pick up window, like a dollar, but when you ask for a manager to check the receipt, all of a sudden you have paid the correct price? Don't fall for it. Check your bag before you leave or you will be waiting in drive thru again while your food gets cold.

New staff has transformed the experience compared to previously. Before the staff was not friendly and seemed bothered by any requests, would also even ignore you. New staff is attentive, friendly, and show a willingness to help. If they keep improving they could go up to 5 stars😏👍

I call it the "BIG APPLE McFlurry" and just as much as I enjoy this amazing City, I now enjoy this treat nearly every day and even 2 sundaes on some days, as that was how it all began. First a budget snack, using the points on my App to get an ICE CREAM CONE, and ask for a cup. Then mash the Apple Pie into the cup with the ICE CREAM. Mmmmm... Then one day thought to self "why not just get a Caramel Sundae and Apple Pie in that BAD BOY... well made for eachother. That is... when noone is looking or the budget allow... NO MATTER THE LANGUAGE OR TRIVIAL DETAILS... AMAZING THE RESULT.... Do not go here between 1:30-3:30pm when students get out of school. It's highly congested and noisy and it will take 20-30 minutes to get your food. There is a new high school directly across the street, and during the times when kids start getting let out, this McDonald's gets extremely crowded and noisy from dozens of teens talking around the counter, to the point you cannot hear the person calling numbers for pick up. They always seem to forget items or don't follow instructions, example: double cheeseburger with no ketchup or pickles JUST onions! Every time we get our food it will have ketchup or pickles! Fries are ALWAYS COLD

Customer Service, Guest Satisfaction and Food Quality needs improvement. I ordered a 20 piece nugget, didn't get it. When I called to see about getting it later or getting a refund via credit card, called more than 10 times no answer. The food was stale and dehydrated. Alot of customers don't know that a restaurant must discard held items after a certain period of time. The reason for that is Quality of the product and Temp Danger Zone. If a restaurant fails to properly hold food on service line, it could potentially make you sick or even worse end up in the hospital or die. This restaurant clearly has an issue with holding food. There was noone on drive thru so I'm not sure why the mistake happened. The bread on my fish looks like it got into a alley fight with cats, raccoons and rats, you name it. Just a bad experience.

I ordered a medium ice caramel latte and they handed a small one . I was not mad at first because there was too much rush that day , so I politely asked if they could change the portion size since I was given the wrong order . I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and I asked them if they had the baby crocs and they told me that they didn't have any more... I sat down to eat with my daughter and people came in to buy and they all ordered happy meals and they all got the baby crocs and I got up to ask why they didn't give it to me when I asked them and a boy comes out telling me that they didn't know where they got it from and I asked them to change the toy and they told me that they couldn't and that I had to buy another happy meal again if I wanted to get the baby crocs 

People are rude, There were two Latinos in front at 08:45pm on 11/11/2021 order no 80 I ordered it on table No 1 and they gave me to go I went to restroom one of them came running behind me saying NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. Like I’m going to steal their toilet paper, I asked can I use restroom please and they looked at each other and laughed.

This visit has been one of the worst visits I've ever had at a McDonald's location. I don't know whether it was a bad day for the workers or maybe rush hour stress but whatever the situation was, the service here today was unbelievable nor was it unacceptable. We came by drive-thru to be greeted by a very rude employee who kept rushing through our order saying "what do you want?!" "What else you want?!" Right before we drove off to the payment window I saw an extra charge for our order come up on the screen. We asked the employee to repeat our order to us because we know something was rang up wrong. The employee was already giving us an attitude and trying to make it seem like we didn't understand our own order even though we did and we were trying to clarify the order with her. The lady was practically arguing with us regarding the $3 bundle. We even told the employee to slow down multiple times and repeated exactly what we wanted to order. Then when we were picking up our food, even the person handing off our order had an attitude resulting in us asking for a manager and my husband parking to go in and speak with said manager. The manager didn't even make the moment right because all she could offer was an apology and a free meal for our next visit. From start to finish this place showed very poor customer service. I've been to this McDonald's before and I've never experienced this kind of service.

Although the service has gotten alittle better over the last few visits. The employees always serve old french fries, and the soda is 90% of the time flat. You have to constantly ask for fresh fries because no one here seems to take the initiative to service fresh fries to every customer. I won't even go into how they charge you for extra requested items but they don't add the items. We only visit out of convenience and not out of share want.

Ordered a frappe and asked for a cup of water. “No more water.” Really? I’m pretty sure they have water. The bathrooms were working. McDonald’s fail.

After long time we decided to sit and eat here. My kids love the fries and nuggets so that we bought and sat on the table. After spending little bit, I wanted to use restrooms. The door was locked. I asked a lady who was cleaning the floor if I could use the restroom. She totally ignored me. I asked a lady in the counter but she asked me if I bought something. I said yes but nothing happened. One of the customers ask me to use a code number from the receipt but the door got no numbers to use. I came back and asked a gentleman if I could use the restroom. He did ask me the same question whether I bought something or not. I am like getting really annoyed as my kids are sitting in the table eating food and am struggling to use the restroom. Such a bizarre situation. Is that what McDonald has told its employees to ask? I think you guys are losing a sense of hospitality to their loyal customers. All my excitement to dine in and enjoy time here was shattered by this unusual experience today.

10/18/2024 1:50pm to 2:00pm- I went in for a milkshake and fries; the guy who was at the register served me my food with a very nasty attitude. He began by asking me for my receipt so he could hand me my fries I asked why and showed it to him. He didn’t gave me my milkshake instead he went to the register to help a lady. While helping her, he asked me what I wanted 😳 I told him my milkshake and he asked what size and flavor but never asked to see my receipt to verify the size and flavor. I am tired of spending my money in my community to be mistreated by someone who hates their job.

They are listed as 24 hours but if you go there between 4-5:30 am they will deny you a coffee and an oatmeal because their “system is down.” You would think a company that claims to sell to billions would have an operational system or software that knows how to function anytime of the day for their 24 hour drive through advertised as serving customers no matter what time or day. They can take your money through the app, have all the lights on in the restaurant, and employees walking back and forth ignoring you and making themselves breakfast. I come to the window and a simple acknowledgment or some sort of assistance would be nice but instead they continue to walk around even though they claim to not be opened.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Stood in drive thru for almost half hr only to drive around and find out they r having some kind of private party. Maybe a holiday party for the staff?? I had to repeat my order 4 times to the guy working the drive thru at night. When I got to the window he asked me "what you order?" I was LIVID and had to repeat another 2 times till he got it right. He said they had NO ice cream, no MAYO (???) and gave me apple slices on a happy meal when I specified extra fries. He didn't give me straws or napkins, I had to ask for them after the fact. Looks like the "American Citizens" who protested so hard to get $15 an HR for minimum wage, don't like the self ordering kiosk. The employees have removed the customer number cards from the kiosk so you have to wait for your order at the counter. They don't and will not bring you the food, like they did at the beginning. Seems like it's a passive agressive protest due to the reduction of employed cashier's that have been replaced by the 4 kiosk. Aahhh, American Entitlement, what a beautiful way of living. I was very disappointed with this McDonald’s I placed my order in the drive thru at night. When I got to the window the Asian guy handed me my drinks then had me wait for another 5 min and came back to the window and asked me what I was waiting for in a rude manor. I then told him I didn’t get my meals or the latte just the drinks. He then asked me what did I order and I told him two five dollar meal deals and the latte. He then came back with a bag and when I checked the bag it was missing both nuggets and the latte he asked again I told him I don’t have my nuggets and my latte. When I left I opened the bag and reached for my chicken sandwich it didn’t have the cheese I asked for and it smelled spoiled my friend checked hers and it also smelled spoiled it was disgusting and I had to throw it away. Every night they make a mistake in my order. There s always something missing in the bag. At night it seems like there s no manager supervising the young people at this store. I ordered the special, two big mac's for $10.00 The meat was hard and dry, and not even fresh. They give you meat thats not even hot. This is true junk food, not fast food. I'm over with fast food. Also, it is filled with school children, yelling and screaming.

Don't know what to say. They messed up the orders and slapped 4 patties on our double quarter pounders. Waited nearly 30mins and all the employees were just laughing and chilling. Just wanted a refund on the order that they messed up on and the lady at the drive through just walked up and pointed at the we're closed sign and walked away even though it says that they're open 24 hours. They also had roughly 6-8 Door Dash and Uber eats drivers outside that wanted to know what was happening and how they could acquire their order but the employees just avoided eye contact and ignored them despite all the delivery drivers coming up to the glass and knocking trying to get an explanation.

Got out of work in Long Island at 11:30 in the evening decided to have a quick stop to get food by drive thru as I don’t have time to cook dinner anymore and was starving already, ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich only with sweetened ice tea. Does the crispy chicken sandwich really has to be plain like this and dry? No sauce mayo or whatever? Literally just a chicken on a bun. I understand worker there gets tired too, and so do I. No matter what time of day I order, whether I order over Grubhub, Uber Eats, drive thru, or at the counter, this location never gets the orders right. I have had orders come half filled. Complete meals missing. And I’ve had to drive there every time and yell at the managers for their obvious failure to train their employees. Just today I ordered off of Uber Eats just 3 meals. Not only did they forget AN ENTIRE HAPPY MEAL, they forgot the drinks for the meals they did pack. I’ve given up on this location. It should be shut down and every employee and manager fired. Someone took my food because they didn’t check the receipts and just was waiting for more than 20 mins watching everyone come and go with their food. When I asked the guy I ordered with why it’s taking so long the guy preparing the food said it was already done😒 and I’m like “I’ve been waiting here on the pick up area and no one called my number. So where’s my food? “ and then the manager said he’ll get it done right now but the lady that gave it to me grabbed my receipt from me like I’m some kind of scammer. I paid for the things I ordered. It’s not my fault you gave my food to someone else! So rude.

Ordered online and then the restaurant was closed and torn apart. Still pending a refund. I went back after reopened and now the place is a disaster. No flow. Wrong orders. Poor service. Everyone here is clearly stressed out about the changes and it’s so sad.

Ordered there today, their food is always good. However, there was bee in the place flying from window to window. I notified a short lady with glasses she clearly saw it and told another worker a young man in Spanish and they both dismissed it as if it was nothing and this bee won’t do anything. It could fly in people foods and or sting someone. I understand Spanish even though I am not Spanish, I am black. I wonder if I was Spanish would they have took that matter seriously?? Either way ut was wrong for them to ignore that there’s a bee in the place and not do anything.

The number for Uber eats nor the restaurant are picking up when I call, and I don’t have time to wait around. They didn’t send the happy meal which was the 10 chicken nuggets/ the milk shake and toy. They also forgot to add cheese to the chicken sandwich. I paid $62 (including tip and your none-sense fees ) for a lousy meal, the delivery guy was great, this is the store’s fault. I need a full refund on those times. Seamless has a chat which is helpful for this type of situations and refunds get taken care of right then and there. You don’t even have that on your mobile app. If I don’t get a reply to my email I will go tomorrow to the store and get my missing items.

How do you never have ice cream and now no sweet sour sauce for a 20 piece chicken nugget. My question is why didn’t the drive thru guy tell us. Specially when I asked for it at the drive thru. I would have canceled my order. Also he forgot to give me my receipt. The lady that handed me my food all she could to was smile about not having these item.

The place used to be great — I’ve always stopped by with friends and family to eat there. But today, on 07/29/25, it reached a whole new level of absurd. The music was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation with the person sitting right in front of me. I tried placing my order at the counter and couldn’t even hear the cashier — and she couldn’t hear me either. The songs were all the same style, loud and repetitive to the point it made it hard to keep an appetite. You could clearly see that everyone around was uncomfortable — especially the kids. It used to be a calm, welcoming environment with good, relaxing music. Unfortunately, that seems to be gone. I don’t know if the ownership changed or what happened, but this seriously needs to be addressed.

Last night I was trying to eat my dinner and the cleaning lady was super rude at me. Started to clean where I was sitting and saying things in Spanish to me. I tough it was a 24 hours place but she closed all the tables section for a long time and didn’t care the costumers were there first.

Employees were so rude and impatient, I didn’t even received the right order the first time because they gave me someone else’s order, only gave me 2 sauces when I was supposed to get more than that ( 2 spicy Buffalo when I asked for honey mustard and spicy Buffalo) then I get home and realize I didn’t even get my mc chicken, I tried to call the store but no one picked up, some of the fries were undercooked, some the chicken nuggets were dry and dehydrated, the ice cream were as of they weren’t appetizing cuz it’s wasn’t smooth like how an ice cream should be but more of an icy consistent. Overall just horrible, the reviews on here are right.
